1、学生对物理的概念,规律要有好的掌握,要能熟练的操作物理实验,提高动手能力。

2、学生能够熟练掌握物理公式,对各种类型的计算题目,能运用多种方法进行解答;

3、争取使学生成绩在去年的基础上有所进步。

1、用最短的时间记住学生的名字,了解学生的学习成绩,性格特点,兴趣爱好,为自己的教学铺平道路。

2、认真学习课程标准,准确掌握学业水平考试的考点和重点。我要认真领会其精神实质,对于每一项要求落到实处,既不拔高要求,也不降底难度。努力提高学生的兴趣,使他们喜欢学习物理。

但是,要提高教学质量,还要做好课后辅导工作,二年级的学生爱动、好玩,缺乏自控能力,有些家长溺爱孩子,所以有个别学生在学习上不能按时完成作业,学习成绩较差,针对这种问题,在工作中注意抓好学生的思想教育,并使这一工作贯彻到对学生的学习指导中去,还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作,对待转化生努力做到多表扬、多鼓励。

(一)人教版新课标语文第四册教科书围绕着八个专题以整合的方式安排了教学内容。

本班共有学生48人,其中男生26人,女生22人。基本上的.学生有良好的语文课堂习惯,认真听讲,积极发言,按时完成作业,喜爱阅读等习惯,学习目的性明确。20%左右的学生特别喜爱阅读,书写端正漂亮,兴趣爱好广泛;但也有少部分学生学习目的不够明确,存在得过且过,屡屡作业拖拉的现象。因此,本学期的重点任务在于全面提高这部分学生的语文素养。

本册教材分组编排。全册共分8组。每组包括导语、课例、语文园地三大部分。

教材继续按专题编组。专题内涵丰富,贴近儿童生活,既富有教育价值与时代感,又突出学习语文的特点。8个专题依次是:自然奇观、观察与发现、中外童话、作家笔下的动物、我国的世界遗产、人间真情、成长的故事、科技成就。其中第三组(中外童话)和第七组(成长的故事)还安排了综合性学习,使这两组的学习内容与形式更加丰富多彩。

本册教材,在编写时既考虑有利于教师的教,又考虑有利于学生的学,努力使教科书既成为教师的“教本”,又成为学生进行自主、合作、探究学习的“学本”。这一特点在教材里有多种呈现方式:一是在课文的文前、文中或文后,以吐泡泡的形式引导学生边读边想,自读自悟;二是在精读课文的思考练习中,安排了引导自主、合作、探究的题目;三是在每组课文后面安排了学生对本组所学字词进行自查自测的“词语盘点”;四是“语文园地”中设置了“我的发现”“展示台”“宽带网”等体现自主、合作、探究学习的栏目。

四年级上册的“我的发现”,在“发现”的范围上有所扩展,安排了4个关于读写方法和习惯方面的发现,分别是:读文章时要想象画面,边读边想提出问题,查字典并联系上下文理解词语,认真、细致地观察才能表达清楚。“我的发现”栏目的呈现方式也发生了变化,由原来的吐泡泡形式改为小林、小东两个孩子的对话。这两个孩子,可以理解为学生自己和他的一个学习伙伴。教材中,他们的对话一般只是提起某个话题,开了个头,为同学们交流某一方面的发现留有较大的余地。

语文学习是母语的学习,学习的资源无处不在,无时不有。所以,语文学习决不能仅仅局限于课本,局限于课堂,应该把语文学习引向生活,拓宽语文学习的途径。本着这样的思想,教材的编写加强了开放性,把语文学习与生活实际紧密联系起来。主要表现:一是注意引导学生用生活中的实例,加深对语言文字的理解;二是从生活的实际需要中提炼口语交际话题,练习写作;三是结合课文的学习引导课外阅读,重点推荐了《格林童话》和《爱的教育》,引导学生读整本的书;四是通过综合性学习,开展形式多样的语文实践活动。这样的编排,充分体现了听说读写各项语文学习活动的综合,课内外语文学习的紧密联系,拓宽了语文学习的渠道,使学生在丰富多样的实践活动中学语文,用语文。

上述四个方面的特点,是教材各个部分的共同特点。由于每个部分的教学内容和要求不同,在编排上还有些不同的特点。

四年级上册的识字都是随课文安排。无论是精读课文还是略读课文,都安排了要求认识的字。学生通过前三年的学习,已经具有一定的独立识字能力,而且课文中的生字都有注音,所以完成认字的任务主要靠学生自学自查,教师可在学生自学自查的基础上作适当检查,并对少数不容易读准或容易混淆的字作适当指导。所附选读课文中的生字均未注音,为的是引导学生运用已有的独立识字能力,在阅读中遇到不认识的字,自己查字典解决。

