八年级下册第四单元以民间文化为主题,所选的五篇课文绘声绘色地介绍了民风民俗和民间艺人轶事学习这个单元,能够引导学生关注民俗,从学校走向社会,从课内走向课外,提高语文的综合素质

《端午的鸭蛋》是本单元的第二篇课文,属于民俗文化中的食文化,小小的鸭蛋,让我们感受到它背后的文化意味和浓郁民俗风情,学会从生活中发现乐趣,这篇文章从容闲适;文笔自然生动,语言平实有味,可以品味到日常生活的情趣和底蕴

初二的学生对写人记事的散文有一定的阅读基础,但是对文章内容的把握和对主题理解的深度还有待教师进一步引导点拨

1、朗读课文,体会作者的思想感情(重点)

一、导入新课

同学们,你知道我国传统的三大节日吗?(端午、仲秋、春节)各地端午节的风俗不尽相同今天,我们跟随著名散文家汪曾祺一起体验江苏高邮的端午节(这个导入可以激发学生的学习兴趣,为下面的教学做铺垫)

二、整体感知课文

1、出示投影,简介作者检查学生预习的情况,通过投影“读一读,写一写”让学生给生字注音,教师订正字词的读音、释义

2、指名朗读其他学生边听读课文,边勾画圈点出重要语句,出示思考题:

(1)文章主要写了哪些内容?表达了作者怎样的思想感情?

(2)作者家乡的端午节有哪些风俗?作者为什么对家乡的咸鸭蛋久久不能忘怀?这里可以加以追问,引导学生分析出第一段的总分结构,为进一步理解课文做准备

学生通过初步的阅读思考,归纳出课文的内容:写了家乡端午的习俗;家乡的鸭蛋,写端午的鸭蛋表达了作者对家乡、对生活的留恋热爱之情

(这个环节主要是通过朗读、思考,整体把握文章内容,理清行文思路初步体会作者的思想感情,完成目标1、3)

《端午的鸭蛋》选自人民教育出版社初中语文八年级下册第四单元。本单元课文以民间文化为主题,所涉及的文章生动丰富,趣味盎然,包括沈从文的《云南的歌会》,萧乾的《吆喝》,冯骥才的《俗世奇人》等。这组课文意在让学生关注各地的民俗,了解民生和民间文化,并通过这些有声有色的民俗风情去感受日常生活中蕴涵的无穷乐趣。《端午的鸭蛋》是本单元的第二篇课文,属于民俗文化中的食文化,小小的鸭蛋,让我们感受到它背后的文化意味和浓郁民俗风情,这篇文章十分典型地体现了汪曾祺散文“小叙事”的特点,文笔自然生动,语言平实有味,所写内容虽然简单,但作者灌注深情于文章,写出了其中的人生滋味

(二)学情分析

我所任教的是初二年级的学生,处在青春期的初二学生,有强烈的求知欲和好奇心,对社会生活有自己独特的体验和看法,并且有着表达个人观点的强烈欲望。汪曾祺在《端午的鸭蛋》一文中用“小叙事”,“小话语”道出了生活中美的真谛,正好能启发学生在平淡的生活中去发现情趣,发现诗意

(三)教学目标

根据本单元课文的特点,结合本班学生的实际情况我把本课的学习目标确定如下:

(1)了解端午文化,感受丰富多彩的民间文化习俗

(2)理解作者对故乡的热爱和对儿时生活的怀想

(3)品味本文平淡自然而又韵味十足的语言

(4)引导学生在平淡的生活中发现情趣,发现诗意

根据学生的实际学情我将目标2(理解作者对故乡的热爱和对儿时生活的怀想)确定为教学重点,又因为要让学生在平淡的生活中发现美感受美实属不易,我将目标4(引导学生在平淡的生活中发现情趣,发现诗意)确定为教学难点

