为了提高自己的业务专业化水平,闲余之际,我读了《幼儿健康生活教育》这本理论与实践探索丛书。本书包括四部分内容:第一部分是幼儿健康生活教育的理论基础,即概论部分,其中包括幼儿健康生活教育的基本理念、幼儿健康生活教育目标及内容、幼儿健康生活教育途径与方法以及幼儿健康生活教育评价,使读者从宏观的角度了解幼儿健康生活教育的全貌。第二部分是组织与实施部分,其中包括进餐、饮水、如厕、睡眠、盥洗、着装、劳动、保健、安全教育、动作发展、体操运动、器械游戏12项内容,为了便于教师能依据幼儿的年龄特点实施教育,在每个年龄段又分别从幼儿实际表现、幼儿发展目标、成人指导与帮助及家园教育案例来展示生活健康教育,突出了本教材全面性、系统性及可操作性的特点。第三部分是依据各年龄段健康教育的内容与要求,挑选出适宜集体教学的活动案例若干,供教师在进行健康教学时参考。第四部分是在健康生活教育研究中总结出的宝贵经验或相关的研究论文,供我们在今后的健康教育研究中借鉴。读过这本书,开阔了自己的眼界,丰富了自己的经验,为自己的工作实践注入了新的营养。下面就结合自己的实践谈几点体会。
一、教育观点的改变。
读过第一部分,使我对健康教育观念发生了改变。《纲要》中明确提出"幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在首位,要培养健康活泼、文明乐群、勇敢自信、有初步责任感的二十一世纪儿童"。可见,"健康第一"的思想不仅是教育的基本点,更是幼儿教育的出发点,幼儿健康生活教育是幼儿园教育的基础工程。所谓健康教育是以人和环境为中心的教育,它是为改善个体以及群体的健康知识、健康态度和健康行为提供有益的学习经验的过程。作为现代幼儿教育工作者,我们并不是简单的让幼儿获取知识或技能,也并不是对幼儿进行单一的知识灌输,而是在让幼儿获取知识的同时,培养幼儿的健康生活方式,这不仅体现了"教育即生活"的现代教育理念,更是纲要中所展现以幼儿为本的理念。
1、尊重理解孩子。作为教师,要关心孩子的身体、心理需要,保护孩子的身心健康发展。
2、让幼儿在轻松、自信、愉快的氛围中培养幼儿的健康生活方式,体验健康生活经验,提高身体动作发展。
二、创设良好的健康生活环境,展示生活健康教育内容。
第二部分的系统性内容和一些小案例,给了我在工作中的很大启示。如今幼儿园环境创设要时刻渗透教育目标,让动态的环境激起幼儿活动的欲望。因为对动态的事物感兴趣是幼儿的心理和生理特点,幼儿总是喜欢通过自身的运动了解环境、参与环境。因此,我注意为幼儿提供动态的环境,尽量让他们有机会去活动、去操作,让幼儿真正成为环境的主人。工作中我将幼儿生活健康方面内容渗透在教室、卧室、走廊、墙面等地方,使其形成一个整体的教育环境。如:在活动区、窗台、走廊、电源开关睡眠室等地方,我们通过集体讨论相应设计了一些安全标志,用来告诉幼儿物归原处,注意安全。这样不仅保证了良好的安全秩序,而且还养成了良好的行为习惯。
在小班幼儿刚刚入园时,针对他们的各种生活习惯养成不是很好时,我通过"洗手六部曲""小牙刷干净""给小花多喝水""叠衣变奏曲""勤洗澡不生病""小便为什么是黄的""这样大便才健康"等生活健康墙饰的提示进行教育。孩子们通过教师的引导、自己与墙饰的互动,培养了各方面的习惯。如:为了引导小班幼儿正确擦嘴,养成良好的擦嘴习惯。我创设了"学学小动物来擦嘴"活动墙饰。立体生动的小动物形象,大大激发了幼儿观察的兴趣,他们每次吃完饭后都能够来到面前,模仿小动物擦嘴的正确方法,久而久之养成了正确擦嘴的好习惯。,在孩子们活动时我们发现:他们的指甲很长,而且里面有杂物,为了调动家长一起参与健康教育,配合幼儿卫生习惯的培养,我们创设了"指甲长了剪一剪"墙饰。当家长为幼儿剪指甲了,小朋友的.指甲干净时,我会在幼儿的"小花照片"旁边贴上自己喜欢的贴画,孩子们看到后,总是能够提醒家长为自己剪指甲,一方面调动家长的配合,减少了抓伤现象,更重要的是养成了勤剪指甲的好习惯。
三、依据各年龄段健康教育的内容,将健康知识融入教育活动中。
