（1）性格类型：
【1】外向：反映在于外界的作用方式上。自己是一个外向的人，为人友好直爽，处事讲究自己的原则性。是一个值得他人信任和依赖的人，自己能够在与他人共事的过程中来判断人的优点和劣势。
【2】感觉：关注与感觉器官的获取具体信息。习惯于从细节上出发，认为一件成功的事情必然与完美的细节有关。关注现实，重视经验和感觉。更加注重实用的价值，对于通过实际的方式得到的信息更为信赖。不会过多的依赖于经验主义和侥幸主义。
【3】思考：反映在决策的方式上。自己喜欢思考，在做一件事情前自己必定会根据自己掌握的信息对事情的整体发展做一下整体的分析。富有很强的逻辑性，喜欢做决定。做事情讲究原则而不会掺杂太多的个人情感，善于分析，能够在事情的进展中来发现细节出现的问题，并积极的作出改进。
【4】细致：做事情讲究效率，有责任感，能够很好的控制自己，尽职尽能的完成事情。对于事情的细节有极强的记忆能力，善于组织，能够系统化结构化的通过有效的方式安排时间并达到目标。做事有计划，有条理，喜欢把事情安排的井井有条，并有效的控制细节保证其正常的发展。
（2）优劣势：【1】优势：①自己在做事上能够做到以人为本的原则，更多的考虑到人在事务发展中的主观因素。这使得自己能够很好的处理好他人的关系。
②自己在做事很仔细和讲究完美性，使得自己的领导才能很好的发挥，有利于他人对自己的依赖性，能够真正的信赖我。
③自己在做事上能够很好的把握好自己尺度，并以一个更高的要求严格的要求自己，并在生活上能够善解人意，通情答理，在工作上更多的讲究原则，人性中讲究原则性有更一步的增加了自己的威信。因此在处理人际上自己是游刃有余。
④自己做事情的责任心强，在负责一件事情上自己能够很好的承担起责任并且在做事的过程中将这种责任化作实际行动，起到一个榜样的作用。
①自己对于成功的渴望和急切使得自己有事因为情感上的冲动而做出一些不理智的事情能够。
②不能容忍别人的怠慢，或花很大不必要的时间做的事情，忽略了人作为一个社会因素的差异性。
③看问题十分的具有批判性，注意力有事更多的聚焦于存在的问题，而没提出自己有建设性的或看法。
④喜欢把自己的观点和标准强加于别人，对自己和他人的要求过于严格，有点独裁型的特点。
二、职业：（1）职业理念：自己工作的理念或动力来自于自我价值的体现。我认为一个人生活的意义不是享受物质，不是拥有多大的权力或多少的财富，而是自己能否在职业中体现自己的人生价值，自己能否真正的做到“爱岗尽业”这几个字。因此自己对于职业成功的概念是在职业活动中能够展现自己的所有能力，能够在工作中享受到快乐，能够在工作中给他人更多的积极地影响。甚至于自己能够成为企业或机构所倡导的文化理念的代表。所以在就业的时自己更加关注的四企业是否真的需要自己是否有利于自己未来的长期发展，而不是因为对方的福利待遇好而将自己硬性的投入其企业，无法来展现自己能力实现自己的职业理念。
（2）职业兴趣：自身的学习和生活经历结合自己的能力，自己在职业的偏向上更加适合于喜欢于人际关系类、需要更大的灵活应变能力要求的工作。这样有利于自己有事的体现。例如现在职场中的管理类、营销类、公关类、人事处理等。
（3）职业能力：这些与人直接打交道的工作中自己可以利用自己比较优势的交际能力和较为满意的口才以及自己比较强势的风格直接给别人留下很深刻的印象，这样有利于合作的进行。同时自己善于处理人的.关系，能够协调好人员的配合，并调节在工作中出现的摩擦，有利于一个团体甚至是整个公司的团结，能更好促进企业文化的建立和发展。
（1）在自己毕业后根据自己的能力和职业兴趣选择好相应的企业，自己在真正的社会环境中学习如何适应社会。在进入了自己希望的企业并担任了自己希望的职位后自己首先就需要通过物质上的收获来证明自己。适应自己工作的工作方式工作环境。
