由于受“应试”教育的影响,多年来农村小学学生学习的空间主要停留在课本上,各种客观存在的教育资源被浪费或忽视,整个教育过程被考分左右,为题海困惑,教师视教材为全部,把学生视为承载知识的容器,强调学生对课本知识的全盘接受,最终造成学生表面上掌握的知识比较多,但综合运用知识的能力差,对教师、教材的依赖性增强,也造成了学生主体意识淡薄,创新意识欠缺,给今后的发展带来障碍。

知识经济时代的到来,对每个新世纪公民提出了全新的要求,要求人们具有创新意识,探究能力,具有较强的搜集、处理、运用信息的能力,更要学会做人,重建起新一代中国人的人生信念。我国古代劳动人民智慧的结晶——汉字、古诗等不仅能给学生提供文学滋养,而且融会其中的智慧、风骨、胸怀和操守,都将是培养新型人才的重要资源。

新时期的少年儿童,多为独生子女,他们深受父母的宠爱,生活自理能力普遍较差,我校正视现状,利用寄宿制的有利条件,利用校园文化对他们进行严格规范,科学系统的生活习惯养成教育,磨练学生意志,以期形成坚强果敢的品质。

学校是为学生而存在的,学生的兴趣与需要,个性的充分发展,是校本课程开发的重要依据。为了对我校学生的发展需要进行合理评估,我们组织设计了调查问卷,在评估过程中按照学生的年龄特征,学校分别就低、中、高三个年龄段的学生按照举手表决、选项填空、直接答卷三种方式,对学生发展需求进行了全方位的评估,结果显示,我校学生对书法、唐诗和良好习惯的养成比较感兴趣。

基于以上考虑,我们以新的课程标准、教育理念作支撑,开发书法艺术、古诗贤文和学生操行等校本课程资源,以期培养学生扎实的语言表达能力、鉴赏能力和坚定的人生信念,使他们终生受益无穷。

1、认真贯彻《基础教育改革纲要》的精神,确立现代教育观,课程观,质量观,利用课程分级管理的体制,优化学校课程结构,促进学生发展,努力创建学校的教育特色。

2、校本课程的开发,旨在通过对本校学生的需求进行科学的评估,以学校为本,以学生为本的理念,强调课程的开放性、民主性、参与性、交流性。

3、校本课程通常是由校长、教师、学生及家长代表来决策,采用实践—评估—开发的模式。

1、使学生了解、热爱我国灿烂的文化,以最便捷的方式,获得中华文化的熏陶成为富有文化底蕴的新一代建设者。

2、确定学校校本课程的名称、内容,并进行合理的安排,探索校本课程的教学方式,为全面开设校本课程积累经验。

3、彻底改变教师“应试”教育的旧观念,培养全面及可持续发展的教育理念,创造一种更适合学生需要的育人环境。

4、让学生拥有熔铸在书法、古诗、美文中的前人智慧、风骨、胸怀和情操,具有现代中国人的意识。

1、实施原则

(1)强调主体性,突出个性化。尊重学生的意愿,依据学生发展的需求,这是开设这门课程的出发点,学校开发校本课程的基本原则就是以学生为本,促进每一个学生的潜能都获得和谐的,可持续的发展。

(2)重视可行性,力求多样化。根据学校的实际情况,包括学校的办学特色、目标、师资和设施条件等,设计教学情境。除教学过程贴近学生生活实际,应引导学生将口语知识,技能运用到具体生活实践中。

(3)加强针对性,注重兴趣化。校本课程如果不能让学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中学习,不能让学生每节课都有想上的积极性,课程生存就面临危机。只有遵循学生的年龄特点,考虑学生的认知规律、兴趣爱好,校本课程才有开发价值。

2、研究与管理机制

(5)本课程纳入课时计划,原则上每周一节,学校课时计划安排为:各年级每周一至周五各有一节校本课程,一、二年级为书法入门,三、四年级为唐诗鉴赏,五、六年级为养成教育,可对课时进行弹性安排。

(6)本课程实施形式实行课内与课外、讲座与实践、交流与竞争相结合的方法,以充分发挥学生的主体性,使课程更加切合学生生活实际,提高本课程实施实效。

1、对教师的评价

(1)课教师实施本课程的工作态度、实效纳入个人业务考核档案,定期检查、督促、考核,建立相应的激励机制。

(2)对教师的教学评价要采用多元、开放的评价方式,强调教师对自己的教学工作进行分析与反思,既要重视教师业务水平的提高,也要重视教师的职业道德,既要关注是否完成教学任务,实现课程目标,又要关注是否保护和激发学生自我成长的愿望。

