这个故事看了让我受益非浅,让我突然想起爱是多么的神圣、高尚与奥妙。这里有对国家的爱,有对父母的爱,有对朋友的爱,还有陌生人之间的爱,处处扣人心弦,感人肺腑。

卡洛菲是主人公,恩里科的同学,在玩雪时不小心打到了一位老职员的眼睛。他当时非常害怕,但在同学卡洛菲的鼓励下,勇敢地去承认错误,老职员接受了他的道歉,并且还送给他一枚邮票。

于是我想到了自己,想到了我所有认识和不认识的同龄人,爱在我们这一代人身上还能闪光吗?“寒窗”十数载,除了书上所学的知识;我们还学会了许许多多的理所当然,为自己找借口;当然我们带学习用品不是为别人带,而是为自己所用。爸爸妈妈应该为我们做好一切良好的学习环境和条件,因为这是他们的任务,而我们只要怀着一颗好好学习和感恩的心就好了,仅此而已。如果心中没了感恩,也就失去了美好的前提。我认为人类最需要的就是有一颗感恩的爱心。只要人人献出一点爱,世界将变成美好的人间。

我真希望人人都有一颗感恩的爱心。

通过这几天生本教育理论研修班的学习,我们先聆听了华南师范大学郭思乐教授的“生本教育理论”,立时让我耳目一新;又听了四节生本教育课,耳闻目睹“生本教育”的成果;接着又听了承德教育局副局长萧俊泉教授的《新课程背景下生本教育的管理与实践报告》,有茅塞顿开之感,下面谈谈自己的点滴体会:

当前,素质教育的呼声铺天盖地,作为处在教育最前线的教师无不摩拳擦掌,纷纷投入到了教改的热潮之中。那么,教学改革将何去何从?呼声极高的是“教师为主导,学生为主体”的教育观。然而在以上的教育观中,老师的仍是排序在第一位的,学生为主体仍是排第二位的。诚然,教师在课堂中应该导,但教师如何“导”,导到何种程度?“导”在课堂教学中占多少比重?学生的主体地位怎样真正体现?我们的研究却重视不多。而郭思乐教授正是抓住了这些问题,站在教改的至高点上对生本教育进行了精辟的论述。

“教育的本质就是要激扬生命。而生本教育就是以生命为本的教育,宗旨是高度尊重学生,全面相信学生,一切依靠学生。对待教育,如果我们能表现出教育的文明和气度,那学生一定能给我们带来一份惊喜,一份感动。”郭教授充满教育智慧的话语让大家心里豁然开朗。

生本强调“以学生为主体,以教师为主导”。这里表面上看不过是句序的颠倒,实则是一个重要的指导思想。先“主导”后“主体”,学生则处于被动接受状态,而先“主体”后“主导”,学生则处于主动激活状态,他有利于开发学生的潜能,发展智能,培养创造力,因而我们说教育无论怎么改,都不能忘记教育面对的是人,是一个个活生生的孩子,他们才是课堂的主人。

一直以来,我们的教师都认为孩子只是一个被动地接受知识的容器,教师的教案以教师思路为主,以教师好教为原则,牵着儿童鼻子走,扼杀了儿童自主认识事物的积极性,因而课堂气氛沉闷,教学效率不高。也许有人会说:“是啊,我们知道儿童有认识能力,可就是他们不愿学习,怎么办呢!”其实,学习与吃饭一样,是人的天性,孩子们是爱学习的。我们都知道,小孩子一旦接触了外界,就会不断地提出问题,经常问一些为什么的问题;可是,经过几年、上十年的教育后,我们的孩子、我们的学生不管知道不知道,再不愿意问为什么了,这是为什么?这难道不能引起我们的深思吗?我们仔细想想,就可以醒悟,就会明白“教育过程的主人和主力原来是儿童自己,我们只不过是儿童自主发展的服务者和仆人,我们必须一切为了儿童,高度尊重儿童,全面依靠儿童,否则,我们的教育工作就会做不对,做不好,做不了。”郭教授为我们指出了一条路:一切为了学生,全面依靠学生,以学定教。生本教育的方法是全面依靠学生,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,开发他们的潜能,使他们的学习处于最自然的状态。“一切为了儿童,高度尊重儿童,全面依靠儿童。”采取了以学定教的教学方法,是我们应该追求和推崇的。如同给脚提供合适的鞋,我们需要提供给儿童适合的教育,当教育适合儿童时,我们也就可以看到儿童忘记了自己在学习,忘记了自己是在课堂上,甚至忘记了自己,这时人的内部自然规律起作用了,儿童的学习热情和学习效率空前提高了。所谓适合学生的教育,这就是生本教育。

