一)在点滴渗透中分散语法难点
在平时的英语教学中,如遇到语法现象,就要及时地说明一下,如名词、冠词、代词、动词和介词等语法内容,要经常提醒、介绍;对于比较深奥的,一时还说不清的有关知识,如不定代词、序数词等,可就事论事,而不作过多要求。这种平时点滴的渗透,既分散了难点,又有利于学生的消化。
(二)在情景交融中习得语法
心理学研究表明,如果学生所听到的和所看到的是在一定情景之中使用的语言,其基本句型结构反复使用,反复操练,通过大量的语言实践,他们就会达到不假思索地脱口而出的程度。而且语法结构放在情景中操练更有意义,更直观、有趣、生动,不会让学生感到枯燥乏味和机械。
如教学现在进行时态的时候,可以创设这样一个情景:老师带一个篮球走进教室,边连续拍边讲“i’mplayingbasketball.”这个句型。当有学生接到球并且在拍的时候老师再趁机问他:“whatareyoudoing?”他们会很自然地说:“i’mplayingbasketball.”学生在情景中习得现在进行时的规则,即动作正在发生时,动词的后面要加-ing。接着,老师板书:i’m__ingbasketball。跟读之后,让学生两两操练,让对方持续做一个动作,进行相互问答,老师巡回指导,及时帮助学生纠正错误,学生表演和说的欲望将会相当强烈,而且可以收到了意想不到的效果。
(三)在完成任务中比较语法
在有效的任务和英语语言环境中,学生才会真正运用语言,才能达到先听再说、以说促听、以说促写的目的。而且可以克服“只见树木,不见森林”式的语言学习,在英语语言运用中对比各语法项目,通过对比再加深认识,从而在交际中使用语言,理解掌握语法知识。

正如专家所讲,语法就是语用之法.英语课程标准里有语法知识目标,这就说明新课标不是不教语法,而是更强调怎样教好语法。
很多学生的语法技能有缺陷,因为其基础知识有问题,而基础知识就包括语法知识,语法新课程不是不教语法,也不是不强调语法,而是要求我们重新认识语法的作用,和语法教学的方法。
过去我们教语法往往是这样的:
1.脱离语境的直接讲授、解释、呈现语法规则,然后进行大量操练、书面练习,花费时间多、效果还不好。现在我们就应该让学生在理解语意的前提下,或在特定的语境中,去理解语法现象,体验这些语法结构在语境中的用法;另外,让学生自己去发现语法规则并归纳总结。
2.语法操练、复习、巩固的方法也要进行调整。过去操练以机械重复、完全控制为主。如:句型操练、计划练习,这些练习用途很小,效率也不高。而且学生也不能将语法知识应用于语言的实际运用之中去。我们应当在使用语言的过程中,使用语法规则做事情。例如,学习形容词的比较级和最高级的时候,我们应该知道该语法的目的是用这些形式、机构来描述事物的共同点、差异性。我们从这个角度来设计适当的事例,学生就容易把枯燥的语法规则和语言运用结合起来了。避免了单调、枯燥效率低。再如:我们在学习宾语从句的时候,尽可能地用贴近生活的句子来引入do you know? could you tell me 来引导,避免用一些生僻的句子,如 :do you ask me ?
总之,新语法教学的机械操练应控制在一定范围之内,一节课不能太多,否则课堂会显得boring .反复训练、大量训练也解决不了问题教师只有将语法贴近生活,贴近学生,让学生全体参与,才能更好地进行语法教学。

