建立以自主、合作、探究为主的教学模式,激活学生好奇心,探究欲,培养学生主动思考、质疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把这种能力的培养定为课堂教学的终极目的。为此,我们仔细研究教育心理,准确把握初二学生的心理特征和思维特点,积极探索有利于激发兴趣、激活思维、激励探讨的课堂教学方法。例如在处理每单元的重点篇目时,我始终采用整体感知——合作探究——反思质疑——拓展延伸的教学模式,根据不同内容精心设计问题,组织课堂教学。

死教书、教死书不能适应社会对教育的需要,新课程改革正是对今天教师教学观念的挑战。教师应由知识的占有者转化为知识的组织者,由知识的传递者转化为学习的促进者,超越课堂的藩篱,将现代教学过程演化为“培养学习者”的过程,实现由“授之以鱼”到“授之以渔”的根本转变。用扎实多样的训练,多方面提高学生的语文素养,努力培养学生的语文实践能力,使学生获得一定的终身学习的本领。

“授之以鱼,仅供一饭之需;授之以渔,则终身受用无穷”。教育的意旨并非知识的累积,而是心智上的能力的发育。学生在学校的时间是有限的,所学的知识也受时代的局限,他们要在未来有所作为,要在未来跟上时代,就一定要不断地学习,终身学习,去吸收新东西,更新知识结构。可见,方法的确比知识更为重要,教授方法才是教学的根本。那么,学生对于传授的方法是否能够灵活运用,对学生而言,则需要一个较长时间的'反复的训练过程。

为此,我针对不同的知识板块,采取不同的训练方法:夯实基础——硬笔书法每日一页,字词听写“循环放映”;扩大积累——课外阅读每日一段,读书笔记(摘记)天天都写;训练能力——阅读理解,从总体方法到解题技巧,系统指导,反复锤炼;作文训练——循序渐进,小作文依课文内容随堂布置,借“题”发挥,大作文紧扣课标和中考方向力求既有章法,又有创新,鼓励放飞思想,大胆发挥……

教学有法,教无定法,从基础入手到提高能力直至学以致用,生动、活泼,扎实、系统,有序、有恒的训练,使学生在不同内容和方法的相互交叉、渗透和整合中开阔了视野,提高了学习效率,初步获得了一些现代社会所需要的语文实践能力。

当前,培养和提高学生的人文素养文化品位是教学的重要目的,初中阶段语文教学工作应以指导学生打下扎实的知识基础,培养学生良好的读写希光和提高学生的阅读理解能力及写作能力,进行科学系统而有效的读写训练为主要教学目标,阅读教学应注重对学生课内阅读实践的科学组织和和安排,给学生留下一定的自主活动时间。教师有责任帮助学生筛选课外读物,开列课外阅读参考书目,有义务指导学生的课外阅读。所以在八年级阶段教师应在拓宽学生视野,提高学生文化品位,培养学生创新精神等方面作有效探索。

1、经常督促学生养成一些学习语文的好习惯,并使之不断巩固加强。如要求学生学会课前预习,学会对课文中重点词语进行圈点勾画,养成自主学习的习惯,减少学生对老师的依赖心理。

2、语文学习重在积累,因此,平时将定期不定期的向学生推荐一些好的文章好的诗词等,增强学生的日常积累,同时要求学生尽可能多接触一些课外读物,相关的一些时事多看一些报纸等,以拓展学生的眼界。

3、鼓励学生利用课余时间练习字,养成书写规范端正整洁的习惯。

4、除课堂大作文外,鼓励学生平时多练笔,从句段开始多写一些短小精悍的文章,使学生写作能力能逐渐得以提高。

5、多给学生一些实践的机会,如给学生自己办手抄报等,让学生在实践中提高自己的能力。

1、思想有了大转变

通过理论学习与实践,我的思想有了一个新的转变,作为一位语文教师,必须具有渊博的科学知识,熟练的操作技能,良好的思想品质,更应当掌握现代教育教学理论、掌握现代教育教学技术。在科学的探究过程中,教师不再把科学知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的,也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上,而是成为学习共同体中的成员,在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案,在探究科学的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。因此,在科学课程中,传统意义上的教师教和学生学,将让位于师生互教互学,彼此形成一个真正的“学习共同体”。这种学习方式的改变,将导致师生关系的改变,使教师长期以来的高高在上的“传道、授业、解惑”的地位发生变化,教师从“知识的权威”转变到“平等地参与学生的研究”,从“知识的传递者”转变成“学生科学探究的促进者、组织者和指导者”。

