in 1999 i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments too. in the second semester i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.

我叫××，今年43岁，石镇老屋湾村人，本科学历，1988年参加教育工作，是市骨干教师、中学高级教师、现任中学副校长、黄冈市政治教育学会会员、湖北省德育学会会员。

我先后在张嘴中学、石镇中学、孔坊中学工作，担任过语文教师、政治教师、班主任、文科教研组长、年级组长、教务员、政教员、教务处副主任、教导处主任、副校长。

在20xx年的教育生涯中，20xx年在毕业年级任教、20xx年从事学校教育教学管理工作，积累了较为丰富的教学与管理经验。在课堂教学中坚持以学生为主体、以教师为主导、以情商为导航、优化教学过程，形成了以情商培育为主线智商培育为主旨的思想政治课课堂教学模式，让学生学得轻松考得满意，深受欢迎。积极参加教研教改，发挥骨干教师的传帮带作用，四优评选中多次获奖，有15篇教研论文和教育叙事在报刊发表，其中《自有源头活水来》、《激发学生兴趣激活课堂教学》在教育部主管的中学政治教学参考上发表。在学校管理中坚持制度管人、真诚待人、襟怀坦荡，到位不越位、尽责不越权，为校长当好了参谋和助手，为学校的发展尽职尽责。

如果能来和大家一起工作，如何让雷店中学在现有的高度实现可持续发展?下面就结合教育局年初教育干部大会的主要精神，我谈一谈我个人肤浅的认识。

以科学发展观为指导，全面贯彻党的教育方针和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》，大力推进素质教育，全面提高教育质量和品位，紧紧依靠全体教师，办人民满意教育。围绕“办优质型、教育办创新型教育、办特色型教育”的办学理念，按照“规范、务实、创新、提高”的要求，把雷店中学办成教育质量高、办学特色鲜明、教师素质高、教师待遇好的农村优质学校。

一、以人为本科学管理，着力推进优化管理工程

1、锐意改革，强化管理，是提高办学效益和教育质量的关键。

管理必须服从和服务于教学中心工作。以教学管理为例，我们要坚持轻负担、高质量，认真实施素质教育，面向全体学生，全面提高质量，在实际工作中就要严格做到：不增加课时，不多布置作业，不提前上课、不拖堂、不补课。通过严格执行教学计划，克服无序竞争，才能真正保证素质教育的实施。

强化管理，首先要强化对干部的管理。干部要做到“团结、求实、高效、廉洁”的领导作风，要像魏书生说的那样“多抢挑重担，少推卸责任，多改变自我，少埋怨环境，多干活，少得利，勤服务，无亲疏”，从而带领群众完成学校各项教育教学任务。

强化管理，需要社会和家长的认同和配合，我们要建立从班级到年级到全校的家长委员会，扩大德育的空间和时间，增强学校、家庭和社会三位一体的德育合力，形成一支编外的德育教师队伍。

2、以人为本，确立师生主体地位，是充分调动和发挥师生主观能动性和积极性的重要保证。

我们学校所取得的成绩，都离不开广大教师的主观能动性和工作积极性。学校的主人是教师和学生。“以人为本”应是学校始终坚持的办学方针，就是以学生为本、以教师为本。

学校领导对教师应该坚持多表扬、多关心、多接近，使教师感受到自己是被他人尊重的;学校领导办事公道，不论评奖晋升，表扬或批评都要尽量公平合理。学校领导还必须以身作则，具有牺牲精神。特别是在目前教师待遇还不很高的情况下，学校领导更要注意将享受让给群众，担子拣重的挑。这样，才能引导和带领全体教职工为完成学校的总目标而努力工作。

为了稳定教师队伍，必须在感情留人、待遇留人的同时，要强调事业留人。唯有对事业的忠诚和不懈追求才是维系和激发人的积极性的永恒动力。用事业留人，用教师身旁的先进典型激励人，这是最有说服力的活生生的思想政治工作。坚持开展校内的“述职”、“评优”等活动，从党内到党外，从干部到群众，比思想，比干劲，比作风，比业绩，通过榜样的示范，不断给学校注入新的活力。

以人为本，必须确立学生的主体地位。对学生，我们提出“自律、自修、自理”，强调自我约束、自觉学习、自我管理，培养学生具有良好的学习习惯和学习方法，使之成为能进行自主学习，具有主体意识、积极创新、自强不息、追求卓越的创造型人才。重视并加强学校团委、学生会的领导，一贯重视并强调学生的自我教育和自我管理，凡是学生能够操作的尽量放手，让学生生去做。

3、以人为本，充分重视和体现每位教职工的人生价值，是实现办学目标的重要条件。

实现自己的人生价值，是教师的合理追求，也是以人为本思想的重要体现。全面实施素质教育必须建立对教师及其劳动的科学评估标准。我们结合新的形式进一步完善各种评比激励机制如：《教师考核办法》、《学生评教方案》、《名师工程》和《青年教师培养工程》以及《最佳教职工评选方案》等。从某种意义上来讲，这也是检验教师实现人生价值的客观标准。还应该鼓励青年教师“冒尖”，对脱颖而出者给予表彰奖励，并及时推荐优秀青年教师走上领导岗位，在职称评定、评优等方面按政策规定给予倾斜。

为了培养正确的人生观和价值观，作为学校管理者，应根据具体问题积极进行有意识地疏导和“灌输”，对当前社会和学校的一些热点问题进行宣传介绍，分析说理，开阔了教职工的视野，提高了思想水平。

