弟子规原名《训蒙文》,为清朝康熙年间秀才李毓秀所作。其内容采用《论语》学而篇第六条:“弟子入则孝,出则弟,谨而信,泛爱众,而亲仁,行有余力,则以学文”的文义,具体列举出为人子弟、在家、出外、待人接物、求学应有的礼仪与规范。后经清朝贾存仁修订改编,并改名为《弟子规》。《弟子规》是一本教我们做人的一些基础规范,这本书,影响之大,读诵之广,仅次于《三字经》。全书共360句(1080字)。

1、教育学生孝敬父母、体谅父母。

2、培养学生的爱心,爱长辈,爱老师,爱同学,互相关心,互相帮助。

3、提高学生辨别是非的能力。

4、教育学生诚实、守信。

我校现有教学班7个,在校生305人,教师22名。一年来,我校严格遵循县教研室的工作精神,在镇教管办的关心和指导下,秉承“文明自强 、团结创新”的校风、“严谨治学 、争优创先”的教风、“自主好学 、互助合作”的学风,坚持以素质教育为目标,以课堂教学改革为中心,真抓实干,锐意进取,教育教学质量有了显著提高。现向各位领导汇报如下:

1、建章立制,规范管理。我校制定了《教学常规管理细则》、《教学教研奖惩办法》等各种教学管理制度,使全体教师工作中作到有章可循。学校建立健全教育教学管理机构,做到分工负明确,责任到人。

2、开全课程,上足课时。我校严格按照市教育局下发的课程计划开设课程、开全课时,特别注重音、体、美、地方课程、综合实践活动课程的开设,同时积极进行学校课程的开发,共开发5门学校课程,制订了地方课程、学校课程评价方案,将学校地方课程纳入正常的教学管理之中。

3、认真落实教学常规。我校按照县教研室的要求,对教师的计划、备课、上课、学生作业及批改、辅导、测试、反馈矫正等环节提出严格要求,学校建有《教学常规管理办法》和检查制度,定期对教师的教学常规进行检查,养成了教师认真备课、上课、辅导等良好的习惯,促进了教育教学质量的提高。

1、我校重点抓了“集体备课说课”活动,认真推广“自主、互助、学习型”课堂教学模式。“认真组织“听课评课活动”,倡导新课改精神。每学期组织3次校本研究活动,重点研究教育教学中存在的问题。

2、积极进行作业改革探索。我校制定了作业改革实施方案,探索各科作业的新模式,融探究性、实践性、活动性、趣味性作业为一体,培养了学生的实践能力和创新能力。我校有1篇作业改革信息在县公文传输系统发表。

3、努力探索“自主互助学习型”课堂教学模式。今年我校按照市县教育局精神,把推广“自主互助学习型”课堂当成深化课堂教学改革的重中之重,采取“走出去,请进来”的方式,加强教师的业务培训,提高教师授课水平,把课堂还给学生,全面提升学生素质。

今年我校共有5篇教学论文和随笔在《山东教育》、《黑龙江教育》、《班主任之友》、《新课程报》等刊物上发表,有3篇论文在省征文中获奖,在《当代小学生》、《学习报》、《时代学习报》等发表学习类指导文章40多篇,在“潍坊市金点子案例”评选中获一等奖,有2位教师的县科研课题结题,有14篇教学管理信息在县公文传输系统发表。

1、用“成长档案袋”来评价学生。我校不单纯以考试成绩来评价学生,采取形成性评价和终结性评价相结合,既注重结果,更关注过程。用成长档案袋记录学生的点滴进步。采用多种方法评价学生,让学生尝到了成功的喜悦,使学生在德、智、体、美等方面健康、快乐地发展。

2、深入开展“小明星”评选活动。我校建有小明星评选办法,制定了详细的实施方案和计划,每学期组织一次“小明星”评选,通过小组评——班级评——学校评,层层评选的办法,选出校级小明星。同时,利用校会、宣传栏、班报等形式,宣传小明星的事迹,发挥小明星的榜样作用,推动良好校风的形成。

我校非常“语文主题学习”实验工作,精选了学科骨干担任实验教师,并制定了详细的实验计划,学校主要领导包靠这项工作,积极组织实验教师参加市、县的“主题学习”实验培训,大胆探索“语文主题学习”的教学模式,组织学生阅读“主题配套教材”,认真填写“学案”,学生建立“语言积累本”和“阅读记录卡”。通过“语文主题学习”实验的开展,学生阅读量大了,知识面广了,语文素养得到了明显提高,今年我校学生卞晓楠、杨璐、郭敏同学的作文在《学习报》、《小天使语数英》等报刊上发表。

我们班级的学生共60个,基本是外地打工者的孩子,大部分家庭经济不富裕、家长文化素质低下,以致本班的孩子大部分学习习惯差,个性强。再加上一年级孩子特别好动,班级纪律性较差,这都给有效管理班级和正常教学,带来了一定的困难。由于幼儿园的受教育差别,我们班的孩子对于拼音的原有水平是参差不齐,这也给教学带来了一定的难度。

