下学期教学总结与反思篇一

七年级共有16人,他们的基础非常差,拼写不规范,学习不主动,对英语的兴趣不浓。在我们班16名学生当中三分之一的学生学习态度认真,对英语感兴趣:有一名学生的智力非常低,看着书抄单词都抄错;而且除了他们,其他的学生干脆都不学英语。

1、教学过程中,注意抓常规教学,以学生为主体,面向全体学生组织教学,注意培养学生的听说读写的能力。

2、抓词汇和句型学习,经常进行听写训练,提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵。

3、课内外多听多说英语。上课时尽量用英语授课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和毕业论文所学句型表演不同形式的对话,也可以结合实物和图片等用英语进行简单的描述,培养学生的语感。

4、抓测验,重视讲评课,并进行考试分析。

5、为了增加学生的词汇量,让学生每天积累5个单词,并每周检查一次。

1、教学工作

本人对工作扎扎实实、兢兢业业,认为无论什么工作只要尽心尽力地去做,都会有一种成就感。在这种正确的思想和理念指导下,工作起来就如鱼得水。

首先,我认真地分析教材的编写特色及体系,懂得了中学英语必须要求掌握的学习内容,然后就有的放矢地结合中学生的生活实际进行口语、词汇、句型的练习。每次备课时,我都细心研究教材、考虑学生的分层和知识差异,穿插一些生动有趣的游戏活动以及中西方文化差异故事。通过这些活动,增强了学生的英语学习热情和兴趣。而且,我经常有意识地给学生们创设说英语的环境,课堂上也尽量要求他们用英语提问。总之,通过一系列的手段让学生体会到学、用英语的乐趣,养成使用英语的良好习惯和意识。

2、学困生转化工作

学困生转化工作也是英语教学的一个重要环节。如果老师只注重优秀学生的教学那么我敢断定他的教学是失败的。好的教师应是通过抓两头,促中间的方法达到班级语言水平的平衡、和谐发展。认识到这一点后,我经常利用课间给差生补课。每次重点选择两个学生,根据课堂里发现的不足给他们“加餐”。这样反复地重复所学知识,大部分学生能对本学期的内容很熟练地运用。为了提高学生的成绩,我还组织了英语兴趣小组,采取互帮互助的活动形式,使他们养成对英语的浓厚兴趣。

3、其他工作

在尽量教好本学期教学内容的同时,我还给学生补充了很多课外知识,这一切不仅扩大了学生的知识面,而且提高了学生的学习积极性。而且,几乎每天晚饭后都有一个小时的时间会亲自去校正他们的英语发音,讲解作业以及平时学习中所遇见的难题。

总之,本期工作中的成绩是引以为豪的,不足之处也是在所难免的。我相信大家都一样,重要的是在下一学期的工作中戒骄戒躁,希望各项工作都能以更大的起色去博得家长挑剔目光的赞许、同仁敬佩目光的羡慕,领导钦佩目光的认同!

时光飞逝,一个学期已经结束,这个学期紧张忙碌而收获多多。本学期我仍然担任一年级班主任和该班语、数学科教学。能认真执行学校教育教学工作计划,积极探索,改革教学,把新课程标准的新思想、新理念和课堂教学的新思路、新设想结合起来,从各方面严格要求自己,积极向优秀教师请教。为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期教学工作作出总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,总结经验教训,继往开来,以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

一、班级管理工作

1、培养学生的良好习惯

一年级学生由于年龄小,自控力差,纪律涣散。我从培养学生良好习惯入手,课上进行趣味教学,尽量吸引学生的注意力,组织好学生的纪律。利用班会课、思想品德课学习学校规章制度,提醒学生做好上课准备工作,并且在课后注意观察学生的行为,根据学生的表现在学生中树立榜样。在日常学习中,时刻注意调动学生的积极性,逐渐养成认真听课、认真作业、下课好好休息、讲文明、讲礼貌的好习惯。

