每个学生都是一只“潜力股”。这节课我放手让学生多次尝试,并在教师引导下积极优化。要让学生理解“只有老师和接到通知的学生都参与到打电话中,所用的时间才是最少。”这一点并不难,难的是实践证明学生有很大的潜力。在比较、交流中,学生们的思维活跃了,方法优化了。最终通过自己的努力得到了成功的钥匙。

每次课前我总会认真的去备课,但课堂上总会有生成,也因此留下了许多的遗憾。今天的课堂也不例外。课刚开始,学生洪就想出了最节省时间的方案,我不打算回避,顺着他的思路往下讲,可是这样一来一般的方法就没有展示,需不需要回头呢?这样一来时间也非常紧张,于是我立即调整教学,舍去了那一部分。有得必有失,在课后的交流中,有同事建议我应该再多展示些学生的方案。哎,预设和生成永远也划不上等号,但我想只有认真、充分的去预设,才能生成更好。

逐个通知是学生熟知的方案,一语略过。而分组思想能用时最少是本节课的重点,表格能让学生在演绎最省时方案时,把每分钟的数据变化有序的表现出来,是发现规律的重要媒介。在教学中,表格的作用还是显而易见的。但每行数据的得出都是有他特定的意义与作用的,为什么不放手让学生去观察整个表格而只限制在第1行与第3行呢?但这样设计会不会影响整个教学进程呢?对于本堂课的教学目标而言有探讨的价值吗?我自己也很疑惑.恳听各位老师的高见.

规律让学生去发现,结语由学生自己去描述。同时引导学生总结,让学生学会总结,并用特别的方式表现出来,这是个性化学习的需要,对学生无疑是一个方法上的辐射。但今天整个的教学有点“赶”,在问题的提出后给学生思考的时间太少,就像楼小的张老师所说,很可能学生还没弄明白什么意思,就开始探究活动了。

《打电话》是人教版小学数学第十册第六单元统计中的一个内容,本节课的教材以“老师接到学校紧急通知,要合唱队的15人去参加演出,怎么可以尽快地通知到这15个队员呢?”为情境,让学生想出打电话的方案。李老师为了让学生找到事物的规律,找出多种的解决方法,创设了几个生活中的情境来进行探究。

⑴、联系生活中同学聚会的情境,以谈话引入质疑,激发学生的学习兴趣,学生的兴趣盎然。

⑵、接着李老师“以值班医生打电话通知5个护士”和“合唱队的15人去参加演出”为学习的情境,通过个人思考、同桌交流、小组合作探究等学习方式,让学生找到解决问题的方案,并在众多的方案中,寻找出最优化的方案。为了让学生巩固最优化的解决方案,李老师又运用了“排练的人增加到50人”时、“增加到120人”时、“做饭”时三个情境来深化和拓展知识,知道的学生层层深入。所以,知识性这个指标,李老师已经达到了1个指标。

本节课,学生的个性也得到充分的张扬,主要表现在:

⑴、在解决“值班医生给5个护士打电话”这个情境中,有的学生用了“一个一个通知”的方法,有的学生用“分组”的通知方法,而在分组这个方案中,有的学生认为分成2组来通知,有的学生认为分成3组来通知比较好,有的学生又认为能用3分钟就能通知5个人的方案;

⑵、在通知15个学生进行排练这个情境中,有的学生认为分成3组通知,有的认为分成4组通知,有的认为分成5组合理,有的学生则认为老师和学生同时通知4分钟就可以通知完了。这两个情境,学生的个性得到充分的体现,所以个性这个指标,李老师也达到了1个指标。

创造性这个指标在本节课中没有得到很好的体现。

本节课,李老师也大胆的交出了主动权,体现了以老师为主导,学生为主体的教学理念。主要体现在解决“值班医生给5个护士打电话”和“通知15个学生进行排练”这两个情境中,李老师大胆的放手让学生通过个人思考、同桌两人之间的交流、小组合作探究自己找出解决问题的方法,李老师只是在学生遇到困难时给学生适当的点拨。如果本节课中,李老师在进行各两节的小结点评时,也能大胆的放手让学生自结自评,相信学生的学习会更加的主动。因此在主动这个指标中,我认为李老师达到了0.8个指标。

