1、各级组要高度重视,级组长要亲身组织;

2、参加比赛队员要准时到位参加比赛。

1、趣味体育、乒乓球比赛场地、器材由体育科组负责;

2、会场横标及摄影由温伟坚负责。

第二届教职工乒乓球男女混合团体比赛规程

一、主办单位:县二小工会

承办单位:县二小体育科组

二、比赛时间和地点:

时间:20xx年4月23日至28日(星期四、五、一、二)下午4:30—6:20。

地点:本校乒乓球室

三、参加单位:

各科级组共10个代表队(英语与体育共同组队)

四、参加办法和资格:

1。每队报领队(级组长)教练各1名(可兼队员),队员5名(至少有3个女队员)。

2。凡在我校教职工,身体健康者均可报名参加比赛

3。报名截止:4月17日(星期五)送交体育科组邓贵良老师。

五、竞赛办法:

1、比赛执行中国乒乓球协会最新审定的《乒乓球竞赛规则》。比赛采用五盘三胜制,每盘比赛至少有2个女队员上场,每局11分制,每2球交换发球权。

2。各参赛队根据抽签,分2小组进行比赛。

3。第一阶段采用分组循环赛,取小组前二名进入第二阶段比赛;第二阶段小组前两名采用交叉赛制,决出1至4名。

4。小组赛中如遇二队积分相等,则相互间竞赛胜者名次列前;如三队积分相等,则以整个循环赛中的净胜局数多少决定名次;如再相等则以抽签决定名次。

六、比赛要求

(一)领队、教练和队员要文明参赛,服从规程安排,服从裁判。

(二)参赛者应按时参赛,迟到十五分钟视为弃权。弃权者判负。

七、录取名次和奖励:

比赛取前十名,第一名奖330元,第二名奖300元,第三名奖280元,第四名奖260元,第五至十名奖240元。

20xx年4月29日(星期三)15:40—17:30

三、比赛规程

(一)背靠背挤篮球往返接力

以级组为单位组队,每队6人,距离15米,两人一组背靠背,两手互握,手臂伸直,背上夹住1个篮球,站在起跑线后,比赛开始,两人夹着篮球侧向向前跑,绕过标志物,返回起跑处交同队另一组,依次进行,直到最后一组运动员躯干任何部位抵达终点线的垂直面时计取成绩,比赛采用每组2队同时进行,5组全部比赛完后用时短者名次列前。

规则:

(1)交接球时,交球者必须踏上起跑线,才能交接,否则必须重新交接。

(2)夹球跑过程中如果球未夹住滚开,必须拾回在原位夹球继续比赛。

二、活动内容

(一)开展先进集体、先进个人评选表彰活动。广泛宣传发动,坚持公平、公正、公开原则,切实做好各级先进模范评选推荐工作。推荐山东省富民兴鲁先进模范1人;推荐市级劳动模范和先进工作者10人;开展区级“五一劳动奖状(章)”、“工人先锋号”和“金牌职工”评选表彰工作,在全区营造“弘扬先模精神、建设幸福东港”的浓厚氛围。

(二)开展庆祝“五一”系列宣传活动。自四月中下旬开始,区总工会将在新东港、日照电视台和区总工会网站等主流媒体开辟专栏,集中宣传先模人物的事迹,宣传各级工会组织开展的“五一”庆祝活动,在全社会掀起宣传工人阶级伟大品格和工会工作的热潮。各级工会要充分利用庆祝“五一”的有利时机,积极协调各方面力量,把更多的镜头对准工人阶级,更多的版面、时段留给劳动模范和先进人物,更多的笔墨用在一线职工身上,进一步加大对工人阶级和先进模范的宣传力度,大力营造劳动光荣、工人伟大的良好社会氛围。同时,各级工会还要紧密结合各自实际,充分发挥自身优势,通过座谈会、报告会、演讲比赛、征文活动等形式,努力在全社会掀起学先模、比贡献的热潮。

