从开学伊始,本人即深入学生当中,了解学生学习历史的现状和想法,以便于以后的历史教学工作能够有的放矢。在此基础上,在与学生的交流与交往中,以极大的爱心和平等的心态去关心、爱护每一个学生,在给学生树立良好的道德旗帜的同时,让学生在心理上增加对历史学习的兴趣,引导学生学好高中历史的第一步。

为了努力提高教育教学质量,本人几乎是全身心地投入到教育教学中去,认真学习,深入研究教材、教法,虚心向有经验的教师请教和学习,积累更多宝贵的教育教学经验认真研究学生的学情。在备课环节当中,努力做到“既要备教法,又要备学生”,二者同时进行。经过充分的备课,调动学生学习的积极主动性,同时注意自己的对历史课堂的驾驭和控制、引导能力,并结合新课程改革和云安20xx年高考新方案的要求,努力让学生成为历史课堂的“主角”,教师则成为课堂的“导演”,从而对传统的历史教学模式进行探索、推陈出新。

帮助学生理清历史知识线索的基础上,把历史教材上现成的知识让学生去看、去把握。引导学生创造与当堂课所学历史知识相关的历史情境,让学生在欢乐中和体验中,加深对本课所学知识的理解和掌握。当然要尽量避免以往的“满堂灌”“填鸭式”历史教学,而且适当的增加相关知识的练习量,以巩固学生对所学知识的把握。

课后注意对学生所做的练习进行仔细、及时的批改与讲评,对发现的问题及时地进行纠正。而教师自己则另外需要及时的对本节课的课堂教学进行反思与自我评价,在反思中实现对教育教学经验的总结,并进而提高自身的教育教学水平,实现提高自身教学素质的目标。

经过本人和全体同学的共同努力,在学校组织的期中考试中均取得较好的成绩;当然,本学期还有一项最大的挑战--期末考试。为此,本人和全体学生将继续共同努力,加强复习引考工作,并有针对性进行个别辅导,指导学生在最后阶段的全力冲刺,争取再创辉煌。

本人深知“学习无止境”,教学工作也是如此。所以,在今后的历史教学中,本人将继续努力,提高自身教育教学素质和教学水平,更多的积累先进的教育教学理念,以更好的适应未来的挑战。作为一名教师,更应该努力学习,加强自身的素养。因为只有这样,才能以身作则,树立榜样。这是我近一学期来的最大感受。

今学期我担任历史教学。由于教学经验尚浅。所以,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情景总结。"教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。所以,了解和分析学生情景,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易理解。

一方面,由于我校地处边疆贫困民族地区,学生的学习基础相对较弱,刚到一个新的学习环境,同学们还不能适应。另一方面,有的同学比较活跃,上课气氛进取,但中等生、差生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。所以,讲得太深,没有照顾到整体,我备课时也没有注意到这点,所以教学效果不如梦想。从此能够看出,了解及分析学生实际情景,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和进取性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性,所以,每一天我都花费很多的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和教师都获益不浅。例如我在讲授《丝绸之路》的时候,这课的主题是“丝绸之路”,教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授,学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课,我认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动,不沉闷,我还为此准备了很多的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲完课的时候,我拿出准备好的录象带,让学生观摩学习,学生异常用功,教学效果十分梦想。相反,我没有认真备课的时候,课堂气氛沉闷,教学效果不好,与此相比可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。备课充分,能调动学生的进取性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的本事,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。所以上课必须要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,教师每一天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自我的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果"。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决当中困难。

历史这一门学科,对学生而言,既熟悉又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好历史,就要让学生喜爱历史,让他们对历史产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是尽量多讲一些历史人物故事,让他们更了解历史,更喜欢学习历史。

