教授简介

孙博,现为光华管理学院金融系助理教授. 她于北京大学获得金融学学士后,在美国弗吉尼亚大学获得经济学硕士和博士学位. 曾在美联储总部任经济学家,并参与银行监管和金融机构薪酬改革的政策讨论.

孙博主要研究领域包括公司金融,资本定价,高管薪酬与信息不对称理论. 她目前的研究兴趣集中在信息不对称对于金融市场股票动态，高级经理人薪酬体系，以及经济内资源分配的影响.
