以进行中华民族优秀传统文化教育为核心,以诵读经典为载体,以课堂教育为主阵地,以师资建设为抓手,以国学校本课程建设为突破口,全面推进国学经典诵读活动,营造人人能够吟诵,班班读经典的氛围。并在师生中大力推进诗书达人的校园文化建设活动。通过各种形式诵读活动的开展,引导学生从传统的优秀经典诗文中寻求滋养,在文化底蕴中积淀的过程中突出创新人格与现代精神的塑造。

1.早课、语文课时间,语文老师组织诵读。

2.午间新闻时间,班主任组织学生诵读。

1.三月举行“国学润育”系列活动一 “国学经典集体诵读活动”:

(1)初一年级14个班,组成三个方队集体诵读,诵读内容:《笠翁对韵》、《三字经》、《弟子规》等。

(2)初二年级16个班,组成四个方队集体诵读,诵读内容:《关雎》《无衣》《硕鼠》、《诫子书》、《论语》、《陋室铭》等。

(3)高一年级组成一个方队(200人)集体诵读,诵读内容:《爱国诗词》

(4)高二年级组成一个方队(50人)集体诵读,诵读内容:《春江花月夜》、《古从军行》

(5)教师组成一个方队(50人)集体诵读,诵读内容:《古诗十九首·迢迢牵牛星》、《离骚》等

2.四月“国学润育”系列活动二:

在初中段开展“讲古代名人故事”、“国学手抄报展览”的诗词配画活动

3.五月“国学润育” 系列活动三:

在高中段开展“国学经典诵读比赛”、在全校师生中开展“国学经典书法展览”活动

4.六至七月“国学润育” 系列活动四:

编辑出版实外西区“国学经典诵读”校本教材,由语文教研组具体负责。

为进一步丰富我乡文艺氛围,打造全民参与的、具有**特色的迎新春文化活动。

春节文艺联欢活动将采取文艺晚会、游园活动、知识竞赛和安全、法制宣传活动等多种形式开展。其中文艺晚会各村(社区)至少选送2个节目参加预选彩排,最终选定15个节目作为正式演出节目。

成立**乡迎新春联欢活动领导小组,由乡党委书记、乡长任组长,分管副乡长任副组长。具体负责节目的审定、活动安排和实施。

春节文艺联欢活动每年举办一次,一般在次年的1月中旬举行。每年10月底前确定活动形式和内容,11月底前下发活动实施具体方案和报名表,12月中旬报名截止并确定预选彩排时间,次年1月初确定活动举办具体时间和节目。

1、春节文艺联欢活动参与对象为**乡辖区内的村(居)民、外出务工回乡人士和社会各界人士。鼓励各村(社区)邀请外乡人员参加。

“沟通理解关爱,心理和谐健康”

(一)和谐社会是社会成员的美好追求,心理和谐健康从个体的心灵感受出发,是社会和谐的心理基础。小我构筑大我,只有社会成员个体的内心和谐健康才能构建起整体的社会和谐。拥有和谐心理,个体可以怀着积极的心态去面对未来,笑对挫折,享受生活。拥有和谐心理,团体能够传递信息,分享智慧,众志成城。拥有和谐心理,社会能够在理性平和的环境中不断发展,在健康有序的轨道上继续前进。

(二)沟通是通往和谐心理的桥梁。有效的人际沟通,不仅可以满足人认识社会与他人的基本需要,建立社交网络,改善人际关系,而且有利于深化自我认识,挖掘自我潜能。理解是和谐心理的润滑剂。设身处地的为对方着想,多角度思考和看待问题,有助于建立理性客观的评价体系,营造和谐友善的生活、工作、学习氛围。关爱是和谐心理的保温毯。真诚能体现关心和爱护,可以拉近彼此的距离,增加情感的凝聚力,让人们在团结友爱的大家庭中安居乐业。营造沟通、理解、关爱的良好社会氛围,发动全社会积极参与精神疾病和心理健康问题的防治,动员有明显精神疾病症状的群众主动到精神疾病防治机构接受检查和正规治疗,共创和谐社会。

(三)在家庭这一基本的社会单位中,亲子交流与儿童青少年的心理健康成长关系密切,在儿童青少年成长过程中,积极的肯定、赞扬和鼓励会成为他们健康成长的动力。父母要认真观察,善于发现孩子的潜力和优势,引导孩子锻炼心理能力以及其他技能。通过亲子交流,了解孩子,关爱孩子,有意识的培养孩子良好的心理素质,在其人生成长的初级阶段,学会树立目标,尝试追求成功,并且在接受与认可之中学会自尊、自爱和尊重他人、博爱天下。

(四)快节奏、高效率、强有力的竞争是现代社会的特点,缺乏交流会让本来就充满压力的职场人群变得更容易烦躁抑郁。营造轻松和谐的职场氛围需要我们在与同事的相处中拥有坦诚互信的心态。只有在坦诚互信的基础上加强交流,与领导和同事拉近距离、消除隔阂、增进了解、加强合作,才能做到“上情下达、下情上知、上下同欲”。坦诚互信需要我们放下戒备,轻松上阵,在民主透明的氛围中完善个人的沟通能力,促进个人与集体的和谐共进,真正实现愉快工作、惬意生活。