校本课程是基础教育课程改革的组成部分,搞好校本课程的开发是落实新课程的需要,校本课程的开发与实施,给学校的发展,给教师专业的发展,给学生个性的发展,提供了新的舞台。所以我校要依据党的教育方针、国家课程实施计划,根据学校的办学目标,充分利用学校现有的教学特色及西安丰镇丰富的资源优势,认真做好校本课程的开发与研究。

校本课程开发体现“促进学生发展为本”的教育理念,让学生通过感知、感悟和体验受到本土文化的熏陶,培养健康的审美情趣丰富自己的精神世界;强调体验性活动等社会实践,克服课程脱离社会生活的弊端,密切学生与本地经济发展和社会变化的联系,使学生了解家乡,热爱家乡,增强建设家乡的责任感;通过学生自主的探索活动,培养学生的探索能力和实践能力。

根据校本课程的意义和本镇、本校实际,制定本校校本课程的开发主要目标如下:

1)在学习过程中,培养学生热爱家乡、热爱大自然的思想感情,培养学生的社会责任感。

2)了解家乡的乡土文化,吸收乡土文化的营养,提高学生的人文素养以及环境意识。

3)能主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,具有初步的创新精神、实践能力,提高学生的科学素养。

4)初步学会进行人际沟通和交流,发展合作精神,培养学生策划、组织、协调和实施的能力。

5)初步具备搜集和处理信息的能力。

课程标准在“总目标”之下,按学习单元分别从知识和能力、过程和方法、情感态度和价值观三个维度提出具体目标,最终全面达成总目标。

校本课程是为了指导学生获得感性知识,促进学生动作技能、人文情怀的发展而设计的一系列针对本校实际的以教学、综合实践活动为中介的学生主体活动内容和形式。根据本土实际,我校校本课程建设力求突出以下几个基本特点:

1)课程内容的乡土性。教材植根于现实富有浓郁的乡土气息。在使用过程中,以本地的生产、生活和环境为学习研究对象。因为学生生活在进化,相关的学习资源和实践机会无处不在无时不有,便于学习操作。

2)教学方法的活动性。积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,强调课程的实践性与体验性。以综合实践活动为主,为学生设计体验性活动和研究性专题。我们的目的并不仅仅是学习乡土知识,而是让学生在研究性学习过程中得到锻炼培养实践能力。

3)课程本身的开放性。课程的开发实施富有活力。课程的开发吸收广大教师、学生参与,课程由教师去实施,学习的主体是学生,师生在积极互动中,共同发展。课程在开发实施过程中需要不断的修正完善,师生可以根据实际情况予以补充、调整。

在校本课程开发的过程中,力求遵循以下原则:

1)主体性原则:教师是校本课程开发的主体,在课程的开发和实施中要重视教师的主动精神,没有教师积极主动的工作,校本课程的开发与实施是十分困难的。学生是学习的主人,学校在编制过程中要重视学生的参与,根据学生的需要不断优化校本课程。

2)开放性原则:以生为本,尊重学生的主体地位,学生对校本课程的选择具有自主权。教材本身在实施中,教师要灵活地创造性地使用教材并不断反思出现的各种问题,对教材随时予以补充、调整。

3)量力而行原则:学校在确立校本课程开发目标时,充分考虑本校教师队伍的整体实力、科研水平,根据现有条件最大限度地挖掘、利用校内外课程资源,努力使校本课程实用、可行。

4)个性化原则课题组从实际出发,挖掘、发挥地域文化优势,并以此打造学校特色。

开发校本课程,需要对校本课程资源进行评估与选择,根据对国家课程和地方课程予以补充、拓展的原则,使之更符合学生、学校和社会的特点和需要。在充分根据学校课程资源和地方资源的基础上,开发旨在发展学生个性特长的、多样化的、可供学生选择的课程。

1)开发学校教师资源。我校有一批有志于从事校本课程研究的教师,他们有较高的积极性和潜在素质。据此,可开设声乐、器乐、美术、舞蹈、书法等艺术类课程;朗诵、演讲、写作等文学类课程;篮球、乒乓球、象棋等体育类课程。

2)西安丰镇校外教育资源丰富,根据本镇实际,以家乡地理——家乡历史——家乡经济——家乡人物——家乡旅游——家乡文化——家乡特产为体系,介绍家乡的地貌风情,激发起学生对家乡的热爱;充分利用家乡的资源开展教育实践活动,培养学生多方面兴趣爱好。

