1、期末教学质量优胜奖、进步奖。

2、各类竞赛奖。

3、抽考成绩奖。

三、奖励方式

实行等级奖,取消原来的目标管理奖。

四、资金来源

按学生人数在公用经费中向各校抽取。

五、具体奖励细则

(一)期末教学质量优胜奖、进步奖。

1、优胜奖设置(按均分),取录名次原则上如下,但可按注解中的情况变动。

语数:一、二年级:一等奖2名(240元),二等奖2名(180元),

三等奖2名(150元)。

三、五年级:一等奖1名(300元),二等奖2名(220元),

三等奖2名(150元)。

四、六年级:一等奖1名(300元),二等奖1名(220元),

三等奖2名(150元)。

综合课(兼职):

三、五年级:一等奖1名(140元),二等奖2名(110元),

三等奖2名(80元)。

四、六年级:一等奖1名(140元),二等奖1名(110元),

三等奖2名(80元)。

综合课(专职):

三、五年级:一等奖1名(200元),二等奖2名(120元),

三等奖2名(70元)。

四、六年级:一等奖1名(200元),二等奖1名(120元),

三等奖2名(70元)。

注:①、一等奖内均分相差5分者,降为二等奖,二等奖增加个数;二等奖中与第一名均分相差10分者,降为三等奖,三等奖增加个数。三等奖中与第一名均分相差20分者取消奖励。等次下降的差价加到一等奖上。②、无考试成绩人员按人平数发放。

2、成绩进步奖:(当前名次-该班产生后的最高名次)×100元(或本期均分差与该班产生后最高一次的均分差缩小5分的按提高一个名次计算)

(二) 竞赛奖

1、全能竞赛类

①、县级:一等奖每生奖200元,二等奖每生奖180元,三等奖160元。

②、镇级:各年级各层次奖励人数:一等奖3人,二等奖5人,三等奖7人。

一、二年级:一等奖每生奖80元,二等奖每生70元,三等奖每生60元。

三至六年级:一等奖每生奖140元,二等奖每生120元,三等奖每生100元。

2、才艺表演类

①、表演类(奖励对象:原则上是班主任和音乐教师):一等奖80元,二等奖60元,三等奖40元。

②、手工制作(奖励对象:辅导教师):一等奖20元,二等奖15元,三等奖10元。

③、书法类(奖励对象:语文教师):一等奖20元,二等奖15元,三等奖10元。

④、绘画类(奖励对象:美术教师):一等奖20元,二等奖15元,三等奖10元。

3、运动会:

县级(奖励对象:当前辅导教师):县里取到哪一名,学校奖励到哪一名。单项第

一名:100元,单项第二名90元,后面依次类推。

区级(奖励对象:当前辅导教师):设人才贡献奖:每人次40元。

1、高三年级全体科任教师;

2、编制内行政后勤人员;

3、仅在高一、高二、高三第一学期任课的科任教师。

1、总目标得分

达到学校预定的一本(47%)、二本(78%)上线率时,全体高考科目科任教师每人分别计200分。

2、班级指标得分

兴趣班达到学校预定的一本,普通班达到学校预定的二本上线率pn(n=1、2、3……)时,相应高考科目的科任教师分别计100x/7分,班主任计80分,(x为高三期间该科目的周课时数,下同)。

3、超指标得分

凡超额达到学校下达指标的班级,每超一人,相应科任教师分别计50x/7分,班主任计40分。超指标上限得分为500分。

4、优秀总成绩得分

(1)凡被清华、北大每录取一人相应科目科任教师和班主任分别计500分。

(2)凡总成绩达到西安交大(本部)录取最低分对应名次以上者,每有一人,所属科任教师、班主任分别计100分。(文科以理科名次乘以文、理科全省二本录取之比计)。

(3)凡总成绩列市前10名,每有一人,相应科任教师、班主任分别计80分。

(4)凡总成绩列市前50名,每有一人,相应科目科任教师和班主任分别计50分。

4、科任教师任课时间满3年且总得分低于平均分的30%时,校长办公会可视工作情况在40%范围内作调整。

5、当方案的某一项与实际情况差距较大,严重不合理时,经校长办公会研究可作修改或增减。

6、校长办公会有权对其中的一至二项中的数值作较为合理的调整。

为进一步扩大开放,调动全社会各方面人士招商引资的积极性,鼓励全县各界人士积极参与项目建设,大力实施项目带动战略,吸引更多客商来**投资,促进**县外向型经济的发展,特制定本办法。

