小学心理健康教学计划一年级篇一

根据《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的定》和教育部《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》,根据小学教育的特点和小学生心理发展的规律,通过各种途径继续认真开展小型多样的心理健康教育活动和指导,帮助学生获取心理健康的初步知识,促进学生人格的健全发展。

总目标:培养和造就具有良好的文明习惯、学习习惯、生活习惯、劳动习惯和卫生习惯,具有坚忍不拔的意志品质,自立自强的生存、生活能力,有强烈的爱国意识和社会责任感,会做人,会求知,会创新,能从容迎接未来挑战的高素质的人才。

具体目标:

1、能够经常对自己进行“警句长鸣”――一定要做到“守信”与“守时”,消除嫉妒心,言行一致,表里如一,充满信心,能够正确对待自己的学习成绩,勤于思考,不甘落后,走上成功之路。

2、使学生明白什么是真正的友谊,男女同学间怎样进行交往好,如何同老师、同学保持密切的感情联系,有集体荣誉感,并掌握一定的社会行为规范,提高学生的社会适应能力。

3、使学生知道遇到困难和挫折应怎么办,自觉地控制和改变不良行为习惯,锻炼自己坚忍不拔的毅力,培养个人灵活应对的品格,初步学会休闲,提高自我保护意识。

4、通过心理健康教育,帮助学生学会调适。帮助学生学会正确对待自己、接纳自己,化解冲突情绪,保持个人心理的内部和谐。矫治学生的问题行为,养成正确的适应学校与社会的行为,消除人际交往障碍,提高人际交往的质量。

5、通过心理健康教育,引导学生认清自己的潜力与特长,确立有价值的生活目标,发挥主动性、创造性,追求高质量、高效率的生活。

小学心理健康教学计划一年级篇六

根据《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的定》和教育部《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》,根据小学教育的特点和小学生心理发展的规律,通过各种途径继续认真开展小型多样的心理健康教育活动和指导,帮助学生获取心理健康的初步知识,促进学生人格的健全发展。

总目标:培养与造就具有良好的文明习惯、学习习惯、生活习惯、劳动习惯与卫生习惯,具有坚忍不拔的意志品质,自立自强的生存、生活能力,有强烈的爱国意识与社会责任感,会做人,会求知,会创新,能从容迎接未来挑战的高素质的人才。

具体目标:

1、能够经常对自己进行“警句长鸣”dd一定要做到“守信”与“守时”,消除嫉妒心,言行一致,表里如一,充满信心,能够正确对待自己的学习成绩,勤于思考,不甘落后,走上成功之路。

2、能够让学生明白什么是真正的友谊,男女同学间怎样进行交往好,如何同老师、同学保持密切的感情联系,有集体荣誉感,并掌握一定的社会行为规范,提高学生的社会适应能力。

3、能够让学生知道遇到困难与挫折应怎么办,自觉地控制与改变不良行为习惯,锻炼自己坚忍不拔的毅力,培养个人灵活应对的品格,初步学会休闲,提高自我保护意识。

4、通过心理健康教育,帮助学生学会调适。帮助学生学会正确对待自己、接纳自己,化解冲突情绪,保持个人心理的内部和谐。矫治学生的问题行为,养成正确的适应学校与社会的行为,消除人际交往障碍,提高人际交往的质量。

5、通过心理健康教育,引导学生认清自己的潜力与特长,确立有价值的生活目标,发挥主动性、创造性,追求高质量、高效率的生活。