2、培养良好的班集体

班集体是培养学生个性的沃土,有了这块沃土,学生的个性才能百花争艳。我在班里经常组织跳绳、拔河等集体活动,最能培养学生的凝聚力、集体荣誉感,展示学生各方面的才能,发展个性,逐步形成一个健康向上、团结协作的班集体。

3、加强与家长联系

平时关心爱护班里的每一个学生。多多关注那些表现不太好的同学,多留意他们的学习情况,抓住他们的闪光点鼓励他们。当他们学习上有困难的时候,耐心地帮助他们。一旦发现他们在学习上、身体上、思想上有什么特殊情况,及时和家长联系,向他们了解情况,耐心地做好他们的思想工作,使每一个孩子都能扬长避短,健康地成长。通过一系列的工作,使学校、家庭密切配合,更好地教育了学生。

二、教学工作

1、认真备课。我认真研读课程标准,根据学生的实际情况设计课的类型,认真搜集每部分教学内容的知识要点,拟定采用的教学方法,并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录,认真写好教案。课后及时对该课作出总结,写好教学反思。

2、教学方面。增强上课技能,提高教学质量,使讲解清晰化,条理化,准确化,情感化,生动化,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,在课堂上老师讲得尽量少,学生动口动手动脑尽量多;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生的学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。

3、提高业务水平方面。在教学中如有疑虑,我虚心请教老教师及其他老师。我经常在办公室里与其他老师互相探讨教学上的各种教法及遇到的疑难杂症。在各个章节的学习上都积极征求其他老师的意见,学习他们的方法,同时,多听老师的课,做到边听边讲,学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足,征求他们的意见,不断改进工作。

4、作业批改方面。在布置作业时争取做到有针对性,有层次性。为了做到这点,我常常到各大小书店去搜集资料,对各种辅助资料进行筛选,力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程中出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透切的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。

三、学生学习情况

在这一学期来看,该班学生学习成绩是不错的,但是也有部分学生不认真学习,不喜欢学习,学习不好的主要原因是:(1)、基础知识、书写较差,读书不认真,不出声,仅是动动口做个样子。(2)、布置作业多数不完成,作业习惯差,玩心大。(3)大多是留守儿童,家庭教育跟不上。真对这种情况,我在课后为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,避免了一刀切的弊端,同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导,并不限于学习知识性的辅导,更重要的是学习思想的辅导,要提高后进生的成绩,首先要解决他们心结,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的'求知欲和上进心,让他们意识到学习并不是一项任务,也不是一件痛苦的事情,而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学习中去。这样,后进生的转化,就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。使学习成为他们自我意识力度的一部分。在此基础上,再教给他们学习的方法,提高他们的技能。只要看到他们有一点点进步,就及时对其夸奖和鼓励,使其树立自信。

四、不足之处及今后的改进措施。

1应调动学生更大的积极性,在教学中进一步的做到精讲多练,在教学方法上形式在多样一些,新颖一些,在教学水平上继续提高。这就需要我不断地努力,在掌握更多理论知识的基础上,注重实践,多向其他教师学习。

2、多探讨有针对性的教学方法,以满足和适应不同层次学生的学习需求,逐步缩短学生在成绩上的差距,缩小差生面,激励更多的学生脱颖而出。

岁月如流,不知不觉中,这学期已接近尾声,回顾这一学期,我收获很多,感悟很多,反思很多......

自从接这个班以来,一年中我每天如履薄冰,一直压力很大,通过一年的努力,所带的班级,无论纪律、卫生、礼貌、思想品质,还是对老师的感情、对学校的感情,都受到校领导和老师以及下一级学生的认可,这一点我感到很欣慰!

自从课改以来,我把学生分为三个层次,以此来确定教学的重点和具体措施:优生---拓展;中等生---狠抓;学困生---辅导。

优生有较好的思维习惯,上课前我们先把问题布置给他们,让他们自已先研究,提高他们自己解决问题的能力,上课时则采用讨论式教学方式,让他们舒展自己的见解,然后加以归纳总结,并进行深化、类比和提高,从高、严、难三个方面要求他们.

