教案撰写是面试流程的重要组成部分也是面试的第一块内容。在有些考场上的考官会收上教案,边看教案边听试讲,所以教案还不得不写并且不能写得太差。因为一般来讲教案写得好不会加分,但是写得太差会降低考官的印象,从而降低面试分。下面是教师资格面试中教案撰写策略。
一、教案组成一篇完整的教案一般包括以下几个部分:教学目标、教学重难点、教学过程、板书设计、教学反思五块部分。当然有的教材里还有教具、课前准备等等,这些也是可以的。但是鉴于面试备课时间只有20分钟,而教具在试讲过程中是可以呈现出来的,所以建议大家保留五部分内容就已经足够了。其中教学目标又包括知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三块。教学重点包括教学的重点和教学难点,有时重难点可以是一个知识点。教学过程是教案的主体也是最重要的部分,一般包括“四部曲”,分别是导入、新授、巩固、小结作业。板书设计是试讲知识点的总体呈现。教学反思一般只需要写上这四个字就可以,因为具体的反思内容需要等到教学结束以后才能写。
二、教案难写部分
一般来讲,一次比较成功的试讲主要是完成了教案中的教学目标、突破了教学重难点,以及教学过程清晰的呈现出来了。那么对于教案中比较难写的这几块内容详细分析一下。首先是教学目标。注意以下几点,一是教学的三维目标不能少写;二是书写规范,一般包括行为主体、行为动词、行为条件、表现程度。行为主体为学生也可以省去,行为动词如“背诵、了解、书写……”,行为条件是指在什么样的条件下。如“学生能在三分钟内对全班同学演说林肯在葛底斯堡演说词全文,语气的停顿和语调的变化应与该演说风格一致。” 这里表达的意识是让学生背诵课文,但是它包含了上面的所有书写要素。在这里提醒考生:四个维度是相对原则,由于备课时间短,所以教学目标不要太多。所以行为主体、行为动词不要省。后两者可以不要太详细。其次是教学重难点,教学重难点可以从以下几个维度进行考虑,一是试讲标题就是试讲的主要知识点可设为重点,二是看试题清单中的要求;教学难点一般是比较抽象的概念或者对于学生目前的知识水平还不容易的理解的知识点,例如提升学生价值观目标就可以定为教学难点。最后是教学过程。教学过程的重要性不言而喻。一是注意教学环节的完整性;二是导入新课注意新颖性,时间不宜太长,一般不超过一分半钟。新授教学内容要注意知识点的层次性,逻辑性不能混乱,在每个知识点讲解完后要注意及时的巩固提高。最后是小结作业部分,这部分要体现新课标理念,切记不要让学生多读多算,要体现开发学生的创新性。

教法:

1、主动学习法:举出例子,提出问题,让学生在获得感性认识的同时,教师层层深入,启发学生积极思维,主动探索知识,培养学生思维想象的综合能力。2、反馈补救法:在练习中,注意观察学生对学习的反馈情况,以实现“培优扶差,满足不同。”
最后我们说一下本节课的教学过程。
教学过程:
本节课在多媒体教室进行,所需教具是教师机---学生机、投影仪、黑板、等。
我将本节课分为三个部分。
用约5分钟时间进行导入部分,主要是复习和引入新课。
用约20分钟时间进行正体部分。主要是通过讲练结合的方式完成对_____、______、______、________几部分的学习。
最后,用约5分钟的时间进行尾声部分,主要是小结和作业。或者说是,对本节课进行总结以及布置作业。

