面临毕业、升学考试和课程的加深,有些平时地理学得不好的学生显露出灰心丧气欲放弃的苗头。为了对全体学生负责并争取大面积丰收,鉴于这种情况,我及时加强了对这些学生的关注。首先从思想上疏导他们,鼓他们的劲,树他们的信心,使他们形成有效的学习策略。这使他们了解到自己在老师眼中还不是“死蟹”,他们有了学好的信心并打消了放弃的念头。其次在课堂教学上也让他们有成功的机会,即使他们在地理表达中出现错误也尽量采用隐性的纠错方式,因为责难只会使他们处于焦虑、恐惧、苦恼和不知所措之中。如课堂回答问题及上黑板作业,都给他们有表现的机会,让他们做较容易的题目,使他们尝到成功的喜悦,给予他们实质性的反馈评价,从而增强他们的自信心。另外,对他们还采取分层次布置作业等方法。通过这些方法和同学们的努力,在今年地理高考中,这些同学都有望取得满意的成绩。

在稳定差生,为了提高全体学生地理水平的同时,我发现一些地理尖子生课堂上有吃不饱、提不起兴趣的现象存在。基于这种情况,我立即调整了我的教学方法和要求。课前布置尖子生一些不同的作业,目的是课堂上他们不仅能更好地配合老师进行新授课的示范、复习课的概括、知识点的归纳,同时又能提高他们的学习兴趣,拓宽他们的知识视野,培养他们的思维能力和自学能力。课堂上要求他们做比较复杂的、有创造性的练习。这样做,不但满足了尖子生的求知欲,保证了尖子生更上一层楼,也活跃了课堂学习气氛,激发了大家的创新精神,使全体同学都受益。

成功的经验有时是建筑在失败基础上的。教学工作要想取得更大更多的成功,不但要总结经验,还要及时吸取失败的教训,分析失败的原因。本学校是一所位于城乡结合部的新学校,学生的生源较差,其理解能力往往不能满足教师的要求。高考复习出现教师讲过多,但学生仍然无法理解;或者是部分同学理解,而其他同学仍然不能理解的现象。而且对于本学校的学生应该实事求是,尤其是中等及差生,不要对他们做出太高的要求,只要求其掌握能够掌握的内容;对于难于掌握或者是理解的,有时可以放弃。只有做到真正的落实,才能使学生打好扎实的基础,从而谋求更进一步的发展。

成功和失败都已成为过去。我要做的是在今后的教学中,不断借鉴成功的经验,及时吸取失败的教训,这样才能不断提高我们的教学水平和教学效果,给下一届高三提供一些经验和教训,从而再创佳绩。

为了上好课,对于高三毕业班,我课前做了下面的工作:

1、坚持课前阅读往年海南地理高考考试大纲。在备课过程中认真分析教材,钻研新课标,根据高考地理的考试要求和学生的实际情况设计教案。

2、了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。

3、考虑教法,解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生,包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。特别是对于我们这两个普通班,学生基础差,行为习惯也不好。要把知识尽可能传授给他们,并让其听懂,必须下很大的功夫。

做为一名教师,我十分清楚课堂管理的重要性。

为此,我十分重视课堂管理,在课堂上向40分钟要质量。一般我一进课堂,就以自身饱满的情绪影响全体学生,使学生们也能以饱满的,高涨的情绪来上我的课,然后抓紧学生精力最集中的时间把本节课的重点学习完,然后通过做相关练习来巩固知识。

接下来学生的精力开始涣散了,课堂秩序有些不稳定了,这时我来个地理小故事或小幽默,改变一下课堂气氛,待学生精力又集中时,及时把重点,难点巩固。

一个教师最先被要求的往往是他的教学能力。教学能力的高低直接影响着学生们的健康成长。是做一个成功的教师,还是成了一个误人子弟的教书匠?我毫不犹豫地选择前者。多次的听学校各位老师的公开课,让我有了学习观摩的机会,取其之长,补己之短;多次的组内教研活动,各成员相互评课听课,使我受益匪浅。

