针对本年级学生的差异和年龄特点,教学中重点做到精讲多练,重视运用直观演示、运用学具动手操作,精心设计练习课,讲究练习形式的多样化,提高了练习效率。从不同角度创设了课堂有效教学情境,整体上使不同学生的知识、技能得到了不同程度的进步和提高。

针对不同的练习错误,教师面批,指出个性问题,集体订正共性问题。批改作业时,教师点出错题,不指明错处让学生自己查找错误,增强学生的分析能力。学生订正之后,补给优秀,建立学好数学的信心,鼓励学生独立作业的习惯,对激发学习的兴趣取得了较好效果。

对后进生分层次要求。在教学中注意降低难度、放缓坡度,允许他们采用自己的方法慢速度学习。注重他们的学习过程。在教学中逐步培养他们的学习兴趣,提高他们的学习自信心,对学生的回答采取"扬弃"的态度,从而打破了上课发言死气沉沉的局面,使学生敢于回答问题,乐于思考,使他们对数学更加感兴趣。

本学期,通过师生的共同努力取得了一定的成绩。但也存在着不少的问题:仍有一小部分学生学习目的不够明确,学习态度不够端正,上课听讲不认真,家庭作业经常不完成,做作业只讲数量、不讲质量,书写较差。有些家长对孩子的学习不够重视,不能积极与老师配合,造成了学习差。据此,在今后的教学工作中,我将继续努力,不断提高自身业务素质,充分利用直观、电化教学,把难点分到各个层次中去,调动学生学习的积极性,对学生进行强化训练,经常与家长联系,共同教育,争取教出更好的成绩。

1、认真备课。

不但备学生,而且备教材、备教法。根据教学内容及学生的实际,设计课的类型,拟定采用教学方法,并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都做了详细的记录,认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣的教具,课后及时对该课用出总结。

2、认真上课。

为了提高课堂教学效率,增强上课技能,提高教学质量,我课下认真做多媒体课件,在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快。能做到精讲精练,精讲时针对每一节课的教学重点和难点,采用“小组合作”,“学生自主学习”等方式进行讲授。在练时,选用符合学生的特点的题让学生练,使全班学生动口动手动脑尽量多;达到举一反三、甚至达到举一反十的作用。选些精选题也可以在课后练习、也可以进行提高练习。此时的练习使学生的家庭作业量有所减少。即达到了减轻学生课业负担的目的。同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。达到对知识能准确的掌握和灵活的运用的效果。家庭作业做到有布置有检查有评比。

3、做到认真批改作业。

我对学生的`作业批改分两个阶段,第一阶段:针对不同的练习错误,教师面批,指出个性问题,集体订正共性问题。批改作业时,教师点出错题,不指明错处,让学生自己查找错误,增强学生的分析能力。第二阶段:我在办公室批改,学生订正之后,补给优秀,并善于用激励性评语,或着用小红花鼓励学生进步。虽然是数学作业本,我也能给学生写上批语,来指出学生的不足和激励学生更加进步。这样分两个阶段,对学生建立学好数学的信心,对激发学习的兴趣取得了较好效果。

4、认真辅导。

对后进生分层次要求。在教学中注意降低难度、放缓坡度,允许他们采用自己的方法慢速度学习。注重他们的学习过程。在教学中逐步培养他们的学习兴趣,提高他们的学习自信心,对学生的回答采取“扬弃”的态度,并且巧用幽默,善于运用体态语言,从而打破了上课发言死气沉沉的局面,使学生敢于回答问题,乐于思考。

本学期我能虚心请教其他老师。在教学上,有疑必问。经常翻阅其他教师的教案,参考他们的教学方法和教学设计。如何抓差生如何抓不爱完成作业的学生。我还能多听课,做到边听边记,学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足,并常常邀请其他老师来听课,征求他们的意见,改进工作。同时,我还认真参加业务学习,撰写读书笔记,如我认真学习了《小学数学和谐课堂》、《提高课堂教学的策略》等和教学有关的书籍。

俗话说“金无赤足,人无完人”,我在工作中也存在着一些问题,如对学生的管理方式和方法上,还有待于进一步提高;在教学上,敬业精神、教学态度以及教学方式、方法等各方面也还应不断加强。