西安丰镇是个千年古镇,有着深厚的文化底蕴,经古文化调查发掘了一大批文物古迹和历史史料,有500年以上古建筑22座,古桥梁3座等,有诸葛亮后裔、刘备后裔、李频后裔等家普和珍贵史料计10姓、12套,2000余万字,有国家级旅游风景区——西安丰“江南悬空寺”、省级历史文化保护区——新叶古民居、里叶十里荷花等景点。利用这些资源,组织学生参观访问,了解古文化,让学生通过参观欣赏、考察等方式,更深地了解家长的历史,指导学生进行写作,进行美的熏陶,以及爱家乡、建设家乡的思想教育。

西安丰镇地理环境优越,土壤肥沃。莲子产业已成为我镇的支柱产业,先后建成了杭州市莲子产业化生产基地和浙江省莲子出口创汇示范基地,里叶白莲获浙江省名牌、省农博会金奖。还有西瓜、红花菜、柑桔等农特产品也有一定的规模和特色。利用这些资源可以让学生了解种植莲子的方法、莲子生长的过程、莲子的功用等常识类课程,了解家长的特产。

各年级结合学校的校本课程开发方案,结合教师个人素质、学生年龄特点等逐步实施,并在实施中完善,总结经验。一般以班或年级为单位安排在兴趣活动课进行,具体教学时间一般是每周一节课,也可以进行集中安排(如春游、秋游、考察等活动)。学校教导处负责课表安排,由具体课任教师组织教学。而大型的活动,则由学校统一安排,如春游、秋游等由少先队大队部负责组织。

1、成立校本课程评价领导小组(由校本课程开发领导小组兼),教导处具体负责校本课程的检查和评价工作。

2、对校本课程的评价。应重视过程性评价,旨在提高教师的学业水平及学生的自主学习的能力。

3、各任课教师每学期需对学生的学习情况采用不同的方式进行评价,评价学生对该科目学习的兴趣需求、学习效果。

“校本课程”是学校课程体系中的一个重要组成部分,它与国家课程、地方课程共同组成了在学校中实施的“三级课程”的结构。我校根据实际需要提出了对学生的具体培养目标:切实提高学生的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、身体心理素质、劳动技术素质,切实提高学生的思维能力,学习能力、创造能力、社会交际能力,引导学生学会做人,会求知,会办事、会生活,为把学生培养成为社会主义建设的英才奠定坚定宽厚的基础。为了全面实施学校校本课程的开发,进一步搞好课题研究工作,经学校行政研究决定编制本方案。开展“利用乡土资源,开发校本课程”的课题研究。本方案试行一年(20xx年9月——20xx年8月),可根据校本课程开发的需要进行修改。

我们在分析了周边地区的社会环境、学校的校园环境、师生的基本情况等因素后(学校的优势和条件见课题研究方案)发现,我校拥有丰富的乡土教育资源、得天独厚的校园山丘、较强活动能力的农村教师和学生。这是我们的优势。在我校“利用乡土资源,开发校本课程”这一课题的启发下,我们找到了学校新课程改革的突破点——校本课程开发。我们计划通过校本课程的开发这个支点,全面推动学校的各项工作。

因此,我们认为我校依托本地区社会资源、学校资源和家庭资源,开发校本课程,这是很有必要的,也十分有效的。

利用社会资源、学校资源和家庭资源,开发校本课程,使学校形成办学特色。探索校本课程开发的程序,校本课程的教学模式、评价体系。体现“一切为了学生,一切为了学生的发展”的课程改革方针,落实课程改革的总体目标,提升学生的人文素养,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神。

通过校本课程的开发,逐步形成“以人为本、以校为本、以点带面、全面推动”的办学理念。这一办学理念中,前八个字是基础,这个“点”就是校本课程的开发。通过校本课程的开发逐步形成学校办学特色,从而全面推动学校的各项工作,使学校实现跨越式的发展。

通过校本课程的开发,达成学校的办学目标:“学校——建个性化的小学校;学生——育有智慧的实践者;教师——塑反思型的教育者;班子——做有思想的领导者”。并提出了学校的校训:“实践——创新——实践”。这个办学理念、办学目标、学校校训与学校的校本课程开发是一脉相承的,在实践中不断地完善。