本册教科书包括“入学教育”“汉语拼音”“识字”“课文”“语文园地”“口语交际”几个部分。教材的开头是入学教育,用四幅图,帮助学生了解学校生活,了解学习常规。然后是汉语拼音部分,共13课,在学习拼音的同时认识70个常用字。而后是识字(一)、10篇课文,识字(二)、又10篇课文。两个识字单元各4课,每课认字12-14个。20篇课文分作4个单元,大体按由浅入深的顺序编排,每个单元的课文在内容上有一定的联系。在每个单元之后设语文园地,以丰富的内容和多样的`形式,巩固语文知识,发展语文能力。此外,全册设6个口语交际话题,安排在每个单元后面,使学生在创设的情境中进行口语交际的训练。

识字的编排,实行认写分开,多认少写。全册要求认识400个常用字,写其中100个笔画简单的字。

新学期来临,仍然面对老面孔,但要重新面对新的教学任务,承受新的压力,即让自己减轻压力,又能搞出新名堂,出更上一层楼的教学质量,让教师教得轻松,学生也学得踏实,学得兴趣高涨,本人进行了认真的分析研究,结合实际的制定出如下的教学计划:

本班共有学生37人。60%的学生学习态度端正,思想上要求上进,作业认真、一丝不苟。课堂上大部分同学听讲认真,但是也许受年龄影响,肯积极发言的学生微乎其微,大部分甘愿当听众。方面,能做到文从句顺、文章优秀的学生仅占10%左右,有几位学生在语文学习上困难较大,需要教师花大力气去辅导和监督。

(一)全面、准确地落实语文教学目标。

课程标准中提出了“全面提高学生的语文素养”的基本理念,并从这个基本理念出发,从“知识和能力”“过程和方法”“情感态度和价值观”三个维度提出了语文教学目标,而且提出了总目标和阶段目标。这是我们把握教学目标的依据。

课程标准中提出的目标,有的是一以贯之的,如,情感、态度、价值观方面的目标,前面的学段提出了,后面的学段要贯彻始终;有的可以分出层次,如,学习方法、学习能力等方面的目标,是环环相扣、螺旋上上升的,前面的学习为后面的学习作准备,后面的学习是前面学习的深化和发展。六年级下册教材,既注意落实整体性目标,又注意落实阶段性目标。

(二)在教材内容和呈现方式上,体现与初中教材的衔接。

六年级下册是在前面十一册教材的基础上编写的。作为小学阶段的最后一册教材,本册教材的结构和思路对前面的教材有一定的继承,体现整套教材的一致性和连贯性,同时又有发展变化,以期向初中教材平稳过渡,使学生在小学毕业后能够适应中学教材,缩短升入中学后的不适应期。

(三)加强整合,使教材成为互相联系的整体

本册教材继续按专题组织教材内容,进一步加强整合。每一个专题从单元导语到课后思考题,从口语交际·习作到回顾·拓展,各个部分都力求凸显本单元的学习重点:前面有布置,中间有铺垫,后面有总结、拓展、交流,整组教材乃至于全册教材成为互相联系的整体。

(四)加强导学功能,引导学生利用学过的知识自主学习

学生经过近六年的学习,已经积累了一定的语文知识和学习方法,本册教材,希望能够通过比较系统的导学设计,引导学生综合运用已经学过的知识和获得的方法进行学习,使各项语文能力得到进一步提高。

(五)“综合性学习”:

提高学生的语文综合运用能力

本册教材的第六组是一个单独的综合性学习单元──“难忘小学生活”。综合性学习的编写,把听说读写能力的培养贯穿在整个学习活动中。除了学习专题和阅读材料要予以落实以外,学习的具体内容、方式、方法,学习成果的呈现方式等等,学生有相当大的自主权。其目的是为了培养学生的合作精神,培养策划、组织、协调和实施的能力,特别是语文综合运用能力。

针对本学期语文课程的内容,加强叙事性作品和诗歌的阅读,引导学生养成默读的习惯。授课过程中,重点讲解分析讲读课文的内容,而自读课文则由学生通过自读来理解课文的内容。本学期的写作训练以写人记事的记叙文写作为主,两周写一篇大作文,每周一篇小作文,并坚持每周写三篇日记。通过强化训练,使得学生要在40分钟之内完成400字左右的习作。

1、转变教学观念,树立正确的教学观,以育人为主,培养创新型人才。

2、认真学习新课标,在课堂中渗透新理念,不搞应试教育,以培养学生良好的学习习惯,自学能力及合作交往等能力为主,提高学生语言的听说读写能力。

3、优化教学手段,积极运用电教手段,以学生喜闻乐见的方式方法提高学习兴趣,从而提高课堂效率。

4、加强读写训练,启发督促学生多读课外书,读好课外书,和好书交朋友,养成读课外书的习惯,同时指导学生注意积累,勤动笔,养成做读书笔记的习惯。

5、精心设计各类练习,不滥抄滥做,减轻学生课业负担。

6、加强教学研究工作,及时积累经验。积极撰写总结论文、教学论文,提高自身素质。
