来公司以前,离开大学后的我对自己只有理论没有实践的“半吊子”状况有着清醒的认识,因此对未来的工作水平和状态充满了跃跃欲试和焦虑的双重心态。是浙江中盈投资有限公司,为我迈向职场的第一步提供了勇气和平台。
来到公司后,我知道在试用期中如何去认识、了解并熟悉自己所从事的行业,是我的当务之急。我在公司的工作暂时是协助x经理和x经理处理业务事务。事情小到复印传真,往来银行,制作单证,大到融入业务,和业务单位进行沟通。
在工作过程中,我努力从处理力所能及的小事和翻阅以往业务留档、沟通业务单位中去了解业务、理解业务、熟悉业务,并努力掌握业务流程和细节。我很高兴我能够在较短的时间内适应了公司的工作环境,也基本熟悉了业务的整个工作流程,最重要的是接触和学习了不少的相关业务知识,很好地完成了领导交予的任务,做好了自己的本职工作,使我的工作能力和为人处世方面都取得了不小的进步。
因此我要特别感谢领导对我的入职指引和帮助,感谢他们对我工作中出现的失误的提醒和指正。初入职场,在工作中难免出现一些差错需要同事的批评和监督。但这些经历也让我不断成熟,在以后处理各种问题时考虑得更加全面。现在的我同老员工相比,在工作经验和能力上都有很大差距,工作和生活上不懂的问题应虚心向同事请教学习,以不断充实自己。

转瞬即逝,我来大连分公司已经三个月了,在这段时间里由于钢材市场的原因,现货销售业绩很不乐观,但我在销售业务方面却得到了很大的收获,这与领导、师傅以及同事们的帮助是分不开的。
我是学轧钢专业的,毕业后一直在钢厂的生产一线从事生产技术工作,来到大连分公司从事销售工作,对我来说就是进入一个全新的领域,一切都充满了陌生和好奇。在分公司报到上班的一周时间里,我基本了解了分公司的基本概况及销售经营状况。
我现在在建材组从事建材销售业务,每天的工作都很充实并富有新意,主要从以下几方面介绍这三个月期间我的工作学习情况。
1、经销商报价:此项工作就是每天在8:50之前,向大连建材市场及主要经销商询问当天的销售价格;
2、做价格申请:以经销商报价及我的钢铁网前一天的销售价格为依据合理确定我公司当天的销售限价,通过简乐(erp)操作系统做销售价格申请,等待公司总部核定后进行销售;
3、简乐(erp)操作系统采购管理业务学习:
a)下采购订单:根据当期采购计划合理的下采购订单;
b)做采购入库:通过简乐(erp)操作系统看订单的到货情况,将已到货订单的基本信息打印出来,进行入库;
c)做入库审核:通过核对订单入库的基本信息做入库审核;
d)做采购结算;
e)做采购结算审核;
4、简乐(erp)操作系统销售管理业务学习:
a)新建销售订单做销售合同,同时打印销售合同;
b)做销售出库及打印出库单,在出库单上签字,拿到财务出纳处盖出库章,之后客户拿出库单去仓库提货;
c)客户将货物提走后,取回执的出库单做出库审核,核对出库数量及金额;
d)做销售结算,做完销售结算后将出库单返还给财务备案;
5、根据当天简乐(erp)操作系统的销售明细,制作分公司的销售短信,并于下班前报给钢材事业部;

共计走访客户19家,其中包括6家新客户。从走访结果来看,受市场影响客户整体采购意愿不强,部分客户现在主要在代售新抚、西林、四平红嘴及辽阳的钢材,对我家建材的采购量较少。原因分析如下:新抚及红嘴等钢材的生产成本较低,钢材价格较低导致市场份额在逐步增加,但产品质量及售后服务不如我家;再者由于公司运营困难资金紧张,导致各分公司在低库存运行,产品品种规格不全,部分客户有采购意愿但是没有现货导致最终无法交易。
从客户性质来看,客户以经销商为主,直供户比例较低,一旦市场有波动对我分公司销售的影响巨大。

刚来到xxx公司,我就对这个蓬勃向上的企业感到非常的惊喜!这儿的同事们和领导都非常的亲切,友好,不仅仅给我耐心的讲解工作中的问题,还热情的在休息的时间招呼我一起去吃午餐或是其他活动。
在这家公司当中,我并没有感受到过去那种改变新环境而出现的孤立感,反而感觉自己是被一群前辈们照顾着,而且还有不少同期的新人们一起交流。这样的环境,让我感到安心,更为能来到这家公司而感到幸运。为此,这也激发出了我要努力的决心!
在销售的工作中,我们要学习很多的东西。不过公司的培训早就已经做好了准备,不仅给我们准备了详细的资料,也同时会帮助我们理解和学习工作中实际操作的技巧。这样贴心的教学让我感到更有学习的动力。
但是,作为销售,我们的工作可不是来享受别人的照顾的。面对不同的客户,面对购买欲望低的客户,我们都要想尽办法去推销好自己的产品,并让顾客燃起购买的欲望。这对我这个新人来说实在是有些困难。但是我并没有放弃,通过积极的学习和锻炼,再加上自己的不断总结,在试用期结束的时候,我也已经基本上掌握到了销售的技巧,这也是多亏了领导们的指点!
这段时间里,我通过工作学习了很多的东西。试用期中,我们的工作增加是循序渐进的,让我来说,与其说是试用期,到不如说是“适应期”。但是,我没有浪费这段时间,积极的利用好试用期的时间学会了工作的经验!

回过头来想想,人们说的哪些各行各业做到深夜,饭都不按时吃的,难道不是绝大部分都是在他们那个行业中做的好的人吗?一份职业,如果你没有上进心,那么你每天只需按时完成自己的工作,轻轻松松的就能够按时下班。如果,你有属于自己的狠劲,你就会自觉多做并另辟出属于自己的工作方式。
我选择做一名销售顾问,是早在很久以前,我就想成为一名销售,我觉得这是一份非常好的职业。但是不论是多么美好的憧憬,和现实相互碰撞,就会让人心里产生落差,挫折便由此而生。遇到挫折并不可怕,关键是看个人怎么去化解,这才是最重要的。
一开始,我以为做销售,就是简单的沟通,但其实并不是这样,因为我是一个职场小白,很多时候一些销售职场上的规则我并不懂,所以一开始少不了受到委屈和挫折。但是这些都是很正常的事,在职场上迟早都要就离这些的。
最开始的一段时间里,带领我们的销售经理给我们分发了一沓厚厚的资料,每天需要按时按量背出来,不背完不能下班,因为我记忆力不是很好的原因,每天总要比很多同事都晚些下班。这段时间免不了心里会有些失落和伤心。
但是我懂得调整情绪,在一段时间下来,我已经将所有的资料都记好了,终于,我迎接了期待已久的培训。在培训期间,我很快展现了自己突出的适应能力和应变能力,在得到夸奖的时候,内心感到很满足,但也不会就此满足。
培训结束,我们就能和带领自己的组长一同接待客户了,真的感到很开心,因为受过培训之后在接触客户,真的能够感觉到自己的变化。在服务客人的时候,也是非常的收放自如,我变得更加的自信了。
在这段时间的工作中,我感觉很满足,很高兴,真的很辛苦,但是我收到的收获是巨大的。未来,我的路还很长,我不会止步于此,在今后的工作中,我会更加的努力!
