高二化学教学总结反思篇一

本学期根据教学进度安排,理科班完成选修模块《化学反应原理》、《物质结构与性质》专题1~3。文科班完成选修模块《化学与生活》、会考复习。实验班已完成《物质结构与性质》整本书。

1、严格落实教学常规,提高教学效益。做到重点提高备课和上课质量。注意教学常规管理中的各个细节,并且尽量落实细节,养成学生良好规范的学习习惯,最终达到提高教学效益的目的。

2、加强集体备课。备课组做到基本统一进度、统一练习、统一考试等,充分发挥集体智慧,提高集体备课的质量。期中考后,实验班的进度也与平等班一致,进行统考。

3、加强作业管理。全组教师尽量控制作业量、规范作业批改,做到有发必收、有收必改、有改必评、有评必纠。

4、加强考试管理与考后分析。认真组织完成各次考试的命题、流水阅卷工作,认真作好考试后的质量分析,根据成绩对课堂教学进行及时调整,并拿出相应的措施和办法进行补救,对后进生进行帮扶。

1、定时进行备课组活动,解决有关问题。我们备课组做到了:每个教学环节、教案都能在讨论中确定。备课组每周一次活动,内容包括有关教学进度的安排、疑难问题的分析讨论研究、练习中出现的问题、竞赛指导、学困生转化等。经过精心的准备,每次的备课组活动都能解决一到几个相关的问题,各成员的教学研究水平也在不知不觉中得到了提高。

2、加强业务学习。我组教师通过不断学习新教材,以及新教学理念和新教学方法,为实施新教材打下坚实的基础,积极订阅专业报刊书籍。观摩新课程课堂教学视频,外出参加专家讲座,组内常互相听课,初步了解了新课程的教法,共同分析探讨新教材教学过程中遇到的问题,讨论交流解决问题的方法。

3、加强会考复习研讨,做好会考准备。

(1)分析二次模拟考情况,总结得失,提供经验,为后续会考冲刺总结经验。

(2)分析会考试题,指导会考复习。

(3)分析文科学生学情,重点放在及格率和a率的指导,因材施教,找出最优复习方案。

4。加强青年教师培养。本组老教师都能热情地把自己在教育教学方面的经验拿出来传授、交流,帮助青年教师熟悉教学业务,掌握教学方法,提高教学能力,使青年教师不断取得进步,快速成为教学骨干。如罗丹老师开设《沉淀溶解平衡》校级公开课,到广东佛山开设校际公开课,指导蔡东龙同学化学竞赛获省一等奖。余俊鹏老师入选漳州市第三批骨干教师。

5、开展课题研究。以问题为导向,积极研究教学中存在的各种情况,参与课题研究。省级课题《整合高一化学教学内容的实践研究》获批,余俊鹏老师为该课题的核心成员。

1、存在问题。本学期由于课时紧,每周只有3节课,导致《化学反应原理》学生学得不够透,还存在很多模糊的知识点。会考复习迎考也冲击到期末复习的安排,学生普遍感到忙、乱。学困生由于理解能力的原因,面也在扩大。竞赛辅导也因此受到影响。教师撰写教育教学论文积极性不高。

2、下学期工作展望。下学期将完成《物质结构与性质》专题4、《有机化学基础》,也将迎来两个考试——漳州市学科能力竞赛、福建省化学奥林匹克竞赛预赛,期中考后,根据情况将进行第一轮复习。因此,下学期工作紧、任务重。

本学期高二化学备课组的教学科研重点是进一步完成从“有效教学”到“高效教学”过渡及实施,提高教学的有效性及化学期末考的合格率,同时不断促进备课组教师的群体素质,提高教育教学水平和教学质量。工作中狠抓教学常规的落实,深化课堂教学结构的改革,优化教学方法和手段,创出化学教学工作的新成绩。现简要总结如下:

1、积极参加市、区组织、以及我校本教研组组织的教学教研活动。

2、主动学习课标及考试说明,使老师们明确《化学课程标准》鲜明的理念、全新的框架、明晰的目标、有效的指导,明确所教学段的阶段目标及教材的意图,做到教学伊始,整体把握,有的放矢。

3、认真研究历年高考化学试题,把握命题方向及命题特点,同时研究新教材和新课程标准的变化。这些变化将体现在高考命题中,熟悉新教材和新课程标准的这些变化,将有利于把握教学的方向和深难度,有利于增强教学的目的性、针对性和有效性。

4、 高二化学备课组认真研究课程标准,能做到优化分层教学方法,提高教学的实效性,组织教师认真学习"化学新课程标准"的精神和内容,重点做到以下几个方面:

(1)针对学生制定不同的分层教学目标:其中7、8、9、10、11、12班以略低于高考要求为教学目标、知识体系较高为教学目标;对于13、14、15、16班以高考要求、学科知识体系完整为教学目标。

(2)教师先行全局把握后上课:课前要求教师认真备课、备作业、备学生、备教法、备学法、做作业;课堂讲课时做实验、讨论的问题设计、选择的例题要求符合本班学生要求,课后学生作业必须要让学生积极参与课堂学习后的成就感。

