我们聆听了浙江省特级教师、优秀教研员、获得首届全国中小学语文教师写作教学说课大赛一等奖的沈老师和浙江省中小学青年教师教学大赛一等奖获得者的莫老师的精彩讲座,两位老师分别从“寻找适合儿童的词语教学——统编教材词语教学重点解析及建议”、“踏上快乐表达之旅——例谈统编教材写话、习作教学”、“统编小学语文阅读策略单元——重点解析与教学建议”、“于对比中了解,在得法中深入——例谈统编教材小学语文古诗文教学”、“基于深度学习的‘深度教学’”、“指向语文核心素养的学本课堂”为我们打开了统编教材教学的另一扇大门。真可谓“听君一席话,胜读十年书。”两位专家的精彩讲座,有如拨云见日,使得我顿然领悟,为我指明了方向。
“寻找适合儿童的字词教学”这是我们本次培训中的第一堂课。沈老师对于字词教学现状进行了透视及重点解析,并依据具体课例为我们展示了多种多样的字词教学方式,提出了适合儿童的识字教学策略。
她说,识字教学应凸显文化内涵与教育意义;她讲到,识字的方式要更多元化,要把识字变成一种鲜明的、激动人心的情景,里面充满了活生生的形象、声音、旋律的时候,读与写的过程才能轻松。她建议,字义教学要活,字形教学要清,音融于形义。原来识字教学这样有趣,三字文识字,韵语识字,看图识字,对对子识字,字理识字,编儿歌……我们教什么,怎么教,我仿佛是那个初进大观园的刘姥姥,沈莉师的讲解真是让我大开眼界!
沈老师还为我们讲解了“基于核心素养的语文教学”。语文教学应致力于提升学生的生命质量。建构语文教学的内容、方法、过程,培养学生在学语文、用语文的过程中,对生命的认识、理解、体验,以生命哲学的思想指导语文教学,激励人的主体意识和创新精神。
沈老师的讲解让我明白:语文不仅仅是用来学的,而是让学生认识、理解、体验生命和万物的美,更是让学生形成自己内心深处的美并应用于生活实践中来创造美的学科。
莫老师讲解的“踏上快乐表达之旅——例谈统编教材写话、习作教学”从中低段习作教学入手,通过一个个生动有趣的课例,让我们明白只有在真情涌动、激情荡漾、热情似火的融情状态下,才会焕发出忘我的探索精神,实现知识的超越和理性的升华。才能让学生写出来的文章,有生活气息,有真情实感。
莫老师的讲座“于对比中了解,在得法中深入”为古诗文教学指明了方向,使古诗文更生动活泼地走进小学生的心田,让学生在轻松快乐中完成古诗词的学习,提高语文素养。莫老师用具体的片断教学《咏柳》《晓出静慈寺送林子方》诠释了这样的教育理念:课堂是学生的,要把课堂还给孩子,把时间还给孩子,把实践还给孩子,把感悟留给孩子!。
通过三天的学习,我们看到了两位专家深邃的思想,扎实的功底,也意识到了自己在教学上还有广阔的进步空间。虽然学习之旅已经结束,但在今后的教学之路上,我依然会带着求知若渴的态度,去要求自己、提升自己、成就自己。

在这春暖花开的季节,我有幸来到久别的母校——永春师范,参加第二十二期农村小学教师教育教学能力提升培训,收集整理听了方正山、徐敏、蔡福山、李春喜等十一位教授、专家的讲座,他们鲜活的案例和丰富的知识内涵及精湛的理论阐述,给了我强烈的感染和触动,使我每一天都能感受到思想火花的冲击,可谓受益非浅。下面谈淡自己的几点感受。
以学生为本的教育思想,“一切为了学生,为了一切学生”不再只是一句动听的教育口号。课程目标体现出来的是一种教育民主化、个性化的发展趋势,反映的是一种教育生本化的价值取向。身为教师,我们要坚信:人才多样化,行行出状元;人人都有才,人才有差异;人人能成才,成才的路千万条,树立全人化的教育理念。在培训中,我们还欣赏了全国十大教师楷模的感人事迹,深深震撼了我的心灵、洗涤了我的灵魂,平时总以为自己为学生已付出了很多,培训中,我才明白自己是多么渺小。像桂老师每天都会问自己三个问题:“今天你爱孩子了吗?”“你会爱孩子吗”“你的孩子感受到你的爱了吗?”。蔡老师提出的:我相信每一位优秀的数学老师都将“种子课”视为数学的种子,让他的学生随身携带,到合适的环境中生根发芽。这是数学教师的使命!“让学生喜欢上我的课,不让一个学生落后。”“我们应该把数学的感觉给学生。”作为数学教师,心中装着教育,就不会仅仅只关注知识;心中装着儿童,就不会仅仅只在意分数;心中装着成长,就不会仅仅只在意自己的付出……
