本着"健康第一"的指导思想,切实抓好体育教学工作,我能认真研究贯彻执行新的《体育课程标准》,本着"健康第一"的指导思想,确立"以人为本"的体育教学目标,结合德育、智育和美育,促进学生身心的全面发展,为培养新型、现代的建设者和接班人做准备,一年级体育教学工作总结。在教学中能以现代课堂理念规范自己,平时能认真加强体育新教育教学理论的学习,进行有目的、有计划的教学实践,教科研意识强,教学水平有明显的提高。我能认真做到经常性地对教学工作进行反思、总结,及时发现问题,解决问题,逐步认识和掌握新课程标准下体育教学新的规律。根据所制定的体育教学工作计划及教学进度,结合教学的实际情况上好每节课,认真写好教学反思。平时能常抓不懈,推动"二操一活动"有序开展体育新课程,学校"两操一活动"是反映学生整体面貌的形象"工程",是学校整体推进素质教育的一个窗口,抓好"两操"也是学校管理工作方面的一项重要内容。抓好"两操"更能促进学校的全民健身活动的开展。一学期来,我配合学校工作,继续严格规范广播操进出场的纪律及做操质量,做到出操静、齐、快,动作规范、美观,继续实施"领操周周换"制度,不断改进广播操动作质量,树立班上领操员榜样模范作用。经常和班上的体育委员谈心,加强体育检查工作,定人定时间,督促两操一活动的正常开展。

一、注重课堂教学,提高课堂教学质量,努力做到"三个认真":

1、认真备课

针对一年级孩子的年龄特征和兴趣取向,选择适合学生的教学内容,培养他们对体育课的浓厚兴趣;掌握学生的行为特征,在课堂设计上,注重对学生集中注意力的培养,形成良好的体育行为习惯;在组织教法上,注重引导学生积极参与,大胆实践,通过丰富的组织形式激发他们的学习欲望和学习兴趣。因此,每节课都认真准备,精心设计,以高度的责任感来鞭策自己,不断创新。

2、认真上课

每节课让学生做到有备而来,收获而归。在课堂中,注重对学生行为习惯的养成,形成良好的道德品质;采取各种教学手段,如:恰到好处的讲解、精彩的示范动作、风趣幽默的语言、形式多样的接力比赛等,充分调动学生的学习积极性,营造良好的课堂气氛;通过新颖的组织方法,让学生在宽松的环境中去体验,从而形成生生互动、师生互动的教学模式,达到教与学的双赢。

3、认真总结

鼓励的语言是激发学生能动与潜能的催化剂,当学生取得成功时,一个肯定的表情与一个信任的动作都能调动学生积极向上的信心,因此,无论是在教学中还是在课后,多从正面的评价学生,这样可以激发他们征服困难的勇气;可以引导他们体验成功的欢乐;最终达到激发学生学习兴趣的目的。通过一期来的学习,一年级学生能初步了解上体育课的意义,对身体和健康有一定的认识,提高了自我保健意识。学生在和谐、平等、友爱的运动环境中感受集体的温暖和情感的愉悦。掌握学习了一些基本运动、游戏的方法;学习了武术操和"七彩阳光,并进行了考核;发展了身体素质和基本活动能力,并体验到参加体育活动的乐趣,学会遵守纪律与同学团结协作,与同伴友好相处。

还记得那伴随声声爆竹应来的20××,而转眼间,那已步满了我们无数的脚印,如作日在脑海中的山国,如朝霞在晨辉之中划过。20xx年的大门在向我们敞开。新的一年的钟声也即将敲响,回首这过去的一年,岁月记载了我们工作中辛勤的汗水,记载了操场上那与孩子为伴的欢笑。总之,我们在社会中长大,在工作中成熟,在社会这个大家庭、大集体中逐步成长。

在着一年的工作中,无论是在政治思想上,还是在实际教学中,我都有了很大的进步,但还存在着一些不足,以下是我对这一年来工作所做的总结。

今年在王校长的支持和信任下,我们学校组建了一支16人的足球队,这应该是我今年来最大的收获,从刚开始的第一次训练孩子们拿到足球后的手足无措,到如今的一点一滴的进步,都是大家看在眼里的,尤其是他们背后付出的那些艰辛,我想是任何一个孩子都体会不到的,只有我和孩子们的心里是最清楚的。如今打了5场比赛两胜三负的成绩对于他们来说真的已经是很棒了。从第一场的比赛只会乱踢,到第五场的比赛我们已经可以打出配合来了,真的虽然输了比赛,但我的心里还是非常开心的,这一点点的进步都是我们每晚在所有孩子都放学后,只有我们还能坚持在操场上,不管大风如何的放肆,我们依然坚持训练的成果。我才能够内心的最深处被这些孩子而感动着。孩子们我只想对你们说一句话:“你们是最棒的”!

