随着现代社会的进步和时代的发展,使得一些十分重要的春节民俗面着无形的危机。近年来,国外节日文化的引入对我国传统节日产生巨大的冲击。以物质享受为主的西方节日的兴盛,现代人较为个性化、多元化的需要,这些因素让人们对春节的传统的风俗民情,深层的春节文化逐渐淡忘。

虽然春节依旧在,但春节伟大文化遗产的不断流失,拯救春节传统习俗文化已是迫在眉睫。韩国“端午祭”20xx年已被公布为世界非物质文化遗产,随着国家间文化竞争的愈演愈烈,我们更应该重视对优秀传统文化的传承。

文化传承 从我做起

1、在春节、元宵节期间,每位同学应积极参加写春联、剪纸、画年画、猜灯谜、唱传统民谣等传统文化民俗活动,感受节日喜庆,体验家乡优秀传统文化的魅力,感悟其中蕴涵的文化理念。以下三项,每位同学可任选其中两项完成,并于开学时上交。

(1)书写春联书法作品一幅,可用传统样式(红条对联纸)以毛笔书写,也可用a4纸以硬笔书写,统一在左下方写明班别、姓名。禁止请人代笔或购买作品上交。

(2)拍摄春节场景照片一幅,照片须冲印后贴到a4纸上,并在下方注明场景说明及感悟、班级姓名。拍摄内容可以是家乡节日场景、活动现场、家人团聚情景、筹备节日过程、城市或街道节日场景等等,题材不限,但必须有节日特色,禁止下载、抄袭他人作品。

(3)制作剪纸一幅,并用卡纸或a4纸粘贴。题材不限,但必须是个人亲自制作。禁止请人代笔或购买作品上交。统一在左下方写明班别、姓名。

2、学生作品上交后由班主任收集,挑选优秀作品上交年级,由年级美术备课组老师集中挑选上送学校统一展出并评奖。获奖者将颁发奖品及荣誉证书,优秀作品将在校刊或校报上刊登。

2.布置范围:班级的黑板报、墙角以及班级的整体布置。

(1)班级布置:根据班级布置的整体感以及效果进行打分。

(2)卫生方面:

①教室要求洁净,教室地面要用湿拖把拖干净,黑板以及粉笔槽要清理干净,还有讲台以及各个角落需保持洁净,清除班级以及班级门口底上的口香糖渣,班级门口走廊干净无杂物。

②教室两边窗台上除了摆放整齐的作业本和绿色植物外不可放其他任何杂物。班级的垃圾筒、扫帚、拖把要统一放在教室后面一角,同时要保持清洁。班级锦旗摆放端正,合规范。

③班级墙壁保持洁白。

(3)每个班级在班级显目位置可做与“班级文化”主题相关的布置,可以尽情联想(可贴海报等体现班级特色的宣传画)

4.总体要求:布置效果舒适,富有创新,要有特色,能够体现班集体的风采。

1、思想上要高度重视。冬季长跑活动对于增强同学们的体质、提高同学们的坚持不懈的毅力是非常有帮助的,所有同学都必须参加学校组织的阳光体育冬季长跑活动。

2、要服从管理。

①要服从活动总指挥部和体育组、班主任的管理。

②每天坚持完成跑步长度,教育部的要求是每个中学生半年完成180公里,也就是每天要跑1500米,扣除体育课上跑掉的里程,我们就以1200米这个标准作为每天的长跑距离。

③每天记录好长跑记录卡。为了培养同学们诚实守信的思想品质,要求记载学生跑多少就写多少,实事求是。同学们要互相鼓励、互相督促,坚持长跑健身,强健自己的体魄。班主任对于在长跑活动中表现优异的学生要表扬及考核加分。

④ 坚持写跑步日记。把自己的锻炼的思想情况、心理状态及锻炼感受写下来,有的同学一开始可能会有埋怨情绪,但是练了一阶段后,感想肯定会有变化了,同学们会感觉精力充沛,人也会变得坚强乐观起来,一周写一到二篇。学校将根据日记上交情况组织评奖。同时鼓励同学们在自己的学生博客上发表自己的日记,希望同学们把积极向上的、健康乐观的精神表现出来。

3、。锻炼身体是一件好事,但一定要注意安全,学校的走廊里不能跑、连廊里也不能跑,能跑的地方是田径场和篮球场。

1、是不是每天都必须跑?