(一)教法设计

为了使学生把握重点、突破难点依据新课程标准的教学理念,本节课我主要采用以下教学方法实施教学

1、朗读法:每一篇文章都有其独特的意蕴,只有反复朗读,才能领会其中深刻而丰富的思想内涵,在教学中我将引导学生反复读,感悟本文平淡自然的语言中所包含的丰富情感

2、情境设置法:在本节课上,针对学生特点,我将用饱含深情的语言、音乐、问题等充分创设情境,调动学生学习热情,使学生很自然的融入到课文的意境中去,思想产生共鸣

3、交流讨论法:引导学生充分发挥集体的智慧,自主学习、合作探究,共同分享合作的乐趣,感受成功的喜悦

(二)学法指导

新课程标准提出要“充分激发学生的主动意识与进取精神,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式”因此,学生课堂上的学法重点就在体验学习与探究学习上,根据学生的具体情况我对学生做如下学法指导:

1、圈点勾画法:让学生勤动笔墨,积极读书

2、朗读法:指导学生反复朗读,体会课文语言的韵味和作者的思想感情

3、讨论探究法:引导学生积极思考,主动参与,合作探究,解决问题

一、激发兴趣,导入课题

教师提问:1、我国的传统节日有哪些?

2、你能说出端午节的来历吗?

学生由于课前搜集了一定的资料,因此一定会踊跃发言,积极参与到课堂中来,这时教师适时引出课题——《端午的鸭蛋》

二、初读课文,整体感知

1、介绍作家常识,检查学生字词掌握情况

2、引导学生整体把握文章,理清行文思路教师引导学生讨论交流,得出:端午的风俗家乡的鸭蛋端午的鸭蛋

思考:作者家乡的端午节有哪些风俗?作者为什么对家乡的咸鸭蛋久久不能忘怀?

以上题目设计的目的在于指导学生从结构上、思想上整体把握文章,理清行文思路,领会文章主旨使学生初步体会作者所要表达的日常生活中富含生活情趣、人生意味的深刻感悟

三、精读课文,品读赏析,感受情趣。

(1)自由读课文,画出自己喜爱的语句。

(2)正确、流利、有感情地朗读你最喜欢的句子,并谈谈你的感受或理由。

本环节采用学生的自由读、个人读、齐读等学习方式旨在通过多读,感悟文章表达的情感并同时锻炼学生的朗读能力和口头表达能力。

(3)在学生对课文语言有所体会的基础上,教师给学生介绍汪曾祺在本文中的语言艺术风格:平淡而有味,用适当的方言表现作品的地方特色,有淡淡的幽默。

接下来让学生再从文中找出自认为能体现汪曾祺语言风格的语句,反复朗读,细细品味,通过自读、互读、讨论交流等方式品读赏析。

例如:a、我走的地方不少,所食鸭蛋多矣,但和我家乡的完全不能相比!曾经沧海难为水,他乡咸鸭蛋,我实在瞧不上。b、一般是敲破空头吃,白嘴吃也可以。c、“筷子头一扎下去,吱——红油就冒出来了”

如何让学生学会品味文章的情趣呢?先让他们反复朗读,并抓住关键语句赏析。如“所食鸭蛋多矣”“曾经沧海难为水”这几处,或在平实的白话中穿插颇具特色古汉语,而“曾经沧海难为水”则是大词小用,给文章增添了不少幽默色彩。又如“一般是敲破空头吃,白嘴吃也可以。”,“确实是好”,“我实在瞧不上。”等几处都较为明显地运用了江浙方言,显得非常生动亲切。再如表现吃鸭蛋的那种绘声绘色,那种动感、快感,一个“吱”字就活灵活现地表现出来了。

最后教师引导学生总结出汪曾祺的语言艺术风格:

a、口语色彩浓厚,让人倍感亲切。

b、古汉语的点缀,增添了典雅之美。

c、善于运用语言“造型”,富有韵味。

d、适当地运用方言体现淡淡的幽默。

四、协作质疑,张扬个性

学生讨论:课文结尾,作者写到了东晋车胤“囊萤”夜读的故事。有人认为,这段话与课文主要内容无关,是赘笔;也有人认为,由萤火虫在鸭蛋壳里闪闪发亮的样子联想到车胤苦读用的囊萤,很自然,很随意,正体现了汪曾祺散文闲适自由的风格。你看呢?

