自松林啤酒承诺“零缺陷”以来,我对消费者零缺陷服务进行了认真调查研究,认为要通过松林啤酒零缺陷产品、精巧细腻的市场细分服务消费者,消费者购买的每一瓶啤酒,都印有800全国免费服务电话,通过沟通,拉近了消费者和松啤之间的距离,进一步强化了松林啤零缺陷的品质。我通过专业化的服务,及时帮助松林加速走货,从商品陈列到货柜展示,再到无处不在的pop招贴提示,业务代表一路跟踪,使得每个终端成为完美终端,个个作成为样板工程,松林啤卖的不仅是商品,更重要的是专业化服务,并带来的丰厚回报。据统计,年内销售额达到了x元。
在年初以前,市场上啤酒占市场达65%以上。而__啤酒较我们的啤酒落后许多,对于竞争,我们采取了提高服务质量的办法,大做销售广告,在当地多家媒体做广告,收到了明显的效果。

总之,一年来,我在销售中做了大量工作,但也存在一些不足,主要是宣传的力度还不够大,宣传导资金欠缺。

没有淡的市场,只有淡的心。卖得好的时候,把之后的每个客户当今天的最后一个客户来对待;卖的不好的时候,把每个客户都当第一个客户来对待。决不让上一个单子影响到自己的心情。
时刻感恩,每个顾客都能帮助自己成长;
时刻自省,每个细节都能让自己提升。
自律很重要,保持良好的饮食和作息,让自己保持健康才有更充沛的精力去做好工作。
坚持不懈,持之以恒。对自己的工作和顾客保持好刚开始的热情。
加强团队合作意识,和同事互帮互助。
(二)销售技巧方面:
接待客人的时候,首先要让顾客接受你这个人,他才会有兴趣听你的介绍;搞清楚客人最重要的是用什么功能我们再重点介绍他需要的功能,在给客人演示的时候一定要熟练的操作,而且在介绍产品时切忌夸大其词,说话真诚、实在,顾客才会相信你,觉得你不仅专业,而且诚信,为他着想。在得到客人信任的同时就要趁热打铁,促成交易。
从接到顾客到推荐机型的过程中,要迅速了解顾客今天是否买、顾客的需求、顾客的预算。基于这些整理自己的思路,推荐自己想卖的顾客觉得物有所值的机型。
谈单过程中要把公司的标准、产品标准以及个人标准带给顾客,并熟练运用fabe法则:
f:(features)指的是本项产品的特质、特性等方面的功能。产品名称?产地,材料?工艺?定位?特性?深刻去挖掘这个产品的内在属性,找到差异点。
a:(advantages)优势。列出这个产品独特的地方来。可以直接,间接去称述。例如:更管用、更高档、更温馨、更保险、更……
b:(benefits)能给消费者带来什么好处。这个实际上是右脑销售法则时候特别强调的,用众多的形象词语来帮助消费者虚拟体验这个产品。
e:(evidence)佐证。通过现场演示,相关证明文件,品牌效应来印证刚才的一系列介绍。所有材料应该具有足够的客观性、权威性、可靠性、可证实性。
认真倾听顾客的每一句话以及他们的神态,来判断顾客的性格以及购买意向,以及分析顾客的购买点和抗拒点。
任何时候,先稳住客户再说,不管客户说什么观点,都先去认同他,在帮他分析并引出自己的意见,帮顾客分析时将其往自己想卖的机型特点去引导,要转型时一定要提前去做相关各方面优势上的铺垫,让顾客容易接受。
熟悉自己产品的卖点,并找出不同品牌和不同机型各方面的差异性。
客户信息要及时跟进,做好客户关系
(三)转正后计划
努力完成公司下达的销售任务,认认真真做好自己的本职工作,不断的学习和提升自己的销售技巧,从各方面来提升自己的能力,争取达到五星销售顾问的标准。
每月争取帮助店面达成任务,遵循公司的规章制度。绝不放弃和公司共同成长的机会。

九月份的工作到了末尾了。这一个月的工作压力有点大,加上自己前一个月的销售业绩也不是很好,所以这个月下来,压力倍增,并且时间也非常的紧迫,根据我对这个月的计划去进行的话,留给我自己的单独空间是很少的了。这个月的结束,其实也是对我这个阶段的工作进行了一次完美结尾了。在此我对九月份的销售工作进行一番总结和整理。
进入九月份之后,其实也就是进入了这个阶段最重要的一段时间了。我上个月的工作销售额不是很高,相比之前还降低了不少,所以这一点也是非常刺痛我的。八月底结束的时候我就给九月份的工作进行了一次计划,主要是想在九月份的时候把业绩突破上去。我给自己明确了这个月的工作态度,所以在行动的实施上,也是非常的顺利的。工作态度往往是决定着一件事情的发展方向,所以这个月其实我在态度上还是非常明确的,所以也取得了一个非常不错的结果,比之前的业绩额都要高出了一部分,这是对我努力的一种肯定吧。
工作方式我们在工作当中非常重要的一部分,有时候方式是合适我们自己的,我们才能真正的施展出自己的能力来。有时候如若方式不对了,其实对于自己的销售工作而言,就是一个很大的隐蔽。所以在这一个月,我不断去反省自己,跟进自己的状态,从而改变方针和方式,尽快的去适应新的挑战和难关,进而去克服它、战胜它。一个合适的、好的方式总能为我们避免一些问题的发生,因此作为一名销售,我会注重在工作上面的一些方式方法,快速提高自己的综合能力,作出业绩方面的突破和改善。
作为一名销售人员,效率是我们工作当中非常关键的一个部分。如果一个月的努力换不回一份成绩的话,其实对于我们每一位销售来说都是非常打击的一件事情。还记得以前自己一个月辛辛苦苦、忙忙碌碌,却没有得到任何回报的时候,那种莫名的失落感是很重的,也会加重对我们的压力。因此这个月的效率还是提上去了的,也让我看到了新的希望,对未来的日子也多加有了一些期待了!
九月份的结束其实也是开启了另一个阶段的大门,十月份注定又是非常忙碌的一个月,我会将九月作为基础,十月作为进发点,继续在销售工作上去创造更多的可能!