是的,每天必须跑。跑步时正好在下雨怎么办,那肯定不能在雨里跑,怎么办,那就要靠同学们利用这天的其他时间段来长跑锻炼身体,最好约几个同学一起跑,这样也好有个见证者。如果一天下雨实在没法跑,就停跑一天。周一升旗仪式时段跑操暂停,可利用当天的其他时间跑步,也同样计入跑步距离。

2、是不是人人必须跑?

是的,在正常的情况下,人人都必须要参加长跑活动。如果有的同学患有心血管疾病和肢残及其它不适合参加长跑活动的同学,就由学生本人向班主任提出免跑申请。如果慢跑也可以跑的话,就慢点跑,每天跑的距离可能比其他同学少一些,但是也在锻炼身体,不要紧的。关键是要跑起来,动起来。

3、除了早上集体长跑外,自己在其他时间的跑步能不能算在长跑距离中?

能!而且鼓励这样做。长跑可以循序渐进,今天跑得少一些,过一阶段可能跑得多一些了,一下子跑不满1200米,一天分几次完成1200米也行。

2、搞好动态文化

与静态文化相对应,动态文化是指紧紧围绕教育教学工作而适时开展的各项主题活动.措施主要有:

以《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》为指导,认真落实《学校艺术教育工作规程》,坚持以人为本,以学校为基础,面向全体学生,充分发挥艺术教育的育人功能,培养中小学生健康的审美情趣和良好的艺术修养,引导他们向真、向善、向美。并以此展现中小学校艺术教育的丰硕成果,促进校园文化艺术建设,促进学校艺术教育的改革和发展。

本届艺术节活动的主题是“绿色盐城 和谐教育”。

活动内容要围绕主题,充分反映中小学生热爱祖国、热爱家乡、奋发向上的精神风貌,体现时代特征、校园特色、学生特点;要坚持先进文化的导向性,弘扬中华民族优秀文化传统,体现思想性和艺术性的统一。

1.盐城市第五届中小学校园文化艺术节开幕式暨市直学校合唱比赛

①参赛对象:市直学校学生。合唱队阵容不少于120人。

②比赛曲目:每校限两首歌曲,曲目自选,其中必须有一首二声部以上合唱曲,各校须于9月20日前将所选曲目报组委会审定。

③比赛地点:盐城市第一小学南校区希望剧场

2.中小学生(幼儿)声乐比赛

①参赛对象:全市幼儿园、小学、初级中学、普通高中和中等专业(职业)学校的在籍在校(园)学生均可报名参赛。

②参赛形式和要求:

合唱(合唱队人数不超过40人,节目时间不超过8分钟,钢琴伴奏1人,指挥1人)、小合唱或表演唱(含伴奏人数不超过15人,不设指挥,节目时间不超过6分钟)、重唱(含伴奏人数不超过5人,节目时间不超过5分钟)、独唱(含伴奏人数不超过2人,节日时间不超过5分钟)。

参赛歌曲应符合学生的特点,提倡演唱校园歌曲、教材歌曲和创作歌曲,曲目自眩各县(市、区)经过初选后每组别推荐2个共xx个节目参赛,市直学校(幼儿园)初选后推荐3个节目参赛。

②参赛形式及要求:群舞(人数不超过36人,节目时间不超过8分钟)、双人舞或三人舞(节目时间不超过6分钟)、独舞(节目时间不超过5分钟)。一律使用伴奏带。

各县(市、区)经过初选后每组别推荐2个共xx个节目参赛,市直学校(幼儿园)初选后推荐3个节目参赛。

③比赛地点:盐城市第一小学南校区

④比赛时间:20xx年11月1~2日

5.中小学生(幼儿)戏剧曲艺比赛

①参赛对象:全市幼儿园、小学、初级中学、普通高中和中等专业(职业)学校的在籍在校(园)学生。

②参赛节目形式要求:参赛节目形式不限,可以是戏剧、曲艺、小品、相声、快板、对口词、课本剧或校园剧等,尤其欢迎有地方特色和时代信息的创作节目,校园剧或课本剧人数不超过8人,节目时间不超过xx分钟,其他形式不超过6分钟。无线话筒、道具等用品自备。

