1.认真学习领会《教师法》、《教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等的精神实质,关爱学生,遵纪守法,为人师表,树立良好的教师形象。

2.在教育教学活动中,不得歧视、侮辱、体罚或变相体罚学生,不能训斥、羞辱学生家长,不能向学生家长索要或变相索要财物或交办私事。

3.严格执行收费制度,不得乱办班、乱收费、乱补课,不准在家庭招收任何形式的补习生、特长生。

4.不准向学生推销书籍、教辅资料、音像制品或其它物品。

5.严肃考纪考风,端正教风学风,不得弄虚作假、徇私舞弊。

6.教学上要认真备课、辅导、批阅作业,力求创新;积极参加新课改,深入开展教研活动,不能敷衍塞责;不准擅自调课、停课和缺课。

7.认真学习有关法律法规和方针政策,不断提高职业道德修养、法律意识、工作能力和业务水平,杜绝有损教师形象的行为。

8.严肃纪律,酒后不准上课,上课时不准抽烟或使用移动通讯工具;不准搞封建迷信活动和传播低级庸俗的思想文化;要养成良好的职业行为习惯,做一个合格的、人民满意的教师。

9.不准参与赌博、变相赌博等不健康活动。

10.自觉接受学生、家长和社会各界对师德师风情况的监督和评议。

11.严禁教职工把异性学生带入寝室或其它偏僻地方,或单独滞留办公室、教室及其它场所。

12.教师上班时间应着装整洁、严谨。男教师不得穿背心、短裤、拖鞋进入教室;女教师不得穿吊带裙、超短裙、怪型鞋、浓装艳抹以及其它奇装异服进入教室。

13.教职工对学生负有保护责任,通过多种方式加强对学生的政治思想、法制教育,教育学生提高自我保护意识,抵御不法侵害,依法维护自身合法权益。

14.学校将把师德师风建设作为教师年度目标管理考核的重要内容,严格按无为县教育局《关于规范教师从教行为的若干规定》(试行)对教师进行师德师风考核,同时还要与教师晋职、晋级、工资奖金挂钩,努力把师德师风建设各项措施落到实处。

15.建立师德师风责任追究制。对违反师德师风建设有关规定和本责任书规定的,当学期不得评先评优。对相关责任人根据情节按有关规定分别给予警告、记过处分,情节严重或触犯刑法的,立即移交纪检、司法部门处理,决不包庇、不瞒报。

1、认真学习领会《教育法》、《教师法》、《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等有关法律法规,做到学法,知法、懂法、守法、增强法制观念,提高法制意识。

2、要认真学习贯彻落实关于“厉行勤俭节约、反对铺张浪费”的重要批示精神。自觉从工作、生活中开源节流、厉行节约。

3、教师要模范遵守社会公德。衣着整洁得体,语言规范健康,举止文明礼貌,关心集体,尊重同事,尊重家长。作风正派,廉洁奉公。弘扬正气,树立良好的师德形象,自觉抵制不正之风,切实地把师德师风建设的各项规定内化为教师的自觉行动,以高尚的人格和良好的学识学风影响和带动学生的发展。

4、教师要勤奋学习,锐意进取。刻苦专研业务,不断学习新知识,探索教育规律,改进教育方法。完成规定的继续教育任务,使自身各方面在原有基础上不断得到提升。

5、教师要热爱教育,热爱学校,热爱学生。积极开展中小学生文明礼仪教育。严禁教师对教育教学工作敷衍塞责,严禁歧视、侮辱、体罚或变相体罚学生,严禁用粗鲁言行对待家长。

6、教师要做到谦虚谨慎,尊重同志,相互学习,相互帮助,关心他人,维护其他教师在学生中的威信。关心集体,维护学校荣誉,不做有损教育形象的事。

7、教师要坚持高标准,严要求,弘扬正气。表达诉求要合法,严禁教师发表违背国家法律和对学生有不良影响的言论和网帖。不得以任何理由索要和收受学生或家长的礼品礼金,不准向学生推销书籍、教辅资料、音像制品和其他商品;严禁教师对学生有偿家教、有偿补课、举办或参与社会举办的各类收费培训和补习班,不为招生学校进行有偿宣传、有偿推荐毕业生就读。

8、严格遵守计划生育基本国策,有计划的在学校学生中对符合受教育者的学生开展生理卫生教育、青春期教育或者性健康教育,受教育面达到100%。

9、学校将把师德师风建设作为教师年度目标管理考核的重要内容,严格按《教师职业道德考核测评标准》对教师进行师德师风考核,同时还要与教师晋职、晋级、绩效工资挂钩,实行一票否决制,努力把师德师风各项措施落到实处。

10、建立师德师风责任追究制。对违反师德师风建设有关规定和本责任书规定的,当年考核为不合格,在教职工聘任中不予聘用;是领导干部的予以免职,对相关责任人根据情节按有关规定分别给予处分,触犯刑律的移交司法机关依法处理。

