小学四年级的学生组织纪律性较强、情绪变化较大,运动能力有一定发展,上课喜欢玩,运动系统发育不成熟,肌肉力量和协调性较差,想象创造力丰富,学习兴趣易激发。应该努力培养学生主动进取的态度,掌握好学习方法,把握学习规律,让学生在学习过程中去探讨,去理解,去发现。去创造。将学生身心作为一个整体,通过合理的运动实践,在不断克服困难体验运动乐趣;提高运动技能,培养健康和愉快生活的态度,通过从事适宜的运动,了解自己的身体变化,增强体质,培养坚强的意志。

(一)生理发育的特点

1、四年级学生一般为9-11岁,属于人体发育的童年时期,总的说来,身体发育处于相对平稳阶段,身高、坐高、体重、胸围、肩宽、骨盆宽等指标男生均自9—10岁开始突增,女生均自8---9岁开始突增,女生均早于男生。四年级学生相对比较是属于身体发育最快的时期。

2、四年级学生安静时脉搏均值比三年级相对减少;女生血压指标10岁时增长迅速;肺活量均值男女生都有递增但差异不大,男生稍大于女生。

3、四年级学生身体素质指标均有提高,50米、立定跳远和50米乘8往返跑男生优于女生,差异不明显;立位体前屈女生优于男生且差异明显;速度、腰腹力量、柔韧、速度耐力素质指标为四年级学生的敏感期,既关键发展时期。灵敏素质发展也极为敏感,学习和掌握技术动作较快。

(二)生心理发展的特点:

1、四年级学生感知觉的无意性和情绪性比较明显。身体练习时容易被新颖的内容所吸引,经常忘记练习的主要目的。兴趣十分广泛,几乎那项体育活动都喜欢,感知动作的要领比较笼统,容易把相近的动作混淆起来,时间和空间感较差。

2、四年级学生注意力不够稳定,不易持久,有意注意虽有发展,但还很不完善。集中注意力的能力较好,交换练习的时间应控制在20分钟内。

小学四年级体育教材以实践教材为主。根据学生的能力以及学校的条件,体育教材主要选择田径(跑、跳、投),体操、游戏、篮球等基础项目,以便使学生跑、跳、投的基本技术得到提高;并挖掘生活中的实用技能。并通过体育锻炼,培养集体主义精神,进行爱国主义教育,增强自信心,为终身体育打下坚实的基础。

本册教材内容有:体育基础知识、田径类的蹲距式跳远和投掷沙包实心球、体操(分腿腾越前后滚翻仰卧推起城桥屈体悬垂摆动)、小足球游戏、韵律体操及民族传统体育的武术基本知识和基本功,队列练习(分队合队交叉行进错肩行进半面左右转跑步立定)还有各种走跑的练习(400米跑50*8往返跑50米快速跑和25米往返跑)。20xx年小学德育工作计划

一、班级学生情况分析

四年级上册体育教学计划进度表篇十六

一、教学指导思想

在《大纲》中,明确地规定了小学体育的目的:“通过体育教学,向学生进行体育卫生保健教育,增进学生健康,增进体质,促进德、智、体全面发展,为提高全民族的的素质奠定基础。”

二、基本情况

小学四年级的学生情绪变化较大,运动能力有一定的发展,上课喜欢玩,运动系统发育不成熟,肌肉力量和协调性较差,想象创造力丰富,学习兴趣易激发,应该努力培养学生主动进取的态度,掌握好学习方法,把握学习规律,让学生在学习过程中去探讨,去发现,去创造。

将学生身心作为一个整体,通过合理的运动实践,在不断客服困难体验运动乐趣,提高运动技能,培养将康和愉快生活的态度,通过从事适宜的运动,了解自己的身体变化,增强体质,培养坚强的意志。

三、教学目标

1.使学生初步认识自己的身体和掌握锻炼身体的简单知识及方法,学会一些体育、卫生保健的安全常识,培养认真锻炼身体的态度。

2.初步学习田径、体操、小球类、民族传统体育、韵律活动和舞蹈等项目的基本技术,掌握简单的运动技能,进一步发展身体素质,提高身体基本活动能力。3.培养学习各项基本技术的兴趣和积极性,以及勇敢,顽强,胜不骄、败不馁,自觉遵守规则,团结协作等优良品质。

四、教学措施

1.学习目的明确,积极自觉的上好体育课。注意听讲,积极学习掌握必要的体育基本知识技能与科学锻炼身体的方法,逐步养成自觉锻炼的习惯。

2.上体育课,着装要轻便,整齐,做到穿轻便运动鞋上课,不带钢笔,小刀等提前按教师要求,在指定地点等候上课。站队时要做到快、静、齐。

3.不得无故缺课,不迟到、不早退,服从领导,听从指挥,遵守课堂各项规定。

4.在课堂上严格执行教师的各项要求,不经允许不得随意移动器材教具要严格执行教师规定的各项保护措施。

5.要爱护体育器材,不得有意损害各种体育设备和用品,课后要按教师的要求如数送还各种器材。