幼儿健康教育的形式以日常生活中的集体与个别健康教育为主要形式,同时也离不开教师有计划、有目的、精心设计的健康教学活动。对幼儿不太容易理解的健康常识、不太容易掌握或需要系统训练的健康行为技能等内容,必须通过健康教学活动来完成。巩固幼儿的经验,增强幼儿的健康意识。如:针对我班幼儿自我保护能力差的情况,我进行了主题活动《快乐四个宝》,通过教育活动,幼儿知道了四个宝在生活中的功能,往耳朵里鼻孔里塞东西会导致窒息死亡,怎样做能保护好小眼睛,鼻子流血了不害怕,会求救或简单处理等。孩子们通过看老师拍照的小朋友吃手指、咬衣袖、吃帽带等错误行为照片和动画,知道什么东西是能放入口中吃的,什么东西不能放进嘴里,这样做很不卫生,会生病。并且在放寒假前,我为了使家园教育一致,有连续性,自拟"生活行为习惯表格"发放给家长,促使家长在假期继续督促培养幼儿的良好习惯,让好习惯长远发展。

这段时间我通过学习《有效教学》,深有感触。课堂教学是一个双边活动过程,应营造一个宽松和谐、兴趣盎然的学习氛围。教与学必须有一个和谐课堂步骤,形成一个完整的教学步骤来实施素质教育,使学生学得积极主动,真正成为课堂学习的主人。达到有效教学,创设情境,形成问题,使学生愿学。情境的创设关键在于情,以情激境,以最好的境、最浓的情导入新课,形成问题。提出的问题要击中思维的燃点,这样不但能对全体学生的认知系统迅速唤醒,从而提高单位时间里的学习效率。学生因情境的巧妙刺激,学习热情激发起来,萌芽学习兴趣,认知系统开始运转。
我觉得教师在课堂教学过程中要切实作到有效两个字应该至少要做好以下几个方面:
1、认真研究教材。吃透教材是教师进行有效课堂教学的立足点。除了教学的重点,难点的把握,教师还应该考虑到教材的重组与延伸
2、仔细推敲教学方法。随着网络的的普及,教师可以利用的资源是越来越多了,教师交流教学方法的渠道也是越来越广,我们可以发现相同的教学内容往往有多种不同的教学方法,如何选择适合自己班级学生的教学方式在教学中有着举足轻重的地位。
3、有针对性的设计课堂练习。学生吸收知识第一印象往往十分重要,而教师在课堂上设计的听说读写各式练习情况往往往直接影响着学生课后练习的正确率。
4、制造宽松融洽的课堂氛围,良好的心态更加有利于学生投入的学习,提高学习的效率。
具体还应从一下几个方面开始抓:
1、不要伤害孩子的自尊心。
有的学生是由于自尊心受到了伤害,比如遭到讽刺,挖苦;受到不应有的干涉,与家长、同学、教师发生矛盾,尤其是当和教师发生矛盾时,他就更不可能把精力专注与学习。
2、对学生的期望值不要太高
有的学生是因为教师、家长对学生的期望太高,孩子因为没有达到预期目标而产生了负罪感和内疚感,因此也就产生了厌学的情绪,这样也就不能去听教师所教的课程了。
3、真正的走进学生的心灵世界
有的学生是因为我们教师没有适应人本教育,没有改正自己的教育观念和习以为常的教学方式和教学行为。同时自己不能做到以身作则,对学生的爱心不够,不能真正的走进学生的心灵世界,与学生建立和谐融洽的师生关系。
4、教师要幽默
有的课堂过于死板,气氛过于沉闷,激发不了学生学习的兴趣,这样他更不会去学了。学生很喜欢幽默的教师
5、教师要讲究对学生评价的方法
评价很重要,无论是课堂评价还是学生的自评、互评都要准确。课堂上要多鼓励,及时鼓励,肯定评价要多于否定评价;学生之间的评价要把握好,不要使学生的自评、互评变成自我夸耀、自我贬低,或互相进行攻击、互相挑刺,评价要中肯,要切合实际。只有这样,学生才能更专注地投入到学习中来。
6、教师做学生学习活动的组织者、合作者、引导者和鼓励者
学生是学习活动的主题,教师只是学习活动的组织者、合作者、引导者和鼓励者。教学中要尽可能地根据教学内容和学生实际,准备好充足的学习材料,为学生发挥主观能动性、创造性提供广阔的时间和空间,让学生在自主、自觉、自由的活动中积极、主动、探索式学习。
所以为了做一个好教师,一个能被学生认同的好教师真是太不容易了,首先要把教室布置在教学环境中,这样学生才能进入专心的学习状态;在课堂上要建立民主与规范,既不能把课堂管死,又不能让课堂太活跃,影响了课堂纪律。但是课堂的学习行为规范必须要明确,要说到做到,然后还要对学生付出真诚的关爱,哪怕是一个动作,一个眼神,都不要去伤害学生。