(三)积极组织开展丰富多彩文体活动。区总工会已于3月下旬印发关于切实做好“五一”节庆活动的通知,要求各级工会组织从4月中旬开始,广泛开展多种形式的职工文体活动,丰富职工文化生活,营造昂扬向上的良好氛围。各级工会组织要立足实际,以“文化建设年”活动开展为契机,深入推动职工文化和企业文化建设,积极组织开展各种文体活动,激发广大干部职工开拓创新、聚力发展的能动性。区总工会将会同区直机关工委、区文化体育新闻出版局,共同举办东港区首届机关职工运动会、“五一同庆”职工文艺展演比赛;四月底举行全区“五一”国际劳动节庆祝大会和职工文艺汇演等。进一步丰富和活跃广大干部职工的精神文化生活,集中展示我区各行业优秀劳动者的风采,同时以富有朝气活力的文体活动烘托劳动光荣主旨和创业创新精神,进一步提升我区职工文化素质,激发广大职工推动幸福东港建设的热情。

(四)深入开展“安康杯”竞赛活动。积极开展以“抓班组,提高管理水平;重教育,推进安全文化”为主题的“安康杯”竞赛活动。广泛开展形式多样的安全文化活动,全面推进安全文化建设。加强班组安全建设与管理,广泛开展群众性事故隐患和职业危害排查治理活动。切实做好推荐评比表彰区“安康杯”竞赛优胜企业(班组)、优秀组织单位和先进个人。

(五)积极推进企业职工文化阵地建设。发挥工会组织在社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣中的积极作用,进一步丰富和活跃一线职工的业余文化生活。各级工会组织要抢抓“文化建设年”发展机遇,以一线职工作为服务对象,以规模以上企业为重点,充分利用“五一”节庆活动载体,切实加强职工文化阵地建设。力争在有条件的企(事)业单位,建成“职工教育培训示范点”、“职工书屋示范点”,并以此推动企业建立和完善职工文化建设机制,搭建职工才艺展示平台,激发职工的创造力,组织开展职工文体活动。

三、活动要求

(一)高度重视,精心组织。开展好庆祝“五一”系列活动,是我区各级工会组织的一项重要任务。一方面要按照区总工会各项活动的具体要求,积极配合做好全区性的庆祝活动;另一方面,各镇街道总工会、高新区工委工会要结合实际,利用文化活动场地,举办大型节日庆祝活动,区有关企事业单位工会要积极争取支持,组织开展各类文体活动。活动要面向一线职工群众,丰富职工文化生活,推进企业文化建设,增强基层工会活力。

(二)突出主题,务求实效。各级工会在今年庆祝“五一”活动中要突出主题,创新活动载体,广泛宣传广大劳动者在“三个文明”建设中的伟大作用和光辉业绩,弘扬“劳动光荣、知识崇高、人才宝贵、创造伟大”时代新风。同时,要将开展庆祝活动与开展工会维权主题活动紧密结合起来,扎实开展职工有困难找工会活动,通过开展关爱职工尤其是为外来员工办好事实事的活动,扩大工会组织的影响力和凝聚力。

(三)广泛宣传,扩大影响。为使庆祝“五一”职工群众系列活动及时、深入地向社会宣传、扩大影响,各级工会要充分利用各种宣传手段和渠道,借助现代化的传播工具,共同营造浓厚的宣传舆论氛围,认真做好系列活动的宣传报道工作。

(四)做好总结,及时上报。各级工会在“五一”节前后,要把节日各项活动情况加以收集整理、做好总结,及时书面上报区总工会办公室。

(二)开展以弘扬劳模精神为主题的系列活动。拟于4月底前,开展以弘扬劳模精神为主题的系列活动。

一是以市委、市政府的名义召开市劳模表彰大会。对佛山市xx年劳动模范、先进劳动者和先进集体进行表彰。通过表彰活动,广泛宣传劳模先进事迹,在全市范围内掀起学赶先进的热潮;二是举办慰问劳模招待会。组织今年我市的“全国五一劳动奖章”获得者,省、市劳模和先进劳动者、先进单位代表参加招待会;三是开展“劳动模范林”植树主题活动。

