(一)教材处理:

根据国家教育部颁发的《现行普通高中课时计划》和最新颁发的《高中物理教学大纲》的有关规定,高一物理上学期讲授高中物理ⅰ类必修1物理教材,为贯彻新颁大纲精神,新教材的编写意图和编排特点,同时满足将来高考“3+x”的实际需要,在不增加难度。有利于培养学生学习物理的兴趣,有利于养成良好的学习习惯,有利于培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,有利于高二选修课的开设的前提下,对高二物理的教学作适当的调整。也就是侧重文科类的学生学习高中物理(必修)第二册,侧重理科类的学生学习高中物理(必修加选修)第二册和第三册的部分内容。认真钻研教材内容,深刻体会教材的编写意图,注意研究学生的思维特点、学习方法以及兴趣爱好等因素。要依据教材和学生的实际情况深入研究和科学选择教学方法。特别注意在高中学习阶段培养学生良好的学习习惯和思维习惯,切忌要求过高、死记硬背物理概念和物理规律。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,要把主要的精力放在研究提高学生的基本素质和能力方面。要逐步地纠正学生在初中物理学习中的不良学习习惯和思维方法。

(二)教学进度

本学期共20周,实际安排授课时间17周,按每周2课时计算,共34课时。期中练习安排在第11周,期末练习安排在第21周。建议各章的教学时数为:

对高中一年级学生来讲,物理课程无论从知识内容还是从研究方法方面相对于初中的学习要求都有明显的提高,因而在学习时会有一定的难度。学生要经过一个从初中阶段到高中阶段转变的适应过程,作为教师要耐心地帮助学生完成这个适应过程。首先要积极培养和保护学生学习物理的兴趣和积极性,加强物理实验教学,培养学生观察与实验的基本素养。其次要注意联系实际,以学生熟悉的实际的问题或情景为背景,为学生搭建物理思维的平台。第三,要注意知识与能力的阶段性,不要急于求成,对课堂例题和习题要精心选择,不要求全、求难、求多,要求精、求活。同时要强调掌握好基础知识、基本技能、基本方法,强调对物理概念和规律的理解和应用,这是能力培养的基础。

1. 新课阶段应把重点放在对基础知识的记忆、理解和运用上,并完成课本习题及相应的补充题,每章结束,进行一次单元自测。

本学期教导处将加强听“推门课”,坚持“听、看、问、反馈”四环节,加强对常态化课堂教学的管理。对听课中发现的亮点将通过办公系统予以宣传,对存在的问题也提醒教师注意,并讨论解决方法。

(2)对青年教师的预约课

对象为28周岁以下的青年教师,提前一天通知上课教师,并约本备课组空课的教师一起听课。课后进行评课交流,上课者写教后反思。

(3)对各备课组的研究课

各备课组组内每学期一般组织不少于两次上课活动(以“一课三议”“三课一评”的形式开展)。除了成型的研究课面向学校开放外,其余的由备课组长安排组内老师听课。上课后及时上传各教师的授课教案和课件。

各备课组在学期初确定每位教师推出研究课的时间,各备课组在规定时间内定上课内容和上课教师。研究课试上时通知本备课组前去听课和指导。

研究课的听课时间提前通知教师,听课范围视教学内容、试上效果等实际情况而定。(教师每月听课不少于4节,)听课前建议上课者将教案发布到博客上供大家了解,真正做到有准备地听课,也提高评课的针对性。

强化评课的`互动性和主题性,提倡老师们利用教师博客评课,不管是网上评课还是现场评课,都要求执教者与听课者主动进行沟通,谈谈自己的教学设想、备课经历和教后感言等,让听课教师对这节课背后的理念和故事有更多的了解。分管领导可根据课堂教学情况抛出主题供大家交流,提高交流的深度和针对性,防止教师泛泛而谈、蜻蜓点水式的评课。听课教师除了肯定优点之外,倡导向上课教师提出自己的困惑或建设性意见供大家探讨。研究课后要及时组织分管领导和本备课组成员进行简短的现场评课。

4、充分发挥教研组长、备课组长、名师骨干引领导航作用,开展自下而上的教研活动,本学期优质课评选、教师研究课、名师、骨干、教坛新秀观摩课等活动均有各备课组、教研组来承担,例如优质课评选,先在各备课组内进行,推选出优秀教师,在备课组所有成员的集体研讨下再进行校级优质课评选,成绩既考核到个人,也考核到各备课组,其目的就是鼓励老师们加强集体备课。学校原则上对于积极组织参加学校教研活动的教研组长、备课组长、教师个人优先进行培养。外出学习、参加上一级教研活动将以教师参加校级活动的成绩为主要依据。