因为历史的特殊情景,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。

四、认真改作业:布置作业做到精读精练有针对性,有层次性为了做到这点,我常常到各大书店去搜集资料,对各种辅助资料进行筛选,力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果同时对学生的作业批改及时认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透切的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。"五、做好课后辅导工作,注意分层教学在课后,为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,避免了一刀切的弊端,同时加大了后进生的辅导力度对后进生的辅导,并不限于学习知识性的辅导,更重要的是学习思想的辅导,要提高后进生的成绩,首先要解决他们心结,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心,让他们意识到学习并不是一项任务,也不是一件痛苦的事情,而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学习中去这样,后进生的转化,就由原来的简单粗暴强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来,使学习成为他们自我意识力度。在此基础上,再教给他们学习的方法,提高他们的技能并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层,这些都是后进生转化过程中的拌脚石,在做好后进的转化工作时,要特别注意给他们补课,把他们以前学习的知识断层补充完整,这样,他们就会学得轻松,进步也快,兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。"六、积极推进素质教育。目前的考试模式仍然比较传统,这决定了教师的教学模式要留在应式教育的层次上,为此,我在教学工作中注意了学生能力的培养,把传受知识技能和发展智力能力结合起来,在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素,发挥学生的创新意识和创新能力,让学生的各种素质都得到有效的发展和培养。"存在的不足是,学生的知识结构还程很完整,有些知识系统还存在很多真空的部分,这些都有待以后改进。

作为一名历史老师,在教学实践中,注重从本学科思想性政治性很强的特点出发,注重从高中学生更热衷与从历史与现实的联系去探讨问题的特点出发,充分发挥历史学科在爱国主义教育中的重要作用。如组织学生观看《南京大屠杀》,《日本731》《东京大审判》《重庆大轰炸》《周恩来外交风云》等影片,真正让学生了解了中国近代屈辱的历史。此外,在本学年,我积极参加了学校组织的政治活动和旁听了许多讲座,也认真学习了党的方针政策,并结合学科特点,积极推进了素质教育,团结同事,钻研业务,按时完成了教学任务。

“德”,道家认为是各种事物所得之自然为“德”,对人而言,便是品德,道德,品行;尤指好的品行。在高中的德育工作方面,让学生养成良好的品行是非常重要且必要的。作为刚进入第一战线不久的我们,在德育工作方面可以说是从零开始。在高一年级的两个班中,狠抓学风成了德育工作的中心任务。就拿学生学习来说,学生在上课的时候,都比较认真,大部分学生能专心听讲,可后也能认真完成作业,但有为数不少的学生,自从进入高中后,由于环境的改变和外界的诱惑,在学习上总表现得不那么投入,学习上存在着一股懒散的风气。因为懒散,作业怕上交而抄袭,甚至于有的学生也不抄了,而直接把习题的答案撕下来后贴在题的空白处,这样就严重影响其成绩的提高。对此,我狠抓了学风,在班级里提倡了一种认真,求实的学风,也善意地批评了抄作业的行为。此外,为了提高学生学习的积极性,开展了一些有利于学习的竞赛活动。在班级中就形成了你追我赶的学习风气。

对后进生工作方面。解决了他们的新结,让其意识到学习的重要性与必要性,使之对学习萌发了兴趣。如:用历史故事借古喻今,提高其学习的'积极性;一些学生基础太差,抱着破罐子破摔的态度,或过分自卑,天天埋怨等,我于是帮助他们找到了一种适合自己的学习方法,分析原因,让其明了“失败是成功之母,压力催生动力”,并告之“只要功夫深,铁杵磨成针”的道理,让其懂得读,思,问,练是取得好成绩最便捷的形式。

德育工作不足:面对个性超强的女生,在处理其违纪方面没有一个全面,周到的方法。这是以后努力学习的地方。

本学期担任了高一(14)(15)两个平行班的的教学工作。针对扩招带来的学生基础较差的特点,着重从扎扎实实的基础知识入手,并通过对具体史实的讲解逐步提高学生运用历史唯物主义,辩证唯物主义分析历史事件,评价历史人物的能力,帮助学生完成从初中的“是什么”到高中探讨“为什么”的转变。综合这学年来,在历史方面有如下一些感想:

历史是一门综合性很强的学科,它是集文学,史学,地理学等于一体的。历史不仅让我们了解过去所发生的事情,而且还让我们知道了如何认识过去,探索过去的方法和步骤。历史是过去的东西,但它更能用于借古喻今。唐太宗曾说过:“以古为镜,可以知兴替;以史为鉴,可以知荣辱。”历史上的东西是有用,有趣的。学习历史,思索历史,它能引导我们 透过纷繁复杂的历史现象去思考其背后的联系和实质。这就是学习历史的最重要的方法。