(三)开展“五一”万人长跑活动。拟于4月底,举办以“时代栋梁、精彩省运、绿色家园”为主题的“五一”万人长跑活动。通过市区互动、五区联动的形式,以开展长跑活动为主,结合开展步行、登山等活动方式,大力弘扬新时期劳模精神,组织动员广大职工群众切实举办好第十二届省运会,以实际行动创建国家环保模范城,努力在全市营造健康向上、文明和谐、奋发有为的社会氛围。此项活动由市委宣传部、市总工会和市体育局联合主办,各区协办。

(四)开展服务外来工专题系列活动。一是拟于4月底,举办“佛山市外来员工服务中心”挂牌仪式暨服务外来员工系列活动启动仪式。

开展服务外来工系列活动:向全社会发出倡议书;举行免费旅游保险和法律咨询、会员优惠卡等多项外来员工庆“五一”欢乐日活动;推出300个三包工作岗位活动;举办职工权益论坛。二是拟于5月份开展“外来员工本地想(lang)”有奖征文活动、“外来员工亲情房活动”和征集外来员工维权案件活动。通过上述各项活动,进一步在全市范围内营造关爱外来员工、服务外来工,展现工会活力,共同建设和谐佛山的良好氛围。此项活动主要由市总工会主办,与电台和《打工族》互动合作。

每天中午12:00放学后开始比赛,裁判由各系学生会自行选出,但必须公平、公正。

另外需要从学生会和各系各抽调两名学生代表,全程监督比赛,确保比赛在阳光下进行。

为了加强和各系的联系,适当可以将更多准备工作交给各系学生会来完成。

由院学生会和系学生会共同组成一个临时工作组,统筹协调院系学生会的工作,最重要的原因是限度减少工作当中的障碍,确保活动及时顺利进行。

(一)参观成人的劳动

1、在选择好的地点观察成人的劳动(幼儿园厨房、清洁工等、园外售货员、交通警等)。

说明:带领幼儿观察成人的劳动,可以是一个对象,也可能是几个对象。在活动中,教师可引导幼儿观察成人劳动,并通过与成人交谈,了解劳动的辛劳与愉乐。

(二)知道劳动的一些初步意义

1、讨论:谁给我们生活带来了方便?

教师可引导提问:"我们出门可以坐车,饿了可以去饭店吃饭,买东西可以进商店……非常方便,你们知道谁给我们送来这些方便?"

然后教师可依次呈现一些成人劳动的图片,请幼儿分析并讲述图片上谁在工作,给大家带来什么方便,并设想假如没有他们的劳动,我们的生活将会怎么样?

2、参观劳动成果展览会(眼装用品、玩具、图书艺术品等)

教师应从幼儿的喜好、爱好出发,引导幼儿参观,如在参观前可提示"你最喜欢哪样东西,它有什么用(点明这些东西是我们生活中不能缺少的。)等等。

(三)参加力所能及的劳动

1、知道五一劳动节

老师引导幼儿讨论得出:

说明:教师可告诉幼儿劳动辛劳,劳动快乐,劳动最光荣,所以,劳动的人们在"五一劳动节"里,庆祝自己的节日。

2、为集体做事

教师可引导提问"在劳动节里,我们可以干些什么呢?"引导幼儿为活动室的卫生而劳动,如幼儿有别的建议,可选择时间进行。

(1)讲座可以做哪些事。

(2)讨论安排分组分工。

(3)小组商量怎么做事。

说明:中班幼儿还不太会劳动。所以,应分类地教给幼儿一些劳动的技巧,提出一些注重事项。

3、欣赏整洁的活动室,为自己的劳动而快乐。

(四)活动延伸

建立值日生记事本,天天离园前,让值日生说说"今天为集体做了什么事",体会劳动的乐趣和光荣。