“数学是人类的一种文化,它的内容、思想、方法和语言是现代文明的重要组成部分”。在数学教学中如何实施数学思想、数学文化的教学,让数学洋溢着文化的魅力,使孩子们由内至外喜欢上我们的数学。此次培训,让我们也感受到数学文化的精髓、数学的内在魅力。如,永春师范刘老师的《数学的魅力》讲座中,他通过从古代数学谜语到现在数学在高科技中应用案例,让我们感受到了数学是美的,有简洁与抽象的美,有构图美和组合美,还有方法的美,而做为数学老师在教学中,我们也应该引导孩子在具体的数学符号、概念、方法、思想中去体验数学文化的魅力,受到文化的熏陶,在玩中感受数学的魅力,增强学好数学的信心。正如蔡老师所说的,每一个孩子都像一粒种子,教育需要回归本真,回归人性,让儿童与生俱来的潜能得到生长,让他们的心灵和精神得到成长,让孩子们在浓厚的数学文化中生长、收获着。
叶澜教授说过:一个教师写一辈子教案不一定能成为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思就可能成为名师。美国心理学家波斯纳提出了一个教师专业成长的公式:成长:经验+反思。专家倡导我们不仅仅要成为经师更要努力成为能师、人师。教师的课堂教学修炼需要持之以恒的不断反思。要实现教师专业化,持续化发展,就必须大力倡导教师的反思实践,使每一位教师拥有这种思想、意识、能力、习惯,最终实现教师在教学反思中不断成长。如上完课,走出教室,静下心反思:在这节课,我教会学生什么了?学生学到了什么?我的教学有效吗?有没有我更好的教学方法吗?针对课堂出现的问题进行剖析、总结,形成文字资料。久而久之,你就会发现你进歩了,你的教学更精彩了,你成长了!

10月29日至30日,市教育局组织了为期三天的乡村学校教师能力提升培训,我有幸参加了这次培训。此次培训的主要内容是对部编版语文教材从字词、阅读、习作、古诗词等几个方面进行了解读,下面我将着重从这几个方面谈谈我的感受:
部编版教材在低年级的字词教学上,将识字教学作为了重点。从低年级到高年级,各个学段识字量的要求呈递减的趋势。因此可以看出,在低中年级,识字教学是语文教学中的重点。作为教师一定要在儿童识字起步阶段就通过多种途径、利用多种方法来优化识字的途径,充分调动起儿童识字的兴趣,从而达到识字教学的目的。
从教材的安排上可以看出,新教材在低年级之所以安排这么大的识字量,目的就是要让学生尽早开始阅读。所以我们老师在教学中不要拔高要求,一定要把“会认”和“会写”区分开。
部编版教材在习作的安排上层次也是非常清晰,一二年级称为“写话”,三年级开始称为“习作”。低年级重点是要保护好学生的写作兴趣,让学生关注生活,乐于表达,不要拔高要求,不要为了去写而不断地“练习”。写作课程的设计,写作教学的过程,都要从不同年龄段学生的实际出发,激发学生写作兴趣,关注写作过程的愉快。教师要做好范例教学,让学生跟着支架学写作。
总之,写作教学一定要贴近学生实际,让学生易于动笔,乐于表达。引导学生关注现实,热爱生活,积极向上,表达真情实感。
常见的阅读策略有复述、预测、提问、图像化、联结、推理、概括、快速阅读、有目的地读、自我(理解)监控等。在部编版教材中主要涉及到的阅读策略有复述、预测、提问、快速阅读、有目的地读等,并且根据学生发展的特点分层地推进。在低段主要是要让学生喜欢阅读,感受乐趣。中段就要让学生能在不理解的地方提出疑问。到高段要求学生提高默读速度,并能按要求去搜集信息,有目的地去读。在教学中,教师一定要有整体意识,关注整套教材的阅读策略安排,有目的地去教学。
