1.演示实验必须按大纲要求开足,教师在课堂上用演示的方法面向全体学生进行实验。通过观察实验现象,使学生能够获得感性的认识和验证,以加深对理论知识的理解。若有条件可改成分组实验,增强学生的切身体验。

2.学生分组实验,也要按教学大纲的要求把学生实验全部开齐。对于学生实验,若能当堂看清实验结果的须在实验室里教师指导下进行,教师监督学生对每个实验达到操作规范、熟练的程度;培养他们浓厚的生物学兴趣和语言表达能力。

1.制定出本学期实验教学进度计划,并写明实验目录,写明实验的日期、班级、节次、名称,教学中按计划安排实验。

2.任课教师须将实验通知单提前送交实验室,实验教师必须将每个实验用到的仪器、药品以及其他有关事宜提前准备好,做到有备无患。

1、让学生在实验过程中明确相互协助的重要性,培养学生在实验过程中团结合作的精神。

2.要教育学生遵守实验规则,爱护财务,节约用水、电、药品,从而养成勤俭节约的美德。

光合作用包括光反应过程、光合碳同化二个相互联系的步骤,光反应过程包括原初反应和电子传递与光合磷酸化两个阶段,其中前者进行光能的吸收、传递和转换,把光能转换成电能,后者则将电能转变为atp和nadph2(合称同化力)这两种活跃的化学能。活跃的化学能转变为稳定化学能是通过碳同化过程完成的。碳同化有c3、c4和cam三条途径,根据碳同化途径的不同,把植物分为c3植物、c4植物和cam植物。但c3途径是所有的植物所共有的、碳同化的主要形式,其固定co2的酶是rubp羧化酶。c4途径和cam途径都不过是co2固定方式不同,最后都要在植物体内再次把co2释放出来,参与c3途径合成淀粉等。c4途径和cam途径固定co2的酶都是pep羧化酶,其对co2的亲和力大于rubp羧化酶,c4途径起着co2泵的作用;cam途径的特点是夜间气孔开放,吸收并固定co2形成苹果酸,昼间气孔关闭,利用夜间形成的苹果酸脱羧所释放的co2,通过c3途径形成糖。这是在长期进化过程中形成的适应性。

光呼吸是绿色细胞吸收o2放出co2的过程,其底物是c3途径中间产物rubp加氧形成的乙醇酸。整个乙醇酸途径是依次在叶绿体、过氧化体和线粒体中进行的。c3植物有明显的光呼吸,c4植物光呼吸不明显。

植物光合速率因植物种类品种、生育期、光合产物积累等的不同而异,也受光照、co2、温度、水分、矿质元素、o2等环境条件的影响。这些环境因素对光合的影响不是孤立的,而是相互联系、共同作用的。在一定范围内,各种条件越适宜,光合速率就越快。

(3)实验验证:实验“向澄清的石灰水中吹气”现象显示,澄清的石灰水变混浊,说明人呼出的气体中含有较多的二氧化碳。呼出气体与吸入气体相比,氧的含量减少,二氧化碳的含量增加。

生物实验教学可以给学生提供更广阔的活动空间和思维空间,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的动手操作、观察能力和协作精神,从而使学生受到科学方法的训练,因此,实验在整个生物领域起着举足轻重的作用。为了更好的培养学生动手、动脑、观察和分析的能力,巩固学生学习成果,充分发挥实验室在生物学科教学中的作用,特制定本计划:

通过实验教学培养学生观察问题、思考问题、提出问题、分析和解决问题的能力及组员的协作精神。让学生学会透过现象观察事物的本质,从而认识和揭示自然科学规律,培养学生严谨的治学态度和追求真理的意识.

