零售的化妆品消费群体集中在中青年,这一部分人对于爱美的渴望是非常强烈的,18到25岁的消费者大多喜欢日韩产品,对于价格虽然敏感,但冲动大于理性,上个季度彩妆的销量大过护肤产品!但现在越销售出现滑坡,我认为应该吧重点放在护肤品上面,马上进入夏季,护肤产品的需求量开始上升!所以我觉得应该吧护肤产品作为重点!把消费群体定位在18到28间!

见的多的无非就是产品做特价、加钱增购产品、有买有送、品牌享受折扣、周末定时限时抢购、和空瓶抵现换购等等。

可以从消费者熟悉的产品中挑选几款作为特价产品,作为优惠来招吸引费者,之所以挑选大众熟悉的品牌是因为价格的认知度,产品的质量,让大家能够一眼看出本公司做出的让利是真实的!认知度不够的产品最好不做特价,因为认知度的关系不会有很大的吸引力!

正对消费者对品牌的信赖,挑选某品牌的全部商品在促销期间做出打折的优惠,销售。聚集人气是必然的,这就是目的,提高消费者入店率。员工可在品牌打折期间做出专业销售,将消费者的目光带向本店的未打折商品上!提高销售利润!

加钱增购是指消费者在达到一定消费金额时可加少量现金来购买另一种产品,增购产品要具有一定的实用性与吸引力度,增购金额要根据换购产品的成本来定。(如买满化妆品300元+10元可获得价值50元保湿霜一瓶。)

限时抢购,在指定时间内提供给顾客非常优惠的商品刺激顾客狂购,以较低价格出售的促销活动。在价格上和原价要有一定差距,才能达到抢购效果。限时抢购的目的,是利用抢购客源增加店内其他商品的销售机会。同时通过时间段的控制可以控制客流。

季节更替,消费者开始准备购买新产品了,而空瓶刚好抵现金来购买化妆品,以实现空瓶的价值,促使顾客消费的一种手段。(如任何一个产品空瓶都可以在购买店内某些品牌产品时,抵现金五元或十元,抵现金的额度需要进行成本和利润的核算);要注意抵现时购买一款产品只可抵一个空瓶的现金。