中学的学生爱动、好玩,有些学生缺乏自控能力。针对这种问题,就要抓好学生的思想教育,并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去;还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作,尤其在后进生的转化上,对后进生努力做到从友善开始。比如,对学生微微笑,说说笑,或者说说他的优点。从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重,还有在批评学生之前,先谈谈自己工作的不足。

这是高中地理课程改革的一个重大特点,我在教学中经常围绕这一主题来展开教学,发挥地理教育的功能。如:培养学生的综合思维能力,培养学生科学的世界观、资源观和人口观等。比如在讲到“西藏是我国太阳能最丰富的地区”时,以课本中的地图为素材,进行探究,并对课本知识进行了拓展。这样,既培养了学生的地理读图分析技能,又发展了学生的综合思维能力。又如:在讲到“水资源对人类生存和发展的意义”时,着重教育学生:要珍惜和节约使用水资源,要保护水资源,以利于人类的可持续发展。树立学生科学的资源观和可持续发展观。

认真落实学校教育教学工作部署,要求每个教师"功夫花在备课上、力量用在课堂上、着眼点放在学生的能力提高上",全面完成了本学期的高考二轮复习教学工作。为总结经验、吸取教训,更好、更有效的开展今后的教研工作,从而进一步提高教学质量,现将本学期的教研工作总结如下:

一、备课组概况:

本备课组虽然只有两位老师,但是一个充满朝气和活力的群体,每一个成员都能在第一时间里高质量、高效率地完各项工作, 充分体现了本组成员的水平和素质。

二、扎实推进教育教学工作,提高课堂教学艺术水平

1、重视对教情、学情的研究,增强教学的针对性。针对我校高三学生的实际,从提升教育教学水平出发,组织开展教情、学情研究活动。全组每周确定一个集备主题,确定一名主要发言人,分组进行教育教学研究,研究学生,研究问题,最终形成共识。通过这些活动,提升了全组教师的理论认识水平。

2、大力开展听课调研活动,互相学习,取长补短。(与高一高二合作)组织教师经常深入班级听课,听老教师的示范课,新教师的汇报课。组织的形式多样,采用集体组织与个人行动相结合。通过听课调研活动中,老教师多出主意,年轻教师虚心好学,相互学习,取长补短。

三、全面落实二轮复习教学常规,深入开展教研工作

1、加强常规管理,提高教学质量。

在日常教学活动中,要求本组教师严格遵守学校教学常规。在上课、备课、听课、作业等方面要落实各项考核与检查。教案定期检查,作业批改要求及时、准确,学生的作业订正需有反馈。以此来规范本组教师的从教行为,使组内教师养成严谨、踏实的工作作风。

2、全面落实教学常规,提高业务水平。

配合高中部教务处开展教学常规检查活动,检查全组成员的教案,通过教学常规检查活动,进一步规范了全组教师的日常教学活动,极大地提高全组教师业务水平。

3、定期集中备课。

我组坚持定期集中备课制度,一起钻研教材,研究教法。在备课过程中,我组教师都有一个习惯,都十分注重资料的积累,把报刊杂志上有用的信息以剪报形式收集起来,作为备课资料。平时,又注意了解学生思想动态,走近学生生活。从而使备课能紧密联系实际,为达到良好教学效果奠定基础。并重视每次课后写好教后感,总结每次课的得失。

4、积极撰写教学反思

鼓励本组教师对课堂教学进行总结和反思,反思自己在教学中的成功经验和有效做法,反思自己的不足之处,并积极撰写教学反思。要求本组教师每节课后都要有教学反思或教学札记。在总结反思中促进本组教师的专业成长。

五、存在的不足与问题

1、理论学习需要进一步加强。新课程在我校各年级全面实施,对我们的教师在备课、上课等各个教学环节提高更高的要求。这需要在新课程方面进一步的加强学习与研究,提升自身的认识水平。