本办法所称项目奖励,是指对经过国家和自治区批准在本县行政区域内地方固定资产投资建设项目的争取、资金的落实、项目的建设和发挥效益的过程中,以及介绍本县以外的单位或个人到本县投资活动中做出突出贡献的单位或个人进行奖励的激励措施。奖励分为物质奖励和精神奖励两种。其中,物质奖励以现金奖励为主。县项目建设领导小组主管项目奖励工作,项目建设领导小组办公室负责项目奖励的日常工作。

(一)设立项目争取奖。此项奖励是指从项目建议书提出到可行性研究报告批复阶段的奖励,由以下两部分组成:

1、项目基础奖金。分别按项目总投资金额的多少设定相应的奖金。凡总投资额在500万元以下的,其奖金为0.2——1万元;总投资额在500万元——1000万元的,其奖金为1万元——3万元;总投资额在1000万元——20xx万元的,其奖金为3万元——5万元;总投资额在20xx万元以上的,其奖金为为5万元——50万元。此项奖励的申报须在可研报告得到批复之后。(项目争取奖的奖金分配比例按项目批准单位的级别来划分不尽合理,建议改为按项目总投资金额的多少设定相应的奖金额。)

2、争取国家政策性补贴奖金。主要以争取到国家政策性补贴的数量多少、利率高低和期限长短三种相关因素为依据,其中属于无偿补贴的,500万元以下的,按0.5%比例提取奖金;500万元——1000万元的,按1%比例提取奖金;1000万元——20xx万元的,按2%比例提取奖金;20xx万元以上的,按3%比例提取奖金。属于无息投资的,按1——2‰的比例提取奖金;属于低息投资的按0.5——1‰的比例提取奖金;属于银行基础利率投资的按0.5‰以下的比例提取奖金;高于银行基础利率的不提取奖金。此项奖励的申报须在补贴全部到位之后。

(二)设立资金落实奖。此项奖励包括贷款落实和自筹资金落实两个方面。主要按所争取资金利率高低和期限长短、资金到位情况、拆借资金成本高低等因素确定提奖比例,其中:高于银行基础利率的不给奖励;同等于银行基础利率的按0.5‰以下的比例提取奖金;低于银行基础利率的按0.5——1.5‰的比例提取奖金;无息贷款的按1.5——2.5‰的比例提取奖金。落实一笔资金,只能获一次奖励。

(三)设立项目效益奖。此项奖励包括经济效益、社会效益两个方面。经济效益是指项目按设计要求按期达产达标达效的情况。社会效益是指此项目的建成在改善劳动条件、保证安全生产、消除公共污染、防疫治病、改善生态环境等方面发挥作用的情况。具体按以下两个部分奖励:

1、以经济效益为主的项目效益奖,主要以对地方财政贡献大小决定,按年度上交地方财政金额的1%提取奖金。

2、以社会效益为主的项目效益奖,主要依照项目管理过程中达产达标达效程度决定,经政府有关部门和指定部门认定,达到各项技术指标的给予0.5——1万元奖励,不能完全达到指标要求的不给奖励。

项目效益奖可多次给予,当第二年新增效益达到或超过预期效益时仍可按本条规定的比例提取奖金。

(四)设立招商引资奖。此项奖励按引资(物)额的大小给予,具体按以下两种情况奖励:

1、引荐国外友好人士捐赠钱物的,按实际接受钱物金额(其中,物资的价值以政府指定的评估机构评估为准)1%的比例提取奖金;

2、引荐外商来**投资的,按投资规模的大小和对地方财政贡献的大小给予1——10万元的奖励。

(六)对有突出贡献的单位和个人,视不同情况,按照干部管理权限分别给予相应精神奖励。

项目奖励每年进行一次。年底开始申报,次年的三月份公布评定结果并召开表彰大会。

(一)奖励评定的程序:

1、单位或个人申报;

2、按项目审批渠道由主管单位进行把关;

3、项目建设领导小组办公室初审;

4、项目建设领导小组评审决定。

(二)报奖项目由项目法人或责任人申报。

申报材料主要包括以下内容:

1、申报表;

2、项目工作总结;

3、项目立项可行性研究和初步设计、验收等文件的批复文本;

4、必要的法定依据、证明等资料;

5、项目费用报告;

6、奖金分配方案等。

县直有关部门应成立初评委员会负责报奖项目的初评工作。

(三)建立公告制度。凡经初评通过的奖励项目,应通过一定形式予以公布,没有异议的,可上报;县项目建设领导小组通过的奖励项目,由县项目建设领导小组办公室通过广播、电视等新闻媒体予以公布,公告期为15天。凡在规定期限内无异议者,报县人民政府核准授奖。

三、其他事项

(一)拟奖项目如有异议,由项目建设领导小组办公室协调解决。如协调不成,由项目建设领导小组及相关部门进行集体裁决。

(二)县财政应当在年度预算中设立“项目奖励专项资金”,用于项目奖励。

(三)从所有争取到的无偿资金中提取3%用作项目奖励基金。

xxxx 誓领双工资

全市系统截止20xx年6月30日与公司签订了劳动合同和业绩目标合同的所有在岗且正常出勤的员工。

2x年7月1日—2x年9月29日。

(一)个险渠道

1、完成10年期及以上期交首年保费1,700万元;

2、完成5-9年期期交首年保费700万元;

3、举绩人力1,733人。

在个险渠道期交业务指标考核中,三季度新增失效保单

等额扣减当期相应新单期交保费,其中5年期以下期交失效保单按5年期计算。

(二)银保渠道

1、完成寿险首年趸交保费7,600万元;

2、完成首年期交标保77万元;

2、完成首年期交保费560万元;;

(三)团险渠道

1、完成短险保费1,142万元;

2、完成学平险保费750万元;

3、完成企业年金新中标累计规模年度目标85%。

各项考核数据以财务口径为准,新增失效保单数据以市公司精算考核数据为准。

各市州分公司三条销售渠道分解任务目标见附件。

(一) 以渠道为单元进行奖励。

销售渠道员工奖励工资=本销售渠道完成各指标权重之和*月岗位工资*2。

非销售渠道员工奖励工资=(个险渠道完成各指标权重之和*40%+银保渠道完成各指标权重之和*30%+团险渠道完成各指标权重之和*30%)*月岗位工资*2。

对每一个单项指标,90%≤完成率<100%的,按该项标准的80%计算奖励工资;80%≤完成率<90%的,按该项标准的60%计算奖励工资;完成率<80%的不计算奖励工资。

(二)设立“重点单项指标超产奖”。

个险渠道10年期以上期交新单按每超额完成计划4万元奖励1,000元;银保渠道寿险首年趸交每超额10万元奖励400元;团险渠道短期险按超额部分的2.5%计算奖励.

此项奖励由支公司奖励经理以及该渠道有功员工.

(一)本方案由市公司人力资源部和财务部共同考核与兑现。

(二)本方案所涉及到的岗位工资,由市公司人力资源部根据sap系统确认的20xx年6月份各单位的岗位工资标准进行发放。由市分公司负责兑现给全体在岗员工。

(三)支公司班子成员的奖励工资,按以下标准确定:

经理(含副经理主持工作)未分管业务线的,按非销售渠道员工标准计算,分管业务的,按所分管的销售渠道和其它销售渠道各占50%的比例计算;副经理(含经理助理),分管销售渠道的,按销售渠道员工标准计算;分管两条销售渠道的按各占50%的比例计算;分管一条销售渠道和运营的,分管销售占70%.

(四)分公司机关人员的奖励工资

销售线人员: 在个人干好本职工作且没有有效投诉的前提下50%与省公司下达本渠道的计划完成情况挂钩,50%与本部门分配督导任务挂钩.