统编版语文教材和人教版语文教材对比,古诗词、文言文在篇目数量上的明显加大。比如从三年级上册开始,每册编排古诗3首,在“日积月累”中诗词篇目也增多了。文言文古诗词在编排上注重选择故事性的文本来激发学生的阅读兴趣,在中年级会出现同样的文本,但用不同的表达方式来表达,注重让学生去体会文言文的表达特点。在小学阶段,教师教学时一定不要去逐字逐句地去解释文本的意思,而应该让学生在反复诵读中去感受诗词的音韵美,让学生去积累、积淀。
总体来看,我觉得部编版教材最大的亮点,就是篇章页、导语等内容的设计。教师可以通过篇章页、导语、课后题来把握每课的教学重点,这些内容的设计对教师把握教材、教学都起到了很大的帮助。
这次培训,给我最大的感触就是,教师应该首先解读教材,把握课标。只有了解了教材编写的意图才能把知识准确地传授给学生,让学生学有所得。

x月22日至x月24日,我参加了为期三天的xx小学语文教师教学技能提升培训。
最让我难忘的是来自xx小学教学一线的xx老师。她为人和蔼可亲,言谈里闪烁着灵光。她语言朴实,却字字精当,句句中肯,鲜活生动的课例展示。为我打开了一扇紧闭的门窗,展示了一幅幅隽美的画面。
原来教学是一门相当“活”的学问,教学是真真切切的艺术,是扎扎实实的艺术。
我们一共听了两天半的讲座,专家们从语文教师教学技能提升的不同方面给我们以启迪。专家们深入浅出,列举一个个生动的案例进行分析,老师们频频点头,心领神会。
培训使我感受到了压力,也增强了信心。通过培训我突然感到自己身上的压力变大了,要想不被淘汰出局,要想最终成为一名优秀的教师,就要更努力地提高自身的业务素质、理论水平、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。
而这就需要我付出更多的时间和精力,努力学习各种教育理论,并勇于到课堂上去实践,及时对自己的教育教学进行反思、调控。
我相信通过自己的不断努力,会有所收获有所感悟的。通过培训学习我也为自己确定了今后在教学中的努力方向:
1、必须不断地学习。
我们常说,教师要给学生一杯水,首先自己要有一桶水,而现在仅有一桶水已经不够了,教师要有不断流淌的源头活水,这源头活水来自哪里?这就需要我们老师不断地学习、不断地充电。
新课程实施后对老师的要求越来越高,要求教师要专业化发展,要学习新课程理论,转变教学观念,改革课堂结构,加强自己的教学基本功训练,特别是语文教师要不断提高自己的语文素养。
而所有这些都离不开学习,我们要学习新课程理论,要走理论加实践的道路,要让新课程理论来指导我们的教学实践,要把新的理念渗透到所有的教育教学实践中去,做一名新课程理念的忠实践行者。
教师要扩大自己的知识面,开阔自己的视野就要不断地阅读,要博览全书,要坚持阅读名著、阅读经典,让这些名著、经典来启迪我们的思想,陶冶我们的情操,提升我们的语文素养,进而在使自己的教学技能中得以提升。
2、要转变教学观念,做新课程忠实的实践者。
现在需要我们转变自己的教学观念,要转变自己的角色,教师是学生学习的引导者、合作者,我们要蹲下身子看学生,要平等地跟学生交流,要把课堂还给学生,学生才是课堂的主人。
新课程的核心理念是“一切为了学生的发展”,所以我们不能急功近利,要为学生的终生发展打下坚实的基础,我们要树立新的评价观促进学生的全面发展。转变学生的学习方式要倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。这次培训内容丰富,充满了教育智慧,使我们开阔了眼界。