通过学习新的《课程标准》,以及学校对新课程改革的培训,使自己逐步领会到“一切为了人的发展”的教学理念,树立了学生主体观,贯彻了民主教学的思想,构建了一种民主和谐平等的新型师生关系,使尊重学生人格,尊重学生观点,承认学生个性差异,积极创造和提供满足不同学生学习成长条件的理念落到实处。将学生的发展作为教学活动的出发点和归宿。重视了学生独立性,自主性的培养与发挥,采用“先学后教”的合作课堂教学模式,让每个学生在课堂上都有事做,都积极回答问题,独立思考,小组合作讨论,组与组之间竞争,收到了良好的效果。

教学工作是学校各项工作的中心,也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。一学期来,在坚持抓好新课程理念学习和应用的同时,探索教育教学规律,充分运用学校现有的资源,进行教学改革,加大新型教学方法使用力度,取得了明显效果,具体表现在:

1、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时,非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真,并不断归纳总结经验教训。

2、注重课堂教学效果。针对四年级学生特点,以愉快式教学为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重“先学后教”的模式。在教学中注意正确引导,抓住重点,突破难点。

3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次,自使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后数学课该怎么教和怎么讲。

4、在作业批改上,认真及时,力求做到全批全改,重在订正,及时了解学生的学习情况,以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。

1、教材挖掘不深入,对教材的理解一知半解,重难点在教学过程中不突出。

2、教法不灵活,呆板,不能吸引学生学习,对学生的引导、启发不足。

3、新课标下新的教学思想学习不深入。对学生的自主学习,合作学习,缺乏理论指导。

4、差生未抓在手。由于对学生的了解不够,对学生的学习态度、思维能力不太清楚。上课和复习时该讲的都讲了,学生掌握的情况怎样,教师心中无数。导致了教学中的盲目性。

5、由于刚采用“先学后教”的模式,还没有完全理会当中的理念,在教学过程当中还缺少经验,对时间的把握未能掌握得好,也没能很好的做到“堂堂清、周周清、月月清”。

6、教学反思不够,没有每课时做好小结。

本学期圆满完成了本册教材的教学内容,学生基本掌握各单元的教学目标。

二、主要成绩和经验

在本学期的教学工作中,我始终按照数学学科管理制度严格管理学生,注意培养学生养成良好的学习习惯。在教学中切实做好一切教学常规工作,尤其是在备、讲、批、辅各方面,兢兢业业,从不敷衍了事,并坚持做好培优扶差工作,每期常规检查都得到肯定。

1、针对学生的差异和年龄特点,对学生进行了各方面的教育,使学生的知识、能力有了较大提高。

2、认真钻研教材、精心备课,充分利用直观、电化教学,把难点分到各个层次中去,调动学生学习的积极性。

3、本学期我对学生注重加强了思想教育,培养了良好的学习习惯,培养自我检查的能力。

4、加强了对学困生的辅导,使本学期大部分学生掌握了知识、技能,他们的学习有了不同程度的进步和提高。

5、使学生学好数学知识,在教学中重点做到精讲多练,认真备好每一节课。

6、通过练习课的精心设计,使学生掌握知识,形成技能,发展智力。所以我认真上好练习课,讲究练习方式,提高练习效率。

三、存在的不足之处

1、一部分学生对学习的目的不够明确,学习态度不够端正。上课听讲不认真,家庭作业经常完不成。

2、有些家长对孩子的学习不够重视,主要表现在:反映问题慢,基础太差或学生家庭的不配合,造成了学习差。

3、班级发展不平衡,学法指导工作还有待进一步加强。

4、教学以传统方法为主缺少创新意识,学生的学习习惯的养成教育不够成功。培优扶差工作做得不够扎实。

四年级数学教学总结美篇 四年级数学教学总结工作回顾篇十四

本学期我担任四年级5班和6班的数学教学工作,回顾一学期来的教学工作,可以说既紧张忙碌而又很充实。本学期,我努力根据学生的实际情况,采取有效的措施,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的学习习惯,引导学生参与学习的全过程,通过一学期的努力,取得了一定效果。现将一学期的工作总结如下:

在教学中我认真学习课标,通过对课标的研读,对本册教材的知识结构有了更准确的认识。认真钻研教材、教参,对本学期教学内容做到心中有数。学期中,着重进行单元备课,掌握每一部分知识在单元中、在整册书中的地位、作用。思考学生怎样学,学生将会产生什么疑难,该怎样解决。在备课本中体现教师的引导,学生的主动学习过程。从学生实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维。

针对本班学生的差异和年龄特点,因材施教。教学中重点做到精讲多练,重视运用直观演示、运用学具动手操作,精心设计练习课,讲究练习形式的多样化,提高了练习效率。从不同角度创设了课堂有效教学情境,整体上使不同学生的知识、技能得到了不同程度的进步和提高。具体如下:

1)创设各种情境,活跃课堂气氛。

沉闷的课堂气氛只会让学生昏昏欲睡,为此在课堂教学中我十分注重创设良好的课堂教学氛围,尽量给学生创设喜闻乐见的学习情景,使学生能比较直观形象地理解知识。然后,放手让学生探究,动手、动口、动眼、动脑的能力,培养他们的参与意识。

2)在课堂教学中正确处理了"教"与"学","学"与"导"的关系,把教与学的重点放在"学"上,在教法上着眼于"导",以学生发展为本,激发学生的求知欲,诱导学生主动探索,主动参与认知结构的过程,促使学生乐学、会学、学会。

3)及时复习。新知识的遗忘随时间的延长而减慢。因此,新授知识基本是当天复习或第二天复习,以后再逐渐延长复习时间。这项措施非常适合中低年级学生遗忘快、不会复习的特点。

4)努力构建知识网络。一般做到一小节一整理,形成每节知识串;每单元整理复习形成知识链,一学期对整册书进行整理复习。学生经历了教材由"薄"变"厚",再变"薄"的过程,既形成了知识网,又学到了方法,容易产生学习迁移,给学生的创新、实践提供了可能。

5)注重与学生的交流。"理解"是建立师生情感的纽带与桥梁。理解学生就是要以饱满的热情和充沛的精力投入来感染学生,给他们一张笑脸、一颗诚心、一份真情。当学生取得好成绩,获得成功时,要给以祝贺和鼓励,当学生遇到困难,遭受挫折时,要给他们鼓励,勇气。

针对不同的练习错误,教师面批,指出个性问题,集体订正共性问题。批改作业时,教师点出错题,不指明错处让学生自己查找错误,增强学生的分析能力。学生订正之后,补给优秀,建立学好数学的信心,鼓励学生独立作业的习惯,对激发学习的兴趣取得了较好效果。

一是通过内化教育激发学生的学习动机,调动他们的学习积极性。不管是优等生还是后进生,现都能明确自己的学习目的,不是为别人,而是为自己,学习风气较以前有明显变化,学生的观念由以前的"要我学"转变为"我要学"。学生的自信心,意志力得到很大的提高。

二是转变教学观念,提倡信心教育。在工作过程中,教师的观念能积极转化,由以前看分数,注重优生的辅导,对后进生耐心不足,急功近利的心态转变为能正确看待每一个学生,以培养学生素质的提高为自己工作的重点。在工作过程中能个体分析,群体分析,确立发展目标和措施,找出每个学生的优点、缺点。用发展的眼光看待自己,分析学生。积极对待学生的每一个闪光点,施以恰如其分的鼓励性评价,使得每一位学生能安心于课堂的学习,把后进生的厌学情绪抑制在一个最低点上。

三是辅导差生的时候努力做到“三要”,既要了解后进生,又要尊重后进生,要对后进生有信心。

此外,在培优补差的过程中,还应注意以下几点:

1、课堂上有意识给他们制造机会,让优生吃得饱,让后进生吃得好。

2、课外辅导,利用课间,组织学生加以辅导训练。

3、发挥优生的优势,介绍方法让后进生懂得怎样学,激起他们的学习兴趣。

4、对于后进生主要引导他们多学习,多重复,在熟练的基础上不断提高自己的分析推理能力,尤其是学习态度的转变和学习积极性的提高方面要花大力气。

5、优生鼓励他们多做创新的事情,多钻研探究。

培优补差工作应是一项坚持不懈的工作,在这个过程中还存在着一些问题,希望能不断改进并提高,把这项工作做扎实,做到实处,做的更好。