校本课程的开发过程中,可以筛选、改编已有的课程,或者新编校本课程。在我们的研究中将本地区、校内外的自然资源、人文资源和社会资源融入学科课程之中,通过改编、补充、拓展和新编等方式开发校本课程。乡土资源包括社会资源、学校资源、家庭资源三个方面。本地区的社会资源包括三大块,即自然地理、人文历史、社会发展;学校资源包括校园环境、教师特点、学生特长;家庭资源包括家长特长、家庭特点、家园环境等。这些内容可以是综合性的,也可以是主题性的。教师既要根据自己的特长和不同年级学生的特点,规划不同的内容,又可对乡土资源进行改编、补充或拓展。

根据乡土资源在课程中的占有比例,校本课程分为两大类。

(一)显性课程的研究

1、综合实践活动课程。此类课程凭借乡土资源开展综合实践活动,把各学科的知识进行整合。

2、兴趣活动课程。此类课程凭借教师、家长及社会人士的人力资源,根据学生的兴趣爱好,开展的各种兴趣活动。

(二)隐性课程的研究

2、通过课程的研究,形成一种校园文化,一种优良的校风、学风和教风,突出事实求是、从实际出发,敢于实践、勇于创新的学校精神。这种隐性课程,蕴涵在学科教学、德育教学、学校管理及其师生的言谈举止中,从学校的每一个角落都可以得到潜移默化的熏陶。

校本课程的开发要依据党的教育方针、国家和地方的课程计划以及学校的实际通过外部力量的合作、采取选编、改编、新编教学材料的方式,在校内组织实施,并在实施过程中建构起内部评价机制。校本课程开发的操作措施如下:

1、分析情景

校本课程的开发和实施是以学校为基地,并基于学校而进行的突出师生特点和学校特色的课程。只有尽可能利用和开发现有的校内外资源,发扬学校的传统,结合当地的社会资源、学校资源和家庭资源,才能有效地实施校本课程。情景分析是校本课程设计的前提。不仅要分析校内的情景,更要分析校外的情景。校内的情景主要包括本校师资、环境设施、学生特点等。校外的情景主要包括家庭、社会、自然、历史等。

2、确立目标

校本课程目标的制定要体现“一切为了学生,一切为了学生的发展”的课程改革方针,落实课程改革的总体目标。通过校本课程的开发逐步形成办学理念,达成办学目标,从而逐步形成学校办学特色,全面推动学校的各项工作,使学校实现跨越式的发展。按照知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观的三维目标确立校本课程的目标,提出做个有智慧的实践者。

3、制订方案

校本课程的实施方案是校本课程开发的计划书。完整的校本课程实施方案包括:需要分析,总体目标,课程内容、课程结构与课程门类,课程开发的操作措施,保障措施,课时设置等内容。同时要统一校本课程教学案例的编制格式及其要求。案例格式一般包括以下项目:主讲教师、教学材料、课程类型、授课时间、授课对象、课程目标、课程内容、活动安排、评价方式、课后反思等。

4、组织与实施

校本课程的组织与实施是学校为实现校本课程目标而开展的一系列活动,是开发工作的关键环节,直接关系到校本课程开发的成败。因此校本课程开发的实施程序就显得尤为重要。

要规范“利用乡土资源,开发校本课程”的实施程序。我们认为实施的程序可以分为五步,即:环境分析与材料选择、目标的确立、教学的组织、学习的评价、课后的追踪。要严格按程序实施。课程的实施是校本课程付诸实践和走进课堂的过程。要积极构建校本课程的教学模式。

5、评价与改进

根据“建立促进学生全面发展的体系。评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生发展中的需求,促进学生在原有水平上的发展”的评价总要求,构建校本课程的评价体系。实现评价主体的多元性,即教师、学生自己、同学、家长等共同参与评价;评价主体的互动性,即评价主体间进行双向的、多向的评价。促进校本课程开发和改进,建设有鲜明特色,符合学校实际的乡土化校本课程。

1、综合实践活动课程每周安排1课时,新课程年级从地方课程中安排,其他年级从现有计划的选修课中安排。各年级根据实际需要可分散在每周,也可将3课时集中在一周(安排半天)。

2、兴趣活动课程每周安排2个课时。个别兴趣活动可以放在课余时间进行。

3、学科课程根据新课程实施的教学实际安排,教师可根据实际需要进行调整。

1、学校成立校本课程开发领导小组,校长任组长,全体教师参与课程开发。

2、加强培训,统一认识,明确开发校本课程的目的和意义。对在校本课程实施过程中有所创新、取得突出成绩的教师予以表彰。

3、加大经费投入,确保科研经费的及时划拨,加强学校校园环境改造,图书馆、实验室、实践基地的建设,开发建设好校本课程网站,为校本课程实施提供必备的物质条件。