2、对语文课程的基本理念有了一个新的认识

首先,语文课堂要面向全体学生。学生是学习的主体。学生对周围的事情具有较强好奇心和积极的探究欲,学习语文应该是他们主动参与的过程。教师是语文学习活动的组织者、引领者和亲密的伙伴,教师的教学设计必须建立在满足学生需要、兴趣和已有知识经验的基础之上,对学生在语文学习活动中的表现应给予充分的理解和尊重,并以自己的教学行为对学生产生积极的影响。

其次,语文学习要以探究为核心。探究既是语文学习的目标,又是科学学习的方式。亲身经历以探究为主的学习活动是学生学习语文的主要途径。语文课堂要向学生提供充分的语文探究机会,使他们在像科学家那样进行科学探究的过程中,掌握一些基本的探究方法,体验学习语文的乐趣,增长语文探究能力,获取语文知识。

第三、语文课程应具有开放性。语文课堂上教师要给学生提供选择的机会和创造的空间,要引导学生利用广泛存在于学校、家庭、社会、大自然、网络和各种媒体中的多种资源进行科学学习,应加强语文与其他学科之间的渗透与整合。

3、教学观念有所改变,教学思想有所更新

(1)、教学观念的改变。以前我们总认为教师是权威的象征,学生要绝对的服从,特别是教学中,学生完全处于被动状态,是容纳知识的容器。通过培训学习,我深深地认识到而科学课程是要面向全体学生的,是要考虑到学生的个别差异性的。因此,我们要改变教师的角色,成为学生的朋友。

(2)、教学方法的改变。教学方法是完成教学任务的根本手段,科学的教学方法能够起到事半功倍的效果,也能使师生关系更加融洽,二者相互促进形成良性循环,教学自然会成功的。通过培训学习,我知道目前提出的科学探究法即以学生自主学习、主动探索为主,相对而言是适合科学课程的。自主的探究可以通过学生自己提出问题自己想办法去动手实践,解决问题,并从中体验到成功喜乐。

我们将带着新课程理念、新课程方法率先走进课堂,同时也意味着带着新课程理念、新课程方法率先和影响周围的其他教师。虽然我们有时也会充满困难、挫折或困惑,但是在实践中我们会有更多的新经验、新发现以及新的飞跃。

从参加新教材培训到实施课程改革以来,我反复学习有关的教育教学理论,深刻领会新课标精神,认真反思自身教学实际,研究学生,探究教法,逐步树立起以学生的终身发展为目的的教学思想,树立起以教师为主导学生为主体的新的教学理念,在教学实践中积极探索焕发语文课堂活力,有助于学生能力提高与发展的语文课堂教学的新思路、新模式启发思维,训练方法为主的自读课文阅读方法、以感知dd探究dd反思dd延伸为主线的重点篇目学习法、以合作dd探究dd创造dd创新为核心的语文活动课等,激发了学生学习语文的积极性,收到了较好的教学效果。

应试教学课堂围绕知识目标而展开,储存继承前人积累下来的经验和体验,但忽视了学生创新的动机、兴趣、情感、意志,如何激活所需的先前经验,萌动求智欲望呢?新课标要求我们建立以自主、合作、探究为主的教学模式,激活学生好奇心,探究欲,培养学生主动思考、质疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把这种能力的培养定为课堂教学的终极目的。为此,我们仔细研究教育心理,准确把握初一学生的心理特征和思维特点,积极探索有利于激发兴趣、激活思维、激励探讨的课堂教学方法。例如在处理每单元的重点篇目时,我始终采用整体感知dd合作探究dd反思质疑dd拓展延伸的教学模式,根据不同内容精心设计问题,组织课堂教学。