⑴、师生之间的互动,师生之间的关系非常的和谐,在复习激趣,引入课题,每个情情境探究后的小结,以及在探究“怎样分组更合理”时,师生之间的互动体现得非常的明显;

⑵、生生之间的互动,本节课有3次学生与学生之间的互动,第一次是探究“通知15个学生参加排练”的方法时,同桌之间交流自己的通知方法,是一个小的互动。第二次“当排练增加到50人时”用多少时间和第三次“通知120个学生”用多少时间,采用了四人小组的合作学习,本节课,从个人思考到两同桌人交流再到四人小组合作,学习方式层层深入,学生之间的互动收到了比较好的效果,但在解决“通知120个学生用多长的时间”这个问题时,已经用同一个方法解决了两个情境,学生已经掌握了解决问题的方法,已经不而需要再用小组的力量来解决了。

⑶、人机之间的互动。

本节课,李老师没有借助多媒体手段来辅助突破教学的难点。因此在互动这个指标中,李老师达到了0.7个指标。

这节课学生的能动没有这课堂中体现出来。

10月20日我上了一节小班语言课《打电话》,源于我接到我们班的宝宝给我打了电话才想到选这个内容的。《打电话》是小班的语言活动,主要通过故事让幼儿能模仿故事中的对话,与同伴进行交流。在设计活动时设想了让幼儿打电话来引出故事,让幼儿在欣赏故事的过程中了解小动物之间的对话,然后让幼儿扮演小动物来打电话。讲故事时每出现一个动物就出示个头像,头像之间的连线就是电话线,边连线边讲电话的内容,让幼儿参与和老师一起来说动物之间的对话,这是第一遍接触对话,随后分组让每组幼儿扮演每个角色,第二次接触对话,最后是让个别幼儿上来表演动物,第三次接触对话。通过三次接触电话的对话,幼儿了解了对话的内容。可是整节活动下来幼儿兴趣不高,很少有幼儿能完整地说出电话的对话,一直是我在讲扮演不同的动物,没有把设想的表现出来。

整个活动上下来有许多不足之处有待修改,也有一些疑问想要探讨的。

一是教材上的要求,二是为了让幼儿对故事有所了解,能很好地练习对话,所以在上课前让幼儿欣赏了故事的动画片,熟悉了《打电话》的故事内容。在进行活动时我一讲故事出示太阳、松鼠等小动物的头饰,幼儿就能说出下一个是打给谁,最后在动画片里还有小猴子,我没有出示,幼儿一直说还有猴子,没能认真地听我讲故事了,课堂上有点乱。

由于出示头饰时缺了小猴子的头饰,以至于幼儿的思维都放在了头饰上,没能去关注故事的内容和老师的要求了,也使得教学活动不能如先前设计的教案进行下去。如果这时我灵活调整一下教学,讲完长颈鹿给小刺猬打完电话后,让幼儿来扮演小刺猬给小猴子打电话,“小猴子,秋天来了,树上的果子成熟了,我们一起去摘果子吧。”也许幼儿兴趣就会提高,而不是硬要把幼儿拉回你设计的活动中去。

这也让我知道老师除了要会设计教学环节,也要会根据实际教学进行灵活调节。

在让幼儿扮演小动物打电话,学说打电话的对话进行了两次,一次让小组幼儿共同扮演一种小动物,一次是个别幼儿扮演小动物,两次的练习效果都不理想,还是没有几个幼儿能完整地说出“xxx,秋天到了,树上的果子成熟了,我们一起去摘果子吧。”而且幼儿兴趣不高,说出来的话很干枯。

在练习时要有环境创设,让幼儿入融入所扮演的角色,首先是让幼儿戴上头饰,而不是拿在手上,拿在手上会分散幼儿的注意力。其次让幼儿作出动作,用手作出打电话的动作,就像是真得在打电话,打电话时面向说话对象。最后让幼儿用不同的语调去扮演不同的小动物,这样会使幼儿更能融入角色。