转眼一年即将过去,我们将满怀信心的迎接20xx年的到来。在过去的一年里,我们有高兴也有辛酸,总体来说,我们是圆满完成了公司所定的销售任务,在xxx的x年时间里我们一直坚持真诚专业的态度对待每一位顾客,力求提供符合他们的款式经过努力的锻炼自己,基本能够掌握顾客的心理,利用顾客的心理抓住每一位有意购买的顾客,努力提高我们xxx的销售,进一步提升品牌的知名度。在xxx这个展示才华的大舞台中,也结识了许多新朋友,同时也感谢和我并肩奋斗的同事和领导。
以下是我对xxx的年底总结:
我们必须大量学习专业知识,以及销售人员行业的相关知识,才能在时代的不断发展变化中,不被淘汰。
作为一名合格的销售人员,必须熟悉专业知识,勤奋努力,一步一个脚印,对领导下达的任务,认真对待,及时办理。
通过这一年的工作,我也清醒的看到自己的不足之处,只要是针对有意购买的顾客没有做到及时的跟踪回访,所以在以后的工作中将做好记录,定期回访,使他们都成为我们的老顾客,总之,在工作中,我通过努力学习收获非常大,我坚信只要用心去做就一定能做好。
做好本职工作我概括出三大点:
1、热情服务每一位顾客,我们每天都在接待着形形色色的顾客,不管顾客有多叼难,也不管顾客是不是我们的潜在客户,我们都要热情服务,面带微笑的为他们讲解。
2、对工作充满激情,不管每天我们的工作有多么的乏味,我们都应该保持高度的责任心和满腔的热情。
3、控制好自己的情绪,对待每一位顾客我们都要一视同仁,不骄不燥,耐心的对待每一位进店的顾客。
顾客是我们的衣食父母,我们只有服务好顾客,使顾客认同我们的商品购买我们的商品,我们才有钱可赚,我们有了客户,就可以保障我们销售工作,我们就可以拿得到工资!我们工作做好了,销量提升了,我们就可以拿得到更多的奖金。顾客是上帝,上帝永远是对的,是有理的,所以我们不要以上帝去争论是非,因为你如果得罪了一个顾客,就有可能失去的是以批消费者,所以我们销售人员一定要将这句话作为一切的工作前提。如果一个很挑剔,同时又很谨慎的客户,我们一定要尽力把任何事情做好,对自己也是一个锻炼。当我们说的顾客哑口无言,做事又令顾客满意的时候,证明我们有能力,而且能让我们的顾客信服,我们的销售也会源源不断地。千万不能小看每一位顾客,我们应用真诚去打动他们。认认真真地对待每一位顾客,让每一位顾客满意。
像xx开会时讲了她所亲生经历的那一件事情,我觉得那是因为xx的`真诚感动了他们,挽回了最大的损失。为什么xx能对待每一位顾客都做到用真诚的心去打动顾客我们却不能?我们还是没有真正的投入到工作当中,也没有明白我们所想要的是什么。我们只要知道和懂得了我们每天来上班时为了什么,这样才会做到像xx那样,我们才会可以拿到我们应得的奖金。所以我们要真诚对待每一个客户,把顾客当成自己的朋友,只有这样才会取得成功。我们大家不管在哪各行业只要我们做一行爱一行,在工作中我们尽自己最大的努力主动负责的心态去做好每一件事,相信肯定会得到大家的认可的。像xx所给我们讲沃尔玛创始人说的:一个顾客的背后就是一个市场,我们的老板只有一个,那就是我们的顾客,是他付给我们每月的薪水,只有他可以解雇上至董事长的每个人,做法很简单,只要他改变购物习惯,换到别的商店购买就是了,我们大家要时刻牢记这户话,懂得我们的薪水是谁给的,这样我们才会拿到更多的报酬的。我们每一位员工都应:
1、热爱本职工作,热爱销售
任何一个人只有在做自己喜欢的事情的时候才会用心的去做,所以作为一名销售人员首先是要热爱销售,喜欢与人交流与人沟通,敢于承受其中的压力,胜不骄败不馁,只有做到这些,我们才会有好心情。
2、有一颗感恩的心
xxx为我们提供了这样一个硕大的舞台,客户为我们提供了施展才能的地方,所以我们要有一个感恩的心,有了这颗感恩的心,我们就回去努力,去拼搏。
自从本人20xx年加入xxx珠宝以来也有1年的时间了。
在这一年的工作中,我不断的挑战自我,对工作兢兢业业,严格遵守商场的规章制度,在实践中磨练了工作能力,使我的业务水平有了较大的提高。
