本学期,本人任教高二的生物科教学工作。为适应高中新课程教学工作的要求,注意加强新课程理念学习,从各方面严格要求自己,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,使学生学有所得,不断提高,从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟,并顺利完成教育教学任务。为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期教学工作作出总结。
一、认真备课,认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑;了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对该课作出总结,写好教学后记。
二、课堂上组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的有意注意,使其保持相对稳定性,同时,激发学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服了以前重复的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学数学的兴趣,课堂上讲练结合,布置好家庭作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。
三、认真批改作业:布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性,有层次性。为了做到这点,注意搜集资料,对各种辅助资料进行筛选,力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透切的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。
四、积极推进素质教育。目前的考试模式仍然比较传统,这决定了教师的教学模式要停留在应试教育的层次上,为此,我在教学工作中注意了学生能力的培养,把传受知识、技能和发展智力、能力结合起来,在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素,发挥学生的创新意识和创新能力。让学生的各种素质都得到有效的发展和培养。

生物新课程理念是:面向全体学生,提高生物科学素养,通过倡导探究性学习,来指导日常教学。而生物学是一门基础的自然科学,跟我们人类的关系最为密切。新课程实施以来,本人对课堂教学的各环节进行研究、设计、探索,把吸收的新课程理念变为具体的教学行动,落实在教学的各个环节中。一学期以来,也取得了成功,当然,也有不足。下面我就对这学期来的教学工作做个总结,以便以后有更大的进步。
本学期来,本人自始至终热爱人民教育事业,认真贯彻国家的教育方针和政策,树立素质教育思想,积极投身教育改革,治学严谨,有强烈的事业心和责任感;严于律已、宽以待人。教育思想端正、关心、爱护全体学生,教书育人,具有良好的职业道德;服从组织安排,吃苦耐劳,任劳任怨,认真执行课程标准和教学计划,积极完成本职工作,以校为家,以人为本。
中学生物学九年义务大纲中明确要求:中学生物教学要培养学生的观察能力、实验能力、思维能力和自学能力;不再过分注重知识的传授,开始关注学生获取知识与技能的过程,开始关注学生的态度情感和价值观的形式;不再过分强调学科本位,在教学中加强了课程内容与学生生活以及社会发展的联系,关注学生的学习兴趣和经验,注重学生终身学习必备的基础知识和技能;开始倡导学生主动参与,乐于探究勤于动手,注重培养学生收集和处理信息的能力、获取新知的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及合作交流的能力。
在教学中我总结出生物学教学必须加强直观教学。首先学生经验较少,形象思维占优势,概念的形成需要直观形象来帮助感知和理解;其次,高一生物学教学内容是细胞,从走进细胞开始,细胞的组成成分,细胞的结构,细胞的物质交换,细胞的能量供应和利用,细胞的生命历程,相当于把细胞的生老病死以及各个阶段的特点全部了解一遍,细胞是我们用肉眼看不到的东西,学起来比较麻烦,比如说细胞器,细胞膜,细胞壁,细胞核,以及细胞的分裂等,非常抽象,如果能够在抽象的教学过程中加入一些模型,那就简单直观多了,像细胞核的模型等,还有就是如果充分利用好多媒体课件也会帮助学生更好的学习和理解内容。为此,在上每一节课之前,我除了写好教案,还精心准备好这一节课的多媒体课件,还有就是充分利用好我们的辅助资料导学大课堂,因为其上面的知识预览设计的非常好,相当于我们所要求的学案,虽然因为时间关系,教学内容不是很好的完成,尤其是最后一章只是重点讲了一下细胞的增殖,其他的只是简单的讲了一下,由于我们的学生基础不是特别好,所以只能具体问题具体对待了,我上课的基本流程是:让学生自学课文,并让学生在自学过程中做导学大课堂上的知识预览;
