1.Principle of Transparency
【参考答案】透明度原则。是指缔约方正式实施的有关进出口贸易的政策、法令以及条
例，以及缔约方政府或者政府机构与另一缔约方政府或者政府机构之间签订的影响国际贸易
政策的现行规定，都必须公布。
2.Safeguard Measures
【参考答案】保障措施。是指一国因为某一产品的进口急剧的增加，对本国相同或者与
其有竞争的产品的生产商造成重大损失，或者损害威胁，进口国采取的针对该产品的
进口限制措施。
3. EDI
【参考答案】电子数据交换（Electronic Data Interchange）即 EDI，是指商业伙伴们根
据达成的协议，对经济信息按照一定标准进行格式化处理，并把这些格式化、标准化的数据，
通过计算机通信网络，在它们的电子计算机系统之间进行交换和自动处理。
4．Expropriation
【参考答案】征收。东道国政府的行为，由政府直接采取、授权或者批准，既包括直接
剥夺财产所有权的直接征收，也包括无理干涉财产所有人使用、占有或者处分其财产的政府
行为或者政府授权的行为。
5. Method of Tax Deduction
【参考答案】扣除法。是指居住国政府对居民纳税人因为国外所得而向来源地国缴纳的
所得税款，允许作为扣除项目应当从应税所得额中扣除，就其余额适应相当的税率。