生本让我们激动,也让我们看到了教育的希望,在今后的教学中,我们要树立生本主义的行为观,全面依靠学生,让他们自己去学、去探索、去研究、做有创新精神的人。

最近读了意大利名著《爱的教育》,《爱的教育》是意大利小说家亚米契斯撰写的.是意大利人必读的10本小说之一,同时,它也是世界文学史上经久不衰的名著,被世界各国公认为最富爱心和教育的读物.阅读本书最大收获是懂得爱的真谛,学会爱的能力。可以说是深受启发和教育。

《爱的教育》散发出的那种深厚,浓郁的情感力量,无不诉说着崇高纯真的人性之爱就是一种最为真诚的教育,教育使爱在升华.由《爱的教育》的书名使我思考,爱是什么 意大利一个四年级小学生在一个学年十个月中所记的日记,包含了同学之间的爱,姐弟之间的爱,子女与父母间的爱,师生之间的爱,对祖国的爱使人读之,尤如在爱的怀抱中成长.

书中的科莱蒂一边忙着扛木柴,招呼顾客,一边见缝插针地复习功课,学着煮咖啡,照顾生病的妈妈,在做这一切的时候,他又是那么开朗乐观.当他"替母亲在背后垫好枕头,整理好被子"的时候,我的眼睛湿润了.我为一个勤劳能干,乐观好学,体贴父母的好孩子而感动!这是多么难得的品质啊 科莱蒂所做的一切,现在哪个孩子能做到 而现在的孩子大多是只知道索取不知道奉献.家长和教师的教育显得尤为重要.

我们知道,师生间发生矛盾,是正常的事情 ,教育事业是个神圣的事业,被喻为"太阳底下最光辉的事业",而教师则被喻为"灵魂的工程师",而学生则被喻为"祖国的花朵"等.无论是老师打学生还是学生打老师,问题存在的原因就是教育存在的师生间的关系问题,我们不能不承认现在的孩子不像以前的孩子那样深爱着他的老师.其原因有很多.但尊师重教的学生的道德观念也是缺少的, 怎么来解决这些问题呢 这就要求我们重新审视尊师和爱生这一传统观念,"教育不能没有爱,没有爱就没有教育",爱是教育的灵魂,只有热爱学生,才能正确对待,宽容学生所犯的错误,才能耐心的去雕塑每一位学生.教师要公正地对待学生.只有公正地对待学生,教师的爱才会产生出更大的力量,给每个学生的道德心灵带来有益的影响.

"爱"是没有限制的,小到同学之间的友好交谈,老师对学生的鼓励,父母对孩子无微不至的关爱,甚至萍水相逢的人们的一个微笑……但还有更多的人能感受到朴实的爱,深厚的爱.那教师对学生的爱用科学的思维方式又该如何来理解呢 教师的爱是一种关心,一种关切,一种理解,一种宽容,一种帮助,教师是可以一视同仁地把这样的爱献给学生的.在教育教学过程中,如果师生关系处于一种平等,信任,理解的状态,那么它所营造的和谐,愉悦的教育氛围必然会产生良好的教育效果,优化师生关系可以为学生健全人格的形成与综合素质的提高打下基础.它的核心是师生心理相容,心灵的互相接纳,形成师生至爱的,真挚的情感关系.它应该体现在:一方面,学生在与教师相互尊重,合作,信任中全面发展自己,获得成就感与生命价值的体验,获得人际关系的积极实践,逐步完成自由个性和健康人格的确立;另一方面,教师通过教育教学活动,让每个学生都能感受到自主的尊严,感受到心灵成长的愉悦.