中等生是一个大的群体,是学习的主流,上课时我们以他们为主,力求在课堂上消化所有的知识点,作业和练习题也以基础题为主,强化训练,普遍提高。

对于差生,我们本着提高一个算一个的心理,用爱心从思想上感化他们,用耐心从学习上帮助他们,在课堂上编出让这部分学生能够完成的题目,力求使他们每节课有事可做,每节课有所收获,从而调动他们学习积极性。

自从我当上了心理咨询老师,开始由于刚刚成立,很多学生不好意思,随着时间的推移,慢慢的一些学生走进了我的办公室。

本学期我对学生面临的一些问题,进行了分类归纳,理出了一点点头绪,也不像上学期那样,感到一些茫然,到目前为止,已经有20多位同学前来咨询,而且有一个学生来过3、4次,看到孩子愁苦而来,高兴而归,我有点很成功的满足。

由于自我感觉年龄偏大了,工作的积极性有所削弱,思路也有些老化,课改的力度不是很大。

总之,只要工作就有这样那样的困难和问题,当然也有别人不知道的乐趣,新学年新气象,踏踏实实干好份内的事情,为学校的课堂改革和学校的全面发展,发挥自己力所能及的作用。

这学期我任教的是七年级(1)(2)班的英语教学。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。初学英语的学生说的能力相对较弱,授课采用中英文混合教学,同学们比较活跃,上课气氛积极,但中等生占大多数。因此,讲得太深,没有照顾到整体,而一部分同学比较调皮,学习欠积极性,优良生比例不大中下层面广,我备课时也要注意到这点,从此可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反,我没有认真备课的时候,课堂气氛沉闷,教学效果不好,与此相比可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。 备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,课堂调控能力不强以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决当中困难。 英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是帮助班上的同学改英文名,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高,才能提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在一班,我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高,但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。 英语是语言。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持下班了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。

期中和期末考试是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果,因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习,考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试可以看出两个班的平均水平相当,二班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里,我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上,特别是二班,以缩短差距。另外,还发现学生的综合能力不够强,所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学,容易掌握。而期考结果证明,适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

经过一个学期的努力,期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。

《语文课程标准》指出,识字写字教学作为低年级语文教学的重点。因此,在教学中,我十分重视对学生识字方法的引领,对写字方法的指导。

首先是识字关,二年级的识字量特别大,有些生字笔画较多,形近字的数量增加,对二年级的孩子来说,的确是一个很大的难题,因此,在怎样让孩子识字方面,我着实下了一番功夫,对于每课出现的生字,我都尽量引导学生掌握不同的识字方法,尤其是引导学生进行归类识记,这样能让学生在比较中掌握更多的生字。达到事半功倍的效果,同时,我还利用自读课本、课外书以及查字典等方法,引导学生巩固识字,并定期开展识字大王比赛活动,促进了学生识字的效率。

俗话说,“字是一个人的门面”,可见写字在教学中的重要性,作为老师都知道,写字的重要性远不止此,一位学生,如果字好了,直接决定着他的学习态度,态度好了,自然做什么都认真了。现在的试卷也有5分的卷面加分,因此,本学期,我着重抓好学生的写字工作,培养学生认真书写的习惯,争取要写好字,首先,从学生正确写字姿势、握笔姿势入手。每次学生书写汉字时,都要提醒学生注意正确的握笔姿势写字姿势,在学生写字的过程中,逐一检查学生的姿势,发现问题及时一对一地纠正。我一一进行面对面地指导,引导孩子学会观察每个字在田字格中的位置,通过坚持不懈地锻炼,学生能够正确握笔,书写美观。