非销售线人员:在个人干好本职工作且没有有效投诉的'前提下50%与省公司下达市公司三条销售渠道的计划完成情况挂钩,50%与分公司下达的个人三季度销售任务挂钩.个人三季度销售任务为经办级以下人员10年期交3,000元或者5年期期交10,000元(权重50%),团体意外险1,000元(权重1,000元);经办级以上人员负责帮扶一个银邮代理网点,三季度实现趸交保费30万元以上(权重50%),10年期交3,000元或者团体意外险1,000元(权重50%)

(五)兑现奖励工资时须按规定扣除个人所得税。

(六)重点单项指标超产奖只对销售线人员奖励,奖金来未完成该单项指标任务单位按照任务缺口的权重分摊.

(一)各支公司要充分认识到三季度发展的重要意义,搞好对员工的思想发动,进一步强化全员的主人翁意识和大局观念,全面营造支持、参与、服务销售一线的良好工作氛围,确保既定任务目标的圆满达成。

(二)要强化渠道之间、渠道内部各项指标之间的整体推进,确保激励的有效性。各个销售部门要守土有责、合抱成团,加强对各项指标的追踪与管控,强化周单元经营,精心组织达标,全面营造“多做贡献、提升价值”的发展氛围,确保激励项目发挥最大效应。各个管理部门要加强对销售工作的实时指导,切实做好销售支援工作,推动一线高效运转。

(三)各支公司在本方案框架内,结合本级各项指标的发展实际,统筹兼顾,突出重点,按照分公司机关人员挂钩考核的办法制定本单位全员挂钩考核项目和目标,7月28日前书面交人力资源部备案。各支公司应遵循谨慎原则,不得扩大范围进行激励或搞变相推动,不得再追加奖励。要注意对本方案的正确宣导,不得在公司员工和销售人员队伍之间制造矛盾。

(一)、月度优秀员工应当同时具备以下条件:

(二)、各部门组织对候选人进行评选,选出一名部门级月度优秀员工;

(三)、由管理部组织,根据各部门推荐的优秀员工进行公司级优秀员工的评选,选出两名公司级月度优秀员工。

(四)、公司级优秀员工分为后勤支持类以及技术支持类,属于后勤支持类的部门:管理部、财务部以及各技术部门项目助理;属于技术支持类的部门:安规一部、安规二部、emc、检查部以及化学分析部的技术岗位人员。

(一)、管理部建立员工奖惩记录档案,作为评选月度公司级优秀员工的基础数据之一;

招生奖励方案 销售奖励方案篇十六

一、指导思想

为全方位推进素质教育,进一步强化教学管理,提高教学质量,办好人民满意的教育,根据《江宁区20xx年度中小学教学质量考核奖励方案》,特制定《东山小学教学质量考核奖励方案》。

二、评估方法

按照区教育局教研室要求,由区教研室统一命题,阅卷,考核成绩按检测中的合格率、优分率、均分三项指标进行综合评估。

综合得分=合格率×40+优分率×30+均分×30%

三、奖励办法

(一)毕业班最终考核奖(区级考核)

1、以学校为单位,根据综合总得分奖励任课教师

(1)1~3名,奖励1200元。

(2)4~5名,奖励800元。

(3)6~7名,奖励600元。(4)8~10名,奖励400元。

2、相关教师奖励:

(1)对相应学科的教研组长和年级组长进行奖励,奖金分别为教师奖金的25%。

(2)对未考核的学科教师进行奖励,奖金为考核学科教师的二分之一。

3、进步奖

以五年级最后一次考试为依据,名次每上升一名,奖励一百元,依次类推,保持第一名的,奖励二百元。

(二)调研抽测奖

1、区级抽测(此项奖励完全按照区考核奖励办法制定,执行时以区下发的文件为准)

以学校为单位,根据抽测学科综合得分:

(1)1~3名,奖励抽测年级任课教师每人20xx元。

(2)4~8名,奖励抽测年级任课教师每人1500元。

(3)9~12名,奖励抽测年级任课教师每人800元。

2、校级抽测

达校平均综合得分奖励100元,每超均综合得分一分奖励20元,依次类推,如有任教两个或两个以上班级的,以任教班级平均综合得分奖励,奖励金额×班级数。

四、备注:

1、本考核方案解释权属校长室。

2、本考核方案从20xx年9月1日起执行。