(五)作为社会生活的共同体,大大小小的社区组成了社会。一方面,温馨的社区环境可以让每一位居民在友好的氛围中共享温情。“远亲不如近邻”,邻里之间要实现主动沟通——“见面招呼,你好我好;安全生活,互相提醒;陌生人来,主动询问;邻里有事,大家帮忙”。另一方面,社区要特别重视对精神疾病患者及其家属的关爱,建立有效的沟通和家访机制,关心他们的生活状况和利益表达。精神疾病患者及其家属容易被歧视和误解,而社区支持有助于患者的病情恢复及其家属的正常生活。

成立“万荣县20xx年精神卫生宣传活动领导组”,组长由卫生局长贾晋玮担任,成员由局公卫股人员,县疾病控制中心人员及县级医院精神疾病专家组成。各乡镇卫生单位也要成立相应领导组织机构,一把手负总责,确定专人负责,明确任务目标,真抓实干,真正使宣传活动落到实处,抓出实效。

今年宣传活动以儿童青少年及其家长和教师、职业人群、社区居民为目标人群:

(一)职业人群

口号:坦诚互信 惬意工作

内容:组织主题宣传活动,围绕“飘扬的绿丝带—中国精神卫生标识” 的设计活动,举办心理健康知识大讲堂、精神疾病防治知识展览和现场咨询,发放《精神卫生宣传教育核心信息和知识要点》手册。对指定人群展开《简易智力状态检查量表》和《老年抑郁量表》的测试。

(二)社区居民

口号:理解关爱 邻里和谐

内容:在农村及社区组织专家讲座和现场咨询,现场讲解《精神卫生宣传教育核心信息和知识要点》,展出心理健康科普知识展板或挂图,放映录像片,发放《精神卫生宣传教育核心信息和知识要点》手册及其他宣传资料,接待媒体访谈,组织小型演出活动等。举行“提倡心理咨询,促进精神健康”万人签字活动。

(三)医院窗口

口号:握手—提倡医患握手同行 坚持科学战胜疾病

内容:组织“医院开放日”活动,展出心理健康科普知识展板或挂图,开展现场咨询,举行科普讲座或家属座谈会,放映录像片,发放《精神卫生宣传教育核心信息和知识要点》手册及宣传资料,接待媒体访谈等。在县级医院开设心理健康咨询及预防治疗热线。

(四)儿童青少年

口号:赞扬鼓励 快乐成长

内容:组织学生心理健康促进专家论坛和现场咨询,组织主题班会和精神卫生知识有奖问答,展出心理健康科普知识展板或挂图,放映录像片,分发宣传资料,小型演出或游戏活动等。开展“心理健康知识问与答”的知识竞赛。

第一阶段:组织安排部署(20xx年10月1日至10月10日)制定相关的活动计划,活动流程及活动地点,安排相关责任人,准备相关资料器材等,使活动有序有效的进行。

第二阶段:活动具体实施开展(20xx年10月11日至12月15日)开展多形式、多渠道、多内容的宣传活动,如电视广播、会议培训、专家讲座、知识问卷、、读物资料等,广泛宣传和普及精神卫生方面的知识,激发群众参与,引起社会关注,确保宣传效果。

第三阶段:活动总结(20xx年12月16日至12月20日)

坚持“健康第一”的指导思想,“牢固树立”终身体育的新课程理念,丰富学生的课余生活,以大课间体育活动为辐射点,全面开展学校体育工作。促使学生每天有一小时的时间参加体育锻炼。

深刻领会“每天锻炼一小时,健康工作50年,幸福生活一辈子”的口号精神,积极开展体育运动,努力创建健康学校。努力加强体育设施建设,兴建体育乐园,开发和利用体育资源,将民间的造房子、跳绳、跳皮筋、踢毽子、走高跷、斗鸡、竹竿舞等引进校园。同时引进滑轮、独轮车、飞镖、哒哒球、健美操等现代体育活动。最大程度地发挥学生参与体育活动的主动性和创造性,变原有单一集体活动形式为年级、班级、项目、场地等多种活动形式,进一步丰富大课间体育活动的内容,在大课间活动中体现合作、自主、探究的教学理念。

坚持以社会主义核心价值体系建设为根本,大力宣传我区客家优秀文化传统,着力营造关爱互助、安定团结、欢乐祥和的节日氛围,丰富群众文化生活,积极倡导文明和谐、实用节俭的现代节日理念,在移风易俗中体现人文关怀,在欢乐喜庆中倡导文明新风,不断提升市民文明素质和城区文明程度。

深入开展形式多样的群众性节日活动,充分利用传统节日,在城乡、学校、机关、企事业单位组织开展丰富多彩的节日民俗、文化娱乐活动,发挥优秀传统文化的滋养和引导作用,推动“我们的节日”主题活动深入广泛地开展。

(一)春节期间,突出辞旧迎新、尊老爱幼主题,举办文艺晚会、群众性体育等活动,营造欢乐健康、快乐吉祥的节庆氛围。
