为了使本项目所涉及现场维护人员能够全面地了解设备,增强维护和使用设备的技能,我们除了向用户提供整个设备的技术说明、操作说明及文档之外,还将负责组织对现场设备管理维护人员进行全面的质量管理培训。

培训的目的主要是使管理和使用设备的人员不仅对设备有足够的认识,而且能完全胜任所承担的维护工作,确保设备安全可靠的运行。

培训内容主要包括阀门设备结构、工作原理、控制等理论培训及设备操作规程、现场操作、设备的维护保养工作、设备安装调试、设备运行参数调整、设备故障排除、事故应急措施等内容。

现场设备维护管理人员是指对项目中的设备进行管理和维护的人员。这部分人员经过培训,主要能达到以下目标:

了解设备结构、运行工作原理、设备控制工艺等内容:

掌握设备操作规程、设备维护保养方法、特殊设备运行参数调整等: 掌握设备一般性故障的诊断和排除故障的应对措施:

为了使培训达到最佳效果,使用户获得尽可能多的知识和经验,我们将采用多种途径对用户进行培训:

现场授课:由专业的售后服务人员,在现场对用户进行培训。通常以设备的操作说明书作为资料支持,现场设备操作为辅助。

现场指导:在项目执行过程中,我们的工程师在实际操作中,会详细讲解操作步骤,指导客户操作,并解答客户的有关问题。

根据识年农村卫生人员培训计划》、《年农村卫生人员培训大纲》和《年农村卫生人员培训考核评估方案》,制定本培训方案。

通过加强农村卫生人员培训,提高其专业技术水平和管理能力,加强农村卫生机构能力建设,促进农村卫生事业持续发展。具体包括提高乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员的服务水平;提高乡镇卫生院药剂人员专业素质;提高村卫生室人员的公共卫生服务能力。

(一)乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员培训

1.培训对象、名额:具有一定公共卫生工作经验的人员1人/乡镇卫生院,共152人。

2.培训内容:详见《年省农村卫生人员培训大纲》。

3.培训方式:采取集中面授与临床实习相结合的方式进行。

4.组织实施:由省农村卫生人员培训中心和市卫生局共同负责组织实施。

5.培训时间、地点:培训时间为130天,其中,理论学习30天,年5月18日—6月16日,由省卫生厅委托省农村卫生人员培训中心负责组织实施。进修学习100天,由市卫生局负责,年3月15—7月15日(其中5月18日—6月16日到省培训中心理论学习),在县级以上医疗卫生机构组织实施。

(二)乡镇卫生院药剂人员培训

1.培训对象:具有2年以上工作经验的中青年业务骨干。1名/乡镇卫生院,共152人。

2.培训内容:详见《年省农村卫生人员培训大纲》。

3.培训方式:采取远程视频教学与案例分析相结合的方式进行培训。

4.组织实施:由市卫生局负责组织。

5.培训地点:市卫生学校。

6.时间安排:培训10天,年4月10日-4月20日。

(三)村卫生室人员培训

1.培训对象:乡村医生及在村卫生室执业的执业医师和执业助理医师(承接上年农村卫生人员培训项目,继续对全市所有注册在岗人员进行轮训),共1723人。

2.培训内容:详见《年省农村卫生人员培训大纲》。

3.培训方式:采取远程视频教学、案例分析与临床进修学习相结合的方式进行培训。

4.组织实施:由县(市、区)卫生局负责组织实施。

5.时间安排:理论学习30天,进修学习60天。具体时间由各县(市)自行确定。理论学习于年4月30日前完成,临床进修于年6月30日前完成。城市区村卫生室人员理论学习时间,洛龙区为年3月15日至4月15日,其它各区为年4月16日至5月16日(可先期进行实习,待理论培训结束后继续实习)。

6.培训地点:理论学习由各县(市、区)教学基地进行远程视频教学,城市区村卫生室人员理论学习统一在市第二卫生职业中专进行。临床进修由各县(市、区)组织,安排在县级医疗机构或乡镇中心卫生院实施。

(一)乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员、药剂人员理论培训师资、教材和村卫生室人员培训的影像教学、教材由省农村卫生人员培训中心负责安排。

(二)乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员、村卫生室人员临床进修师资由承担进修学习任务的医院安排中级以上技术职称的技术人员进行带教。