今年我带的是二年级的体育,孩子数量较多,而且小孩子“哭闹”、“内向”的现象很多,相差悬殊。因此,刚进入二年级的一段时期,我把如何引导,调动孩子作为重要的教育任务,在日常生活中,我仔细观察这些孩子的表现,对他们的点滴进步,给予正确的表扬。和孩子们交谈,并积极主动的与家长沟通。针对每个孩子的不同特点,进行鼓励和教导,使孩子们热爱这个大家庭,漫漫的“哭闹”、“打架”等现象减少了,内向的孩子也逐渐开朗,并与我产生了浓厚的感情。

儿童是祖国的花朵,是早上七八点中的太阳,需要充足的阳光和雨露,这就要求作为教师的我们不断的充实自我,丰富知识,因此在每次教学前,我都认真备课,钻研教案,并查阅相关的资料,以使孩子们获得更加丰富的知识。为了更好的调动孩子们的积极性,我还认真听取其他教师的上课经验,学习上课的方法,并加以改进,运用到我的实际教学中,使上课形式更加灵活多样,激发他们的兴趣,由于领导对我工作的指导和信任,同事的关心和帮助。使我的工作取得了很大的进步。通过学习,使我的思想和技能都得到了提高,并深刻认识到,体育课是为了解决孩子在生活中遇到的问题,体育课的内容是由教师与孩子们共同构件的,是从孩子感兴趣的事情出发,使孩子在活动中积累更加丰富的经验。

工作至今已经三个学期,在每个学期末都面临着一个学期总结的工作,今天提笔之前看了一下自己上两个学期的总结,心里不仅产生莫名的惊喜,因为在我自己的学期末总结中我发现了自己的成长经历。在平时工作中虽然也不断进行反思,但是这种反思有点“鼠目寸光”,站在期末的这一高度对自己进行的总结却是宏观的。上学期的总结中已经说过通过一年的学习与生活收获很多,在众多学生面前授课已经变得非常自信与坦然、在教学过程中处理学生问题也已经非常的得心应手,那么总结这一学期自己又有哪些变化,下面总结一下:

在解决了学生课堂管理的问题之后我的教学重心转移到了教学中。我深知教育是一个长期的过程,教师面对不断变化的社会环境应该及时更新自己的知识。在这一年的教学工作过程中我一直不间断的进行有利于教学工作的培养。刻苦钻研业务技能,体育教学离不开示范,因此教师要具备良好的专业技能;努力提高教学工作的质量,结合学生的年龄特征,有针对性地进行教学,充分调动学生的学习兴趣,提高体育运动技能,培养学生顽强拼搏的意志品质;努力优化课堂组织,体育课上起来不是那么想当然,能充分调动体育委员、小组长来组织教学,让学生在自主合作的模式下进行学习。

新课程标准要求学生要在教师的引导下自主学习。其实在初中生中已经看出有些学生在处理事情中以及动手能力都非常强,有些学生确非常的欠缺。我深信任何一个学生的能力都是在培养中形成,因此,我着重培养学生的自主能力。让班级中的每一个学生都时刻注意自己的言行,自己的事情自己负责,不要依赖于班长或者体育委员。主要通过以下几种方式:课前自行站好队伍,不需要体育委员催促,提高学生自我约束能力;做准备活动自己为自己喊口号做操;体育测试时自己记录自己的成绩并为自己的成绩负责;通过一个学期的着重教育,学生上课自觉性有了显著的提高,表现好的班级甚至能够按照老师的指示自觉完成一堂高质量的体育课。

学生是一个需要教育并提醒的群体,在教学过程中千万不要抱着学生应该有自觉性的期望,通过这么长时间的教育过程我发现,即便是我们心目中认为的好学生也是不能做到自觉。所以在安排教学任务过程中一定要提前告知学生注意事项以及要求,这样才能保证在最短的时间顺利完成教学任务。

1、 讲解要抓住教材的重点、难点和关键。例如:前不久我在教五年级学生做(山羊)分腿腾越时,教材的重点是起跳,难点是推手,我首先把教材的全过程和重点,关键简明扼要地进行讲解,接着做了示范。此时一部分学生跃跃欲试。也有一部分学生存有害怕心理。我不急于去消除部分害怕心理,而是让几个跃跃欲试的学生出列来试做。几个学生中高个子,矮个子都有。在我的帮助保护下一个个都顺利地完成了动作。这一下,极大地增强了同学们的信心,也克服了部分同学中的害怕心理,在接着进行的练习中,教师一方面加强帮助和保护。同时对每个学生的练习给予简短的评点指导。这样,做到了精讲多练,讲练结合,以练为主。既突出了重点,又增加了学生的练习次数,提高了教学效果。