三天的培训带给我很多的思考。专家们给我们明确的方向,更多的是要我们如何在教学实践中如何提升教学技能。
虽然我们离专家相距甚远,但至少让我们有了更明确的努力方向。

参加这一次的xx年全市小学教师技能全员培训,使我感触颇深。主要体现在两点:
就像xx局长所说:“教育大业,人才为本,科技兴国,关键在人。当前国内外教育发展形势使得人才资源已成为最重要的战略资源,一个国家、一个地方、一所学校加快发展的关键因素在于人才。”而我们是培养人才的教育者,可见我们的责任有多重大。况且在知识更新日益加快的今天,如果不及时补充新知识,掌握新技能,拓展新视野,那么我们将孤陋寡闻,辜负党和国家给予我们的历史使命。特别是我们教英语的,已经毕业十几年了,现在再重新捡起这门学科,确实是有点陌生和无所适从,所以我觉得这次的培训,为大家提供一个互相了解,集中学习的机会是很必要的。
两位辅导老师不仅仔细分析了小学英语四年级上下两册教材的安排意图、各块内容的教学方法,还把她们如何评价学生的成功经验告诉我们,使我茅塞顿开,也为我以后的教学点了一盏明灯。
总之我觉得经过这次的培训,我已经对下学期的英语教学有了很明确的规划和十足的信心。

众所周知,作为一名合格的人民教师,必须有过硬的教学基本功,丰富的科学文化知识,另外还应具备优良的师德师风,作为一名合格的人民教师,还应坚持党的教育政策合方针,坚持四项基本原则,拥护党的基本路线,全心全意为党和人民的教育事业贡献自己必胜的光和热,让祖国的教育事业更加灿烂和辉煌,经过教育局局长等各位领导的精心准备和安排,从xx年8月1日—8日作为xx市小学教师教学技能培训的时间,局长为了我市的教育大计,可谓是用心良苦。
虽然培训的时间很短暂,可通过听取了局长在开学典礼上一翻语重心长的讲话和培训后,使我感触很多,体会深刻:
一、充分提高教师自身素质和技能水平的重要性。
当今社会,人才缺乏,教育大业,人才为本;科教兴国,关键在人,振兴中华繁荣发张在于教育,而振兴教育辉煌的发张却在于教师,所以,教师是人类的灵魂的工程,这是一份神圣的使命,肩负着教育大业的重组;当前国内为教育发张形式非常严峻,为此迫使人才资源已成为最重要的战略资源,一个国家、一个地方,甚至一所学校加快发展的重要因素在于人才。
作为教师,我们肩负着培养下一代人才队伍的重要使命,我们应不负众望,加快步伐,自我提高自认的素质和教学技水平。
这一次培训的不仅是我们本身的教学技能水平,另外还培养我们优良的师德师风,道德品质,培养我们成为一支综合素质高,业务水平高的教师队伍,努力提高教育学创新精神,努力提高教育教学水平。
二、努力学习,共同创新
教育局组织的这次培训活动,为的是给大家提供一个相互了解,共同学习、相互交流学习、取长补短的学习的平台。
与其一个人独自学习,不如利用这恶搞机会跟所有老师好好地交流,探讨在教育学中存在的问题,这就是此次教育局刘局长举办培训的目的所在,当今社会趋势所迫,知识是作为教师的重要源泉,业是教育教学的唯一手段,我们不能固执,己见,应该敞开心胸面向所有的老师,向他们虚心请教、学习、这样才能学到更多、更好、更丰富的教育教学文化知识、不断地给自己补充能量,从而不断地提高自身的业务水平和教学水平。
一个人只有不断地去学习、去吸娶去交流和创新、才能获得更加丰富的知识源泉;也为此才会有更强的教学能力与别人进行强烈的竞争,才不会被社会淘汰,业不会被同行看扁了。
现今的教育教学形势非常严峻,我们只有不断地较强学习,即使地补充能量,培养终身学习的好习惯,努力达到、活到老,学到老,的人生目标。
三、学习技能固然重要,事师德师风更是不可缺少
加强师德师风建设,业是这次举办培训的一项重要措施。大家都心知肚明,为人师表,教书育人;是作为教师的重要任务和职责,可没有优良的师德师风,谈何教育,从何教育?