(3)坚持分层次使用教学资料,做到有的放矢:16班网播班教学资料,难度较大,指向高考,由李敏老师负责;5、7、8、10、11、12理科班根据“起点低、多层次、够得着”的原则,选择基础知识题,编写适用于学情、难度降低的课堂练习,结合所用资料,紧扣市上质检考试的重难点,做到夯实基础、重点突出。

高二化学备课组认真落实学校要求,做到认真集体备课,认真完成教案、教学流程、课后反思和导学案的编制,认真规范地批阅作业,并能做到组织好备课组内的教学"试验课"、"常态课"、"研讨课"等听课和评课等常规工作

1、认真进行了每节课后进行详尽的教学反思。

2、坚持课题论文撰写、发表和有关资料的积累工作。

1、高二化学备课组做到每周周四第一、二节集体备一周的课,明确一周所要教学内容的三维目标和教学方式与方法,力求发挥集体的智慧和力量把每一学时教学内容,并随时交流听课、评课、并一起提出改进意见和重新实施。

2、熟悉考试说明。考试说明是高考的依据,是化学教学的“总纲”,不仅要读,而且要深入研究,尤其是考纲中变化的地方,以便明确高考的命题指导思想、考查内容、试题类型、深难度和比例以及考查能力的层次要求等。不仅如此,在整个教学过程中要不断阅读,进一步增强目的性,随时调整教学的方向。

3、积极开展化学实验,做到将化学教学回归到化学实验中。教学大纲中要求的演示实验和学生分组实验能在现有的实验条件下认真完成。不能进行的实验采用播放视频,尽量创造条件安排创新实验及探究实验,在实验中学好化学。

4、本组教师利用补差或课间或面批作业等时机积极与学生交流,有效建立了师生关系。

1 、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握重、难点。在制定教学目的时,非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真,并不断归纳总结经验教训。

2 、注重课堂教学的有效性,始终坚持向40分钟要效率。坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合、精讲精练。在教学中注意抓重点,突破难点,利用每周六早自习作为限时记时间来让学生将本周的基础过细过手,从而达到夯实基础。

3、在作业批改上,认真及时,力求做到全批全改,面批面改。

白驹过隙,时光荏苒,转瞬间高二(上)学期的教学工作告一段落了,回首这半学期的教学历程虽教训多多,但总感觉收获也是蛮大的。现将这学期教学工作中的点滴写下来,以供自己在今后的教学工作中借鉴参考之用。

谈到收获,我感觉主要在以下几个方面:

以往在课堂上自己讲的较多,因觉得要讲的内容较多,所以提问这一环节也做的不好,有时一言堂,自问自答;有时提问学生,觉得学生回答的慢又不够全面准确,便急着纠正或补充,事实上还是一个人在唱独角戏。

这样一来暴露出许多问题,明明是课堂上讲过又复习多遍的知识,实际考查时学生的成绩却差得令人意外。

在听课评课过程中学习借鉴了同事先进的教学方法,也明白了自己讲得好,不如学生学得好的道理。所以我也试着让学生来自己学着说,试着讲。这学期选修课中主要讲解的是有机化学,知识点也较多,但是很整齐,思路很清晰。学好有机化合物的各类物质的性质是以后做好有机推断题的基础。于是在这一段时间里我将学习官能团的性质作为训练的主项目。 具体做法如下:

首先,指导学生确立学习的目标,然后便以小组形式整理学习研究内容的相关资料,梳理知识点讲给同学们听,然后一同确立重要需

要掌握的有价值的信息。

在教学中难免会遇到不少问题,比如说在教学的设计、教学方法和方式,教学难度控制等方面。为了更好地进行教学,达到较好的教学效果,在教学时,我积极征求其他老师的意见,学习他们的方法,同时,多听同科组老师的课(尤其是同级的老师),学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足,也邀请其他老师来听课,虚心听取他们的意见,从而改进自己的教学工作,提高教学水平。 三、认真批改作业,及时进行针对性评价

作业是一种很好的信息反馈方式,从作业中能够发现学生存在的一些问题。布置作业要做到精读精练,有针对性,有层次性。为了做到这点,我对市面上各种辅助资料进行筛选,选编习题,力求每一次练习都能起到较好的效果。在批改学生的作业时我认真分析并记录了学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行针对性的评讲,并及时对教学方法进行改进,做到有的放矢。 四、根据学生实际,做好后进生的转化工作

我教的班级中,大部分同学上课还是很认真,学习劲头也较浓,只是有些学起来就没信心,更不想去学。针对这种情况,我通过找他们个别谈话和分析他们的作业、试卷了解原因,对于对化学不感兴趣的,我就用一些实际例子跟他们说说学习化学的重要性,或聊一些有趣的化学故事,提高他们的兴趣;对于没有努力去学的学生,我提出批评以后再加以鼓励,并为他们定下学习目标,时时督促他们,