2、 严密组织教学,增加了学生的练习次数。教师应充分备课,严密组织教学过程,调动队伍,变换队形要有目的,有计划,在讲解时,除了对共同性问题进行必要的集体讲解外,一般应着重于个别指导,避免不必要的队伍调动,以保证学生练习时间。

3、改进教学方法,充分利用场地,器材。在课的基本部分,应结合已学过的基本技术,安排一些简易的辅助练习和发展身体素质的练习,运用循环练习法和流水作业法,适当加大课的运动密度,提高练习强度,以达到促进基本技能的熟练掌握和增强体质的目的。

我校按照上级的要求,认真做好学校体育教学工作的一系列活动。我校开足了“两课”、“两操”等,并在体育课中增加了健康教育课程。因体育教师分到年级组,教师更加认真备课、设计教案,充分做好课前准备、上好每堂课。教师在各项教学活动中认真摸测学生的心理、兴趣等情况,采用多种形式、转换活动等形式,积极调动学生学习兴趣,使我校体育教学工作蓬勃开展。

我校积极开展素质教育,根据学生的兴趣爱好,组建各类训练小组。我校这学期,组织了田径、篮球、乒乓球、

根据教育部发布的《中小学体育器材设施配备目录》,切实做好学校体育器材的配备,建立了体育器材管理制度并切实落实体育室器材出借登记、管理制度。本学期,为贯彻落实《学生体质健康标准》测试要求,学校投入资金购买了大量体育测试仪器。并于今年11月对学生进行了体质健康的测试工作和数据的统计,并作出了全面认真的分析,为今后体育工作的开展提供了有效数据。

本学期我校体育教学工作从全面落实“健康第一”的思想出发,牢固树立了坚持教育面向全体学生的原则,进一步从观念上理解和认识了实施素质教育、改革课堂教学模式的关键性和重要性,在全面提高学生素质的思想指导下,我校体育工作始终把提高学生素质、培养学生良好品质和健康心理做为工作的出发点。我根据学期工作计划的要点,很好地完成了各项工作目标,并取得优异成绩。现将体育工作做一总结:

一、以“健康第一”为指导,切实抓好体育教学工作,学习落实“课标”的教育理念,改革学习方式,教学方法和评价方式,这就需要每一位老师在教学实践中认真反思,努力钻研,不断地更新教育观念,才能准确地理解“课标”精神,才能恰当地选用新的教法和新的学法。在教学中,各教师从现代课堂教学要求出发,加强教育教学理论的学习,并进行有目的、有计划的教学实践,增强了科研意识,提高了教学质量,并做到经常性的对教学工作进行检查、总结,及时发现问题解决问题,逐步认识和掌握新课程标准下体育教学新的规律。根据所制定的体育教学工作计划教学进度,结合教学的实际情况上好每节课。

二、常抓不懈,推动“两操一活动”。有效地开展“两操一活动”是反映学生整体面貌的形象工程,是学校整体推进素质教育的一个窗口,抓好“两操”也是学校管理工作方面的一项重要内容,同时抓好两操更能促进学校的全民健身活动的开展。一学期来,我们继续严格规范广播操的进出场纪律及做操质量,做到做操时静、快、齐,动作规范、美观。大大地改进了全校做操质量及组织纪律性。

三、多方努力,齐抓共管,做好《学生体质健康标准的测试》登记工作,《学生体质健康标准的测试》是促进学生体质健康发展,激励学生积极进行身体锻炼的教育手段,是学生体质健康的个体评价标准,是《国家体育锻炼标准》在学校的具体实施,也是学生毕业的基本条件之一。为了顺利完成体育《标准》测试工作,提高我校体育标准成绩,我组人员一一把关,利用课间及活动时间,由校长领导,体育教师组织一至六年级的学生进行了肺活量、立定跳远、50米、跳绳等项目的测试,经过多方努力,齐抓共管,共同组织实施,积极发动全体适龄健康儿童踊跃参加体育锻炼,高要求、高质量地完成推行《学生体质健康标准》活动。通过多方面的努力,本学期的测试顺利进行,成绩优良。

四、接下来是4月底召开的运动会,由于这学期时间紧,在刚刚开学的时候我们的校长和两位体育教师就开始了紧张的训练,为了能够取的好的成绩我们的校长每天坚持6点来到学校下午6点多才回家。总算皇天不负有心人在镇运会上取的了第一名的好成绩。

五、抓好业务训练队伍工作,为更好地统筹安排各教师资源,做到教练员,运动员,训练时间训练场地器材的落实,并且在教学中引进了篮球。为下学期的篮球比赛做准备