古往今来,“德”是我们中华民族的优良传统,如果老师们“缺德”了,那还怎么教育?那不是误人子弟吗?总而言之,我们作为一名教师,必须具备优良的师德师风;教师只有具备了良好的道德品质,才能有资格为人师表,才能培养出有素质,有修养、有文化的新一代接班人。
总而言之,通过这次听取了刘局长在开学典礼上发自肺腑之言的报告和培训后,我感触良多,受益匪浅,自己感觉就像和所有的老师融合在一起,翱翔在知识海洋中,陶醉不已,流连忘返。不仅教育教学业务水平提高了,师德师风也得了升华。

8月10-17日,我参加了市教育局组织的小学教师教学技能全员培训第二批学习,在培训的过程中,我所遇到的每一个老师都表现出积极乐观向上的心态。不怕辛苦,酷热和暴雨也阻挡不了我们参加学习的脚步。我认为保持积极乐观向上的心态,对每个人的工作和生活都是至关重要的,这将深深地影响着我,激励着我对今后的工作态度;在培训班里与学员共同学习交流,我相信自己是有所收获的。下面是我学习培训的总结体会:
刘局长的讲话给我们提出几点意见:
(1)明确培训目的,充分认识提高自身素质和技能水平的重要性。
(2)善于学习:在提高自身素质上下狠功夫。
(3)锤炼师德师风,造就高素质的教师队伍。刘局长特别强调了师德师风。
重点强调
(1)教师敬业精神要强要为具有事业献身。
(2)不要有较重的攀比之风,廉政从教。
(3)师表意识高,对学生有爱心。
(4)端正工作作风,有职业使命感。
刘局长的讲话列举了许多身边的案例。比如优秀教师(包括代课教师)的成长案例,并进行深入的剖析,发人深思,他们责任心强,工作踏实、刻苦。对工作一丝不苟,成绩突出,他们是我学习的榜样。我更明确了自己教书育人的职责和任务,我争取做一名合格的人民教师。
在培训班中我们分别听取了欧兴畅、王儒、蔡亦充、邓雪老师做的五、六年级数学教材分析,他们结合自己的教学实践,具体地分析教材,使我进一步认识教材,吃透教材的特点,理解教材编写意图,把握新课程的教学理念。通过学习教材,重新认识教材,改变原有的教学观念。在课堂上通过观看教学实录,写评课稿、观场备课,说课,相互交流、互动。不断提高自己的业务水平,进一步感悟新课程理念,“合作学习”、“主动探究”、“师生互动”、“生生互动”等新型的教学模式为课堂注入生机与活力。通过学习、互动使我认识到这些新的教学模式给学生更加自由的学习空间,体现了以学生为本的观念,老师要自觉地把新的教学模式引入课堂,改变课堂的面貌,使课堂气氛活跃,教学民主,学生的学习热情高涨,师生关系融洽,才能充分体现素质教育的根本目标。
这是林景教研员报告的一句话,在这次培训中,我们听了林景教研员《关于有效课堂的思考》,讲得相当精彩,使我获得很大的收益,“有效的课题教学活动沉淀下来的是一种思维方式和精神”,就像林教研员所说,我们的课堂受益的将是孩子们的未来。林教研员带领着我们的老师走进有效的课堂。有效课堂要有“三有”,有效果——教学活动的结果与预期的教学目标趋于一致;有效率——师生投入最少的时间获得最大的教学效益;有效益——教学活动价值的实现。怎么有效的备课、如何确定有效的教学目标、如何设计有效的练习和如何进行有效的教学过程,他一一给我们的老师做了指导,我们要改变过去的教学模式,教师角色的根本性变化,课堂教学,教师的行为使学生由被动学习变为我要学,我想学;引导学生进行自主探究学习,合作交流。自己发现问题,归纳解决问题的方法、规律,努力促进课堂教学的有效。我们要努力改变自己的教学行为,进行有效的备课,改变备课上的习惯,做出有效的学期计划、学期备课、单元备课、课时备课。领悟有效的理念。我想,只有继续不断努力学习丰富自己的知识,才能适应于当今的课堂。每教一课要做到胸有成竹,更有科学和更有针对性,避免进行盲目教学。怎么做到有效?也是我今后努力的方向。
通过培训使我深刻意识到:自己的知识能力还不能很好的驾驶当今的课堂,有一定的差距。人只有不断地学习,不断充实,不断地觉醒,才能适应新课改的要求,我们应继续学习,提高自己的业务素质,把学到的理论知识运用到自己教学活动中,使自己的教学更有成效。
