实施方案
中华经典诗文内容广泛,语言精辟,思想深邃,是我国传统文化的瑰宝。组织开展“中华经典诵读”比赛活动对于弘扬中华优秀传统文化,增强师生语言文字规范意识,提高师生人文素养和用语用字水平具有十分重要的作用。为做好“中华经典诵读”比赛活动,特制定如下方案。
一、活动目标
(一)抓住学生的最佳记忆期,通过学校和家庭组织学生诵读诗文经典,培养学生博览群书的良好习惯,在校内形成热爱读书的良好风气,营造勤奋读书、努力学习、奋发向上的校园文化。
(二)增加学生的阅读量,使学生在阅读中开阔视野,提高兴趣,增长知识,培养能力,逐步养成良好的阅读习惯。
(三)提高学生思想道德素质和文化素养,促进学生更新知识,活跃思维,提高综合实践能力。
二、活动要求
(一)保护学生的诵读兴趣,不增加学生课业负担。积极创设良好的诵读氛围和环境,提倡通过经常的、轻松的诵读,自然成诵。不定诵读指标,以保护学生的诵读兴趣。
(二)广泛宣传经典诵读的目的意义,不给家长增加经济负担,取得社会、家长的支持。
(三)各学校要有计划、有步骤地开展经典诵读活动,抓好过程管理。
(四)各学校要结合课外阅读活动,结合评选诵读小能手活动和诵读经典竞赛等,使“中华经典诵读”活动不断深化。
(五)各学校要充分利用音乐、舞蹈、书法、绘画等多种形势,发挥多种功能,让孩子在活动中诵读。
(六)各学校要定期更换篇目,因材施教,不搞一刀切。
三、诵读内容
主要诵读内容为《语文课程标准》推荐的优秀古诗文篇目、《三字经》、《弟子规》、《论语》、《大学》、《中庸》、《孟子》、《朱子家训》和精选的神话故事,寓言故事等。
小学一年级:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文20首和《弟子规》。
小学二年级:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文20首和《三字经》。
小学三年级:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文30首和《千字文》。
小学四年级:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文30首和《朱子家训》。
小学五年级:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文及精选的《大学》、《中庸》、《论语》部分篇章。
小学六年级:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文及精选的《孟子》、《论语》部分篇章等。
初中阶段:语文课程标准中推荐的优秀古诗文、《论语》、《古文观止》及诸子百家等篇章。
四、活动安排
(一)编写校本教材。学校要发挥地方和学校的资源优势与办学积极性,鼓励教师本着“扬弃”的原则编写适合学生阅读的古诗文诵读教材。
(二)纳入课程计划。利用校本课程的课时,每周1―2节课的时间和晨读进行诵读、赏析、评点。
(三)教学师资。语文教师要自觉担当重任,充分利用语文和校本课时引导学生诵读;音乐教师可利用音乐课对学生进行经典诵唱;体育教师可利用体育游戏的形式对学生进行诵读活动的指导等。
(四)诵读方式。学校除利用校本课程时间外,还通过晨读、课间操、活动课、演讲比赛、征文比赛、学习沙龙、专题经典讲座、评比诵读等形式开展诵读活动。
五、组织开展全镇“中华经典诵读”比赛活动。
(一)参赛对象

(二)比赛程序
1.初赛
初赛由各学校自行组织进行。各学校要在全校师生中广泛开展“中华经典诵读”活动,在此基础上组织进行初赛,确定决赛参加对象(见各校师生名额分配表),并于11月30日前把决赛报名表上交到中心学校办公室黎立林处。
2.决赛
决赛由羊头镇中心学校统一组织进行,时间初定为:教师组12月16日;学生组12月17日,决赛地点:羊头镇中学
(三)比赛规则
1.抽签决定出场顺序。
2.诵读作品自选,但必须是中华经典诵读篇目。
3.参赛选手必须脱稿朗诵。诵读时可加音乐伴奏,伴奏音源由选手自备。
4.每位参赛选手比赛时间限制在8分钟以内。(超时将酌情扣分)
5.评分标准:
比赛采取100分制,其中:
a.作品内容(15分):选材内容符合比赛要求,具有一定的教育意义;
b.节目形式(15分):形式灵活新颖,令人耳目一新。如有配乐,配乐与所朗诵篇章意境吻合,节奏和谐;
c.语言技巧(40分):普通话标准,发音准确,吐字清晰,嗓音条件较好,声音圆润悦耳,语言流畅,语速得当;
d.临场表现(30分):衣着得体,体态语适当,表演到位,台风大方,感情充沛,感染力强,现场效果好。

