现在的家长和老师都很重视孩子的智力培养,对孩子在情绪情感方面关注得不够。在日常生活中我常常发现孩子在活动中有时候出现情绪不稳定,不能够作及时的自我调节。幼儿园的生活相对于幼儿来说,还是很轻松和愉快的,压力不是很大,而小学的生活和幼儿园的生活存在着很大的区别,从作息时间和作业量上幼儿可能不能一时适应。因此,我设计了情感教育活动“看得见的情绪”,让幼儿学会控制自己的情绪,学会初步的调节情绪的方法。

1、知道每个人都有情绪,并能辨认几种基本情绪。

2、能对自己的情绪作出确切的表达。

3、了解不同情绪对人身体健康的影响,初步知道调节自己的情绪。

1、六个情绪脸谱(兴奋、高兴、悲伤、愤怒、害怕、烦恼)。

2、做有六个情绪脸谱的大色子。

3、每个幼儿一个情绪温度计。

一、幼儿听两段音乐(高兴和悲伤的)。

今天老师给小朋友带来了一个好听的曲子,请小朋友仔细听,听好后告诉老师你的感觉怎么样?

听曲子“赶花会”。

提问:听后你的'感觉怎样?(高兴、快乐)

再请小朋友听一首曲子,告诉老师听的感觉怎样?

听曲子“北风吹,扎红头绳”。

提问:听后你的感觉怎样?(伤心、难过)。

教师小结:“伤心、高兴都是人的情绪,今天教师给小朋友带来了几张表情脸谱。小朋友看一看,说一说你看到的是什么情绪,并学一学。”

幼儿学完后,个别提问:说出你什么时候兴奋?什么时候高兴?……

二、游戏:玩色子。

1、请小朋友上来扔色子,色子扔到一处情绪时,这位小朋友要试着做也这种表情,并说说在怎样的情况下会有这种情绪。

2、玩色子的小朋友根据指到的情绪,做相应的表情,让其他小朋友猜猜,他扔到的是什么表情。

三、讨论如何调节不良情绪。

1、你喜欢哪一种情绪,哪些情绪你不喜欢?

2、如果你生气、害怕、难过的时候,你会怎么做呢?怎样才能让自己有个好心情?

3、教师小结。

每个人遇事都会产生不同的情绪,那是很自然的现象。但是愤怒、悲伤、痛苦等不良情绪对人的身体健康是不好的,而愉快、平静等良好的情绪是有利人的身体健康的。当我们生气难过的时候,要想想快乐的事情,或找别人谈谈自己的心情、感受,让自己保持一个好心情。我们小朋友快要离开幼儿园变成一个小学生了,在以后的学习和生活中还会遇到许多的困难,发生许多不开心的事,小朋友要想办法让自己保持一个好心情。老师希望我们大(2)班的小朋友能够天天高高兴、快快乐乐。

四、游戏:玩情绪温度计。

师:小朋友发热的时候你怎样才能知道你发烧多少度?(体温计)

我们又怎样知道今天天气多少度呢,用什么来测量?

今天老师也给小朋友带来了情绪温度计,请小朋友自己玩一玩。在10度以下是悲伤的情绪,在10-30度之间是高兴的情绪,在30-50度之间是兴奋的情绪。你玩到什么情绪,你就说一说你在什么时候是这种情绪。

小朋友自己玩,教师个别询问。

玩后提问:你最喜欢什么情绪?

五、舞蹈:娃哈哈。

活动延伸:绘画活动《有趣的表情》。

我班都是独生子女,多数幼儿由于在家备受家长溺爱的关系在日常生活中表现出依赖性强、心理脆弱、抗挫能力差,稍有不顺心或遇到困难就不开心、生气、哭泣等消极的情绪。而大班的幼儿又即将进入小学,从幼儿园到小学生活、学习环境的变化无形之中表明幼儿具备积极情绪的,学会调控自己的情绪至关重要。,因而有必要引导学生成为情绪的主人,而不做情绪的奴隶,为他们的成长及以后适应小学生活奠定良好的心理。但是虽大班幼儿已有一定的判断、思考能力,但考虑到情绪是抽象的,不易理解,我从幼儿的具体形象思维出发,以"辨别面部表情来判断情绪,从而来控制情绪为线索,设计了"健康有氧操--情绪大变脸--玩脸谱转盘--联系生活实际--放飞好心情--一起来舞蹈"这六个环节,在音乐中开始,在音乐中结束,同时在参与丰富多彩的活动中初步学会感知判断情绪,从而了解良好的情绪有助于人的身心健康,并初步教给幼儿控制情绪的方法,有意识地在学习和生活中尝试调节自己的不良情绪。