本题是一道发散性的问题。只要学生自圆其说就可以。认为是赘笔者,主要是为保证结构严谨,这对于中学生而言,依然大有必要。而认为“自然、随意”者,实际上已经上升到对作者风格的品评了。可以就此问题引导学生进行讨论,使学生在讨论中能有所认识和提高。

首先学生总结本节课的收获,教师再予以补充和肯定。

六、作业布置

针对本节课的教学内容,我布置学生课后阅读汪曾祺的小说《受戒》,让学生再次感受汪曾祺平淡自然的语言风格。

语文课程丰富的人文性对学生的精神领域的影响是深广的。因此,人文内涵丰富的文章成为语文教材不可缺少的一部分。本单元的课文意在让学生关注各地的民俗,了解民生和民间文化,并通过这些有声有色的民俗风情画去感受自身日常生活中蕴涵的无穷乐趣。而本文又属于民俗文化中的食文化,小小的鸭蛋,让我们感受到它背后的文化意味和浓郁民俗风情。

处在青春期的学生,有强烈的求知欲和好奇心,对文学作品有一定的独特体验和看法,并且有表达个人观点的欲望。传统文化对当代中学生来说,应该是比较疏远的话题,他们深受西洋和港台文化影响,缺乏认识了解传统文化的机会,更加不知道如何欣赏传统文化。因此,面对传统文化与西方文化强烈碰撞的现实,他们需要恰当适时的引导。

根据本单元的特点和学生的情况,我对本文做了以下的教学设计:

了解端午习俗,感受鸭蛋包含的文化意味和民俗风情。

1、学会搜集资料,简要讲述见闻,有条理地发表见解。

2、学习诵读富有生活情趣的语言。

提倡珍惜传统文化,激发民族自豪感。

通过品味平淡自然而又韵味十足的语言,感受传统习俗蕴涵的情趣。

引导学生调动自身体验,感受日常生活中的无穷趣味。

如何让学生学会品味传统习俗文化呢?还是那句老话:“兴趣是最好的老师”。本文的一些童年趣事、过节习俗容易引起学生的兴趣。教师以“情趣”二字为切入点,通过朗读赏析品味语言,引导学生逐步从表面感知、分析感悟、反思归纳、最后上升到初步领悟中国传统文化的思想高度。

与教学过程相照应,我设计了如下的教法与学法:教法:导入——阅读——拓展

学法: 归纳复述——搜索整合——诵读品味——合作感悟——探究反思

1、激发兴趣,导入课题

首先向学生出示食物图片,让他们猜猜这些食品与哪些传统节日有关。再让学生谈谈自己家乡的一些传统节日的风味小吃。此环节激发学生兴趣,培养归纳复述知识的能力。

2、浏览课文,整体感知

(1)学生浏览课文,思考:作者家乡的端午节有哪些风俗?

意图:在于培养学生自主搜索文章关键信息的能力。

(2)谈谈你还知道哪些端午习俗?这些习俗的缘由是什么?

意图:问题一可以让学生广泛涉猎端午节的风俗习惯,分享课前查找的资料信息。

问题二让学生对端午的认识从粗浅了解转向探究根源,可以说是对文史地哲等知识的一个汇总学习,从而使学生对我国的传统节日文化有更进一步的认识。此环节培养学生搜索整合信息的能力,要求完整准确,语言生动地讲述见闻,完全体现了以学生为主体的教学理念,激发了学生的主动意识和进取精神。

3、精读课文,感受情趣。

汪曾祺是一位非常讲究语言艺术的作家,他曾经谈到自己在语言上的追求:平淡而有味,用适当的方言表现作品的地方特色,有淡淡的幽默。

让学生在文中找出体现汪曾祺是语言风格的语句,反复朗读品味。

例如:1、我对异乡人称道高邮鸭蛋,是不大高兴的,好像我们那就穷地方就出鸭蛋似的!不过高邮的咸鸭蛋,确实是好,我走的地方不少,所食鸭蛋多矣,但和我家乡的完全不能相比!曾经沧海难为水,他乡咸鸭蛋,我实在瞧不上。