1、对象:一至三年级全体学生。
2、内容:分自选内容和抽选内容,内容均选自本学期校“每周一诵”的内容。自选内容各班根据全班都能背诵的古诗文在比赛前一天上报给朱斌老师。
1、分年级比赛,同时进行。各年级都采用相同的比赛形式,根据相同的评分标准来评奖。(评分标准见下文)
2、比赛分自选背诵、抽背两种形式:
(1)自选:全班齐背,可穿插其它艺术形式。
(2)抽背:在“每周一诵”的诵读篇目中,任意抽取内容(自选的内容除外)。每班班长抽选内容后,全班齐背。

(1)精神面貌好。(3分)
(2)普通话标准,诵读流畅,语速、语调恰当,停顿合理。(5分)
(3)诵读时间:3分钟内。(2分)
(4)附加分:诵读形式丰富,感情处理得当,富有表现力、感染力。(2分)
2、抽选评分标准(集体):

3、各项比赛内容分开评分,各评委评分采取10分制,8分起评,评分保留两位小数。自选内容总分为12分。
4、全部评委所评得分需去除一个最高分和一个最低分后计算平均得分。自选内容和抽选内容项得分汇总得出集体总分。依据分数从高到低的顺序,各年级按参赛班级数的50%评出一、二、三等奖。
5、指导教师奖的评定:
本次比赛活动,指导教师由各班语文教师担任。获集体奖的班级,其语文教师获得指导教师奖励。

国学是中华民族的传统文化,蕴含着民族精神和民族情感,承载着中华民族的`思想精华。为传承和弘扬中华传统文化,从中华传统文化里汲取精华,吸取智慧,我校特开展国学经典诵读比赛,让学生在活动中获得国学经典熏陶,提高文化水平和道德素质,增强民族自信心和自豪感,为打造“书香校园”奠定基础。

(1)、参赛对象:学前班、一至六年级学生以班为单位参加诵读比赛。鼓励教师与学生同台诵读。
(2)、诵读内容:国学经典篇目。(如《弟子规》、《三字经》、唐诗宋词等,较长篇目可根据时间要求自行节选)
(3)、比赛形式:以集体诵读为基本形式,可以伴以对诵、小组朗诵、配乐朗诵、吟唱、舞蹈等不同形式,也可辅以其他艺术表现形式,但舞台艺术表现形式只是辅助手段,不能喧宾夺主。(每班节目表演时间3-5分钟。)
根据各班的精神面貌、诵读形式、表演特点及诵读整体效果等方面进行现场打分。去掉一个最高分,去掉一个最低分,以均分排名。分别设立:

为积极配合我县即将举行的小学生艺术节经典诵读比赛,提高我校孩子诵读经典的兴趣,展示我校孩子诵读经典的成果,特举行本次活动。
岭南镇中心小学教师、学生
诵读内容为古今中华经典诗文和富有人文特色的名人名作,体裁不限。教师可与学生同台演出。
每个节目不超过6分钟,参加人数不超过30人;参赛节目可以配乐,服装、队形等根据各级部实际选择、编排,尽量突出各级部特色。