读了《爱的教育》这本书,一直在心底涌动着的是融融的.爱意,暖暖的感动!书中几乎涉及到了人世间所有高尚的爱,博大的爱.有父母与子女之爱,姐弟之爱,同学之爱,师生之爱;还有对弱者之爱,对不幸者之爱,对劳动之爱,对学习之爱,对环境之爱,对大自然之爱;及至对人民的爱,对军队的爱,对祖国的爱......教育是心心相应的活动,是需要爱,需要尊重与理解的过程.相信我们的真诚和良苦用心会换来学生的进步的。

“一年之计,莫若树谷;十年之计,莫若树木;终身之计,莫若树人。”当一个教师将这样的告诫铭记于心并付诸于实际行动的时候,他本身已然是一个懂得付出,懂得珍惜同时又收获幸福的人了,更何况万千桃李的丰厚回报。虽然此时正在从事这一项事业的我,既不伟大,更不完美,但我却懂得付出,懂得接受与靠近一颗感恩的心。正如歌中所唱的一样:“感恩的心,感谢有你,花开花落,我依然会珍惜”。我想这几句歌词大家应该都不陌生。这就是欧阳菲菲深情唱出的一首《感恩的心》。这是最令我感动的一首歌,也是给我感触最深的一首歌。因为从这首歌中,我理解了付出与收获的真正含义。

我从事教育事业的已经二十多年了,也是令我感受最深的一年。因为在教师节来临之际,我收到了一份特殊的礼物——一张看似普通却带有深深牵挂与祝福的贺卡,在打开贺卡的那一刻,我的眼睛湿润了,内心感受到一种从未有过的幸福,因为它不但证实了我在工作中的真诚付出,同时也是对我从事这项工作的一个小小的肯定。

赵雨欣是我刚参加工作毕业班上的一个女生,起先我们虽有过接触,但对她的了解并不深,可就从放完寒假报名的那一天,我对她有了新的认识,并且我与她的故事从那时一直持续到现在。

记得报名那天,天还很冷,北风呼呼的刮着,闲暇时刻,我坐在桌前暖手,雨欣出现在了我面前,小声的对我说:“老师过年好啊!”出于礼节性的回应。我也向她说了声:“你也一样啊:!可就在我话音刚落的刹那,雨欣的眼泪哗啦啦的流了下来。我当时吓了一跳,还未等我回过神来,雨欣哽噎着对我说:“老师……我……我爸去世了”听见这话,我的心似乎被针扎了一下,既无所适从又觉得特别的自责。接下来,我也不知道该怎样安慰她好,只是劝她别太难过,因为我知道,此时此刻,再动听的话也不能平息她内心失去亲人的痛楚。后来报名工作结束后,我特意把她叫到了我的办公室,和她单独聊了一会,也就从那时起,我才真正了解了有关雨欣的事情,并且知道她是生活在一个组建的特殊的家庭,而父亲可以说是一家人的支柱,也是维系整个家庭关系的纽带,可就是这样一个在家庭中起着至关重要作用的父亲却身患绝症,毅然撒手离去,雨欣的生活从此陷入了悲痛,失去父爱的苦楚一直缠绕着她。

不知是出于同情还是作为人性的本能,从那一刻起,我就开始特别关注雨欣的生活和学习。经常与她聊天,倾听她的心声。经过一段时间的相处,渐渐的我们之间的距离拉近了,可以说是无话不谈。我从心底把雨欣当做自己的妹妹,而她也视我姐姐。很快,和雨欣相处的半学期已在我们默契的相处中悄然的过去,雨欣升到了初中,而我也成为新一年级老师。虽然,我们在一起相处的时间慢慢的少了,但雨欣要是遇到什么困惑的问题,还是会来找我,而我也会尽自己最大的努力去帮助她,无论是学习方面的,还是其他方面的。因为我知道,能获得一个人的信任与依耐是我最大的幸福,哪怕,这个人仅仅只是你的一个学生。

虽然现在的我们离得更加的远,也很少有机会见面,但却时常保持着联络。如今的雨欣,不但在咸阳的一所高校修完了所有的中专学业,而且通过自己的努力与出色的表现获得了留校的资格,成为这所高校一名优秀的工作人员。并且雨欣还告诉我,接下来她会一边工作,一边自学完大专的课程,拿到大专文凭,这样才会有机会进行更高层次的深造。对于雨欣的这种努力与决心以及对未来充满信心的规划,我真的好欣慰。因为,雨欣的成长与进步也是对我从事教育事业最大的鼓舞与肯定。它也将激励我对于自己的事业投入更大的热情。

虽然雨欣因为经济的原因而失去了上高中的机会,可她却在另外的一种环境中获得了真正属于自己的宝贵的人生财富:那便是对生活的执着的追求与不懈的努力。相信今后雨欣的生活会因自己的坚定信念而更加的异彩纷呈。