2、课题研究有待进一步深入。当前课题研究存在着认识不深,热情不高,参与不多的状况,缺少经费保障等问题。。

六、今后工作的打算

1、加强理论学习,鼓励学习再提高。将学习新课程、学习现代教育技术(计算机多媒体技术)作为下学期全组工作的重点之一,让他们全面掌握新课程、现代教育技术。

2、进一步加大青年教师的培养力度。积极向学校争取外出学习培训的机会,组织教师参加提高自己业务水平。

在高三这一学年中,特别是第二学期,任教同一班级的三科教师必须有一个明确的共同目标,有一个统一的计划,不要各自为阵,要经常交流对班级的看法。其次,鉴于文综考试的特点,在试题的设置方面,往往综合性较强,因此三科教师要加强学科的探讨,更能把握命题的趋向。

首先要重视复习基础知识,准确、全面、灵活掌握考点。只有具备了基础知识,才可能从事这方面的思维活动;缺乏必要的知识,就谈不上进行一定的判断、推理、分析、综合。因此,能力源于基础。高考考题是对知识点的“抽样”,通过能力“组装”去解决问题。虽然高考是选拔性考试,要具有较高的信度、必要的区分度和适宜的难度,但每年考试中总有一些基础知识被作为命题的对象,如20xx年文综全国卷对“城市化问题”“气候、洋流、河流知识”“工业选址及其区位因素分析”“降水及其影响因素分析”“城市选址及其区位分析、地理位置评价说明”等都体现了对地理基础知识和基本技能的考查。

其次,对我们这样的考生而言,多数同学地理得分率很低,原因往往不是那些能力要求较高的试题,也不是跨学科的综合题,反而是大家认为最简单的记忆和理解层面上的试题。这说明我们教学中还存在着许多薄弱环节,还有很多“死角”,个别知识复习还不到位,需要改进和加强。针对这些问题,我们每次模拟考后都要求学生进行“自我诊断”,老师也及时了解他们知识、技能、方法上的问题,进行补缺补漏。

第三,强化主干知识,构建知识网络。高考强调对基础主干知识的考查。如气候知识、地形知识、河流知识、工业农业知识城市区位理论知识等。在复习中,以主干知识为线,按照知识间的内在联系、因果关系、逻辑关系把凌乱的知识点串联起来,使知识系统化、网络化,从而形成知识框架。

(二)重视地理能力的培养

1.地理计算能力。用数字说明地理、描述地理,可增加地理的精确度,运用数字是研究地理不可或缺的手段。因此,学习地理要具备一定的计算能力,如时间、日期、太阳高度、比例尺、海拔、气温、气压、人口增长、地理数据的统计等,都涉及到计算问题。地理计算实质是地理与数学的综合,是在地理原理指导下的数学运算过程,其中掌握地理原理是培养地理计算的关键。如08高考中的“地方时、纬度”的计算、综合题中降水量数据统计图的判断和简单的推算等。

表述不准确也是高考中失分较多的一个因素,因此教学中,要注意语言表达的准确性,尽量使用地理术语。这就要求对一些综合题的答题模式进行针对性的归纳和整理及对学生进行反复训练。

(三)抓好重点热点的复习

从近几年地理学科的试题内容看,考查的重点内容为:①地理位置,最主要是经纬度位置,复习时要抓住几条重要的经纬线,用以确定地理事物或现象的位置;②时间计算;③天气与气候;④等值线图;⑤区域地理;⑥环境问题。

社会热点问题往往是文综测试的聚焦点。这个热点可能是时政热点,也可能是焦点问题,尤其是涉及到人类发展的资源、环境、人口、可持续发展的重大问题。热点问题考查的主要方式是把热点地区作为空间背景,用高中地理的基本原理来解释区域问题和分析区域发展思路,对热点问题,教师要把握一个“度”和“量”,不能用过多的精力。