1、参赛对象:三至五年级学生以校为单位参加诵读比赛。鼓励教师与学生同台诵读。
2、诵读内容:选自《中华诵·国学经典诵读》教材或经典古诗文(包括《三字经》《弟子规》《晨读对韵》《增广贤文》《千字文》《论语》等)。
3、比赛形式:以集体诵读为基本形式,可以伴以对诵、小组朗诵、配乐朗诵、吟唱、舞蹈等不同形式,配乐表演与所朗诵篇章意境吻合,节奏和谐。但要注意,参赛形式以诵读为主,舞台艺术表现形式只是辅助手段,不能喧宾夺主。每个节目的时间请控制在6分钟内,超时者取消参赛资格。

1—6年级全体学生
12月底,1月初举行,具体时间另行通知
1、参赛方式以全班学生整体诵读为主,可以穿插单人、双人或群体吟诵,参赛选手应力求展现诵读水平,同时鼓励穿插舞蹈、吟唱、字画等艺术表演情势,以进一步提升诗文朗诵的艺术表现力、感染力。比赛中有关配乐、服饰、道具等器材由各班自备。
2、每个班级的节目时间控制在2—5分钟以内。
3、以抽签确定参赛顺序。
1、初赛阶段:以各班为单位组织初赛,推荐优秀节目参加全校决赛(每班推荐一至二个节目);学校将组成诵读检查小组对各班级的前三个月的诵读情况进行检查。每个班级在汇报前三个月的成果时诵读形式以集体诵读为主,穿插个人诵、小组诵,力求从整体上展示班级学生的诵读水平。
2、决赛阶段:各班推荐的优秀节目参加全校决赛,分一年级组、二三年级组、四五年级组、六年级组,分别评出一等奖1名,二等奖二名(六年级一名) ,最佳创意奖1名,最富感染力奖1名。

全镇1—6年级在校生
1、学生以班级为单位,每班诵读一个节目,自选题材诵读,诵读时间再3分钟以内、内容以“经典美文”为题任意选择。要求形式多样,突出个性,展示班级特色。
2、各个班级可在朗诵的形式上有所创新,可播放背景音乐,以创造良好的欣赏情境,获取良好的艺术效果。
3、朗诵要求脱稿、语音清晰准确、抑扬顿挫、情感丰富、表情达意、仪表得体大方、具有感染力。
5月上旬
评委由政务处根据实际情况进行安排。
评分方法:打分去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后的平均分为该班级得分。
1、采用10分制。
2、所选的诗词适合儿童年龄特点,思想健康向上,语言流畅,吐字清晰,音量适中,语速得当,普通话声、韵、调准确。(6分)
3、服装整齐、大方得体、与作品和谐、造型特别(2分)
4、有艺术处理,符合作品意境,配乐融洽、感情充沛,感染力强,舞台效果好。(2分)
根据比赛节目情况,本次活动分别设一、二等奖若干名。获得一等奖作品的指导教师给予优秀指导教师奖。
选拔出1个节目参加教体局组织的决赛
1、各班级应按要求认真组织,辅导学生进行比赛。
2、比赛时,凡需要播放背景音乐的请准备好。

为了通过组织学生经典诵读比赛的方式,弘扬祖国优秀的传统文化,让他们在诵读过程中获得古诗文经典的基本熏陶和修养,接受中国传统美德潜移默化的影响和教育,提高学生阅读古诗文经典的兴趣,增强广大学生文化和道德素质。
1、集体赛
时间:20xx年6月16日下午2:40—4:10
地点:各班教室
2、个人赛
时间:20xx年6月17日下午2:40—5:10
地点:二部多功能教室
分为集体赛和个人赛(具体细则见附页)。
1、集体赛以自选、抽背(参赛班级先自选自己最拿手的背诵,然后再进行随机抽取内容的背诵)为主要形式,同时鼓励穿插舞蹈、吟唱、书画等艺术表演形式,以进一步提升诗文诵读的艺术表现力、感染力。
2、个人赛为“诵读小状元”评比赛,以参赛选手抽题作答的形式进行。
1、各年级按参赛班级数的50%评集体一、二、三等奖数名,颁发奖状。
2、各年级按参赛人数的50%评出“出诵读小状元”若干名,颁发奖状。
3、各年级获集体奖的班级语文教师,将获得指导教师奖励,颁发奖状。