《爱的教育》,以日记的形式,讲述了一个叫安李可的小男孩的成长故事,详细记录了他一年内在学校、家庭、社会上的所见所闻。文字里充满了对祖国、对父母、对老师、对朋友真挚的爱,有着感人的力量。

《爱的教育》有100本书,其中《仁慈的花朵》让我记得最清楚。描述女校女生帮一个扫管子丢了30个硬币的少年,没跟校长说——就做了一群“无名英雄”。英国哲学家洛克说得好:“我一直认为人的行为是其思想的最好证明。”这个故事中闪耀的崇高品质和道德光辉给了我强烈的震撼。

当今社会,有些人很势利。他们的行为准则是看是否对自己有利,即使面对道德也不会放弃讨价还价。这样的人很渺小,他们的处事哲学必然会被人鄙视。因为虚伪改变不了真情,冷淡改变不了热情。momo中自私的人失去了道德,所以他们很难全心全意地从别人那里得到帮助。人生的错误往往在于“自私”二字。如果利己主义不消失,正义就会消亡。

这几年看了很多书,但让我记忆犹新和感动的是我们白老师推荐的意大利amicus的《爱的教育》。看了这本书,我学到了很多。

这本书讲的是一个叫安李可的小男孩在学校的四年里写日记,其中最让我感动的是那个名为《爱国主义》的孩子。

这篇文章是关于一艘法国船从西班牙的巴塞罗那到意大利的热那亚。船上有许多游客,包括一个衣衫褴褛的男孩。两年前安利柯被卖到马戏团。马戏团里的人踢他打他,逼他学会玩和卖。

到达巴塞后,他尽力逃离马戏团,前往意大利领事馆寻求保护。领事听了他的经历,非常同情,安排他上了返航的船。船上的三名游客听了他的经历,出于同情和怜悯,给了他一些钱。然后,三位游客又开始庆祝他们的日子,话题转移到了意大利。越聊越激动,说意大利没用。

就在这时,硬币像冰雹一样突然落下,砸在他们的头上。“拿走你的臭钱,我绝不要侮辱我祖国的人的钱!”一个愤怒的声音在他们周围爆发。

虽然这篇文章里的小男孩吃了很多苦,但是他热爱祖国的精神是值得我们学习的。我们的祖国就像我们的母亲。我们爱她,离不开她。虽然她也有很多不足和不尽如人意的地方,但我相信,随着祖国的逐渐强大,我们的母亲会越来越好,越来越强大。

总之,爱情教育是一本值得一读的好书,就像读一本好书就像和一个高尚的人谈话一样。

近期研读了郭思乐和他的生本教育,感受颇深,从心里到精神上真正体会到教育是一种享受,是一种创造。是以“一切为了儿童,高度尊重儿童,全面依靠儿童”为核心的一种教育模式。

在现实中,我们经常可以看这样的情景:教师照本宣科“满堂灌”,学生鸦雀无声,临下课,教师小结,问学生:“这节课的内容大家听明白了吗”,假如有学生说“不明白”的话,教师必定勃然大怒:“我都讲得那么详细了,这么简单的问题都不会,真是笨得要命”,这就是传统教学课堂的一个缩影。而在生本教学课堂里,我们看到的将是另一番情景:学生之间你问我答,小组成员激烈讨论,小组之间激烈争论,整个课堂生机勃勃。现在我们不妨换位思考一下,假如你是一个学生,你会选择怎样的课堂?我想答案是显而易见的。郭教授指出:“教育的本质(在教师帮助下的)儿童发展”。从这句话中可以看出郭教授对于教师这一角色的重新定位。教师的职责就是帮助,帮助的意义仅仅是激发和引导。郭教授引用苏霍姆林斯基的话说:“只有能够激发学生去自我教育的教育,才是真正的教育”。“生本教育”思想,不是要求教师有超出专业要求多么高的知识水平,而是有指导学生、激发学生产生学习的动力,学会学习的方法的能力。

