全面践行社会主义核心价值观,认真贯彻党的十八大精神,按照"六五"普法规划提出的各项目标任务,开展好以宪法为核心的法律法规宣传教育活动,进一步提高全体师生的宪法意识和法治观念,为促进全社会法治化管理水平的提高,推进依法治国方略的实施和构建社会主义和谐社会营造良好的社会环境和法治氛围。

20xx年"12。4"国家宪法日宣传活动的主题为:"弘扬宪法精神,推进依法治国。"

1、利用校园网、校内宣传屏幕、宣传栏等媒体进行法制宣传,营造良好的氛围。11月15日―12月15日,悬挂"弘扬宪法精神,推进依法治国"等法制宣传横幅标语,营造法制宣传的氛围。

2、各班组织学生开展"法在身边"的主题班会。

3、利用期中总结邀请同中法制副校长对学生进行法制讲座。

4、利用教职工政治学习的时间,组织全体教职工深入学习《宪法》、《新安全生产法》、《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《劳动合同法》、《中小学幼儿园安全管理办法》,提高依法治校和实施素质教育的水平。

5、利用升旗时间,开展"12。4"国家宪法日升旗仪式活动。12月1日周一完成。

6、12月4日大课间组织开展"124"国家宪法日学生课间宣誓活动。

在"124"国家宪法日活动结束后,学校将国家宪法日活动情况和20xx年"124"国家宪法日活动情况统计表及时上报德育处。因此,请各班对照本实施方案,认真组织落实有关法制宣传教育活动。

为进一步加强学校道路交通安全工作,切实提高广大学生的道路交通安全意识、法治意识和交通文明意识,营造文明和谐的校园交通安全环境和浓厚的宣传氛围,根据省教育厅《学校道路交通安全宣传教育工作方案》精神,特制订本方案。

以预防和减少涉及学生的道路交通事故为核心,建立教育行政、公安交警部门齐抓共管的学生道路交通安全宣传教育工作机制,基本实现学生道路交通安全宣传教育工作制度化、宣传教育形式多样化、宣传教育内容专门化;普及道路交通安全知识,宣传道路安全法律法规,增强学生道路交通安全意识,提高学生道路安全行为能力,使在校中小学、幼儿园学生接受道路交通安全宣传教育率达100%;深化校车驾驶人员、校车管理人员及乘坐人员的道路交通安全宣传教育,坚决遏制校车事故发生。

(一)落实责任

各学校要会同当地公安交管等部门,共同建立起齐抓学生道路安全宣传教育的工作机制,明确任务,落实责任,深入开展学校道路交通安全宣传教育。同时,各校要建立和健全道路交通安全宣传教育工作制度,落实交通安全责任制,做到分工明确、职责到位;学校要切实担负起对学生道路安全宣传教育的主体责任,并将责任分解落实到分管领导、职能部门、工作岗位、安全责任人,切实加强学生道路交通安全宣传教育。

(二)扎实开展宣传教育工作

1.建立学校交通安全宣传教育长效机制。各学校要把《生活.生命与安全》的教学和对学生进行的生命教育中将道路安全教育作为内容,每学期为学生安排2个课时以上交通安全知识课堂教育。要鼓励教师在相关学科的教学中渗透道路交通安全教育。要充分利用教育和公安交管部门的资源优势,多采取场景教育、互动体验等方式对学生进行交通安全教育。可结合“12·2”全国交通安全日,每学年开展1次交通安全“宣传教育周”活动,同时要围绕各种安全生产活动和学校安全宣传教育活动主题,以及放假前等重要时间节点,有针对性地对学生开展交通安全教育。

2.采取多种形式开展宣传教育。各学校要充分发挥教育职能优势,利用安全课、主题班会、网络、黑板报、知识竞赛、征文比赛、宣传橱窗、校园广播等多种形式,定期开展道路交通安全专项教育。小学生、幼儿要将交通安全教育融入到游戏活动中,以提高对交通安全的兴趣和认知;要鼓励开展“学生交通安全教育优秀课件”征集评选活动,提高教师道路交通安全宣传教育的主动性和水平;要教育师生“关爱生命、文明出行”,向“中国式过马路”、“低头玩手机过马路”说“不”。各学校会同当地公安交管部门,每学期举办1次“小手拉大手”主题交通安全体验活动,将交通安全教育辐射到家庭。

3.加强对校车使用单位的安全教育。有校车的中心校和幼儿园要会同公安交管、交通运输等部门切实抓好对校车司机、跟车照管教师、校车管理人等人员的道路交通安全教育工作,督促其自觉遵守交通法律法规;有校车的中小学校和幼儿园,以及使用客运车辆在校点间接送师生的学校,要定期组织车辆驾驶人、随车照看人员开展交通安全知识培训,不断提高相关人员的道路交通安全意识和安全行为能力,坚决避免发生涉及学校的道路交通安全事故。

(一)提高认识,加强领导。道路交通安全工作是20xx年省安全生产工作最重要的内容之一,学生的安全牵动千家万户,学校一定要高度重视,充分认识做好学校道路交通安全宣传教育工作的重要意义。要将学生的道路交通安全宣传教育列入学校安全教育的重要内容,加强领导,结合学校实际,制定《学校道路交通安全宣传教育工作方案》,精心组织实施,确保工作取得良好成效。

(二)加强督导,强化考核。学校要明确工作责任,加强宣传教育工作,努力促进学校道路交通安全宣传工作顺利开展。区教科局将把各校对此次活动的宣传教育情况及工作实绩列为20xx年学校安全管理工作考核的'重要内容之一。

每年的12月4日是国家宪法日,为了更好的利用和开展"12.4"以宪法这为核心的宣传教育活动,掀起新的校园学法高潮,营造浓厚的舆论氛围,推进法治学校建设的进程.根据我校实际情况特制定今年《"12.4"国家宪法日宣传活动方案》,进一步推动学校普法工作的深入开展:

一、指导思想:

全面践行社会主义核心价值观,认真贯彻党的十八大精神,按照"六五"普法规划提出的各项目标任务,开展好以宪法为核心的法律法规宣传教育活动,进一步提高全体师生的宪法意识和法治观念,为促进全社会法治化管理水平的提高,推进依法治国方略的实施和构建社会主义和谐社会营造良好的社会环境和法治氛围.

二、活动主题:

20xx年"12.4"国家宪法日宣传活动的主题为:"弘扬宪法精神,推进依法治国."

三、活动内容:

1、利用校园网、校内宣传屏幕、宣传栏等媒体进行法制宣传,营造良好的氛围.11月15日―12月15日,悬挂"弘扬宪法精神,推进依法治国"等法制宣传横幅标语,营造法制宣传的氛围.

2、各班组织学生开展"法在身边"的主题班会.

3、利用期中总结邀请同中法制副校长对学生进行法制讲座.

4、利用教职工政治学习的时间,组织全体教职工深入学习《宪法》、《新安全生产法》、《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《劳动合同法》、《中小学幼儿园安全管理办法》,提高依法治校和实施素质教育的水平.

5、利用升旗时间,开展"12.4"国家宪法日升旗仪式活动.12月1日周一完成.

6、12月4日大课间组织开展"124"国家宪法日学生课间宣誓活动.

在"124"国家宪法日活动结束后,学校将国家宪法日活动情况和20xx年"124"国家宪法日活动情况统计表及时上报德育处.因此,请各班对照本实施方案,()认真组织落实有关法制宣传教育活动.