另外,学校继续实行师徒结对制度,其目的就是为青年教师搭建平台,提供锤炼的舞台,促进青年教师的迅速成长,培养一批青年骨干教师,每位名师要带好两个徒弟;骨干、教坛新秀一个徒弟,结对教师原则上是本学段教师,每周师傅必须要听徒弟一节课,一学期要指导徒弟上一节有价值的研究课,每单周五学校检查领导听课记录的同时也检查名师、骨干教师、教坛新秀、教研组长、备课组长听课本。

一个愉快而充实的寒假已经结束了,我们又迎来了新的一年。新的学期,新的开始,本学期我继续担任四年八班的语文教学工作。在上个学期的教学中,发现许多学生由于刚刚接触四年级的语文教材,每一节课的教学内容都比以往难了许多,所以一部分学生对于知识的掌握不是很扎实,而且阅读能力也不是很好,在平时的作业以及期中、期末考试中出现了一系列的错误。所以本学期,我觉得应该在教学中多下些功夫,让学生在每一节课上都能有所收获,有所提高。

本学期,本人将积极接受学校分配给自己的各项教育教学任务,遵纪守法,遵守学校的规章制度,工作任劳任怨,及时更新教育观念,实施素质教育,全面提高教育质量,保持严谨的工作态度,工作兢兢业业,一丝不苟,尽职尽责、教书育人。认真贯彻执行党和国家在新时期的教育方针,以《新课程标准》为指导,全面体现素质教育的思想,注重培养学生的美好的道德情操和人文精神,教给学生基本知识,培养学生语文素养逻辑思维。更要注重学法指导,培养学生良好的学习习惯,使学生喜欢学语文,用语文。

本学期班级共有学生53人,多数学生在学习习惯、学习品质等方面表达较好,能用心学习,努力进取。但个别学生学习成绩两极分化严重,后进生面大,在书写、学习品质等方面还存在较大的缺陷。另外,部分学生的学习习惯、学习态度差,势必会影响整体水平的发挥,所以,尽可能转化后进,提高先进,发展后进是本学期重点。

为了让学生在校的每一天都有所收获,快乐成长,也使自己对教学有更深的认识,同时也为了迎接本学期开学的课标考试,所以我一定会认真学习《新课程标准》,把握课标的精髓,积极实行目标教学,根据教材和学情确定每节课的重难点。平时备好课,上好课,向40分钟要质量。而且响应学校的提倡的周前备课,努力做到备课标、备教材、备学生、备教具,备教法学法。从知识能力两方面精心设计教案,并积极地使用各种教学媒体,提高课堂教学效益,坚决杜绝课堂教学的盲目性和随意性。具体从以下两方面进行入手:

1.努力提高课堂教学。要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我决定做好下面的工作:

(1)认真钻研教材。本学期中,我会吸取上学期教学中的不足,多向其他老师学习、请教,在每节课前,将教材的基本思想、基本概念,理解清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充哪些资料,学生才能将所教的知识学习透彻、应用自如。

(2)在课堂教学中,采用灵活多样的教学形式,激发学生的学习兴趣。在上学期的课堂上,我经常让学生自主学习,合作交流,并且创设有趣的教学情境,吸引学生主动学习,所以感深觉多数学生在学习中都会兴趣盎然,但同时也发现,自己在教学中,对于拓展训练的环节做得不够深入,所以在本学期,课堂上,我还会引导学生更加积极主动地去探究知识,同时多强调,多练习,教学时选取联系实际的素材,便于学生理解,且新颖有趣,从而突破重、难点。

(3)考虑教法,解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生,包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的有意注意,使其保持相对稳定性,同时,激发学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服以往教学中存在的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学习的兴趣,课堂上讲练结合,布置好家庭作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。

2.努力做好课后辅导。要提高教学质量,还要做好课后辅导工作,小学生爱动、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在学习上不能按时完成作业,有的学生记错作业。针对这种问题,抓好学生的思想教育,并使这一工作贯彻到对学生的学习指导中去,还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作,尤其在后进生的转化上,对后进生努力做到从友善开始,从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重,还有在批评学生之前,先谈谈自己工作的不足。