我们经常会发现在教学我们太自作多情了、很多时候我们一厢情愿承担了许多工作,渴望孩子按照我们设计的方向去发展,但发现自己失败了学生不领情,,因为教育不可能像修剪树苗对学生进行外在的改造,这就要求我们在“生本教育”理念下开展教学活动!郭思乐教授提出了让学生进行前置性学习(由教师提供一个最根本的,最简单的问题),小组合作学习(小组内交流自学的成果),班级交流学习(提出更深刻的问题),熟悉学习(巩固学习内容)四步教学模式。教师是学生学习活动的设计者,教师引领着学生,既能让学生够得着,又要留给学生一定的空间,教师的设计要把握知识的要点,又要把握整体。教师是学生学习活动的组织者,更是激励者。郭教授指出,正确处理好教与学的关系,才能走出师本,走向生本。先做后学,先学后教,少教多学,以学定教,直至不教而教。先学要注意:低入(简单、根本、开放),多做,深思,高出。就语文教学来说,方向是阅读,整体感知,然后品读,并在课外进行了大量的阅读,培养了学生阅读的兴趣,在作文教学中,开始是自由作文,先写后评,先评后改,培养学生运用语言文字的兴趣。

粗浅的学习让我认识到教学最大的资源是孩子本身,在今后的教学中,我应该对我的学生应该多一些理解、宽容和耐心。把学习的自主权还给学生,引导他们自己去探索,去发现,在反复验证的过程中学习知识,快乐的成长。

生本教育既是一种教育理念也是一种教学模式,它的核心就是“一切为了儿童,高度尊重儿童,全面依靠儿童”,“关注人”是新课程的核心理念,应该说生本教育对新课程的核心理念阐述更清晰明确,具体可操作性的实践模式更为具体化。

郭思乐教授认为:生本教育提出对课堂进行根本的改造,使之成为儿童自己的课堂。具体说来,教师所要做的事情就是:积极地旁观;给学生以心理上的支持,创造良好的学习气氛;注重培养学生的自律能力。教师的角色时而是活动的促进者、平等的合作者、谦虚的倾听者、真诚的赏识者、得体的协调者、资源的开发者、得法的组织者,时而又是“顾问”与“同伴”,“顾问”角色其行为特征是“指点”;“同伴”角色,旨在参与合作,教师以同伴身份参与学生的活动。

反思自我的成长经历,尤其是在多年的教育实践中,所奉行的不也是爱的惟一原则吗?

从内心来说,自己一直希望做一个富有爱心的人,做一个善良的人。希望能用我的善良感染周围的每一个人。

我当了一名老师。在教育教学中,我首先教育孩子要学会关爱他人,关爱他人是现代社会中人所必备的素质之一,只有关心他人胜过关心自己的人,才能把自我融入到使周围的人都快乐的大我之中,实现自我的人生价值。人与人之间需要互相关心,互相爱护,互相帮助,相互提高。学会帮助他人,也就学会了关爱自己。我给他们讲了这样一个故事,充分说明了关爱与合作对人的健康成长至关重要:上帝到天堂和地狱去考察,发现天堂里的人同地狱里的人一样都是围着一口锅,拿着两米长的勺子喝着相同的肉汤,但是,天堂里的人却精神焕发,满面红光,地狱里的人却萎靡不振,面容憔悴,这是什么原因呢?原来,地狱里的人心中只有自己,手里拿着长勺子舀汤喝,勺柄太长,总是喝不上,而天堂里的人则相反,他们的心中有他人,手拿长勺子舀汤第一口总是先喂他人,然后再被别人喂。由于有了先己后人和先人后己之别,于是也就有了天堂地狱之分。在和孩子们朝夕相处的日子里,我发现了,比我的世界更动人的孩子们的心灵世界,在那里如小石潭记中的潭水一样的清澈;在那里如桃花源记中的桃源一样的美丽;在那里像圣经里的天堂一样没有苦难只有关爱;在那里像佛教中的佛心一样没有憎恨只有善良。你爱他们,他们也爱你。

爱孩子们吧,即使他暂时不能理解你,终有一天,他会明白你的爱。爱是永恒的!爱是阳光,能融化冰雪;爱是春雨,能滋生万物;爱是桥梁,能沟通师生的心灵。有了爱,师生之间就能以诚相见,心心相印,没有爱,就没有真正的教育。

正如一首歌中唱到的:“爱别人就等于爱自己!”苏霍姆林斯基认为:当你培养出具有爱心的孩子,他就会对教师的爱很敏感,并以好心还好心;而教师的爱,最重要的是为了学生获得知识,若是学生懂得了这些,自发向上,成绩自然就好,成绩好了,那作为老师的你不也会更加快乐了吗?师爱是一种激励学生个性和谐发展的无可取代的教育力量。为了你的学生总有一天如你爱他一样能去爱别人,为了这世上的人彼此之间都能互相关爱,请你爱你的学生吧!