这样教学,课堂上感受到的是一种亲切、和谐、活跃的气氛。教师已成为学生的亲密朋友,教室也转变成为学生的学堂,学生再也不是僵化呆板、默默无闻的模范听众。他们的个性得到充分的展现与培养:或质疑问难,或浮想联翩,或组间交流,或挑战权威。师生互动,生生互动,在有限的时间内,每一位学生都得到了较为充分的锻炼和表现的机会。课堂上充满着流动的阳光,平等、和谐与交流共存,发现、挑战与沉思同在。活跃的思维,频动的闪光点,让学生成为课堂上真正的主人。教师的授课既源于教材,又不唯教材。师生的情感与个性融在其中,现实的生活进入课堂,学生在互动中求知,在活动中探索,既轻松地掌握了知识,又潜移默化地培养了能力。学生的整体素质有了提高,语文课堂真正焕发出它应有的活力。

现代科学技术日新月异的飞速发展,要求具有新鲜活力的语文课堂不仅要有教学模式的转变,学生思维的开启,更要有引导学生学会学习,掌握丰富的语文知识并获取叩开知识大门金钥匙的课堂教学效果。这是新课标对语文课程的基本要求,也是语文学科工具性与人文性特点的集中体现。

应试教学课堂总是教师比比划划,总是在如何把知识线条明晰化上动心思,在学习中学生不能亲自体验到获得知识的过程与乐趣,其接受知识的过程间接而单一。新课程要求课堂要以更新教学手段为重点,借助各种媒体和教学资源让学生自主体验、感受,使得师生在探索中经验共享。信息时代多样的媒体和无所不在的网络正好为我们扩展课堂教学的领域,拓宽摄取知识的渠道, 实现提高学生信息素养,开发学生的探究能力、学习能力、合作能力、创造能力 提供了一个 的可操作的平台。

教学中,一改过去课堂上过于注重知识传授,内容上过于注重书本知识,结构上过于强调学科本位,实施中过于强调接受学习,死记硬背,机械训练等状况,仔细研究教材内容,精心设计教学环节,将学生从原有的课堂圈子中“解放”出来,调动学生充分利用网络资源,使他们能够在自主探究与交流的过程中,不断挑战自我,扩展创造性思维。

教师应由知识的占有者转化为知识的组织者,由知识的传递者转化为学习的促进者,超越课堂的藩篱,将现代教学过程演化为“培养学习者”的过程,实现由“授之以鱼”到“授之以渔”的根本转变。用扎实多样的训练,多方面提高学生的语文素养,努力培养学生的语文实践能力,使学生获得终身学习的本领。

“授之以鱼,仅供一饭之需;授之以渔,则终身受用无穷”。 教育的意旨并非知识的累积,而是心智上的能力的发育。 学生在学校的时间是有限的,所学的知识也受时代的局限,他们要在未来有所作为,要在未来跟上时代,就一定要不断地学习,终身学习,去吸收新东西,更新知识结构。可见,方法的确比知识更为重要,教授方法才是教学的根本。那么,学生对于传授的方法是否能够灵活运用,对初中学生而言,则需要一个较长时间的反复的训练过程。

为此,我针对不同的知识版块,采取不同的训练方法:夯实基础dd硬笔书法每日一页,字词听写“循环放映”;扩大积累dd课外阅读每日一段,读书笔记(摘记)天天都写;训练能力dd阅读理解,从总体方法到解题技巧,系统指导,反复锤炼;作文训练dd循序渐进,小作文依课文内容随堂布置,借“题”发挥,大作文紧扣课标和中考方向力求既有章法,又有创新,鼓励学生放飞思想,大胆发挥

教学有法,教无定法,从基础入手到提高能力直至学以致用,生动、活泼,扎实、系统,有序、有恒的训练,使学生在不同内容和方法的相互交叉、渗透和整合中开阔了视野,提高了学习效率,初步获得了一些现代社会所需要的语文实践能力。