然后让他们自己互相指出错误,并且提出问题。这样就给学生提供了广阔的思维空间使学生的思维得到了发展。由“接受”转向“发现”,由单一、机械的“听讲”的被动状态逐步转向“自主——合作——探究学习”的积极主动状态。从而真正实现学生的主体地位。可以说,这是比较成功的。它锻炼和提高了学生的多种能力,如观察能力、实验能力、思维能力、自学能力等,从而达到提高教学质量的目的。
1、由于中考不计成绩等原因,不少学生对学习生物学的重要性认识不足,缺乏兴趣和主动性,严重影响高中生物教学,有的学生连什么是细胞也不知道,而我作为引导者,在这方面没有及时地给与正确的引导,以至造成部分学生出现厌学甚至不学的情况。让学生明确学习目的是激发学习兴趣的首要条件,因为它是推动学生主动积极学习和克服困难的内在动力,因此在生物的教学工作中我一定要积极主动地对学生进行目的教育。
2、进行目的教育,是培养学习兴趣的必要手段,但更重要的兴趣培养还必须始终贯穿在整个课堂教学过程中。例如一些易使学生感到难理解的抽象概念、单调枯燥的知识,在四十五分钟的课堂教学中,若能恰当地将知识性和趣味性有机地结合起来,寓教于趣,寓教于乐,便会充分调动学生学习的积极性,激发学生强烈地学习兴趣,从而有利于知识的消化和吸收。对于这一点,我做的还不够好。
3、生物科学是一门实验科学。中学生物教学只有重视与实际的联系,加强教学中的实验与课外科技实践活动,才能取得令人瞩目的成效。要想全面提高生物教学质量,中差生的转化不容忽视。而要提高中差生的学习兴趣和成绩,除在课堂上利用直观教具、生动语言、启发谈话等方法注意培养他们的学习兴趣外,更主要的是要让他们多参与课外科技活动。比如,可专门成立以中差生为骨干的生物课外兴趣小组,并经常组织和开展各种专题活动,让他们在活动中发展自我。这一方面,由于受学校条件以及课时的限制,许多本应让学生动手的实验都没办法实施,以致影响到学生的实验探究能力比较缺乏。但是在以后的工作中,我将会积极动脑,尽量排除客观因素带来的影响,充分调动学生的积极性,相信我的生物教学将会更上一个台阶。

本学期我担任高三49-52班生物课,作为毕业班的教师,我继续努力钻研新课程标准和高考考纲,深入研究教法,根据学情不断调整教学思路。现对本学年教学工作作出以下总结:
1、认真研究《课程标准》和理科综合《考试说明》
首先是明确“考纲”与课本之间的关系,把握好复习内容和方向。理科综合的高考命题强调知识与能力并重,以知识为载体,更加注重能力的考查。复习过程中,要重视引导学生抓住主干知识,找出基本知识点和考点,构建知识网络,合理分散难点,强化知识重点,重视联系实际,关注社会热点。
2、研究高考生物试题。纵观近几年的高考生物试题,可以发现其突出的特点之一是它的连续性和稳定性,始终保持稳中有变的原则。如试卷的结构、试题类型、考查的方式和能力要求等,从而把握高考命题方向及命题特点,更好的指导教学。
1.切实抓好基础知识的教学,结合学生的实际情况,将前后相关的内容整合在一起。如将选修本中细胞工程一章内容整合到细胞专题中;将有丝分裂、减数分裂和无丝分裂合并为细胞增殖专题。可以使得学生对旧知识的理解、掌握提高到一个新的层次,形成完整的知识体系和结构。
2.培养学生的解题能力,通过精选往年高考经典试题做为例题进行分析,引导学生自主地将所学知识进行灵活运用。例题的分析应以指导思维方法为主,使学生学会同类型的题目的解题方法、突破点,从而加强对知识的理解。
3.培养语言表达能力,高考试卷中要求用科学的语言表达的占很大一部分,且失分主要也在这方面。所以,平时课堂教学中教师的用语一定要反复琢磨,还要多给学生锻炼的
机会,通过反复训练使他们学会用书本上的基本概念或标准的生物学术语来精确表达;课后精选习题锻炼学生的语言表达能力。
20xx年高考全国卷生物试题十分重视对中学生物学基础知识的考查,包括生物学的基本观点、基本理论及基本的实验设计思路。如第3题考查了光合作用中光照强弱对植物光合作用的影响,第5题考查了与免疫相关的内容,非选择题的31题考察脂肪酶的本质、活性相关内容,32题考查了与生态相关的内容等,都围绕高中生物核心知识及实验进行展开考查,而每年评卷都反映出学生的基础知识并不牢固,对基础知识的教学绝不能掉以轻心。