进修学习按照每人每天5元的标准补助住宿费,由市卫生局统一拨付到承担进修学习任务的医疗机构。

(二)乡镇卫生院药剂人员培训

按照每人每天28元的标准给予补助,由省卫生厅统一拨付到省农村卫生人员培训中心。其中15元由省农村卫生人员培训中心用于教材编英课件制作、远程视频教学、在线答疑及考核发证,13元由省农村卫生人员培训中心拨付到各地的培训基地(含住宿费),用于教学场地提供及教学管理、辅导等。

(三)村卫生室人员培训

村卫生室人员培训按照每人每天3元的标准补助住宿费,由县(市、区)卫生局拨付到承担理论培训和进修学习的机构。理论学习阶段按照每人每天7.5元的标准补助教学费用,由省卫生厅统一拨付到省农村卫生人员培训中心。其中3.5元用于大纲及教材编英课件制作、远程视频教学、在线答疑及考核发证,4元由省农村卫生人员培训中心在各地的培训基地用于教学场地提供及教学管理、辅导等。

为贯彻落实全市住房公积金“强服务、提能效”推进会精神,进一步提升全市住房公积金从业人员的业务能力和服务水平,结合工作实际,制定如下专题培训活动方案。

围绕“提升公积金服务效能”目标,坚持“全面培训,科学培训,重点培训”要求,通过在全市范围内组织开展住房公积金系列专题培训,进一步增强从业人员的业务技能,规范服务行为,提升工作效能,为推进全市住房公积金服务水平再上新台阶提供重要保障。

各辖市区分中心、管理部,市中心各处室、公积金服务中心以及各住房公积金受委托银行相应工作岗位上的从业人员

20xx年8月至12月

专题培训包括住房公积金业务培训、服务培训和拓展培训三大类别,具体内容如下:

(一)业务培训

住房公积金业务培训主要围绕住房公积金政策知识、岗位操作等开展,包括提取业务、缴存业务、贷款业务、公积金信息系统操作、财务管理、档案管理、稽核审计以及公文写作与信息宣传八个专题。

1、公积金缴存业务:公积金缴存登记、凭证发放、汇补缴、封存、基数调整、催建、催缴、催调等归集业务的政策法规和操作规范。

2、公积金提取业务:现金类提取业务和转账类提取业务的相关政策法规要求,各岗位流程和操作规范。

3、公积金贷款业务:公积金贷款受理、材料审核、贷款档案、贷款发放、贷款担保以及贷后管理等贷款业务的政策法规要求和操作规范。

4、公积金信息系统操作:公积金提取、贷款、缴存等各项业务的系统操作规范以及公积金印鉴系统、联名卡的操作规程。

5、财务管理:对公积金提取、贷款、缴存等各项业务形成的会计凭证的传递及管理规范,公积金财务规定,财务管理的内容和规范要求。

6、档案管理:对公积金提取、贷款、缴存等各项业务形成的纸质档案和电子档案的归档操作流程和管理规范。

7、稽核审计:稽核审计的相关法规知识,内部审计准则和实务指南。

8、公文写作与信息宣传:领导讲话、工作总结、调研报告、新闻报道、信息动态的撰写。

(二)服务培训

住房公积金服务培训包括基本礼仪规范和窗口标准规范两个专题。

1、基本礼仪规范

(1)仪容仪表礼仪:服务人员的妆容塑造要求以及着装标准等。

(2)文明用语礼仪:称呼礼仪、服务规范用语、语态控制等。

(3)行为举止礼仪:以微笑标准、眼神要求等为主要内容的表情礼仪;服务人员的站姿、坐姿、手势规范等形体礼仪以及物品递接方面的接待礼仪。

(4)与客户沟通技巧:倾听客户需求、政策要求解释方法、电话接听规范等。

(5)服务异议的处理规范:客户投诉纠纷处理原则,服务异议处理流程、方式技巧等。

2、窗口标准规范:根据《关于市住房公积金服务网点建设及管理的指导意见》、《服务网点窗口从业人员考核管理办法》、《关于进一步提升全市住房公积金服务效能的通知》等服务规范要求为主要内容。

(三)拓展培训

通过户外拓展活动的开展,培养住房公积金系统干部职工的团结协作精神,增进互动沟通,增强队伍的凝聚力、战斗力。

(一)培训准备阶段(9月)