1.通过辨别几种常见的面部表情去感知、判断人的良好与不好情绪。

2.知道良好的情绪使人健康、初步学会去调整自己的不良情绪。

3.在观察、感知、辨认、判断活动中提高幼儿的观察力、情绪识别力。

(一)辨别面部表情

3.教师小结:"脸"真是一位大魔术师,时时刻刻都能发生很大的变化:一会儿笑,一会儿哭,一会儿又生气,一会儿又愤怒……真的变化无穷,我们可以通过脸上的表情他人的情绪。

(二)"变脸"游戏现在我们来玩玩变脸游戏好吗?

1.集体游戏。教师出示表情面具,幼儿做相应的表情。

2.同伴之间互相游戏:你说我来做。

(三)引导幼儿将表情面具按情绪进行分类

1.刚才我们在玩变脸的游戏中,你觉得哪些脸让你心情高兴?哪些脸让你心情不好呢?

2.引导幼儿将几个表情面具从良好情绪和不良情绪进行归类。

3.教师小结:当我们微笑、大笑时我们的心情好,高兴、快乐属于良好的情绪;而当我们生气、哭泣、愤怒、害怕时,我们的心情不好,属于不好的情绪。情绪有"喜"、"怒"、"哀"、"乐"四种类型,原来,我们可以从我们脸上的表情知道他的情绪怎样。

一、游戏导入,感受快乐情绪。

师:在刚才玩游戏的时候,你心里有什么样的感觉?

(2)师:我想请我们小朋友想一想,小熊看到妈妈喜欢弟弟而没有关注到自己,看到小兔子有了他自己特别想要的一只小狗而自己没有的时候,他的心里是什么样的感觉呢?

(3)师:你们说的都很好,小熊的心里确实都有大家说的那种感觉,我们送它一个有趣的词语来形容,这种感觉叫做嫉妒!嫉妒是什么呢?嫉妒就是别人拥有的东西自己没有,这时候心里就会非常的生气、难过、伤心,这种感觉就叫做嫉妒。

师:今天老师还带来了一样东西,我们一起来看一下,这是一张心情日记表,我们可以在表格里填上你的姓名,日期,还有你们的心情指数,在下面的大格子里可以将你开心的和不开心的心情故事画下来,这样也会让你的心情变好些。今天我们回去后就可以将今天的心情画下来制作成心情日记,好吗?

在本次活动中精心准备了四种情绪的相关课件及四种情绪的表情图片,如“高兴、生气、伤心、妒忌”等。大班的孩子感觉对四种情绪很容易把握。孩子们也难以接受太复杂的表情,只有“高兴”与“难受”比较接近他们的年龄特点和生活经验。同时,我想引导孩子正面的心理健康发展,要想想快乐的事情,我们大班的小朋友就要离开幼儿园变成一个小学生,在以后的学习和生活中还会遇到许多困难,发生许多不开心的事。我想教育孩子要想办法让自己保持一个好心情。我在游戏中设计了一个情绪表现,让孩子们猜一猜、画一画,演一演,相互传递。也是让孩子能够在游戏中感受快乐。当《表情歌》音乐响起时,我们一起动起来。我感受到孩子们此刻是快乐的,我想我此次引导他们有一个快乐心情的目的达到了。

(一)辨别面部表情

1、你们见过哪些表情的脸?(启发幼儿联系自己的生活经验,并根据幼儿的回答出示相应的表情面具)

3、 教师小结:"脸"真是一位大魔术师,时时刻刻都能发生很大的变化:一会儿笑,一会儿哭,一会儿又生气,一会儿又愤怒……真的变化无穷,我们可以通过脸上的表情他人的情绪。

(二)"变脸"游戏现在我们来玩玩变脸游戏好吗?

1、 集体游戏。教师出示表情面具,幼儿做相应的表情。

2、 同伴之间互相游戏:你说我来做。

(三)引导幼儿将表情面具按情绪进行分类

1、刚才我们在玩变脸的游戏中,你觉得哪些脸让你心情高兴?哪些脸让你心情不好呢?

2、 引导幼儿将几个表情面具从良好情绪和不良情绪进行归类。