要求写的字只在精读课文中安排。进行精读课文的教学,要把写字的任务妥善地安排在教学过程中,在课内学生要有比较从容的写字时间,不要把写字的作业都留到课外。教师要对不容易写好的笔画、结构以及容易写错的笔顺作具体指导,使学生把字写端正,写美观。对于精读课文中出现的由已经会写的字构成的新词,也可让学生找一找,抄一抄,不断丰富词语的积累,还可采用听写词语等方式,检查学生对字词掌握的情况。

朗读是阅读教学中最重要,最经常的练习。用普通话正确、流利、有感情地朗读课文,既是一种重要的能力,也是理解内容,体会思想感情最常用的方法。教材中许多课文提出了朗读的具体要求,进行阅读教学,一定要多读少讲,把比较多的时间留给学生读书,让学生主要通过自主的入境入情地朗读,读懂课文,有所感悟;并通过朗读的实践,逐步提高朗读的水平。

四年级上册教材,根据课文的不同特点,采用多种形式引导学生理解文章主要内容,体会文章表达的思想感情。引导理解内容的主要方法有:通过理解重点词句进而理解内容;边读边展开想象,把课文描述的内容在头脑中形成画面;理清文章的条理,再用自己的话叙述课文的内容等。引导体会感情的方法,主要是让学生设身处地、入境入情地读书,然后交流各自的阅读感受。

时间老人的脚步一刻不停歇的向前迈进,转眼间新学期又开始了,我们迎来了又一批新入园的孩子,在新环境中,孩子们由于刚开始进入集体生活,对新环境陌生、畏惧,还有跟人、乱跑、拒睡、拒吃等现象,学期个人工作计划。为了使孩子们能尽快地适应集体生活和培养他们各方面的良好习惯,使他们能得到全面和谐的发展,将结合园长为我们培训的内容用“同理心”对待每一名幼儿,与班级成员积极配合共同搞好班级工作。现将本学期个人工作计划如下:

遵纪守法、积极响应国家制定各项规章制度,做到爱祖国、爱人民,遵守园内的各项规章制度,如每周一按时参加园内政治学习,积极参加园里的各项有益活动,以热爱本职工作为出发点,认真、努力的工作,来提高自身的专业水平。热爱自己的事业,无论是面对孩子还是面对家长,始终要保持微笑,树立起良好的教师形象,用老师和“妈妈”的双重身份去关爱每一位幼儿,滋润每一颗童心。积极做好各种教学活动,工作计划《学期个人工作计划》。时刻注意自己的言谈举止,严格要求自己。坚决同一些歪风邪气作斗争,定期向园领导汇报思想工作,努力要求思想进步,积极向党组织靠拢,不计较个人得失,顾全大局,“以园荣我荣”的思想迎接每天的工作。

在教育教学方面,我们使用主题探究活动和爱朗课程相结合,不断总结积累自身经验的同时,吸取别人的经验与长处,努力钻研业务不断学习接受最新的幼教知识,有效有计划的提高自己业务水平和教学能力。利用环境布置让幼儿易于接受新思想,打破传统的“教师教学生学”的方法,转变为“学生主动学习”。以幼儿为中心,让幼儿大胆地去探索,使幼儿的八大智能得到全面发展。在组织活动时要注意让幼儿通过玩中学,学中玩的形式,以生动、有趣、直观的游戏、教具来发展幼儿的思维力、想象力及动手操作能力等。

家长工作是联系家与园的有效桥梁,只有做好家长工作,才能促进班集体的管理,我将积极和家长取得联系,组建了我班家长委员会,督促家长做好《家园联系册》的填写,和家长委员会成员共同探讨制定适合每个幼儿的教育方法,使家、园结成教育伙伴,充分发挥教育的潜能。本学期我园仍然采用门禁制度,召开了一次家长会取得家长的谅解,让每位幼儿都高高兴兴来园、安安全全回家,使每位家长都能放心将孩子交到老师手中。本学期将每月举行一次家长开放日,使家长了解幼儿在园的一日生活,介绍幼儿的发展状况,同时将针对车接送的幼儿采取家访和电话交谈的方式,向家长介绍孩子在园情况,做到每周和两至三位家长谈谈孩子的在园表现,让家长了解孩子的在园情况,并及时配合我们的教学工作。