“基础知识是学习的奠基石。”本学期,我充分利用课堂时间,仅仅抓住基础知识不放手,让学生在课堂上能够当堂消化,学生在课堂上学的好,学习效率会成倍的提高。

语文的学习归根结底是语言文字的训练,因此,我注重对学生基础知识的教学工作,从字、词、句段入手,让学生在每一节语文课的学习中,老师扎扎实实地训练,学生扎扎实实地掌握,努力让学生提高注意力,还要鼓励学生积极动脑思考,积极举手回答问题。学生只有积极举手发言,才能让自己的思路一直跟着老师课堂的节奏走,才能让脑子动起来,课堂效率才会提高。上课容易走神的同学,我也是采取鼓励的方法,调动他们学习的积极性,能让他们积极主动地掌握所学的基础知识。

“我手写我心”是对学生写话的基本要求,为了提高学生写话的能力,我每周布置学生写一篇日记,日记的内容由学生自己选择,不限定学生的思维,有利于学生写出自己想写的话。

比如,原来,有的学生的写话存在懒惰思想,每次都是等着家长说了再写,家长不说,一句也写不出来,针对这样的孩子,我认为首先需要老师的单独辅导,其次可能家长的辅导存在误区,家长不能说一句让孩子写一句,这样很容易造成孩子的依赖心理,于是,我积极与家长沟通,我们可以和孩子交流所见所闻,但是一定要杜绝说一句写一句的现象,这样容易禁锢孩子的思维,束缚孩子的思想,久而久之造成孩子懒惰的思想。经过我有意识的引导、交流,学生的写话慢慢通顺了,有内容了,也想写了。

写话无非是让学生写出自己的所见所闻所想,尤其是对于二年级的学生来说,尽量避免写话的神秘感,更不能把写话当成任务来完成。因此,我利用周末学生家长带孩子玩的机会,让孩子记录下自己的周末的一件事,或看到的一处景物,也可以写自己看的一篇文章或一集动画片,都可以作为自己的写话内容,经过引导,有些孩子的领悟能力较强,每次总能顺利写出自己想说的话。但仍然有个别学生有应付的现象。这次期末考试失分也多,今后还应该加强个别辅导。

“在活动中锻炼在活动中提高。”本学期我积极参加山东省远程研修活动,积极学习理论知识,认真准备每一次的作业,尤其是微课程的,由设计到录制,都精心对待,经过指导老师认真地指导,有的作业还被专家推荐为优秀作业,对我的学习更是起到了积极的促进作用,我也以培训为契机,努力提高自己的理论与教育教学水平。

本学期,学校对我们二年级还进行了督导,通过认真备课,认真准备,我的教学取得了令人满意的效果,领导和同事也给予了肯定,尤其是在参加教学能手的比赛中,我精心准备,认真听取听课老师提出的建议,进一步改善我的教学,在写字环节中,我运用编儿歌的方法,让学生掌握了所学生字的写字技巧,取得了令人满意的教学效果。也为学生的写字学习打下了扎实的基础,力争让学生能学有所得。

本学期,我们校内开课的活动比较多,只要能调课,我总是积极听本校老师的课,尤其是每个人身上都有自己的讲课风格及优点,我便利用听课的机会,认真做好记录,认真领悟授课老师的思想精髓。

针对每位老师的课,我仔细挖掘其中的亮点,能够尽量运用于自己的教学之中,对于自己认为需要改进的地方,也认真做好建议记录,以便于授课老师商讨,共同促进教学。听课过后,我还积极向有经验的老师请教听课遇到的问题,能得到更多的建议,产生思维的碰撞,也有利于今后提高自己的教育教学。因此,我能从不同学科的老师的教学中,感受教学的魅力,吸取自己在教学中有用的教学营养,比如:教态大方、语言精练,注重调动学生的积极性等等,我在教学中也提醒自己,讲课要力求做到语言精练,不该重复的话一句也不说,能让学生自己学会的老师尽量少讲或不讲。通过听课,提高了自己的教育教学水平。

学生的学习,要开阔思维,不能死学,不能禁锢学生的思维,因此,本学期我们利用有限的课堂时间,尽量抽出时间,增加学生的阅读量,培养学生的阅读兴趣。

本学期,在我的建议下,学生家长为学生准备了图书,我把让学生看课外书当成了一种奖励,因此,学生也积极性很高,总是在高质量地完成课堂教学任务的情况下,徜徉于课外知识的海洋中,开阔了学生的视野,增加了阅读量,从而提高了学生的学习效率,增加了识字量,更重要的是,学生的写话水平、阅读能力大大提高了。