为了切实加强师德师风建设,不断提高师德修养,营造优良师德师风氛围,树立教师的新形象,增强教书育人的责任感,争创人民满意的教育,让每个学生享受到优质的教育,根据椒教工[20xx]5号文件精神,特制定如下师德师风责任书:

一、热爱祖国,热爱中国共产党,拥护党的路线、方针、政策,坚持四项基本原则,忠诚人民的教育事业,热爱本职工作,尽职尽力为办好人民满意教育作贡献。

二、认真学习《教育法》、《教师法》、《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等有关法律法规,做到学法、知法、懂法、守法,切实提高自身的法制意识,依法施教,依法管理。

三、全面贯彻党的教育方针,爱护学生,全面关心学生思想品德、学习、生活、健康。尊重每个学生的人格,坚持正面教育,严禁体罚与变相体罚学生,或讥讽、歧视、侮辱学生。不搞第二职业,杜绝有偿补课。

四、关心学校,处处维护学校集体荣誉,事事为学校着想,爱护公物,关心学校一草一木。认真工作,勇于承担重任,乐于做平凡小事,努力完成本职工作。不准在工作时间内从事与教育教学无关的活动,不准无故迟到、早退、缺课、擅自调课或请人代课,上课不接、打电话。

五、加强自身修养,说话和气,以礼待人,尊重别人,热情接待来访,言行举止文明,衣着整洁大方。在思想境界、文化修养、道德情操方面言传身教,为人师表,凡要求学生做到的,自己首先做好,事事处处做学生表率。

六、勤奋学习,锐意进取。努力学习政治,学习业务,学习文化,提高自身政治理论水平、业务素质和综合能力,完成规定的继续教育任务,使自身各方面在原有基础上不断得到提升。

六、严格遵守国家政策法令,遵守社会公共秩序,遵守学校各项规章制度,服从集体,服从全局。不准参加有损国家和人民利益的活动;不准违规闹事、上访;不准参与迷信、赌博等不健康文明活动;不准向学生推销、代购教辅用书资料和其他商品;不准收取学生及学生家长赠送的钱、物。

为了全面贯彻教育局关于开展行风建设活动、结合机关建设年活动的具体要求,进一步规范教师行为、规范师德行为、提高师德水平和业务能力,充分展示我校教师的时代风貌,促进学校教育教学事业的健康发展,结合我校实际制订师德师风责任书。

一、责任对象

学校所有领导、教师、员工。

二、责任内容

(一)职业道德

(1)树立终生学习理念,不断学习相关法律法规、职业道德和业务知识,积极参加行风、师德师风、“机关作风建设年”活动;(2)忠诚党的教育事业,矢志不渝,坚持全身心投入教学工作,反对拜金主义和利己主义。(3)爱护尊重学生,诲人不倦,关爱每一位学生,尊重学生人格,反对家长作风,严禁体罚和变相体罚学生。

(二)劳动纪律

(1)、遵守劳动纪律,不迟到早退。

(2)上班期间不闲谈。

(3)严禁上网聊天玩游戏。

(4)请假要履行请假手续,上班要准时签到。

(三)教风建设

(1)上课要按时进教室。

(2)严禁坐着上课。

(3)严禁在上课时间使用通讯工具。

(4)提高课堂效率和课堂教学艺术。

(四)师德师风

(1)严格依法治教,廉洁从教,反对以生谋私。

(2)严禁参与“黄、赌、毒”和封建迷信活动。

(3)严禁滥发或代购复习资料。

(4)勇于开拓创新,好学上进,反对因循守旧,不学无术。

(5)顾全工作大局,服从工作需要,听从组织安排。

(6)反对极端个人主义、工作上讨价还价、待遇上斤斤计较。

(7)严以律己,举止文明,为人师表,接待家长要有礼貌。

(8)反对奇装异服,举止粗俗,出言不逊,不接受家长的吃请。

(9)居安思危,警钟长鸣,尽职尽责,抓好学生安全工作,避免意外伤亡事故,反对麻痹大意,心存侥幸。

(10)教师不得搞第二职业、有偿家教,严禁乱办班、乱补课。

(五)会风建设

(1)开会要准时参加,不迟到。

(2)在开会期间不走动、不抽烟。

(3)会议期间要关闭所有通讯工具。

三、责任考核

1、学校建立师德师风、“机关作风建设年”领导小组,由校长任领导小组组长,全面负责学校师德师风、“机关作风建设年”建设工作,分管领导任副组长,负责对教师的监督、检查。

2、师德师风、“机关作风建设年”领导小组经常组织教师学习有关法律法规和师德规范,积极组织开展师德师风、“机关作风建设年”建设有关活动,把师德师风、“机关作风建设年”工作落到实处。