我将积极参加教学研究工作,不断对教法进行探索和研究,以提高自身的业务水平。同时积极参与听课、评课,虚心向同行学习教学方法,博采众长,提高教学水平。对于素质教育的理论,还要进行更加深入的学习。在平时的教学工作中努力帮助后进生,采取各种措施使他们得到进步。培养多种兴趣爱好,博览群书,多看有关语文教学的书籍,不断扩宽知识面,为教学内容注入新鲜血液。具体发展目标如下:

1.提升个人修养,做有品位的教师。培养自身高尚的道德情操及职业道德修养,用自己的人格魅力,深厚的人文素养,广博的知识积淀,真挚的博爱以及对学生高瞻远瞩的责任感影响教育学生,使之形成高尚的品德,正确的人生观和价值观。

2.做一名业务上、教学上都过硬的教师。“为了适应明天的需要,我们今天就应该储备能量,增长能力。”养成善于学习、乐于学习、主动学习的习惯,为自己营造一个学习的心境,认真学习学科专业知识及系统的教育理论知识,广泛阅读教育教学的报刊、杂志及专著,提升对新课改理念的认识。工作中要善于积累,勤于思考,做到教学中既有理论依据,又有实践创新,提高自己的科研能力,使自己的教育教学水平再上一个台阶。

3.做一名轻松快乐的受学生欢迎的老师。向身边优秀的老师学习管理经验,学习掌握教师工作必备的专业知识及工作艺术。把对学生的做人教育放在首位,树立为学生的一生负责的理念,培养人,塑造人,形成自己独有的工作风格。

1.严格执行卫生保健制度。加强晨午检及幼儿全日观察制度,配合卫生防疫部门,按时做好幼儿体检及预防接种等常规工作。进一步健全完善后勤管理制度,以便更好地为保教第一线服务。加强食堂管理,严格把好食品关,保证餐点的质量安全,科学合理制定食谱。结合季节与传染病流行阶段,向家长宣传防病知识,积极做好传染病防治工作。

2.执行每天的晨检制度,关注幼儿的口袋物品和手足口病前兆,确保幼儿在园安全。

3.做好传染病防控工作。加强对活动室的消毒和对幼儿卫生健康教育,确保疾病不在我园蔓延。

新学期教学计划研讨篇十四

班级概况:升入大班,我们班有了很大的变动,首先是老师的变动,其次是孩子的转学和新生的加入。于是,现在我们班共有51名幼儿,男生31名,女生20名,其男女比例很不均衡,而且其中5人是外地生;另外,新生是11名,占了全班人数的1/5,他们对我们这个集体还不熟悉,正在适应阶段。面对这种情况,我们必须尽力使每个孩子都尽快地适应变化,让孩子们和谐地融合在我们的大家庭中。

1、优势表现

(1)孩子的自我服务能力不断增强,能做好自己力所能及的事情,如:自己整理书包,自己穿脱衣服等。

(2)产生了为集体服务的意识,喜欢做值日生工作,如:整理玩具、管理自然角等。

(3)在生活中,孩子的语言表达能力有了很大的提高,能较清晰、完整地表达自己的想法,讲述自己的发现。

(4)有一定的任务意识,在老师的提醒和鼓励下能自己收集主题资料。

2、薄弱因素分析

(1)孩子的规则意识差,自控能力仍较弱,坚持性不够,不能较好地控制自己的言行。

(2)部分孩子的卫生和行为习惯仍有待养成,如:吃手、用点心后用手擦嘴、喜欢趴或跪在地上等。

(3)部分孩子表现欲强,倾听习惯差,不能坚持听完同伴的发言,影响了活动的顺利开展。

(4)在主题活动进行过程中,部分孩子缺乏探索精神,不敢作尝试

1、我们的家长仍非常重视孩子知识技能的掌握,他们希望孩子多学会一些知识性的内容,如:儿歌、计算题等等。但是,他们却忽视了孩子生活习惯和学习兴趣的培养,不利于孩子今后的全面发展。

2、班中很多孩子由祖辈照顾、接送,一些新的教学理念很难接受并达成共识。

1、培养孩子间的相互学习、自主性和决策的能力,建立一个共同探讨的团体。

2、营造一个充满爱的班级氛围,让幼儿有安全感,培养幼儿的责任感,并形成初步升小学的意识。

3、继续认真学习新《纲要》,树立正确的教育观,统一教育思想,并转化为教育行为。

4、帮助家长具备正确的儿童观、教育观、知识观,明确幼儿期教育重心是个性能力的培养,使家长认同熟悉我们的教育宗旨、目标和课程形式,并支持参与幼儿园的教育活动,形成良好的“家园对话互动网”。
