转眼间又要进入新的一年20xx年了,新的一年是一个充满挑战、机遇与压力开始的一年,也是我非常重要的一年。出来工作已过个年头,家庭、生活和工作压力驱使我要努力工作和认真学习。在此,我订立了本年度工作计划,以便使自己在新的一年里有更大的进步和成绩。

一、熟悉公司新的规章制度和业务开展工作。公司在不断改革,订立了新的规定,特别在诉讼业务方面安排了专业法律事务人员协助。作为公司一名老业务人员,必须以身作责,在遵守公司规定的同时全力开展业务工作。

在第一季度,以诉讼业务开拓为主。针对现有的老客户资源做诉讼业务开发,把可能有诉讼需求的客户全部开发一遍,有意向合作的客户安排法律事务专员见面洽谈。期间,至少促成两件诉讼业务,代理费用达万元以上(每件万元)。做诉讼业务开发的同时,不能丢掉该等客户交办的各类业务,与该等客户保持经常性联系,及时报告该等客户交办业务的进展情况。

在第二季度的时候,以商标、专利业务为主。通过到专业市场、参加专业展销会、上网、电话、陌生人拜访等多种业务开发方式开发客户,加紧联络老客户感情,组成一个循环有业务作的客户群体。以至于达到4.万元以上代理费(每月不低于 1.万元代理费)。在大力开拓市场的同时,不能丢掉该等客户交办的各类业务,与该等客户保持经常性联系,及时报告该等客户交办业务的进展情况。

第三季度的“十一”“中秋”双节,带来的无限商机,给后半年带来一个良好的开端。并且,随着我对高端业务专业知识与综合能力的相对提高,对规模较大的企业符合了《中国驰名商标》或者《广东省著名商标》条件的客户,做一次有针对性的开发,有意向合作的客户可以安排业务经理见面洽谈,争取签订一件《广东省著名商标》,承办费用达7.万元以上。做驰名商标与著名商标业务开发的同时,不能丢掉该等客户交办的各类业务,与该等客户保持经常性联系,及时报告该等交办业务的进展情况。

第四季度就是年底了,这个时候要全力维护老客户交办的业务情况。首先,要逐步了解老客户中有潜力开发的客户资源,找出有漏洞的地方,有针对性的做可行性建议,力争为客户公司的知识产权保护做到最全面,代理费用每月至少达万元以上。

二、制订学习计划。学习,对于业务人员来说至关重要,因为它直接关系到一个业务人员与时俱进的步伐和业务方面的生命力。我会适时的根据需要调整我的学习方向来补充新的能量。专业知识、综合能力、都是我要掌握的内容。知己知彼,方能百战不殆,在这方面还希望业务经理给与我支持。

三、增强责任感、增强服务意识、增强团队意识。积极主动地把工作做到点上、落到实处。我将尽我最大的能力减轻领导的压力。

首先,商业银行要改变过去在计划经济时代经营网点遍布城乡、规模过大、战线过长、力量分散的状况,确立以“城市”为目标市场的营销策略,坚持适度规模原则,改变规模求大、范围求广的粗放经营模式,走一条以城市行处为龙头、县市支行为依托、有效集中经营要求的内涵式发展之路,这样可以凝聚和培育出更多的经济效益增长点。其次,在选准了目标市场后,要改变网点设置的布局,可以提升二级分行的经营地位,而且要增加重点城市行处的经营权限,形成以大行处为主导的业务区域。在县市支行收缩阵地,走一条压贷、减人、增存的发展之路。同时通过城市、县区之间的跨城乡交流解决城市行处人员相对不足的问题,把本行特有的优势发挥出来。商业银行应坚持

1.对于大学生而言,虽然大学生的每月平均消费额不超过800元,但他们对信用额度的要求依然较高,在学生心中信用额度并不是一个消费水平,而是一个银行对大学生个人价值的评价度。 我的对策:对大学生群体的授信层次将会提高,努力推出灵活的大学生专用分期按揭产品,对于家庭困难的学生则可发行助学信用卡。

2.在现有大学生持有信用卡中,招行因为较早进入市场而排在首位,我行起步虽晚但后劲十足,面对大量潜在客户,我们有信心也有能力开展信用卡营销的战役。信用卡必备功能中,免年费成为最高要求,这与大学生现有的消费水平有一定关联,同时校园周边可刷卡店面也占有很大比例。 我的对策:在学校附近开发商户,吸引更多的学生消费群。信用卡刷卡免年费的口号一定要喊的响亮,积分活动一定要搞的有特色,也可以推出针对学生的,比如降低利息。

3.加强信用卡品牌建设 我的对策:信用卡产品的同质化导致了客户对信用卡品牌印象不深,忠诚度低。品牌是的一种无形资产,对信用卡营销有重要意义,有助于商业银行将自己的产品与竞争者的产品区分开来,有助于提升信用卡客户规模,培养持卡人对银行品牌的忠诚度。

4.建立信用卡营销体系,开展业务联动营销 我的对策:信用卡不是一项独立业务,信用卡营销与银行公司业务、个人业务、负债业务关系紧密。为应对市场的不断变化及同业竞争,商业银行必须多部门联动的信用卡营销体系,对相关业务部门职责及互动关系进行整合,使各金融业务品种与信用卡有机结合,互为补充、协调配合,建立高效整体联动,对市场和客户快速反应的运营体系。

5.应用科学合理的价格策略 我的对策:为了应对信用卡业务的激烈竞争白热化,国内许多商业银行为完成计划任务,往往不惜成本采取低价策略,使得价格战愈演愈烈

6.加强促销宣传,培养信用卡消费文化 我的对策:为促进信用卡营销,除提供年费减免、手续费折扣、发卡赠礼等优惠外,各家商业银行开展了各种形式的促销活动,引导客户使用信用卡。

7.重视客户细分,加大产品创新力度 我的对策:随着客户需求的多样化,金融技术的提高,信用卡功能创新在信用卡营销及品牌推广中的地位日益重要。纵观国内信用卡市场现状,信用卡产品功能发挥的并不充分,大量睡眠卡、低效卡的存在,严重影响了信用卡市场的进一步发展