很多家长也发现,自己的孩子比以前愿意看书了,写作业的速度也提高了,再也不是以前那种被动写作业,撵着读书的情况了,是呀,乐于读书的孩子,一定是善良、有智慧的孩子,今后,还要让孩子继续热爱读课外书,丰富各方面的知识。

后进生的转化工作,仍然是一个难题,本学期,我着重多我们班的几位学习困难同学进行了跟踪观察,跟踪辅导。取得了较好的效果。

针对我们班的几位后进生,我通过观察、谈天、与家长交流了解到,这几位同学的情况各不相同。有的孩子接受问题快,但是家长忙于做生意,疏于对孩子的管理,因此孩子的家庭作业不能保证质量,慢慢地成绩也就落下了;有的同学是家长之间闹矛盾,两人互相推诿,谁也无心管孩子,孩子有心事,学习自然就落下了;还有的同学是自己懒惰,不太听家长的话。这对以上几个方面,我分别进行辅导,找家长交流,与孩子谈心,调动孩子学习的积极性,孩子们逐渐能认真听课,认真对待作业,在各方面有一定的提高但是,要让他们达到优秀,还需进一步的努力。

总之,一学期的教学工作结束了,既取得了点滴成绩,更有许多不足之处。感谢领导的关心,同事们的帮助。在今后的教学工作中,我会更加努力,多学习、多请教,争取把工作做得更好。

20xx春季学期注重以学生为主体,让学生在愉快的音乐实践活动(听、看、唱,讨论、联想、想象及律动)中,主动地去发现、去探究,去感受音乐、理解音乐、表现音乐,并在一定基础上创造音乐。

音乐课是实践性很强的教学活动,这是由于音乐艺术本身所具有的基本特征所造成的。无论是音乐表演、音乐欣赏,他们都与各种形式的实践活动密不可分。就音乐教学活动而言,学生离开了演唱、演奏、创作、鉴赏等音乐实践活动,就很难获得直接经验。现就本学期的教学作一次简单的总结。

一、刚开学,我就对教材进行了全面分析,首先对教材的目标进行了设定。并根据八年级学生的基础和接受能力的不同而对教材内容进行合理的取舍,安排了本学期的教学计划。

二、在教学过程中,本着让学生从“要我学----我想学----我要学”这一过程进行转变。为了达到这个目的,一方面,我在教学模式上采用一些适时有效的设问,启发、引导学生积极思考;另一方面,我通过大量的实物展示与课件相结合,吸引学生注意力,充分调动学生学习的积极性与学习兴趣,从而达到课堂教学实效性;第三方面,本学期除第一单元是唱歌课外,其他单元不是创作就是器乐或欣赏,比较枯燥难上,学生的兴趣也不太高,教学比较难开展。我就大胆的在教学中加入适当的表演,增加课堂教学的趣味性。学生在课堂上的积极性有了提高,课堂教学收到了一定的效果。如:复习四分音符时让学生用“走”来感知;八分音符让学生用“跑”来感知,这一下学生很快就记住了。

三、配合学校团委,成功的举办我校“唱好歌,诵经典”文艺演出活动,为活动编写方案、制定计划、设计节目单,并参与七八年级的节目筛选。在文艺演出中,同学们的表演得到广大师生及各界社会人士的好评,同时向社会大力宣传了我校。

当然,我在教学工作中也存在这样和那样的不足,主要表现为:

1、课堂教学不能针对八个班学生实际,缺乏“备学生”这一必要环节。

2、忽视与个别班级学生的交流,关系有些紧张,这对今后教学工作的开展带来不必要的麻烦,有待于进一步改善。但我会尽最大的能力和努力改正不足的地方,进一步优化课堂教学,关注第二课堂。