2、一般是敲破空头吃,白嘴吃也可以。

如何让学生学会品味文章的情趣呢?先让他们反复朗读,并抓住关键语句赏析。如“所食鸭蛋多矣”“曾经沧海难为水”这几处,或在平实的白话中穿插颇具特色古汉语,或大词小用,给文章增添了不少幽默色彩。此处可以让学生模仿古人的口气朗读。

又如“一般是敲破空头吃,白嘴吃也可以。”,“确实是好”,“我实在瞧不上。”等几处都较为明显地运用了江浙方言,显得非常生动亲切。教师可以激发学生的兴趣,再投影一段《胡同文化》里的文字,“北京人易于满足,他们对生活的物质要求不高,有窝头,就知足了。大腌萝卜,就不错,小酱萝卜,那还有什么说的。臭豆腐滴几滴香油,可以待姑奶奶。虾米皮熬白菜,嘿!”这是一段京味十足的语言,特别是一个“嘿”字,把北京人恬淡知足,悠然自得的神情描写得活灵活现。从而让学生真正领会汪曾祺的文章里运用方言的妙处。

可见,感悟文章情感的最好方法就是诵读。我设计这样的教学环节,既有利于调动学生自主活动的积极性,又培养学生朗读能力。

4、回归生活,分享体验

我们之前让学生回归课本,从语言文字中感受平凡生活中的情趣,理解传统习俗渗透的一些民族文化和乡土情结。现在再跳出课本,进行拓展延伸,说说传统节日中类似这样颇具情趣的小事。本环节教师先抛砖引玉,投影一段文字,再让学生充分发挥主观能动性,各抒己见,在合作互动的过程中分享体验,感悟生活,感受到民俗文化就在我们身边。

5、创设情境,深刻反思

思考:我国的许多传统节日、传统习俗在现代经济大潮的冲击下,已经逐日淡化,倒是西方的圣诞节、情人节在国人心目中的分量越来越重要。

“江陵端午祭”是韩国农耕社会时期祈求丰年,民众共同参与的传统祝祭活动。在进行端午祭时,会举行假面舞剧、投壶、摔跤、荡秋千、长跪比赛、跆拳道比赛、高校足球赛等活动,而这些都是具有韩国地方特色的。韩国方面对江陵端午祭非常重视,1967年将其列入国家重点无形文化财产第13号,并拟于20xx年向联合国科教文组织申报“世界无形遗产”,学习本文后,你如何看待这种现象?

此环节让学生关注社会,关注热点,并能联系文化背景和所学知识,对生活现象作出自己的评价。使他们对中国传统习俗、传统文化有一个理性的认识。认识到重视传统文化,珍惜传统文化的重要性,避免一些盲目崇洋思潮的侵蚀,从而达到道德教育与审美熏陶的双重教育目的。

以上就是本节课的教学设计。回顾整个教学过程,学生在教师的引领下,从感兴趣的话题入手,对文本进行赏析品味,最后跳出课本,关注社会,反思生活。

在文本阅读中,学生的搜索整合信息能力、归纳复述知识能力、诵读能力、自主学习与合作探究的能力、分析鉴别能力都得到一定程度的提高。

整个教学设计围绕几个基本理念:

1、学生是学习的主体,充分激发学生的主观能动性。

2、提倡自主、合作、探究的学习方式,强调在语文实践中掌握语文规律。

3、注重文本的学习,通过反复朗读来品味语言。

结语:新课改给语文教学带来了新气象,我在新课标的引领下,在语文教学中做了许多大胆的尝试,正如我的这节研讨课一样,让学生在感兴趣的自主活动中全面提高语文素养,培养学生主动探究、团结合作、勇于创新的精神,让学生成为学习的主体。语文教学的艺术多种多样,在今后的教学中,我们还应做更多的探索,使语文能力成为学生终生受益的法宝。
