本课程将“促进学生良好品德形成和社会性发展,为学生认识社会、参与社会、适应社会,成为具有爱心、责任心、良好的行为习惯和个性品质的社会主义合格公民奠定基础” 定为总目标,实现情感、态度、行为习惯、知识技能培养的内在统一,尤其关注正确态度、价值观的形成和行为规范的养成,使学生既学会做事,更学会做人,在做事中学做人,在做人的指导下学做事。在教学过程中,我们能全面把握目标,通过多种教学活动,帮助学生获得丰富的情感体验,形成积极的生活态度,养成良好的行为习惯,提高适应和参与社会的能力,掌握必备的基础知识,从而整体地实现课程目标:帮助学生参与社会、学会做人。

随着我国新一轮基础教育课程改革的启动,新的教学理念使得《品德与社会》课教学开始逐步走上了“生活化、活动化、自主化、情感化”的道路,强调在社会主义市场经济转变的过程中,对学生道德行为、人生观、世界观、价值观及思想政治素质的培养,强调德育在各学科教育环节的渗透,小学《品德与社会》课是学校德育工作的重要途径,也是学校对学生进行思想品德教育的主要学科,多年来它对培养学生良好的道德品质、养成文明的行为习惯等,起着重要的作用。

要想搞好品德教学,首先教师要提高认识,思想上重视《品德与社会》。品德与社会是国家重视小学德育的重要体现。因此,对品德与社会的重视与否,是德育能否取得良好效果的重要前提。新的教学理念更需要广大的一线教师在实际教学中去实践,去贯彻。新的教学理念需要教师调动学生的情绪,点燃学生智慧的火花。让学生想学、愿学、乐学。新的教学理念需要充满生命活力的课堂,在课堂上学生畅所欲言,自主互动,充分地说出他们的所思、所感、所悟、所疑、所惑。

我经过近十年的教学得出“悟理、激情、导行”是《品德与社会》课教学过程特殊规律的具体运用和体现。

悟理即领悟真理,要求学生提高道德认识,并内化为道德情感,形成道德信念,明确观点,初步能分清是非、善恶、美丑。从教学实践正反两方面看来,需要注意四点:

第一,要有教育性。教育本文来源:性即思想性,这是本门学科的本质属性和内在要求。教师应充分挖掘教材的思想性,增强教育效果。

第二,要有科学性。趣味性必须以科学性为基础,否则为趣味而趣味,投学生不健康的所好是一种低级庸俗的表现。

第三,要有针对性。就是要坚持理论联系实际的原则,不论是设疑、解疑,还是引用材料都应从学生思想实际,知识经验的实际出发,做到有的放矢。若脱离学生的实际,不仅无助于学生思想认识的提高,也难以开拓学生思维,师生双边活动难以进行。教学上“启而不发”,教师唱独角戏,往往是由此而产生的。

导行就是在悟理的基础上指导学生道德行为。这是品德与社会课教学的根本目的和落脚点。“愉快教育”不仅要求寓教于乐,寓学于乐,从乐学中求发展,而且通过学生自己勤学获得真理,享受成功的欢乐。指导学生的道德行为,着重从以下几点入手。

在这一学年品德与社会教学中把思品与生活课的教学同学生日常生活紧密联系起来,帮助学生掌握正确的是非评价标准,懂得何谓善、恶、美、丑,提高他们养成良好道德行为习惯的自觉性和安全意识,形成健康的人格和良好的心理,生理素质。现对教学中的一些做法总结如下:

对学生的指导,要从活动方法、活动要求、活动过程的组织等方面进行,使学生先学会操作,再从操作的过程中学会知识,逐步形成能力。“小组学习”是我们常用的活动形式,通过这种形式,学生们学会了合作探讨,培养了一种集体精神。但是,如果教师在活动的过程中,不巡视、不深入、不启发,只是在等待一段时间后要求结果,那么,这种活动就流于形式了。所以,活动前要有明确的要求,活动中要善于发现问题,有选择地加入到小组学习中,收集学生活动的情况,对于不会的、偏离方向的,及时启发引导.学生的活动中,老师不是旁观者,或者说不介入,而应该从另一个角度参加到活动中去,做好指导。

学生的实际情况包括他们的年龄特征、认知水平、兴趣偏好等等,在教学中,我创设活动时,是从这几方面着手进行的:

1、根据教学内容确定活动形式。

不同的教学内容决定不同的教学形式。一些发生在学生身边的,学生有切身体会的内容,适宜表演活动。一些社会事例,则更多的侧重于搜集采访和交流活动。例如三年级《品德于社会》中“行行出状元”学习单元,在该单元的教学中,我采取了“采访搜集+交流”的活动形式,大大的开阔了的学生的视野。

学生的品德形成是螺旋上升的,学生的知识形成有其阶段性的不同。应根据学生知识形成阶段设计活动。例如三年级《品德与社会》上期与下期中都有对家庭生活关注的内容,上期的要求是体会父母工作的艰辛和不易,下期则侧重于学生对家庭生活的参与和对父母家人爱的表达。因此,上期适宜开展观察和交流活动,而下期开展实践汇报活动更为合适。

3、根据学生年龄特征设计活动。低年级学生的思维多具直观性,注意力集中时间短,以有趣、有情的活动贯穿教学过程,是有效的组织方法,如游戏活动、动手操作、小竞赛等。随着年龄的增长,对学生逐步提出较高的要求,加强意志、情感、动机等的培养,不仅给学生提供外显的直观活动,更要注意思维层次方面的活动的开展,如开展尝试活动、整理活动、探究活动、辨析活动、自学活动等。

在活动教学的探究中,难免出现这样那样的问题,就是活动的过程中,也会反映出意料之外的情况。及时调整,是积极的应变方式。

分析活动过程中的问题,我常反省其中的原因。如果是多数学生的共同问题,那一定是我的教学组织中有什么失误,如果是个别学生的情况,我要从其活动过程中分析是其方法的问题,还是哪个环节的问题。而且,我希望在活动的过程中及时暴露问题,能交给学生们自己去解决是最好的途径。

本学期我们鼓励老师们采取“多听课、多反思”的方法,结合网络师资培训,组织教师观摩优秀课例,及时评课,了解课改动态,扩大自身的视野,通过多渠道多方位地提高自身的理论素养,以便更好服务于课改实践。教研组采用了集体备课制,每次教研组活动,大家踊跃发言,各抒己见,大家认真学习教材,根据各课教材的教育要点,通过教材分析、结合教学建议,根据学生的年龄特点定好教学目标要点、教学重点、难点,备好课,授好课。我们时时处处发挥着集体的力量,体现着团队的精神。尽管执教品社的老师来自于不同的年级,但我们经常会聚一起探讨研究,教研组洋溢着团结互助,群策群力的气氛。

课堂教学是主渠道、主阵地,是教学教研工作的重中之重,扎实而有效地开展课堂教学,不仅为教师们才能的施展提供了一个自我挑战的舞台,更是培养、提高学生综合素质的学习实践基地。为此我们教研组老师认真学习“品德与社会”新课程标准、理念,利用课余时间阅读相关教育刊物上的教学实例,认真参加区教研活动,听课评课,取长补短,提高自己的教学水平。在上海市“两纲”教育颁发之后,我们组织教研组的老师们进行专题学习,把“两纲”教育贯穿落实于品社课的教学中。本学期在区教研员王嬿老师的指导下,杨旋华老师执教了《身边的公共设施》一课。

由于我们的学生在生活中都曾看到过、使用过公共设施,但对这些设施的作用以及和我们生活的密切关系的认识是肤浅的,残缺的,因此在引入课题时,杨老师采用了谜语的形式,激发学生的学习兴趣。在讲明“公共设施”这一概念后,通过播放学校周边的公共设施入手,以日常生活中学生熟悉的场景和实际生活为基础,从生活中挖掘素材,力求教学内容从生活中来,应用到生活中去,也使教材内容更具有说服力,生动的录像提高了学生学习兴趣,感受这些设施就在我们身边,分布广泛,使学生感到亲切、真实,使《品德与社会》学科回归生活。

对于专用的公共设施和不易看见的公共设施这一难点,杨老师通过大量富有真实感的照片和精美的插图,加上旁白的介绍,避免了枯燥、空洞的说教,有助于学生亲近社会,发展和完善自我。同时也满足教师自主开发教材的需要,又满足学生实现多样化学习的需要。整堂课的教学,杨老师都贯穿教学生活化的理念,在师生共同探究中完成教学任务,受到了听课老师的好评。

1、本学期,我们每位教研组成员都能备好符合班级特色的教案,在教研组内上好实践课。教师在校、区级教研活动中认真听课,且能作好详细的听课记录和评课反馈,学期结束交教导处检查。