在基础知识的复习中我们要注重让学生从整体上把握学科的主体知识,注重各知识点之间的联系,要引导学生及时归纳总结,构建生物学知识的网络体系。例如光合作用是一个知识点,它的内涵包括光合作用的概念、条件、场所、意义和过程、反应式等。把光合作用与叶绿体的结构和功能,与呼吸作用、生态系统的物质循环和能量流动、水分代谢及矿质代谢(从光合作用的原料、酶的组成、atp的组成等方面看)等知识有机地联系起来才是一个知识网。对基础知识的复习要达到精确、精巧、精炼,同化为自己的东西。
1、创设情境,激发学生学习兴趣。充分利用教材,精心创设学生熟悉的情境,激发学生学习的兴趣。
2、紧密联系生活实际。高中生物虽然抽象但与生活实际联系紧密。在现实生活中寻找生物题材,激发学生学习兴趣,让教学贴近生活,让学生在生活中看到生物学习的重要性。
3、开展讨论与互评活动,培养学生的创新和合作精神。让每个学生都有参与活动的机会,使学生在互评中学习,在讨论中思维,在讨论中探索,在讨论中提高。
每次模拟考以后,根据模拟卷的特点和学生卷面的解答情况,认真进行分析总结,及时调整复习策略,狠抓基础知识的落实。
认真落实“两案七环节”的教学模式,营造高效课堂,课前通过对学生做的学案、作业批改,发现学生哪些知识还存在盲点、疑点,哪些重点知识还需要进一步通过课堂练习加强巩固,进而更有针对性的进行备课,针对学生存在的共性问题设置成一系列的小问题加以引导提问,使学生更好的把握知识,对于重点知识通过课堂练习进一步加以巩固,课堂上学生讲解为主,教师进一步加以补充归纳的教学模式,进一步活跃课堂,调动学生的积极性,使学生的表达能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力进一步得到提升,提高课堂效率。
在我们的学生中,总有一些学生存在偏科现象,如我们49班的耿志旭同学,英语很好,在班里经常第一名,而他的数学、理综不太好,严重影响他的整体成绩的提高,对于像他这样的学生,我们各科老师分包到人,确定为自己需要重点帮扶的“推拉生”,我们重点是课上多提问,课下找他们做一些课上刚讲过的一些习题,督促他们的学习,周考完后,及时找他们了解做题得失,分析以后的努力方向,其中有的同学学习成绩有较大提升,偏科现象明显减弱。
还有一些学生,如我们52班的盖胜文同学,学习较好,但心理素质不过硬,成绩忽上忽下,不够稳定,对于这样的学生,我们的工作重点是周考、模拟考试之后,及时找他们了解做题得失,极力赞扬他们做的好的方面,提高他们的自信心,即使没考好,也不能打击他们,分析失误的地方,明确下一步的努力方向,激励他们不断完善自我、肯定自我、超越自我。

生物学是自然科学中的基础学科之一,是一种实践性课程。其目标是发展学生的综合实践能力、创新精神和探究能力,增强学生对自然、对社会和对自我的责任感。为了达到这个目标我进行了关于“初中生物隐性课程的开发”实验研究。根据本地区特点我们选择了“麋鹿苑”作为实践对象。
(1)问题意识增强:教师在教的过程中改变以前直接传授知识的方式,而是设计一些问题让学生经过“困惑、提出问题、假设、解决问题、反思”之后,提高了对知识的综合应用能力。尤为可贵的是学生学会了用“批判”的眼光来看待事物,用自己的头脑理解知识,不再轻易盲从。
(2)实践能力加强:素质教育以培养学生的创造精神和实践能力为重点。然而,创新也好,素质也罢。是教不出来的。只有学生主动“动”起来,到实践中去感悟、积累才行。这个学期我增加了课外小组活动。课的核心就是让学生成为学习的主人,让学生积极、主动、活泼的投入到学习之中。学生通过参与课题,扩充了知识体系(如报刊杂志,大众传播,统计等),学会了诸如摄影,摄像,应用软件的技能,掌握并会使用计算机网络来为自己的学习服务。
(3)情感体验丰富,协作能力增强:与这一代中学生在物质上的富足形成鲜明对比的是他们在“情感”上的匮乏。独生子女的孤僻、冷漠、不善与人沟通等缺憾都在实际的学习生活中表现出来。实践活动中陌生的人和新鲜的事物让学生的情感经历了一次次的考验。而且,活动课提供了一个有利于沟通与合作的良好空间,学生在学习过程中发展了乐于合作的团队精神,彼此学会了尊重、理解以及容忍他人,学会了交流和分享研究的信息、创意和成果,在欣赏自己的同时,也学会了欣赏别人。
(4)社会责任感增强:在整个实践活动中,学生通过认真的探究,不仅提升了自身的人文素养,还养成了严谨踏实的科学态度,不满足与现状的进取精神、克服困难的意志品质,同时也懂得知识对于人、自然和社会的意义和价值,开始尝试着关心他人、社会和国家,精神境界得到升华。