现在回顾这节课时有一个疑问是就是语言活动中讲故事是老师讲好还是录音机讲好。

在进行《打电话》活动时我采用老师讲故事,边讲故事边出示头饰边用粉笔连电话线,由于幼儿的打岔没能完整地讲述故事内容,也造成后来幼儿练习对话时没能清楚地了解对话内容。

去鲈乡幼儿园听了一节大班语言《有趣的落叶》,教学活动中老师用到两次录音机讲故事,第一次让幼儿了解了散文的内容,第二次再次了解,老师和幼儿一起跟着录音念,更加深了内容的熟悉。

在进行教学活动幼儿的生活经验很重要。在生活中,4岁的幼儿习惯了与人面对面地交流,很少打电话,拿起电话不知道说什么,缺少这打电话的经验,所以在进行活动时幼儿不像是在打电话。我们在创设教学活动时以幼儿现实生活中自身经历的所见、所闻、所想来设计,如果脱离了小班幼儿现有的经验就会出现像幼儿对活动兴趣不大或是幼儿只是讲自己知道的不去理会老师弄得课堂很乱。

一、充分相信学生

充分相信学生,首先要把主动权教给学生,让他们有时间交流,有时间动手,有时间讨论。提出问题之后,我为学生留出了较为充裕的思考与实践的时间,让学生独立思考或小组合作解决问题的办法,鼓励学生多种思考解决问题的办法。让他们在互动中充分展示自己的想法。

二、充分挖掘学生们的潜力

每个学生都是一只潜力股。这节课我放手让学生多次尝试,并在教师引导下积极优化。要让学生理解只有老师和接到通知的学生都参与到打电话中,所用的时间才是最少。这一点并不难,难的是实践证明学生有很大的潜力。在比较、交流中,学生们的思维活跃了,方法优化了。最终通过自己的努力得到了成功的钥匙。

三、预设与生成间的矛盾

每次课前我总会认真的去备课,但课堂上总会有生成,也因此留下了许多的遗憾。今天的课堂也不例外。课刚开始,学生洪就想出了最节省时间的方案,我不打算回避,,顺着他的思路往下讲,可是这样一来一般的方法就没有展示,需不需要回头呢?这样一来时间也非常紧张,于是我立即调整教学,舍去了那一部分。有得必有失,在课后的交流中,有同事建议我应该再多展示些学生的方案。哎,预设和生成永远也划不上等号,但我想只有认真、充分的去预设,才能生成更好。

《打电话》是人教版小学数学五年级一节综合实践活动课,综合实践活动课作为数学课程的一个新领域,旨在强调数学知识的现实性与整体性,即数学与外部世界的联系、数学内容之间的内在联系,以及数学在分析解决问题中的综合应用。

1、学生在观察、猜测、实验、推理等活动中,学会从多种方案中寻求最优方案;

2、学生会应用规律解决实际生活中“打电话”的简单问题;

3、学生积极参与学习活动,获得成功体验,增强应用数学知识和方法的意识。

一、创设情境,设疑导入

以好情景的创设诱发学生浓厚的学习兴趣。

二、捕捉契机,渗透方法

(一)基本通知方式——逐一打电话

(二)首次优化方案——怎样打节省时间

(三)化繁为简,合作探究——大数转化成小数

(四)再次优化方案——引导学生将方案一、二与逐一打电话对比,然后方案二由于方案一对比,在对比分析找出最优方案。这样以充分的合作探究感悟层层递进的优化思想和化繁为简转化思想。

三、发现规律,应用规律

1、合作交流,发现规律。

2、总结规律,强调要点。

3、应用规律,解决问题。以小组汇报与课堂评价二者的有机结合,使学生获得成功的学习体验。

1、引导学生经历探究过程,形成积极的情感体验,积累数学学习经验。

2、充分发挥教材最大价值,引导学生充分感受数学的魅力。

发现问题的能力,提出问题的能力,分析问题的能力,解决问题的能力。

这是我处理教材的基本思路,在设计时有纠结——“生活中的倍增现象”到底要不要渗透,具体实施中有遗憾——对学生关注得还不够。

本次综合活动的目标是了解一些特殊的电话号码:如110、120、119、122等等,另外就是学习折叠电话,能大胆地自制玩具并与同伴进行游戏,体验与同伴交往的乐趣。本次活动的准备很充分,活动进展也比较顺利。