③比赛地点:盐城市第一小学南校区希望剧场

④比赛时间:20xx年11月1~2日

6.少儿歌曲创作:各县报送新创少儿歌曲2—3首,市直学校每校1首(应有规范的词谱,一式2份,可另附cd)。各地各校应广泛发动艺术教师及相关人员进行创作,并在中小学生中开展“我最喜欢的歌曲”评选活动。

7.参赛节目报送:各地各校须于9月20日前将艺术表演节目类参赛报名表报盐城市教育局体卫艺教处。

(二)艺术作品类

1.参赛对象:全市小学、初级中学、普通高中和中等专业(职业)学校的在籍在校学生。

2.参赛要求:参赛作品内容创意新颖,格调高雅,表达自己对家乡,对校园,对师长,对同伴,对生活、对环境、对自然和对未来的体验、感受、理解和想象。各县(市、区)经过初选后分别推荐xx件书法(篆刻)、绘画、摄影作品,市直学校初选后分别推荐3件书法、绘画作品。参赛作品必须送原作。

3.参赛项目及规格:

①绘画作品:国画(尺寸69×69cm或69×50cm)、水彩或水粉画(尺寸55×55cm或55×80cm)、版画(尺寸55×55cm)、卡通画(单幅为4开或短篇4格为16开)。

②书法、篆刻作品:尺寸40×69cm或35×138cm,书法字体不限。

③摄影作品:尺寸不超过60×60cm。

4.承办单位:盐城市少年宫

5.评选时间:20xx年xx月28~29日

6.参赛作品报送:各地各校须于9月20日前将参赛作品和报名表一并报盐城市教育局体卫艺教处。

(三)学校艺术教育论文评选

1.评选对象

全市在职的各级各类中小学、幼儿园、职业学校、中等专业学校、特殊教育工作者及教育行政管理人员、教育研究人员。

2.论文要求

①参评论文必须是作者独自完成、未曾公开发表或在省市级评选中未获过奖项的论文。

②论文要结合学校艺术教育教学、管理和课外实践活动情况,理论联系实际,有针对性地阐明自己的思想,论点明确,论据充足,有一定说服力。

3.参评及评选办法

①参评论文由各县(市、区)教育部门职能处室统一组织报送市教育局体卫艺教处,市直学校直接报送市教育局体卫艺教处。

②参评论文报送时一式二份。其中一份将作者姓名、单位地址及本人联系电话印在论文标题的下方;另一份只印题目与正文。报送截止日期为20xx年 9月 20日。参评论文正文一般不超过3000字,请用a4纸打印,论文题目为小二号宋体,正文为小四号仿宋体字,上方装订。

③论文评审工作由市教育局统一组织。评审结束后,市教育局将发文公布,向获奖论文作者颁发获奖证书。

(四)盐城市第五届中小学校园文化艺术节闭幕式暨汇报演出

1.参加节目及要求:汇报演出节目由组委会从艺术节各项参赛节目中挑选确定后,由组委会通知有关县(市、区)和学校,并告之具体要求。

2.承办单位:盐城市第一小学(南校区)

3.时间:20xx年11月15 日下午

艺术节活动分为幼儿组、小学甲组、乙组和中学甲组、乙组。幼儿组为在幼儿园就读的小朋友;小学甲组为普通小学的学生,小学乙组为少年宫、少儿艺术团等校外教育机构的学生;中学甲组为初中、普通高中学生;乙组为普通中等师范和中等职业学校的学生。

本届展演活动设立以下奖项:

(一)优秀组织奖:奖励对象为县(市、区)教育行政部门和相关学校。由艺术节组委会根据各县(市、区)和相关学校参加本次艺术节活动的组织情况和上报的总结材料进行评眩

(二)精神风貌奖:奖励对象为参加本届艺术节活动精神风貌表现良好的参演学校单位。

(三)优秀节目奖:声乐、器乐、舞蹈和校园剧(课本剧)剧目分设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖。

(四)优秀作品奖:绘画、书法(篆刻)、摄影分设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖。

(五)指导教师奖:获得一等奖、二等奖的节目(作品)的指导教师给予指导教师奖。

(六)优秀创作奖:专门为本届艺术节活动创作的、具有校园特色、学生特点、时代特征的优秀节目(其中包括优秀少儿歌曲创作曲目)给予优秀创作奖。