在往年的教学中, 可以发现学生在掌握英语语法上有些困惑, 尤其是基础略差的学生更是一头雾水. 而且在教学过程中,有时为了赶时间完成课程任务,无法避免地仍旧采用了传统的教育方式,使学生处于被动状态。而依据新课改后对英语学习的要求及初中生学习理解力的特点,学习英语语法,了解所学语言的规则,是不可忽略的. 要求学生掌握英语的规律,才能尽快提高听、说、读、写、译的能力。所以如何让学生简而易懂的去理解和掌握语法知识? 通过"国培"课程学习,我开始运用启发式,让学生探索发现的方式来学习。
课文里有语音、词汇项目,也有各类语法项目。它们有机地结合在课文里。课文中出现的语法项目,是有血有肉的,不是干巴巴的。通过课文去学语法,可以学得活,记得牢,这比孤零零地背诵语法条目要有效得多。因此,在语法学习过程中,宜结合课文去学语法,要围绕课文中出现的主要语法项目,循序渐进地学习比较系统的语法知识。这也正符合新课改和新教学大纲对英语语法学习的要求,符合新标准英语教材的设计。
启发式,探索发现的学习方式要求给学生大量的例句,让学生在例句中去观察总结固定的句型或发现特点规律。长时间地训练学生运用这一方式去学习英语,有利于学生自学英语,相当于传授给学生一种好的学习方法,这样即使教师不讲,学生也能知道该从哪里入手去学习一个新的语法项目;同时,这样的教和学的过程也是一个让学生积极思考的过程,利于调动学生的思维,使他们精神集中。同时,注意对于语法规律的总结尽量用便于学生理解的语言,这样一来,也是学生易于记忆和自我归纳。
英语语法项目从某种意义上讲,是一种枯燥乏味的学习过程,它不仅仅要求学生理解,更多地要求学生在练习中体会和巩固。过去这一年的教学过程中,其一学生练习量不够,巩固做得不到位;其二,不仅需要练习,还要讲究精练。利于学生在典型练习中更准确得体会和抓住要点、难点。

本课的中心是引导学生掌握如何将直接引语转化为间接引语,尤其是转化表命令的祈使句和表要求的疑问句。鉴于所授班级学生基础相对薄弱,且语法内容本身相对枯燥难理解,特从以下几个方面设计课程以期能让学生更易理解,让课堂生动活泼。
一、引入简单有趣。因此特意从网上搜索选择了一首简单有趣的英文儿歌。此首儿歌中反复运用到了直接引语和间接引语的转化,既简单有趣又能很快活跃课堂气氛,作为整节课主要内容的导入十分合适。学生在课堂上很快融入进愉快的英语氛围。
二、导入环节还不忘联系本单元的tpic,即aerican english 和british english. 温故而知新,符合学习的一般规律。在让学生复习上节阅读课的内容的同时自然引入本节语法,学生更容易顺畅过渡。且三人小组活动让学生有效锻炼口语,效果较好。
三、导入本节课的主题后,跟学生简单渗透直接引语和间接引语的概念,让学生在初中知识的基础上尝试做几道题目以便后面总结规律。此处题目采用游戏选择小组竞赛的形式进行,课上学生都能积极参加活动,合作学习,气氛活跃,这一点符合新课标对英语课堂自主学习和合作学习的要求。但是在实际教学的过程中发现学生在开展小组活动的时候需要必要引导,部分小组的学生没能有效利用时间,需要注意。
四,在做完八道题目后,学生大致上对该语法点有了一些自己的想法,请基础较好的同学尝试归纳语法要点,教师加以指点。课堂实践证明,教师要充分相信我们的学生,他们是可以做的很好的,但在让学生自己归纳的同时,教师一定要充分发挥其在课堂上的引领作用,在关键点上要给学生以点拨和提醒。
五.语法点仅靠讲解是远远不够的,要辅以必要练习。这一部分安排了五道题目来了解学生对该知识点的掌握情况。采用小组抢答的形式,课堂反馈相对理想,大部分学生能够灵活运用。
六.讲完所有知识点后,让学生在小组活动中自由发挥,进一步深化该知识点并锻炼口语。学生反应热烈,活动效果很好。

2、实证地分析学生情况 我们的学生来自偏僻的农村,英语基础较差,但有学习的热情,有上进的决心。
3、清晰地确定与表述课时目标
4、以学生为主体设计教学活动。让学生通过练习得出结论。
5、对教学重点难点或需要注意的地方教学强化。
但是还有些地方值得改进
1、没有注意对个别差异较大的同学个别指导
2、有点注重完成课时内容,没有注重尽量关注每一个学生,没有注意对沉默和边缘的学生予以特别关注,而是更多地关注教学设计和教学内容的完成。
3、学生课堂反映不够好。
通过学习,我认识到自己在课堂教学方面还有很多不足的地方,标准给出了努力的方向和具体的措施,使自己受益匪浅,决心在今后的教学活动中努力改进,不断提高。

通过本节课的教学,反映出的问题较多,今后的教学措施:
第一、强化单词的记忆,并结合目前的情况,对优生及中上等的注意培养他们对一些多义词、兼类词的实际运用能力,提高他们基础题的解题水平。