通过初步的实践,我们认为,本课题的进行可分为三个阶段:进入情境阶段(选题并拟定计划)、实践体验阶段(调查研究)、表达交流阶段(总结分析并完成调查报告)。当然这三个阶段并不是截然分开的,而是相互交叉和交互推进的。
(1)进入情境阶段。
在这一阶段,先为学生创设了一些直观的感性的情境。主要是为了激发学生的兴趣。并开设了一些讲座,目在在于调动学生原有的知识和经验,明确如何开展研究性学习,然后经过讨论,提出核心问题,诱发学生探究的动机,进而确定研究范围和研究题目。
同时,帮助学生通过搜集相关资料,了解有关研究题目的知识水平,为学生准备的研究课题可以隐含争议性的问题,使学生可以从多个角度认识、分析问题。课题确定后,学生建立了几个研究小组,大家共同讨论和确定具体的研究方案,包括确定合适的研究方法、如何收集可能获得的信息、准备调查研究所要求的条件、可能采取的行动和可能得到的结果。
(2)实践体验阶段。
在确定需要研究解决的问题以后,学生开始进入具体解决问题的过程,我们认为学生应该通过实践、体验,形成一定的观念、态度,掌握一定的方法。
①搜集和分析信息资料。即通过观察、访谈、上网、查阅书刊杂志、等获取资料的方式,选择有效方式获取所需的信息资料;
②调查研究。根据个人或小组集体设计的研究方案,按照确定的研究方法,选择合适的动物进行调查,获取调查结果;
③初步的交流。通过收集资料、调查研究得到的初步研究成果在小组内或个人之间充分交流,学会认识客观事物,认真对待他人意见和建议,正确地认识自我并逐步丰富个人的研究成果,培养科学精神与科学态度。
(3)表达和交流阶段。
通过实践,我们发现这一阶段是课堂教学最活跃,最精彩的阶段,学生前面的调查研究成果将在这里充分展示,学生将获得的收获进行归纳整理、总结提炼,形成书面材料和口头报告材料。然后把他们的成果在每次相关课上以口头报告的方式向全班发表。通过交流、研讨与同学们分享成果,并且在交流、研讨中,其它学生要对研究小组的口头报告材料提出建议,对一些观点与研究小组进行辩论,,不论是讲的还是听的,都非常认真,讲的同学希望别人找不出毛病,使老师给出较高的评价,听的同学就希望多提建议,这也是一种才能的展示,教师对这些同学也给予了积极的评价,因此对每一节课都达到了学习的高潮。

本学年我担任高一(61、62、63、64)四个班的生物学的教学工作,这一学期来我认真执行学校教育教学工作计划,本着务实的思想,积极探索,改革教学。本着做一行,热爱一行,向每一节课要质量,让每一个同学学有所得。本人现对本学期教学工作作出总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,总结经验教训,提高自己的教学能力现总结如下:
不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生的实际,设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对该课作出总结。
使讲解清晰化,条理化,准确化,条理化,准确化,情感化,生动化,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,在课堂上老师讲得尽量少,学生动口动手动脑尽量多;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。在学生的合作讨论学习的过程中,缺少学生独立思考的过程,学生的参与度不均衡,为讨论而讨论,有些讨论时间,学生关注的仍然只是自己,而不是整个小组合作和交流。此外新课改提倡对学生要赏识,激励和宽容,坚持正面
教育,以表扬,鼓励为主。即使学生回答了极简单的问题,也给予夸奖。这样太多的鼓励,学生都听腻了。长期下去只能带给他们更多的迷失。根本起不到激励作用。为了避免产生这样的现象,我认为对学生创造性的回答要给予肯定和奖励,对学生错误的回答,既要指出不足之处,也要抓住可取之处,给予表扬。不可挫伤学生的自尊心和自信心。如果一个学生只能表扬,不能批评,未来怎么能面对挫折和失败呢?没有批评和惩戒的教育是不完整的教育,也培养不出健全的人格。只有在客观的基础上坚持鼓励性原则,才是富有魅力和价值的评价
布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性,有层次性,同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透切的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。
在工作中发现自己还存在很多不足之处,在以后的工作中发扬优点,改正缺点,不断提高自己的工作能力。