1、明确培训分工。根据培训的内容和类型进行分工,明确各类培训的责任部门。

2、确定培训教材。培训教材的内容应当包括各类培训的政策知识讲解、疑点难点解析和各业务岗位办理流程的精细化标准等,并且形成相应的书面教材和ppt课件。

以住房公积金提取业务培训为例:提取历年政策知识讲解、疑点难点解析;提取岗位精细化讲解:将提取岗位按类别梳理为提取审核岗、提取审批岗、提取支付岗三类,再分别对三类岗位的职能及标准流程进行讲解。

3、制定知识题库。各培训工作责任部门应当围绕公积金政策、百姓关心问题、网上咨询投诉等,形成相应的知识题库,并搭建模拟考试题库。

(二)培训实施阶段(10月)

各责任部门应当做好相关培训工作的组织实施,具体如下:

1、明确授课老师和;

2、明确授课对象、人数和课时;

3、明确授课计划及时间安排。

(三)培训验收阶段(11—12月)

1、开展技能测试。各责任部门要做好培训考核验收工作,可以通过即时检测、理论考试、服务技能测评等形式,及时了解和检验受训人员的.学习培训情况与效果。

2、组织知识竞赛。在全市范围内举办知识竞赛活动,通过机智抢答、情景模拟、找茬纠错等环节进行技能比拼,积极巩固培训成果,评选优秀典型。

1、统一思想,加强领导。全市各级住房公积金管理机构以及各受委托银行要充分认识到开展公积金专题培训活动的重要意义,应当按照市公积金中心的统一安排密切配合,共同做好培训活动的组织实施。

2、广泛动员,营造氛围。各责任部门要切实做好公积金专题培训活动的宣传发动,积极动员相关机构、部门的公积金从业人员、柜面服务人员踊跃参与。党员干部要以身作则,带头学、带头用,共同营造学知识、强服务、比技能的良好氛围。

3、形成机制,注重实效。要进一步建立健全公积金专题培训活动的长效机制,丰富培训形式,注重培训实效,培养“一专多能”的公积金人才。

通过加强农村卫生人员培训,提高其专业技术水平和管理能力,加强农村卫生机构能力建设,促进农村卫生事业持续发展。具体包括提高乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员的服务水平;提高乡镇卫生院药剂人员专业素质;提高村卫生室人员的公共卫生服务能力。

1.培训对象、名额:具有一定公共卫生工作经验的人员1人/乡镇卫生院,共152人。

2.培训内容:详见《年省农村卫生人员培训大纲》。

3.培训方式:采取集中面授与临床实习相结合的方式进行。

4.组织实施:由省农村卫生人员培训中心和市卫生局共同负责组织实施。

5.培训时间、地点:培训时间为130天,其中,理论学习30天,年5月18日—6月16日,由省卫生厅委托省农村卫生人员培训中心负责组织实施。进修学习100天,由市卫生局负责,年3月15—7月15日(其中5月18日—6月16日到省培训中心理论学习),在县级以上医疗卫生机构组织实施。

1.培训对象:具有2年以上工作经验的中青年业务骨干。1名/乡镇卫生院,共152人。

2.培训内容:详见《年省农村卫生人员培训大纲》。

3.培训方式:采取远程视频教学与案例分析相结合的方式进行培训。

4.组织实施:由市卫生局负责组织。

5.培训地点:市卫生学校。

6.时间安排:培训10天,年4月10日-4月20日。

1.培训对象:乡村医生及在村卫生室执业的执业医师和执业助理医师(承接上年农村卫生人员培训项目,继续对全市所有注册在岗人员进行轮训),共1723人。

2.培训内容:详见《年省农村卫生人员培训大纲》。

3.培训方式:采取远程视频教学、案例分析与临床进修学习相结合的方式进行培训。

4.组织实施:由县(市、区)卫生局负责组织实施。

5.时间安排:理论学习30天,进修学习60天。具体时间由各县(市)自行确定。理论学习于年4月30日前完成,临床进修于年6月30日前完成。城市区村卫生室人员理论学习时间,洛龙区为年3月15日至4月15日,其它各区为年4月16日至5月16日(可先期进行实习,待理论培训结束后继续实习)。

6.培训地点:理论学习由各县(市、区)教学基地进行远程视频教学,城市区村卫生室人员理论学习统一在市第二卫生职业中专进行。临床进修由各县(市、区)组织,安排在县级医疗机构或乡镇中心卫生院实施。

(一)乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员、药剂人员理论培训师资、教材和村卫生室人员培训的影像教学、教材由省农村卫生人员培训中心负责安排。

(二)乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员、村卫生室人员临床进修师资由承担进修学习任务的医院安排中级以上技术职称的技术人员进行带教。