3、师德师风、“机关作风建设年”领导小组要在学校网站上设立师德师风、“机关作风建设年”监督信箱收集信息,更好地开展师德师风、“机关作风建设年”建设工作。

4、学校要成立督查组对师德师风、“机关作风建设年”活动进行指导、检查、总结

5、学校督查组要对师德师风进行检查,重点检查教师的劳动纪律、有偿补课、乱定复习资料等问题。

6、政教处要对学校教师在接待家长的态度、安全工作的履行、值周工作的到位、体罚和变相体罚学生等问题进行检查和考核。

7、教务处要对教师在教学过程中的情况、课外有偿补课进行检查和考核。

8、工会要对教师工作之余的娱乐活动进行指导和检查,严禁教师在工作之余参与“黄、赌、毒”

四、责任追究

以上各条要求教职员工要严格执行,学校将组织督查组不定时的进行检查,对于在师德师风、“机关建设年”活动中违纪违规的人和事,一经查实,将视情节轻重,追究当事人的责任,情节严重的人和事要上报教育局。

五、附则

签订本责任书的责任人如有工作变动,继任者承担本责任书的责任。

9、不准参与赌博、变相赌博等不健康活动。

10、恪守职业道德,对自身师德师风负直接责任,对其他人的师德师风负有监督、举报的责任。

11、坚决杜绝教职工性犯罪伤害学生的违法案件的发生。对道德败坏、猥亵奸污学生的违法犯罪分子依法严惩不贷。

12、自觉接受学生、家长和社会各界对师德师风情况的监督和评议。

13、对违反教师职业道德的人和事要及时向学校报告, 得瞒报和擅自处理。

14、严禁教职工私自租房让学生住宿或让学生在校外私自租房住宿。

15、严禁教职工把异性学生带入寝室或其它偏僻地方,或单独滞留办公室、教室及其它场所。

16、教师上班时间应着装整洁、严谨。男教师不得穿背心、短裤进入教室;女教师不得穿吊带裙、超短裙、怪型鞋、浓装艳抹以及其它奇装异服进入教室。

17、教职工对学生负有保护责任,通过多种方式加强对学生的政治思想、法制教育,教育学生提高自我保护意识,抵御不法侵害,依法维护自身合法权益。

18、学校将把师德师风建设作为教师年度目标管理考核的重要内容,加强对教师进行师德师风考核,同时还要与教师晋职、晋级、工资奖金挂钩,实行一票否决制,努力把师德师风各项措施落到实处。

19、建立师德师风责任追究制。对违反师德师风建设有关规定和本责任书规定的,当年考核为不合格,在教职工聘任中不予聘用;是领导干部的予以免职,对相关责任人根据情节按有关规定分别给予警告、记过、记大过、降级、取消教师资格、开除教师队伍的处分,触犯刑律的移交司法机关依法处理。

为扎实开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,进一步深入落实:“为民、务实、清廉” “主题要求,加强师德师风建设,树立全县教师队伍形象,明确各单位在师德师风建设责任,特制订本责任书。

一、 责任内容

1、领导带头,督促教师认真学习领会《教师法》、《教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等的精神实质,关爱学生,遵纪守法,为人师表,树立良好的教师形象。

1、监督教师在教育教学活动中,不得歧视、侮辱、体罚或变相体罚学生,不能训斥、羞辱学生家长,不能向学生家长索要或变相索要财物或交办私事。

2、严格执行收费制度,严禁教师乱办班、乱收费、乱补课,严禁教师从事任何形式的有偿家教。

3、严禁教师向学生推销书籍、教辅资料、音像制品或其它物品。

4、严肃考纪考风,端正教风学风,不得弄虚作假、徇私舞弊。

5、加强对教师备课、上课、作业批改等教学常规的巡查力度,积极组织推进新课改,深入开展教研活动,不能敷衍塞责。

6、严肃纪律,严禁工作日饮酒,严禁教师上课时抽烟或使用移动通讯工具;严禁抽搞封建迷信活动和传播低级庸俗的思想文化;要养成良好的职业行为习惯,督促教师做一个合格的、人民满意的教师。

7、不准参与赌博、变相赌博等不健康活动。

8、自觉接受教师、学生、家长和社会各界对师德师风情况的监督和评议。

9、严禁教职工把异性学生带入寝室或其它偏僻地方,或单独滞留办公室、教室及其它场所。

10、 监督教师上班时间着装整洁、严谨。男教师不得穿背心、短裤、拖鞋进入学校;女教师不得穿吊带裙、超短裙、高跟鞋、浓妆艳抹以及其它奇装异服进入学校。

11、 通过多种多种方式加强对学生的政治思想、法制教育,教育学生提高自我保护意识,抵御不法侵害,依法维护自身合法权益。

12、 各单位把师德师风建设作为教

师年度目标管理考核的重要内容,严格按曹县教育局《关于师德师风建设方案》对教师进行师德师风考核,同时还要与教师晋职、晋级、工资奖金挂钩,努力把师德师风建设各项措施落到实处。

二、责任追究

14、建立师德师风责任追究制。对违反师德师风建设有关规定和本责任书规定的,当学期不得评先评优。对相关责任人根据情节按有关规定分别给予警告、记过处分,情节严重或触犯刑法的,立即移交纪检、司法部门处理,决不包庇、不瞒报。

责任书一式二份,教委和学校(幼儿园)各存一份。