有人说:“爱自己的孩子是本能,是人;爱别人的孩子是伟大,是神。”此时此刻,我内心闪现出的这一句话,不由得让我相信老师的伟大的。

很多时候,我也常在内心对自己说:要爱孩子,和孩子平等地进行交流,心与心地交流。但是一段时间以后,却又变卦了。没有了耐心!或许是因为自己对教育教学的规律没有吃透,也或许是自己的魅力还不够吧;或许是自己缺少理论的指导,没有实践的恒心吧。如何育人,如何去与学生零距离接触,捕捉学生的一举一动,成为“孩子王”,是我一直思索的问题。读了《爱的教育》后使我豁然开朗,真心地“蹲”下来与孩子进行交流,就会走进学生的心灵,想他们所想,思他们所思,忧他们所忧。真诚地孩子们打成一片,怎么会看不到孩子心中的世界!古人云:“信其师,亲其道。”

爱工作、爱自己的职业同样非常重要。经常听老师抱怨“我忙,没有时间啊。”平时学校布置的一些额外工作任务,他们都以没有时间来推托。还有很多老师怕上公开课,究其原因之一:忙啊!一节公开课得准备几个小时;原因之二:怕啊!精心准备几个小时还不一定能上好,一见有人听课心里就紧张害怕。所谓的“忙”“怕”,也许是自己的文化底蕴不足,对自己的工作还不是那么热爱。苏霍姆林斯基提到的那位有30年教年的历史老师课上得那样精彩,以致视导员都听得入迷忘了记录。当别的老师问他花多长时间来备这节课时,他说:“对这节课,我准备了一辈子。而且,总的来说,对每一节课,我都是用终生的时间来备课的。不过,对这个课题的直接准备,或者说现场准备,只用了大约15分钟。”我们的老师能用终身的时间来准备一节课吗?能用15分钟的现场时间准备出一节好课吗?我们教育的对象是学生,教师的课堂设计应适合本班学情,根据学情有目的,有针对性地实施教学,那么这样学生就会乐学了。教师除了正常的教学工作外,确实还需要不断的学习,用丰厚的知识去充实自己,不是有句话“教师要给学生一碗水自己就必须有取之不尽,用之不竭的活水吗?”。

如果刚毕业时这桶水还是满的,假如不读书,时间每过去一年,我们的知识就会忘记一些,这桶水就会漏掉一些,当时间过去了十几年乃至几十年时,我们的知识也许只限于教科书那些了,比学生多不了多少,这样怎么能上好课?怎么能不怕上课?如果我们持之以恒地读书,不断的补充知识,那时间每过去一年,我们的知识就会增添一些,一桶水也许会变成一缸水,一河水,量变可以引起质变。“那我们上课时就能更加自如地分配自己的注意了。”还会怕上课吗?还会嫌时间不够用吗?“教师应设法让知识本身吸引学生”,这应该成为每一个教师努力的方向,教师要精心设计教学,凸现知识的乐趣。在课堂上能深入浅出地讲解给学生听,不照本宣读,让学生自己去寻求知识,探究知识的形成过程,明白知识的意义、学习的乐趣,让孩子们真正爱上“语文”,爱上“数学”。

“教师要学会敬畏”,敬畏真理,敬畏权威,敬畏生命。 “敬畏真理”这是毫无疑问的,课堂上,当教师在知识传授时出现错误,要勇于承认、及时改正;碰到自己也不确定的问题,可以和学生一起探讨,真理面前,人人平等。“敬畏权威”就是对那些有德之人,有广博知识的人,有才华的人,把他们当成是我们队伍中较为优秀的普通一员,既学习他们的长处,也宽容他们的不足。“敬畏生命”这使我联想到“尊重”两个字,每一个学生都值得我们尊重,尊重他们的思想,尊重他们的人格,并不能把他们当成“小孩”来糊弄。记得有人说过这样一句话:你想把自己的孩子交给怎样的老师来培育,你自己就做这样的老师吧!是的,老师,请把美好的笑容带到学校,把对人与对世界的良好期盼带到同事们和孩子们面前,像孩子一样瞪着好奇的眼睛清点知识;把游戏这一人类最古老的快乐的方式引入课堂;把那些用了好些年的训词换成赞美,换成幽默;把那些尘封在角落里的各种各样的表情丰富在脸上,用你的脚尖轻盈地点地,听脚步声在走廊里击起快乐的回响。