4、以人为本，发扬民主，推进各项改革，实现民主治校。

随着以人为本和依法治校思想的深入，要形成以尊重人、关心人、激励人为出发点，充分激发个人的工作热情，发挥个人特长，团结协作，群策群力，促进学校工作全面发展的良好局面。

还权于教师，事关学校改革与发展以及教师们普遍关心的重大事项，将由校委会形成方案交全体教师讨论并公决，把民主落到实处。

同时，我们积极发扬民主，强化以教师为主体的教职工代表大会的工作职能，以公平、公正、公开为原则，实行民主办校，切实保障教职工参与民主管理。每学期都要召开教代会，认真实行校务公开，充分相信群众，尊重群众的民主权力，扩大教代会介入学校管理的过程和范围;建立学校工作情况的定期通报和工作计划的预报制度，保障教职工对学校重大事务的知情权和监督权，使每个人都能关心学校的工作。

二、树立正确的教师观、学生观，全面推进质量建设工程。

我们应该怎样做教师?教师应该怎样对待学生?我将两个问题结合起来思考，应该构成办高质量高品位教育的关键。我觉得应该遵循“尊重、关爱、引领、成全”八个字的基本理念。

1、教师应该真诚尊重每一个学生

所谓尊重，就是正视和接受学生的现实状态。现代社会已经进入一个资讯极其发达的时代。旧时代的人，其知识来源、对社会的认知，基本源头来自于父母、师长，因此，很容易和父母、师长拥有共同的认知。现在孩子们获取的知识与资讯，几乎有九成都是从电视、报纸、杂志和网络上来的，当父母亲们都忙于柴米油盐而在社会上努力打拼时，对子女的教养及知识的灌输已经显得无能为力。尽管我们都活在同一个时代，但所获得的资讯，已经出现一道道"代沟"，由孩子们的眼光来看我们，应该是我们out啦!

所以，教育者一定要尊重学生。尊重每一个学生的个性，尊重学生不同的生活方式、学习方式、审美情趣和价值取向，尊重学生成长的过程和规律。

2、教师应该真心关爱每一个学生

所谓关爱，就是理解学生情绪、感受，把握学生的心理发展走向。

开学一个月了，你教的是一个新生班。这时候，你是否能叫出每个学生的名字?批改期中考试卷的时候，你能否从一段作文、一个文字题的解答判断出这份试卷是谁的?在你布置作业的时候，你知道某个题目哪些学生会答得很漂亮;而另几名同学会遇到一些困难吗?

教育是一门交流的艺术。只有充满尊重和关爱学生，才会与学生有效沟通，并顺利实现教育的目标。

3、教师要学会引领学生健康成长

所谓引领，就是指出学生可能达到的发展高度，点燃其发展的内在动力，培养其自我认知和自我控制的能力。

一根柔软的面条，你可以在前面拖动，却很难从后面推进。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯错误，在孩子漫长的成长过程中，成功和失败都是教育和引导的契机。所以，我们要做学生的引领者，用语言和用行动告诉孩子：学会思考和判断，学会对自己的行为负责，学会在错误中吸取教训。这就是我所说的"引领"。

4、教师要乐于并且致力于成就学生

所谓成全，就是尽一切努力，帮助孩子实现自我发展，实现成功与卓越。

我们学校办了一期优秀教师介绍专刊，有两位"优秀骨干教师"的照片被学生抠掉了眼睛。我们看好的老师，学生并不买账，甚至反感到"刻骨铭心"。

这件事对我的触动很深。教师应该做成就学生的伯乐，而不是管教和制服学生的警察。学生不是一个需要管教的对象，教师的责任，首先不是"监督"而是"发现";高明的教师要接纳学生的差异，视每一个学生为独特的、有价值的个体;发掘每个学生的长处，同时也包容他的短处，通过扬长避短，培养孩子的自信，最终帮助他们获得成功。

三、加强校风建设和安全教育，全力推进安全稳定工程。

校风，是由领导作风、教师教风和学生学风构成。它是学校精神文明建设的重要标志在领导作风方面，我要努力钻研业务，亲临教学第一线，带头搞好教育教学工作，按教育规律办事;关心教职工生活，多为教职工办实事，努力做好教职工的后勤保障。

在教师教风方面，要求对学生全面负责，教书育人，钻研业务，互相听课、互相学习，扬长避短，形成不断改革教法的风气，以适应新课标的发展。

在学生学风方面，要求学生认真、踏实、勤奋、刻苦地学习，注重学生日常行为规范养成教育，通过积极开展各种达标创优评比活动，在学校中形成竞赛风气，把学校建设成一个良好的育人环境，有力的促进“三风”建设。

建立安全隐患排查制度，经常对师生进行安全教育，最大限度保障全体师生员工的生命安全和财产安全。

四、改善环境，广辟渠道，切实加强学校经济建设，为学校持续发展提供支撑保障。雷店中学是雷店镇的第一张名片，经济环境有较大改善空间，同时还要做到以下几点：一是增收节支，切实维护好校办产业;二是继续改善教师办公条件和师生的生活条件，提高教师培训费用预算，并加强健康教师的建设步伐。三是争取筹建中考奖励基金，重奖中考有功之臣。四是着力提高教师经济待遇，缩小与城区同类学校的差距。

各位领导、同志们，如果我有机会与雷店中学的同志们共事，我有信心、更有决心做好学校各项工作，愿与各位同事一道风雨同舟，携手共进，共同创造雷店中学更加辉煌的明天。我相信在局领导的关怀和支持下，有雷中人的同心协力，把雷店中学办成一所学生向往、家长放心、教师安心的具有示范性的山区特色学校的愿望一定能实现!雷店中学的明天一定会更美好!