(一)进一步完善实验室管理制度,建立健全各种台账资料,进行科学化管理。做好仪器、药品的购入、调入、调出所应有的明细帐目;严格借物制度和赔偿制度;搞好仪器的保养、维修工作,做好防火、防潮、防尘、防腐蚀工作,保证实验的开展和顺利进行,保证实验安全,特别对有毒药品,做好防盗工作和管理工作。

(二)进一步加强组织纪律教育。

“没有规矩,不成方圆”实验室守则和实验规则是上好实验课的保证,为了培养良好的实验习惯,使实验顺利进行,必须向学生强调遵守实验室守则和实验规则的重要性,保证实验室的安静和整洁。要求学生严格认真按照实验要求规范操作和使用实验仪器,做到耐心操作,细心观察,学会发现问题、提出问

题、分析和解决问题,培养他们严谨的科学态度。培养他们井然有序的工作习惯,做到实验结束后,自觉把仪器放回原处,整理好实验台,经老师检查得到允许后方可离开。

(三)做好实验室卫生工作。

实验仪器的保养,其中主要的一点就是要做好实验室的清洁卫生工作。要保持实验室地面的清洁、门窗的光亮、桌凳的整洁。对于仪器室及实验准备室,除了要做到前面的几点外,还要保证仪器存放柜光洁无尘、仪器的光亮如新。为此,每做完一次实验要及时打扫卫生,保证每月一次卫生大清查,并及时做好仪器的清理归类工作。

学期开始做好实验室工作计划,随着实验室工作的进展,如实填写各种表册,并督促任课教学期末做好归类、归档、整理工作,按时上报学校教务处。

1、学科教研组和各科教师对实验教学必须制订学期的实验教学计划,实验室根据实验教学计划制订实验室按排计划,做好配合工作。

2、实验教学计划必须包括演示实验、学生分组实验和边讲边实验的实验目的,需用器材和实验步骤等内容。并对各种实验能力包括观察能力,思维能力,实验技能的培养作出安排。同时计划中还应包括实验知识和实验技能考核的内容。

3、实验教学要提高开出率,并达到100%;提高覆盖率,使每个班的每个学生都能动手做实验;提高设组率,开足组数;提高及时率、使实验与教学进度同步;提高成功率,使实验教学高质量,不走过场。

1、对教师的要求:认真备课、备实验。填写好《实验通知单》,演示实验于三天前,学生分组实验于一周前交实验室。试做实验,做到心中有数。对可能发生危及人身安全的实验作好防范安排,学生分组实验还需做好学生的组织工作。

2、对实验室的要求:在本学期实验总体安排基础上,按《实验通知单》安排好实验室,将需用仪器、辅助材料及安全防范器材准备妥当,并处于完好可用状态。

1、按照教学大纲和教材要求,精心设计实验步骤和教学方法。做好实验准备。

2、实验前要使学生明确实验目的、实验原理和对观察现象的要求。实验过程中要充分利用演示实验的特点,进行深入浅出的讲解,注意启发学生积极思维,师生共同研讨,揭示现象的本质。

3、实验过程中,教师要做到操作规范、熟练、实验现象明显、安全。

2.学生第一次接触的实验,教师应先作示范。装置复杂,难度大的实验,应在教师指导下,分步完成。

3.实验中,教师应要求学生按课本规定的实验步骤进行操作,仔细观察,分析思考,得出结论。

4.在实验课上,教师和实验员应巡回指导,发现问题及时解决。对普遍性的问题,在实验课结束时,要作全班讲解,对失败的实验要分析原因,有条件时应允许学生重做。

2、适时地科学地准备好实验材料:解决生物实验材料的途径主要有三个:一是没有材料的采取替代材料;二是老师之间分工合作获取材料;三是发动学生采集和培养。发动学生参与采集和培养不但能调动其学习的积极性,还能让学生获得对生物的生活环境、生活习性的感性认识。

教师实验操作的基本功如何,直接影响实验的效果。因此,每个实验教学前,教师应按课本的实验要求,认真做几遍,使自己的实验操作规范、熟练。在演练中还要研究和摸索学生可能发生的问题和实验成败的关键,做到心中有数,以便在实验中及时提醒学生,确保每个学生都成功。

多数初中生把观察简单地理解为“看”,对看到的现象缺乏分析和思考,实验完毕后往往答不上产生现象的原因和实验的结论,如果对他们缺乏必要的严格训练,一堂课下来,教师会弄得疲惫不堪,学生在嬉戏中一无所获。首先要规范实验习惯;每个实验完毕后,要总结实验中存在的问题和问题存在的原因;要培养好实验助手或实验小组长,让他们在实验中协助教师指导好本组的其他学生,使教师能集中精力辅导学生。实验证明,让学生参与实验教学,比教师唱“独角戏”要好得多。
