甲方:

乙方:

甲、乙双方在平等、自愿、协商一致的基础上达成一致意见,就甲方拥有的磷化车间房屋维修翻新等事项签订如下合同,确保双方共同遵守执行:

1、甲方就位于塘栖镇磷化车间房屋屋顶委托乙方维修翻新。

2、乙方根据甲方的专项维修基金,专项用于磷化车间屋顶维修翻新,合理使用维修资金,甲方将监督乙方实施。

3、维修项目:磷化车间屋顶维修翻新。

4、甲方支付乙方20xx元人民币的保险费,让乙方自行购买人身意外险,如乙方不购买导致的人身伤害,由乙方负责。

4、维修要求:

①乙方自行组织维修施工队,并负责做好施工现场的安全质量工作,造成的一切事故责任由乙方自行负责。

②乙方要在甲方指定的时间内负责清理完该工程造成的淤泥杂物,并服从甲方对该工程的建设管理,逾期不清理的,甲方组织人员清理,费用由乙方负担,并从甲方付给乙方的补贴款中扣除。

5、乙方对甲方的维修项目负责,确保维修范围内的所有设施的正常使用。

6、甲方应及时支付乙方维修费用,如甲方拖欠乙方费用,导致乙方无法及时更换或维修相关设施,乙方不承担相应带来的损失。

甲方在合同期内向乙方支付8400元维修翻新费用,乙方用于劳务支出。

淮安市淮海南路71号水管维修工程,根据《中华人民共和国经济合同法》,结合本工程的具体情况,为了明确工程项目及双方责任,本着互相协作,确保施工项目顺利完成的原则,经过协商签订本合同。

(一)工程地点:淮安市淮海南路71号

(二)工程内容:水管维修

(三)承包方式:包工包料

1。双方商定总工期1天。

开工日期:20xx年11月6日,竣工日期:20xx年11月6日

2。如遇下列情况,经甲方代表签证后,工期可以顺延。

①因遇人力不可抗拒的自然灾害(台风、火灾、地震)等造成的停工。

②因设计图纸修改,增加了工程量,而受影响时。

③因停水、停电等情况达六小时以上时。

④甲方因财力不足或不按合同规定预付工程备料款和工程进度款,而受影响时。

⑤甲方不能按合同规定在开工前五天,交出施工场地和接通施工水源、电源时。

(一)工程质量标准按国家现行施工规范验收

(二)工程保修按建设有关规定执行,保修自竣工验收签字之日起计算,

(三)属乙方施工范围的工程项目,因施工质量问题造成损坏的,乙方应给予免费修补。

(一)工程所需材料由乙方按照甲方指定的品牌、型号采购。

(二)材料设备附有出厂合格证明,材料设备有异议进行检验。

工程完成后,由甲方验收,验收合格后付款。

1、负责解决施工及生活用水、用电、道路畅通;

(二)乙方责任:

7、在施工中随时接受甲方代表及其委派人员的质量检查、检验及监督,为检查、检验、监督提供便利条件,并按甲方代表及其委派人员的要求返工、修改,承担因自身原因导致返工、修改的费用。

8、维修施工所需办理的一切审批手续(指按有关法律法规规定需报批的项目)由乙方负责办理并承担费用,一切责任由乙方承担。