一、单元序言分析:
中国是四大文明古国之一,从1996年开始的夏商周断代工程更进一步证实了中华民族上下五千年的文明史。那么四千多年前我国国家机器是怎样运作的呢?本单元我们一起来探究中国古代国家机器运作的制度,即古代中国的政治制度。[讲授新课] 1、中国古代的朝代:(理清朝代,使学生形成时间概念。)
2、本专题的关键词是“政治制度”。考查一个国家一定时期的政治制度,就要注意它的中央政治制度、地方政治制度、政治制度的沿革和影响等各方面的内容。本单元分四个阶段对中国古代不同时期政治制度的内容、特点、沿革和影响进行了概述,向我们描述了古代 中国政治制度的发展脉络和趋势。
二、夏商周的政治制度。
从“大禹治水”的故事讲起,可以由学生讲述导入夏朝的建立。
(一)从禅让到王位世袭
设问:夏朝是如何建立的?
“大禹治水”:传说很久以前,黄河发大水,把庄稼和房屋都淹了。当时的部落联盟首领舜就派鳏去治理洪水,但鳏没有使洪水驯服。鳏的儿子禹就自告奋勇地要求继续治水。他改变了他父亲的做法,用开渠排水、疏通河道的办法,把洪水引到大海里,从而制服了洪水。在治理洪水的十三年间,禹“三过家门而不入”。也正是因为他治水有功,才被舜通过禅让制推选为部落联盟首领。后来,禹的势力越来越大,于公元前2070年建立了我国历史上第一个王朝——夏朝(根据断代工程,科学地测定夏存在时间为公元前2070—公元前1600年)。
设问:请观察一下教材中的插图《戴冠冕的夏禹》,这时的夏禹有何变化?
这时的夏禹因为权势的强大,已经从部落联盟首领转变为夏国王了。(举例:在禹统治的时期,禹已有特权。相传因为有个部落酋长参加会议迟到,被禹处死,可见禹已在行使着君王的权力。)冕是古代帝王专戴的礼帽,圭为古代帝王举行礼仪所用的玉器。1.王位世袭制
禅让制,是原始社会部落联盟内部民主选举首领的制度,“选贤与能”。
设问:成为夏国王的大禹还会继续推行禅让制,选出他的继任者吗?
禹虽然按照传统的禅让制推举伯益为继承人,却不给他实权。相反,禹把实权给了自己的儿子启,启杀掉益而继承王位。这说明我国原始社会的禅让制已被王位世袭制取代,中国社会也由“天下为公”的时代进入到了“家天下”的时代。
提供两段材料给学生,可比较分析原始社会的“天下为公”与阶级社会的“家天下”: 材料一:大道之行也,天下为公,选贤与能,讲信和睦;故人不独亲其亲,不独子其子。使老有所终,壮有所用,幼有所长,鳏寡孤独废疾者皆有所养。??
材料二:今大道既隐,天下为家,各亲其亲,各子其子,货力为己。大人世及以为礼,城郭沟池以为固??故谋用是作,而兵由此起。禹、汤、文、武、成王、周公,由此其选也。
需要注意的是,王位世袭制不仅指子承父位,也包括兄终弟及这种形式。
2.夏商的行政管理制度
夏商时期,统治者为了巩固自己的统治,制定了一套从中央到地方的行政管理制度。以商朝为例说明。在中央,最高统治者为王,设相、卿士参与商王决策;在地方,商时期方国林立,方国首领被商王封赐为“侯”“伯”等,他们对方国拥有一定的支配权力,同时对商王效忠,定期纳贡、朝见,并奉命征伐。(这里可结合学生所熟悉的《封神榜》,以周方国的文王被赐封为西伯侯为例讲述,学生更易理解。)
(二)等级森严的分封制
前1046年,陕西一带周部落首领周武王灭商,以镐京为中心建立西周。西周强盛时控制的地区,已经远远超过商朝。
西周控制区域西起今甘肃东部,东达海滨,北起辽宁,南达长江,是三代中疆域最大的王朝。
情境设置:对于如此庞大的王朝,作为周王,怎样才能有效地统治? 1分封的目的巩固周王室的权力,一是要“封建亲戚,以藩屏周”,二是要防止商的遗族叛乱,三是要适应人口不断发展、疆域不断扩大的需求。(最根本的即巩固统治)
情境设置:如果我是周王,我该怎样进行分封呢?(结合《周朝分封诸侯分类示意表》说明分封的对象,能认识到分封的主体是同姓分封,同时可结合地图说说一些功臣的封地)
2分封制的内容(周王与地方诸侯之间的权利与义务关系)
①武王把一定的土地和人民,分别授予王族、功臣和先代贵族,建立诸侯国,拱卫王室。②被封的诸侯必须服从周天子的命令,尽到镇守疆土、随从作战、交纳贡赋和朝觐述职的义务。(举实例说明,周成王、周康王时期的会盟诸侯,周昭王时期的巡游南方。)3分封制的影响 设问:当周天子把同姓王室贵族、立功的异姓贵族和先代贵族的后裔分封到各地做诸侯以后,他们到底起到什么作用?是否真如周天子所想,巩固统治,扩大疆域?(用此设问主要是让学生充分体会分封制带来的影响,学生可结合教材以及自己的认识进行思考。)
教师总结:认识分封制的影响,要注意两个问题。第一,周王室力量是否强大,与诸侯国势力强弱成反比。当周王室力量强大时,就能保持对诸侯国的震慑力,并能通过诸侯国强化对边远地区的统治;当周王室力量衰弱时,诸侯国独立性就会增强,并威胁到周王的统治地位。第二,分封制在西周时期对周王朝统治的巩固起了积极作用,但在春秋战国时期就明显地削弱了周王室的统治,这是历史发展的必然。我们既不能用前者代替后者,也不能用后者掩盖前者。
(三)血缘关系维系的宗法制
设问:在分封制下,为什么分封的主体是同姓王室贵族?
同姓王室贵族和周王的关系最亲。他们之间是有血缘关系的。而血缘关系的亲疏对周朝同姓贵族政治地位的高低,有着十分重要的影响。实际上,西周以血缘关系为纽带形成的亲疏不同的家族结构,构成了当时另一个重要的政治制度——宗法制,它与分封制密切相关。
1宗法制的含义
简单说即宗族的法规。它由原始社会的父系家长制直接演变而来,是用规定宗族内庶嫡系统的办法,来确立和巩固父系家长在本宗族中的地位,最终保证王权的稳定。
2内容:嫡长子继承制,余子分封;庞大的宗族网;与分封制互为表里(其中嫡长子继承制是最大的特点)。
3影响:确立一整套分配与继承制度,有利于凝聚宗族,防止内部纷争,强化王权,家国一体。
早期国家制度以宗法制为核心,用分封制为治理国家的基本形式,用世卿世禄制为选拔官吏的基本方式。[本课小结]
在夏商周时期,王位世袭制、分封制和宗法制构成了古代中国早期政治制度的基本内容。宗法制通过血缘关系的亲疏,规定了西周金字塔式的社会统治秩序,分封制则保证了周王对全国各地的统治。它们互为表里,相互渗透,共同维持西周社会秩序正常运转。
第2课 秦朝中央集权制度的形成一、教学目标 1、知识与能力

一.从诸侯争霸到秦朝统一