活动的一开始就是让幼儿认识一些特殊的电话号码,110、120、119、122等,接下来就是折电话机了:

首先,我以一首耳熟能详的儿歌“打电话”直接导入,再出示手工小电话以激发幼儿折纸的兴趣,孩子们制作手工的兴趣和欲望在一开始就被激发出来了。

在第二环节中,我发现幼儿对学看步骤图不太感兴趣,但会认真观看老师示范折叠小电话。

第三环节是教师边示范边带领幼儿折纸。孩子们拿到操作材料后都很兴奋地开始行动,大多数孩子都是自信满满地按自己的思路去折,很少会再次认真倾听、也不会跟着老师一步一步地折纸。

在第三步骤“将四个角折成三角形状”时,除了班上两个动手能力特别强的幼儿会之外,其他幼儿需要老师的协助才能完成。

第四环节是我最满意的一个环节。在老师的引导下,孩子们拿着折好的电话有模有样地玩“打电话” 的游戏。关欣对温馨说“你来我们家玩吧,我有好多礼物和你分享”;陈毅拿起电话唱起了刚学的儿歌“爸爸妈妈,放心吧,幼儿园就是我的家……”;还有班上新来的江成成和姚昕宇两个小朋友,因为对这里还不太熟悉而不爱说话,但他们在这个游戏中给了我一个大大的惊喜“老师,我好喜欢你”,我当时有了那么一丝小小的感动。

这是一节综合课,但孩子们通过这个电话表达了他们最真实的感情。从这点上来看,本次活动的情感目标完成地很好。

当然,这次活动也存在很多不足,比如在教案当中重点和难点不明确。这也是我以后努力的方向。

对于我的第一次汇报课,自我感觉不理想。

首先,是课堂的组织。从上课的那一刻起,我的脑子里蹦出的是一串串教学语言、教学内容和教学设计,生怕漏了哪个环节,丢了哪个细节,因此忽略了教学过程中学生们的行为和表现。躲在最后一排的学生习惯性地做小动作,有耷拉着脑袋的学生没有开口唱歌,还有喜欢东张西望的、窃窃私语的,我却很淡定地继续我的教学,直到结束课堂,为此,促成有的学生在演唱中滥竽充数或者无法集中注意力听课的现象,不能形成良好的学习气氛。

其次,是课堂的教学。我必须承认,面对学生背后的评审团们,我稍有怯场。本制作好嵌了歌谱的课件,一紧张就忘了放映了;本想让学生多一些展示自我的机会,为了完成教学任务最后也踩着踏板跳过去了;本该在疑难处、关键处多做强调学习,到了课堂就莫名地对学生的自我学习能力信心倍增,不记得有难点了,大概是以为他们在歌声的沐浴下都有超能力了。

最后,是时间的把握。整堂课总算踩着教学计划的步子梳理下来,才发现时间剩出来了。或许是养成了提前十分钟下课带队放学的习惯,噢不,这匆匆忙忙的课,这布满瑕疵的一课。

为此,在今后的教学中,我认为有以下几点要注意改善:

1、关注学生。要坚持“以学生为中心”的教学理念,注重学生的感受,多搜集鼓励学生的语言与方法,调动学习气氛,多与学生进行课堂互动,培养学生学习音乐的兴趣,同时也能提高他们的注意力。

2、摒弃注入式教学方法,采纳发散性学习方法。通过这次汇报课,我认识到在编创环节中没有让学生充分展现自我,而是强加性地用自己的眼光教学生编创,这样容易造成限制学生的思维,不能使他们发挥自己的想象力和提高自己独立思考的能力。

3、抓纪律,提高学习效率。只有抓严了课堂纪律,才能有足够的空间思考教学过程,否则,丢了芝麻捡了西瓜的现象还会屡次发生。

我想,这次的汇报课只是一支小小的前奏曲。吃一堑,长一智。教学道路还很漫长,需要靠我在成长的过程中不断摸索,不断丰富自身的教学经验,也相信自己在今后的实践中能有大的突破。
